Luke Bryan kicked off a cryptic countdown on his social media pages on Monday evening (February 26), prompting guesses from hundreds of eager commenters. Bryan posted that he’s “counting down the minutes” to Thursday (February 29) at 12:50 p.m. CT.

It was not immediately clear as of publication time on Tuesday morning (February 27) what Bryan plans to announce this week. However, many commenters across social media platforms wondered whether the award-winning country star would make an album announcement at that time.

Bryan’s 2024 “Mind Of A Country Boy Tour” is titled after a song from the Georgia-born artist’s upcoming album release, per a press release issued earlier this month when Bryan teamed up with his wife to announce the tour. The tour is slated to kick off with shows in Canada in April, with U.S. dates beginning in June in Jacksonville, Florida. There was no word when “Mind Of A Country Boy Tour” stops were revealed, however, whether Bryan’s album would arrive before then.

Some of Bryan’s latest songs to release include “But I Got A Beer In My Hand” and “Southern and Slow.” Those anthems add to a growing list of career-spanning hits, including “Rain Is A Good Thing,” “That’s My Kind Of Night,” “I Don’t Want This Night To End,” “Do I,” “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” and many others.

Bryan’s headlining tour includes a lengthy list of special guests on select dates, including: Tenille ArtsChayce BeckhamGeorge BirgeKing CalawayDillon CarmichaelLarry FleetHunterGirlElla LangleyTracy LawrenceKameron MarloweChase MatthewMeghan PatrickLily RoseJosh RossAlana SpringsteenZach Top and DJ Rock. Two stadium show lineups — Truist Field in Atlanta, Georgia, and Wrigley Field in Chicago, Illinois — include Bailey Zimmerman, Marlowe and Beckham, and Zimmerman, Lawrence and Beckham, respectively.
