Dylan Scott Films His Reaction In His Underwear After His ACM Awards Nom

Dylan Scott could hardly contain himself when he learned that he’s nominated at the upcoming 58th annual Academy of Country Music Awards. The “Can’t Have Mine (Find You A Girl)” artist filmed his reaction from the sauna after exercising, sharing the video on his social media channels on Thursday morning (April 13).

“Just finished a workout, in the sauna, minding my dang business in my underwear, and I just got nominated for a freakin’ ACM Award,” Scott said in the video. “I’m freaking out right now! …I’ve been in this town for freakin’ 13 years and I just got nominated for an ACM Award, and I am absolutely beside myself.”

“IM FREAKING OUT!! Thank you to every single person who has ever supported me or talked crap, just being nominated is a win!🙌🏼🙌🏼 [ACM Awards], I’m beside myself,” Scott wrote in his Instagram caption.

Scott is up for New Male Artist of the Year, alongside Zach Bryan, Jackson Dean, ERNEST, Nate Smith and Bailey Zimmerman. Dolly Parton is set to return to co-host this year’s ACM Awards, joined by fellow country icon Garth Brooks this time. The 58th ACM Awards will take place at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. It’s set for Thursday, May 11 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT/5 p.m. PT.
