Scotty McCreery is slated to kick off 2024 with a headlining trek named after his latest breakup anthem. The North Carolina-born country star revealed plans for his “Cab In A Solo Tour” on Tuesday morning (October 10).

McCreery, who celebrated his 30th birthday on Monday (October 9), will start the tour on January 26 in Troy, Ohio. He’ll continue with stops in his home state, Georgia, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Connecticut and other destinations before coming to an end in mid-March in Schenectady, New York. The tour also includes Anne Wilson, Greylan James and Noah Hicks on select dates. Tickets will be available on Friday (October 13).

“I’m on the road year ‘round, but I always love putting together specific tours and I think next year’s Cab in a Solo Tour is gonna be one of my favorites,” McCreery said in a statement on Tuesday. “Happy to have Anne Wilson join us on the road – she’s a great singer. Depending on the city, either Greylan James or Noah Hicks will be opening up the show and they’re both fantastic performers. And who knows, maybe I’ll share a few songs from my upcoming new album! I’m looking forward to it!”

McCreery debuted “Cab In A Solo” earlier this year. He penned the heartbreak song with cowriters Brent Anderson and Frank Rogers on a retreat in North Carolina. The single tells the story of a heartbroken man who learns the hard way that the girlfriend he hopes to reconcile with has opted to move on with someone new instead. McCreery previously shared that “Cab In A Solo” is “one of my favorites I’ve ever written,” as he works on his fifth full-length studio album. See his “Cab In A Solo Tour” dates here:
