Rankings Reveal The Best Suburb In Washington

What's the perfect place to live in your mind? Does it have beautiful greenery lining the streets, stunning amenities not too far from your home, or is located in a renowned city people dream about visiting? No matter your preferences, each suburb has its perks and benefits. Some suburbs are so spectacular that they capture the whole nation's attention.

Niche recently revealed the best suburbs to live in every state. These 2024 rankings are based on the website's "Best Places to Live in America" list. Analysts considered schools, job opportunities, cost of living, and local amenities for the roundup, as well as statistics and data from various sources.

Yarrow Point was crowned Washington State's best suburb! This Seattle suburb has an overall A+ rating with high marks in public schools, crime and safety, jobs, outdoor activities, and much more. Over 2,800 people live in Yarrow Point, according to 2022 census data.

  9. Lake Forest Park (Seattle)
  10. Bainbridge Island (Seattle)
