Tim McGraw Teases Upcoming Project 'Like Nothing I’ve Ever Done Before'

Tim McGraw is getting ready to debut a project “like nothing I’ve ever done before,” he said on Wednesday evening (May 15).
The country hitmaker confirmed a new project “coming soon” to Netflix. He shared it along with Down Home, the entertainment company he founded “that blends Nashville sensibility with Hollywood capability,” which he announced last year. “Down Home is where the storytelling traditions of country music meet all forms of entertainment and commerce, bridging the gap between Nashville and Hollywood.”
“It’s been hard to keep this one a secret for so long! Storytelling has always been one of my biggest passions and I’m ready to take that same passion and apply it to something even bigger,” McGraw wrote in an Instagram caption when he first announced the production company in April 2023. “I can’t reveal too much just yet, but I can promise you that this company is going to be something special. We’re going to be shaking things up, breaking new ground, and bringing people together in a whole new way. …Can’t wait to unravel the incredible, untold stories with such a talented team!”
McGraw said at that time that Down Home would feature TV and film projects and more, aiming to share “relatable stories that capture the essence and spirit of everyday Americans.”
McGraw’s announcement arrives in the midst of his “Standing Room Only” headlining tour with Carly Pearce, plus The Woods, Restless Road, Track45, Randall King, Abby Anderson, Landon Parker, Heartwreckers, Peytan Porter and Timothy Wayne on select dates. See the remaining tour stops below.
