Jordan Davis Was 'Nervous' As He Helped Fans With A Gender Reveal On Stage

“Next Thing You Know,” Jordan Davis is experiencing another “first” in his career.

Davis shared a sweet video in an Instagram post and on his story of the moment he helped concertgoers learn whether they’re expecting a boy or a girl. He said it was his “first doing doing a gender reveal” on stage. Sharing that moment with his fans “was pretty cool.. Congrats to this awesome couple,” he wrote on his Instagram story on Wednesday evening (September 20).

The Louisiana-born country star admitted into the mic that he was “kinda nervous,” as he opened the envelope during the show. That’s when he revealed “you’re having a son,” and signs the envelope before returning the results to the fans in the front row.

Davis is currently on his headlining “Damn Good Time Tour,” which kicked off in late August and spans through late October. Special guests on select stops include Avery Anna, Gabby Barrett, Danielle Bradbery, Flatland Cavalry, Greylan James, Dylan Marlowe, Kameron Marlowe, Jameson Rodgers, Mike Ryan, Conner Smith and Georgia Webster.

The “Buy Dirt” hitmaker and his wife, Kristen, welcomed their third child earlier this year. Davis announced that Baby No. 3, a son named Elijah Patrick, made his arrival in June. Elijah joins big sister Eloise and big brother Locklan, born in 2019 and 2021, respectively.
