Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning are slated to return to host the CMA Awards for another year, and the “But I Got A Beer In My Hand” superstar is almost like a third Manning brother.

“I’m just honored to be one of the Mannings now,” Bryan said in an interview with Good Morning America, in a clip shared on Tuesday (October 17). “Me and Peyton have a great time. Peyton’s obviously a huge country music fan and a natural. Last year was our first time together, and we just had a great time.

“I think the main thing is just to be the master of ceremonies and let the show — let the music and the show and the artists speak for themselves,” Bryan continued later, when asked how he and Manning plan to keep the show fresh when they return to host this year. “Then at some point, Peyton and I will have to try to come up with a couple funny jokes, poke a few people. But the bottom line is just be ourselves and really keep the people in the room engaged, and the audience at home having fun and smiling.”

Bryan and Manning were revealed as returning hosts of the 57th annual CMA Awards show in an announcement earlier this year. Bryan previously said that he “didn’t hesitate” to agree to host the show with the NFL star. “We have become great friends through the years and what he brings to the table is gonna make it even more of a blast. I know he’s been to the CMA Awards before, but he’s never been with me.”

Some of the genres biggest stars have been nominated for CMA Awards this year, including Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs, Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton, HARDY, Kelsea Ballerini, Jelly Roll and many others. See the full list of CMA nominees here.

The 57th CMA Awards will air live on ABC from Bridgestone Arena in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee, beginning at 8pm ET/7pm CT.
