Ariana Grande is sharing where she finds her creative spark.
In a Tuesday (November 18) interview on the Today Show, Grande revealed that she is feeling inspired by her acting career at the moment and can see herself continuing to flex those skills on the big screen or even on stage, per People. Most recently, she has starred in Wicked and its sequel Wicked: For Good and recently wrapped up filming for Focker-in-Law.
"I really am enjoying acting right now. Whether it's movies or being on stage or a little something here and there, I think that's currently what I'm most inspired by," she said, reassuring fans that she still plans to keep music a focus in her life. "I'll still sing, I promise. But yes, right now, that's currently where I'm at."
Grande also called the prospect of returning to theater and the Broadway stage a "dream" if she found the "right thing to come back to."
The "We Can't Be Friends" singer's comments come a year after she shared that she saw herself "shifting" from pop music to musical theater for the next few years, though she recently clarified that she is not walking away from her music career.
While "music will be in [her] life forever," she hinted this week that her 2026 Eternal Sunshine Tour may be "one last hurrah" on the road for a "long, long, long, long time."
