YoungBoy Never Broke Again stunned fans by bringing out the legendary Birdman to perform one of their fan favorites for the first time.

On Thursday night, October 9, YB touched down in Columbia, S.C., for the latest stop of his "MASA Tour." Midway through his set, the instrumental for his song "We Poppin" kicked up and, within minutes, Birdman appeared onstage with the 25-year-old artist. YB and Birdman performed the song together for the first time ever, which drove fans in the crowd wild and had them rapping every bar of the song with them.

YB and Birdman connected on "We Poppin" for the Baton Rouge native's 2018 album, Until Death Call My Name. The Cash Money co-founder and the MASA rapper have collaborated on several tracks since then. They released their joint album, From The Bayou, in 2021, which features 13 tracks with no guest appearances.

NBA YoungBoy and the Big Tymer seem to be on better terms nowadays. Last year, YB dissed Birdman on a 6-minute track called "Tears of War." On the song, he went at Baby and claimed he "never loved" him. He also said he should've listened to advice Lil Wayne once gave him.

“Knew that Stunna never loved me, should’ve listened to Carter," YB rapped at the time.

Yb and Birdman reportedly made peace after he was released from prison. According to Akademiks, "Tears of War" was the final song YB recorded before he was arrested for his alleged involvement in a prescription drug fraud ring in Utah last year. After serving part of his sentence, YB was released from prison earlier this year and granted a pardon by President Donald Trump, which allowed him to embark on his first headlining tour in years.
