Jana Kramer shared some of her 2026 intentions and reflected on the goals she set herself over the previous decade.

Kramer, 42, caught up with Kristen Brust and Kathryn Woodard on a new episode of Whine Down with Jana Kramer on Monday (January 5). The trio caught up about the holiday season and looked ahead to goal-setting in the new year, including leaving old habits behind and picking up new ones. Kramer said she created a vision board last year, and “I had it in my closet and I looked at it so many times, and it really actually did help me.”

The podcast host, actress, artist and author pointed out during the Whine Down conversation that she had “an insane year,” and “never in a million years” would she think she’d film four movies in one year. One of those movies was The Christmas Ring, a film adaptation of the novel by Karen Kingsbury. Though she wouldn’t set a goal to film five movies this year, Kramer said she hopes to continue with projects that she loves. “One project this year,” she said, “that in itself is a success.” Kramer, Brust and Woodard also spoke about setting attainable steps to reach long-term goals, and how their priorities have changed over the years.
