Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield have formed a surprising partnership referencing their infamous shared moment.

The two legendary boxers are selling ear-shaped Delta 8 cannabis edibles called "Holy Ears," referencing the incident in which Tyson bit off a Holyfield's right ear during their second WBA Heavyweight Championship match in 1997.

"It's a privilege to reunite with my former opponent and now long-time friend, and turn years of fights and knockouts into a partnership that can make a positive impact and heal people," said Tyson, the co-founder and chief brand officer of TYSON 2.0 cannabis brand, which is producing the "Holy Ears" edibles.

TYSON 2.0 had previously released "Holy Bites," which were also ear-shaped with a missing chunk.

The new "Holy Ears" come in cherry pie punch flavor, which Tyson joked was how Holyfield's ear tasted during the incident in a commercial featuring the two Hall of Fame boxers.

Holyfield defeated Tyson in both of their two bouts, with the first coming as the challenger to Tyson's WBA Heavyweight Championship on November 9, 1996 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada.

The ear-biting incident took place in the rematch seven months later -- also held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena -- when Tyson had Holyfield in a clinch and gnawed on his opponent's right ear.

Tyson was disqualified and temporarily lost his boxing license in relation to the incident.
