A resurfaced post Ariana Grande made over a decade ago is proving she has come full circle and is living her "dream."

The Eternal Sunshine singer stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday (June 6) where she spoke more about her role in the upcoming film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical Wicked, where she will portray Glinda alongside Cynthia Erivo's Elphaba, per People. The story went even deeper, however, when host Jimmy Fallon brought up one of Grande's tweets from 2011, showing how she seemingly manifested her role as "the good witch."

The tweet read, "Loved seeing Wicked again... amazing production! Made me realize again how badly I want 2 play Glinda at some point in my life! #DreamRole." An excited Fallon quickly quipped, "You did it!" as the audience cheered, and Grande gushed over how "surreal" it all seems.

"It's just so surreal to see, of course, the response. You know, this is something that Cynthia and I lived every single day. The brilliant Cynthia Erivo," she said. "And you know it was ours for so long and it was just every single day for such a long time."

The "We Can't Be Friends" hitmaker also shared her gratitude for the response she and the Wicked cast have received, calling it "really overwhelming," and praised the team behind the scenes for creating a magical world.

"The funniest thing is people saying, 'It must be so weird to see it with all the VFX now, isn't that weird?' And I'm like, 'Well yes, they did add some flying monkeys and some animals, but these were really practical sets that we were so blessed to be a part of. Nathan [Crowley] designed these incredible sets and spent months and months building them," she said, adding, "So what you're seeing is where we got to be for two years. It was just so special."

Wicked, the first of two films, opens in theaters November 27.
