Fans are buzzing about Cardi B's personal life after she asked fans to "support a single mother" ahead of her upcoming album.
On Wednesday night, August 27, the mother of three hopped on X Spaces to catch up with her Bardi Gang after she released box sets for her long-awaited album Am I The Drama? At one point during her conversation, Cardi playfully sobbed while encouraging fans to buy the exclusive merch because she's "poor." She continued to play into her dramatic role by claiming she may be evicted from her mansion.
"I'm about to get evicted from my mansion," Cardi claimed, according to Complex.

"They're about to repo all my cars," she continued. "They're about to take my Lambos and my Rolls-Royce... I couldn't even get my pool cleaned this week, you know what I'm saying? I'm f**ked up in the game right now."
Cardi also claimed that she's currently looking for a new two-bedroom home because she allegedly "spent all my money on the 'Imaginary Playerz' video." Later, she posted the box sets and told fans to "support a working single mother of 3." Of course, there's no confirmation if Cardi is actually getting evicted or if she's really a "single" mom. During the Spaces conversation, she also mentioned her boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, had to buy her a Birkin bag because she couldn't afford it this month. She's most likely joking around in order to stir up hype for her long-overdue album, which drops next month.

Cardi B's courtroom drama may also factor into her alleged financial decline. The Bronx native recently testified during the trial for a civil lawsuit that former security guard Emani Ellis filed in 2020. Ellis alleged Cardi B verbally and physically assaulted her while the rapper was leaving her doctor's appointment in 2018. Cardi B, who was four months pregnant at the time, denied the allegations and claimed Ellis recorded her even after she asked her not to.
Look out for the verdict coming soon, and listen to Cardi B's album when it drops on September 19.
