does not have any research on the young man at all.

for four years.

He actually was a pretty highly tied recruit coming out
of don Bosco Prep. If you guys know don Bosco
Prep in Jersey. It's a big powerhouse school. So he
goes to Sarahcuse has you know, kind of not I
don't think the career he was hoping for, Clearly, that's
what led him to Illinois and plays well, shows improvement
in Illinois, and then he finds himself into the NFL.

But I think what you've got is a quarterback who
has showcased ability, obviously athleticism. I mean that was on
display last night. Is Brian Dable incorporating as part of
the offense running the football. But what we're seeing from
Tommy DeVito is something that you might be seeing too
from teams that take rookies and have them as backups. Saying,

these guys are twenty four to twenty five years old,
they've played a lot of football. I mean Sam Harmon,
for example, come out of Notre Dame, he said, sixty starts.

It's a lot of experience.

And I know it's a different level, different game, but
there's a lot of intangibles you can take from your
experien And you kind of heard Tommy sitting there saying like, yeah, man,
I played a lot of football, Like.

It's it's it's just a game. It's just it's how
you adapt to that game.

It's it's the circumstances that you have in the NFL
that you're adapting to. And this is a team that
with Saquon with a few other pieces, especially when when
Brian Dable was calling games like it was last night
and the defense is stepping up, that's it. That's a
winning formula. So it to me, I kind of watch
it in Sisco. It's it's awesome. It's it's a fun storyline.

But anyone who's followed Tommy DeVito from his time from
high school knew of him as one of the topper
highly ranked recruits and knew that he had ability like this,
And I'm sure the Giants did.

Their background on all these kids, they know what they
were coming out of high school, and then they're recruiting,
you know, status and all that, because that's all part
of the due diligence that they do to figure out
is this guy worth it to be able to bring
on our roster even as an undrafted free agent like
he was, and then you see, you know what he's
capable of doing once he gets out there in a
real life game, So kudos.

To him and all that. But again, like it's this

Like a new age of how this is gonna work
now with so many kids playing college football for so long,
and maybe he's gonna be an example for other guys
of exhausting all their eligibility in college, earn as much
nil as they can, and then when you get to
the NFL, you're gonna have that much more preparation because
guess what, the NFL is not preparing you for the NFL.

the fact that what Mike McCarthy alluded to and kind
of hinted at in terms of him calling the plays
would make all the difference for this team hasn't really

know that I've heard it, But I think the difference

in this team is the balance that they have on offense,
and now it's made their defense even more formidable because
their offense puts so much pressure on the other team.
That's what I'm seeing with Dallas right now, their offense
and the balance that they have between the way they
run the ball, the way they use the screens, the

way they get downfield with their receivers, they use the
tight end. There's so much balance. And oh, by the
way Dak will run and will lower his shoulder on
you too. And I think that's all because Mike McCarthy
took over to play calling this offense. I have never

really seen this offense like I've seen them look good
at times. I've seen them look explosive at times, especially
when they had Amari Cooper, but I'm not seen this
type of production and balance from their offense. And it
started with Mike McCarthy being a play caller.

seven to play, got a three yard touchdown pass from
Will Levis DeAndre Hopkins. Miami goes three and out, then
Derek Henry scored on a three yard touchdown run minute
forty nine to play, still time for the Dolphins to
get in the field goal range, but the offense could
not get it done. Miami star wide receiver tire Kill

injured in the first quarter. He did return later, but
had only four catches for sixty one yards. Tennessee was
a double digit underdog zero to six on the road
coming in Miami five and zero home, but it is
the Titans that get the win to improve to five
and eight. Miami drops to nine and four. They're the
number two seed in the AFC playoffs. In New Jersey,
the Giants pull out a twenty four to twenty two
win over the Packers. Green Bay had a one point

lead with minute thirty three to go. Giants then behind
undrafted rookie quarterback Tommy Devido, go eight plays fifty seven
yard set up Randy Bullock for a thirty seven yard
game winning field goal attempt. He nails it and the
Giants go off with the victory. Shaquon Barkley a couple
of touchdown runs. As the Giants have now won three
in a row. They're five and eight, while green Bay
falls to six and seven, still holding onto the final

