Zendaya Refuses To Wear These 'Big Five' Fashion Labels For Shocking Reason

Zendaya's stylist, Law Roach, has the receipts and he's not afraid to use them.

According to New York Post, Roach "black listed" five prominent fashion houses from the star's wardrobe years ago and has never looked back. The 45-year-old stylist has been working with Zendaya since she was 14-years-old and has never forgotten a refusal, per the latest episode of fashion podcast, "The Cutting Room Floor."

Roach does not style the "Dune" standout in Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Valentino and Saint Laurent, because they initially said no to dressing her when she was younger, consistently telling Roach to "try again next year."

“When I said, ‘If you say no, it’ll be a no forever,’ that rang true for a long, long time."

The only time Zendaya has ever worn any of the brands mentioned above was during an editorial shoot, or when she had a contract.

“By the time she had got to American Vogue, she still had never wore any of those designers — she still hasn’t." Roach continued:

“She still has never worn Dior on a carpet. She still has never worn Chanel on a carpet. She has still never worn Gucci on a carpet — any press, any appearance, never. Never." Roach is not only Zendaya's stylist, but her longtime friend. The two have always "had each other's backs" and continue to advocate for one another to this day.

“She was always the one advocating for me and making sure I was in these rooms that people thought I didn’t belong in. Even as a young girl, I’m talking about 16, 17 years old." Roach returns the favor by keeping the "Euphoria" star's wardrobe fresh with her best interest in mind.
