Week 9 AP Top 25 College Football Poll Released: New No. 1 After Texas Loss

The Oregon Ducks moved up to No. 1 overall in the Associated Press Week 9 Top 25 College Football Poll released on Sunday (October 20).
Oregon defeated Purdue, 35-0, on Saturday (October 19) to keep its undefeated season alive, while Texas, who entered the week as the top-ranked team in the nation, lost 30-15 to Georgia, who moved up to No. 2 overall. Tennessee moved back into the top 10 following its win against Alabama -- who fell eight spots to No. 15 overall -- on Saturday.
