Fans are voicing their concerns after Machine Gun Kelly made a shocking confession about his eating habits.

In a recent Instagram video shared by HipHop-N-More, mgk was chatting with a group of men when he admitted that his diet looks very different than would be considered normal, per Page Six.

"I don't really eat. I just do water a bunch," he said, confirming one man's question that he tends to fast.

The "Emo Girl" musician noted that he ate a burger with the group because "we're streaming" but when asked what his dinner would have looked like outside of the video, mgk said that it would "probably" only be water.

"But how? You don't ever feel weak or lightheaded?" one man asked, to which mgk replied, "Yeah, sometimes. I'll eat, like, a couple times a week," going on to reveal he typically chows down on foods like kimchi and sauerkraut in bone broth.

"'Cause it has probiotics, you know?" he added. "So, like, when you do those water fasts, the only thing that's crazy is it kills all the good bacteria in you, too, so you gotta push the pro[biotics]."

Viewers quickly flooded the comments to call out the so-called "hella healthy" habit and suggested he may be experiencing disordered eating.

"Bro is describing anorexia," one user wrote, while another shared a more personal anecdote. "My dad has had anorexia for most of his adult life, and this is how he sounds. It took me a long time to realize he had an ED, cuz we never talk about men having it. His vice is alcohol instead of cigs. He'll brag about eating nothing for days and only having wine and hard liquor... I truly have no idea how he's alive."
