Jana Kramer revealed how she pulled off an unforgettable prank.
“Oh how I love a good prank to end a fantastic movie. Way to be a good sport [Benjamin Hollingsworth]. Thanks to my tin foil crew that helped me with this. ♥️,” Kramer wrote in her caption as she shared a behind-the-scenes look at the prank on Instagram. She and several others teamed up to cover Hollingsworth’s trailer — and everything in it — in tin foil. The Whine Down with Jana Kramer host ended the video by setting up a camera to capture Hollingsworth’s reaction. Hollingsworth wrote in a comment: “my trailer is a big plate of left overs. 🤦🏻♂️ I will have revenge!”
Kramer and Hollingsworth are starring in The Christmas Ring, an upcoming holiday film adaptation of author Karen Kingsbury's soon-to-publish novel. The movie, which also stars Kelsey Grammer, is about “a military widow (who) falls in love while searching for her lost family Christmas Ring, an heirloom that has been in the family since D-Day,” the description reads on IMDb. Kingsbury explained, via a recent Deadline report, that she’s “always loved the Christmas classic movies – While You Were Sleeping and Miracle on 34th Street, Holiday and You’ve Got Mail. It’s time to give people an unforgettable Christmas love story in theaters. This is one they will want to watch every year.”
Kingsbury's book will make its debut on October 21. The Christmas Ring film adaptation will premiere on November 6.
