Cardi B Goes Public With Top NFL Star

Rapper Cardi B made her first public appearance with New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs during the Eastern Conference Playoffs Semifinals game between the Boston Celtics and New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden Monday (May 12) night.

Cardi, 32, and Diggs, 31, were seen showing public displays of affection, which included holding hands, as well as Cardi placing her hand on Diggs' cheek and the wide receiver draping his arm around her during the game. The couple's Madison Square Garden appearance occurred nearly three full months after initially sparking dating rumors when they were spotted together on Valentine's Day weekend in February.

Photos and videos obtained by TMZ at the time showed Cardi and Diggs arriving at a Miami hotel at around 1:54 a.m. on February 16, according to eyewitnesses. The two were previously spotted together at a New York City nightclub days prior.

Cardi was also spotted at several parties in New Orleans during Super Bowl week, however, not with Diggs at the time. Cardi filed for divorce from her husband, rapper Offset, in August 2024 after previously separating. The two share three children while Offset has three others from three other relationships.

Diggs, who signed with the Patriots this offseason, suffered a season-ending injury eight games into his first year with the Houston Texans, having been acquired in an offseason trade with the Buffalo Bills. The former University of Maryland standout is a four-time Pro Bowler and was selected as a first-team All-Pro in 2020, having led the NFL in receptions and receiving yards, as well as a second-team All-Pro in 2022.

Diggs recorded 47 receptions for 496 yards and three touchdowns in eight games during the 2024 NFL season.
