Dolly Parton joined two-time Grammy Award-winning artist Zach Williams on another duet, which makes its debut on Friday (March 8). Parton and Williams collaborated on “Lookin’ for You,” appearing on Williams’ newly-released A Hundred Highways extended edition.

The globally-beloved country legend previously teamed up with the Christian rock vocalist on “There Was Jesus,” recently covered by American Idol contestant McKenna Breinholt during an emotional audition. Williams explains in a statement that Parton asked him what he’d been working on as they were filming her Christmas special in 2022. Williams, who was about to release A Hundred Highways, played “Lookin’ For You” on his phone on set.

“And I about fell over when I heard it, I thought it was the best thing,” Parton recalled in a statement. “I told him, ‘Well, there’s another big hit for you! But, did you forget to ask ME to sing on it with you?’” Though Parton meant it as a joke at the time, it was a matter of months before her second duet with Williams became official, per a press release issued Friday.

Williams’ 17-track version of A Hundred Highways also includes previously-released favorites with two new collaborations. Williams added Parton on the duet version of “Lookin’ for You,” and teamed up with Lee Brice on “Walls Fall Down.” The album also includes a previously-released collaboration with Walker Hayes, “Jesus’ Fault.” Find the full album on iHeartRadio here, and listen to the new duet with Parton below.
