Jana Kramer Shares Wedding Day Photos On First Anniversary With Husband

Jana Kramer celebrated one year of marriage with husband Allan Russell over the weekend.

The actress, author, country artist and Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast host shared throwback photos from the couple’s wedding day and more as she posted an anniversary tribute on Instagram on Sunday (July 13): “Happy 1st wedding anniversary my love. It’s been a year full of love, growth, and adventure. Thank you for loving me the way you do and for making this first year more beautiful than I ever imagined. 🤍 I wouldn’t want to do life with anyone else. Happy anniversary my love.”

Kramer followed the anniversary tribute with another post on Instagram, which included photos of the couple on a recent rafting adventure. Kramer said “what better way to celebrate,” and said she’s “grateful for a love that’s always up for the ride ❤️🌊 Here’s to a lifetime of wild, beautiful moments.” She later added that she and her husband traveled to Montana. Kramer said she was “really going to miss these views but I’m so grateful for the weekend getaway with my husband. If you’re going to the big sky area check out [Montage Big Sky] ….the views, food and staff were amazing ! Made our anniversary weekend so special.”

Russell, a Scottish former soccer star, said he’s “proud to have you as my wife and even more proud to be your husband,” he wrote in a tribute of his own. “Every minute of our lives is filled with love, respect and admiration for each other. I look forward to our future and many more years of loving you ❤️”

Kramer, 41, and Russell, 44, got married at Carnell Estate in Scotland on July 13, 2024. The intimate ceremony included their children, Troy, Russell’s teen son from a previous relationship, Jolie, 9, and Jace, 6, Kramer’s two children from her previous marriage, and Roman, Kramer’s son whom she welcomed with Russell in November 2023.

Kramer and Russell revealed earlier this year on an episode of Whine Down with Jana Kramer that they were legally married before the official ceremony in Scotland. Russell confirmed, “we got married in January [2024] and we made it formal in July [2024],” noting the “legalities” ahead of their wedding abroad, and “we were desperate to marry each other.” Kramer said the January 2024 marriage “was special to us,” and called it “private and precious.”