playoff spot in the NFC. Some NBA games of note,
we had the Pelicans beating the Timberwolves one twenty one
to one oh seven Minnesota the NBA's best record. They
fall to seven and five, though with that los Zion
Williamson thirty six points for New Orleans seventy six Ers
blow out the Wizards one forty six to one on
one Magic over the Cavaliers one oh four, ninety four.
Bucks beat the Bowls in overtime one thirty three one

twenty nine. Pacers had the Pistons their twentieth loss in
a row, one to thirty one one twenty three, and
the Spurs have set a new franchise record with there's
seventeen at the straight loss losing to the Rockets ninety
three to eighty two. And get ready coming up on
January tenth, Spurs at Pistons. In that game that someone
has to win, I would think college basketball one ranked

don't think the career he was hoping for, Clearly, that's
what led him to Illinois and plays well, shows improvement
in Illinois, and then he finds himself into the NFL.

But I think what you've got is a quarterback who
has showcased ability, obviously athleticism. I mean that was on
display last night. Is Brian Dable incorporating as part of
the offense running the football. But what we're seeing from
Tommy DeVito is something that you might be seeing too
from teams that take rookies and have them as backups. Saying,

these guys are twenty four to twenty five years old,
they've played a lot of football. I mean Sam Harmon,
for example, come out of Notre Dame, he said, sixty starts.

It's a lot of experience.

And I know it's a different level, different game, but
there's a lot of intangibles you can take from your
experien And you kind of heard Tommy sitting there saying like, yeah, man,
I played a lot of football, Like.

you adapt to that game.

It's it's the circumstances that you have in the NFL
that you're adapting to. And this is a team that
with Saquon with a few other pieces, especially when when

and the defense is stepping up, that's it. That's a
winning formula. So it to me, I kind of watch
it in Sisco. It's it's awesome. It's it's a fun storyline.

But anyone who's followed Tommy DeVito from his time from
high school knew of him as one of the topper
highly ranked recruits and knew that he had ability like this,

real life game, So kudos.

the fact that what Mike McCarthy alluded to and kind
of hinted at in terms of him calling the plays
would make all the difference for this team hasn't really
been Has it really been talked about, because I don't
know that I've heard it, But I think the difference

in this team is the balance that they have on offense,
and now it's made their defense even more formidable because
their offense puts so much pressure on the other team.
That's what I'm seeing with Dallas right now, their offense
and the balance that they have between the way they
run the ball, the way they use the screens, the

way they get downfield with their receivers, they use the
tight end. There's so much balance. And oh, by the
way Dak will run and will lower his shoulder on
you too. And I think that's all because Mike McCarthy
took over to play calling this offense. I have never

really seen this offense like I've seen them look good
at times. I've seen them look explosive at times, especially
when they had Amari Cooper, but I'm not seen this
type of production and balance from their offense. And it
started with Mike McCarthy being a play caller.

get in the field goal range, but the offense could

had only four catches for sixty one yards. Tennessee was

the Titans that get the win to improve to five

the Giants pull out a twenty four to twenty two
win over the Packers. Green Bay had a one point

game winning field goal attempt. He nails it and the

in a row. They're five and eight, while green Bay
falls to six and seven, still holding onto the final

we had the Pelicans beating the Timberwolves one twenty one
to one oh seven Minnesota the NBA's best record. They
fall to seven and five, though with that los Zion
Williamson thirty six points for New Orleans seventy six Ers
blow out the Wizards one forty six to one on
one Magic over the Cavaliers one oh four, ninety four.
Bucks beat the Bowls in overtime one thirty three one

twenty nine. Pacers had the Pistons their twentieth loss in
a row, one to thirty one one twenty three, and
the Spurs have set a new franchise record with there's
seventeen at the straight loss losing to the Rockets ninety
three to eighty two. And get ready coming up on
January tenth, Spurs at Pistons. In that game that someone
has to win, I would think college basketball one ranked

to flip Costco golf clubs that sold out hours after

selling at four ninety nine. So now scalpers are turning

it around on the secondary market for more than twice
that minute.
