Kate Middleton made her first public appearance on Sunday (September 22), following a recent announcement she's completed her chemotherapy treatments.

According to People, the beloved royal attended Sunday service at Crathie Kirk Church near Balmoral Castle in Scotland with her husband, Prince William, and a few other members of the royal family, to start the week.

The Princess of Wales appeared to be in good spirits as she arrived at the event, dressed in a stunning, brown, checkered dress complete with an elegant, green hat.

The inspiring mother-of-three attended the event alongside in-laws King Charles III and Queen Camilla, who arrived in a separate vehicle. Middleton announced the completion of her chemotherapy treatments earlier this month, nearly seven months after revealing she was to undergo treatment for stomach cancer following a widely-speculated abdominal surgery in January.

The 42-year-old royal has since returned to public engagements and even stepped out for a few of her favorite summer events including the annual Trooping the Colour ceremony in June, and the Wimbledon men's singles final in July.

People speculated that the Princess of Wales might even be well enough to host her annual carol concert at Westminster Abbey in London in December.

Despite returning to royal duties and making public appearances, Middleton has yet to offer an update regarding the progression, or hopeful regression of her diagnosis since completing chemotherapy.
