Diddy hasn't said much about the legal drama he's currently going through. While his legal team has ensured his innocence in several statements, the beleaguered artist has opted to speak out in his own way.

On Tuesday, May 14, Sean "Diddy" Combs took to Instagram and posted an image that said "Time tells truth." In the caption, he wrote "LOVE" and included a black heart and other uplifting emojis for good measure. He used the same caption as his previous posts, which features a family photo from a past vacation and a video of a boy who aggressively requests for haters to "show love."

The cryptic posts comes after King Combs defended his dad on his song "Pick A Side." His latest song contains shots at 50 Cent, who has been a staunch critic of Diddy even before his legal drama unfolded last year. Since the song dropped, Fif has continued to target both Diddy and King Combs in his posts. However, Diddy's message doesn't seem to address the G-Unit founder at all.

His posts also comes shortly after Diddy's legal team recently filed motion to dismiss a recent sexual assault lawsuit from an anonymous accuser. Last Friday, the Associated Press reported that Combs asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit from a woman who claimed he and two co-defendants took turns raping her at a studio in New York City when she was 17-years-old. Combs vehemently denied the allegations and asserted the lawsuit was filed too late as per New York State law.

“Mr. Combs and his companies categorically deny Plaintiff’s decades-old tale against them, which has caused incalculable damage to their reputations and business standing before any evidence has been presented,” the filing says. “Plaintiff cannot allege what day or time of year the alleged incident occurred, but miraculously remembers other salacious details, despite her alleged incapacitated condition.”

“At this point, no one should take anything ‘Diddy’ or his lawyers say seriously," the woman's lawyer said in response to the motion. "Today’s motion is just a desperate attempt by Combs to avoid accountability for Ms. Doe’s allegations of gang rape and sexual assault. It won’t work.”

This was the latest attempt to rid himself of the horrid allegations that are stacked up against him. Diddy also tried to get charges in another lawsuit dismissed last month. In response to Joi Dickerson-Neal's allegations from 1991, Diddy's lawyers said some of the charges listed in the complaint, specifically involving the alleged revenge porn and sex trafficking allegations, were reportedly not written yet. Diddy is also facing other sexual assault lawsuits, and has denied all the allegations against him.
