Keith Urban made a noticeable lyric change during a recent show, and some commenters are wondering whether it has to do with his ongoing divorce from actress Nicole Kidman.

Over the weekend, Urban was performing “You’ll Think of Me,” a breakup single that appeared on his 2002 record, Golden Road. That studio album also included “Somebody Like You,” “Who Wouldn’t Wanna Be Me,” “You Look Good In My Shirt,” “Raining On Sunday” and more. Rather than singing the original “You’ll Think of Me” lyric, “Take your space and take your reasons,” Urban sang on stage, “Take your space and your stupid bullsh*t reasons.”

Concertgoers shared the lyric change on TikTok. While some commenters weighed in on the singer’s divorce (and pointed out the apparent emotion behind his performance), others noted that he’s often made impromptu lyric swaps during his live shows over the years.

TMZ was first to report the estranged couple’s separation and divorce filing last week. The celebrity news hub also noted when Urban played his first show since the divorce — on Thursday (October 2) at Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania — that he was seen without his wedding ring. Urban has since performed on Friday (October 3) at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut, and on Saturday (October 4) at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Virginia. His next tour date is set for Thursday (October 9) Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.

Urban and Kidman met at a gala in 2005 in Los Angeles, California. They got married the following year, on June 25, 2006, in Sydney, Australia. They share two teen daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. Neither Urban nor Kidman publicly addressed the divorce as of publication time.
