Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a new lawsuit from another woman who claims he sexually assaulted her — and it was allegedly caught on camera.
The alleged victim Thalia Graves and her attorney Gloria Allred held a press conference on Tuesday, September 24, a few hours after they filed the latest lawsuit against Combs. According to her 26-page complaint, Combs and his head of security, Joseph Sherman, brutally raped her at his Bad Boy Studio in New York City in 2001. She also claims Combs recorded the rape and showed it to her ex-boyfriend and other men.

Graves began to sob while she described the physical and mental abuse she allegedly suffered at the hands of the Bad Boy founder. She said she was 25 years old and going through a divorce when the rape happened. In court documents, Graves said Combs allegedly invited her into his personal lounge and office and gave her a spiked drink that caused her to lose consciousness. That's when Combs raped her on a pool table.
She alleged Sherman was in the room at the time and also raped her. Graves also said that Combs recorded the sexual assault on a handheld camera and later showed the video to her ex-boyfriend and other men. In the complaint, Graves said she didn't learn of the video until November 2023, which is around the time when Cassie filed her bombshell lawsuit.
This is the latest sexual assault lawsuit that has been filed against Combs within the past year. The music mogul was indicted on sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation of a prostitute last week. He was arrested and booked into a jail in Brooklyn. He was denied bail twice and will remain behind bars until his trial. Allred says her client's allegations are separate from the charges he was indicted on, but declined to say whether or not Graves testified in front of a grand jury.
