Kim Kardashian's children keep her humbled even as her star power continues to grow.

On Thursday's (December 11) episode of The Kardashians, the mom of four explained that some of the comments her kids make give her the reality check she needs to stay grounded, per People. The All's Fair star shares daughters North, 12, and Chicago, 7, as well as sons Saint, 10, and Psalm, 6, with ex-husband Kanye West.

"Obviously, everything I do is for my kids and they always do ground me. Any time I need a reality check — any time I need to be so humbled — I just go home," she joked.

So how exactly do her kids manage the task? Some tricks include calling the SKIMS founder "lame," bluntly asking when she might get a youthful facelift like her mother, Kris Jenner, and otherwise struggling to keep up with the trends of the day.

"One kid will be like, 'You're so lame! I can't believe you don't know what this word means,'" she said. "Or just like, 'Uh, when are you gonna get a facelift like Lovey?' My kids will say crazy things, and I'm just like... 'Huh, okay.'"

Kardashian has previously shared that her oldest is a "big critiquer" and has strong opinions about Kardashian's fashion choices. While at the 2025 Met Gala in May, she explained that even though North may be vocal about her thoughts on Kardashian's style, the tween advises her mom to "just be yourself."

"I think she's also in a really positive place, like, vibe right now, where it's just like, 'Hey, even if that's not my style, I'm not going to critique that, just be you and if you like that, then that's what you should be into," she told Vogue at the time. "So, I love that energy and she was such a positive force tonight."
