Speaker 1 (01:12):
Why are the outfits so hideous at the dogs show? Though?
Damn bad outfits yoga. They should have match their dog
to be honest, like some do. They should. I just
think that their their outfits are wild cheese. They could
do better. Yeah, yeah, they should do better. Yeah. Okay,
(01:35):
some of those dogs look terrible. I know that that
dog look like you won't be there? Yeah. Interesting.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
So the super Bowl is over, the NFL season's over,
and there are some people that are benefiting still from
what happened in the super Bowl. We talked about the
collateral damage that took place yesterday and just how you know,
a bunch of different people were impacted, whether it's different visions,
different organizations, who had coaches and decided to move on
(02:05):
from them. Uh, shout out the Dallas Cowboys. But when
it's talking about the situation and the Eagles winning the
Super Bowl, who's benefited the most from it? And we
could run the gamut from just the organization to the
city to the food items. I'll say this now that
(02:25):
I've had a poe boy, you can go ahead and
be dismissed from the conversation. The cheese steak significantly better,
significantly than that rubbish that New Orleans rolled out as
far as a poem.
Speaker 4 (02:38):
Can we get some theme music, by the way, for this,
we kind of lacked that a little bit yesterday. I
think it got lost in the discussion of the collateral damage,
the biggest beneficiaries.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
What's the good theme music for Philadelphia? Rocky?
Speaker 4 (02:52):
Thing has to be a rocky Yeah, I would say
rocky with.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
That pressure on type.
Speaker 4 (02:57):
Quick.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
Do you want going the distance?
Speaker 5 (03:04):
Oh no, no, just just play it, play it?
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Oh no, oh wow, there you go.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
All right, Well, we'll just get right into it.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
There you go.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Right now. We could name Jalen Hurts. I think that's obvious.
Nick Sirianni, that's obvious, all right. But to me, the
guy who's making a case for the Hall of Fame
is Howie Roseman, the general manager, And for this reason
he's now been the architect of two separate Super Bowl wins,
been to a third, and there's seventeen general managers are
(03:48):
front office types from my account, that are in the
Pro Football Hall of Fame. This puts him amongst that
group of those that have impacted teams in that way
with the roster construction, so he's one of with two
different head coaches. I think he's one of the biggest
beneficiaries in my eyes, for at least looking at that
saying all right, he's gonna be the guy that I
(04:09):
think ends up going into it after it's all said out,
especially if they win another one. The next group the dudes,
the guys, the Bradley Cooper's, the Miles Tellers, the Shane Gillis's,
the sly stallone. It feels like if you're comparing the
two fan bases between Kansas City and Philadelphia, it was
(04:30):
a bunch of just guys being dudes. Maybe some celebrities,
but just guys who like Philly all right. And then
Kansas City at Taylor swift And don't get me wrong,
you know Rob Wriggles in there. You got some other
you know, famous people who are part of that too,
But the Swifties kind of took it all over, you know.
And for Philly fans, like you know that they've been
through some downtimes, but they're true fans. So I would
(04:53):
say that group, the guys, the dudes over the Swifties
also went out in a big, big way also goes
far as in the Washington Commandos. They're a big beneficiary
of it for in one point. In one way, yes,
they got blown out in the NFC Championship Game, but
so did Kansas City, and so maybe Washington is not
(05:14):
as far off for being a team that could potentially
compete with the likes of a team in Kansas City.
And I think when you go back and look at
that game, you're like, hey, they're just getting started. Dan Quinn,
Jaydon Daniels, that whole group. Another offseason, we'll see what
they're capable of. But I think the Washington Commandos were
washing thinking we could have done better than this. I
(05:34):
think the NFC Championship game was, you know, not competitive,
but it really was a super Bowl for that matter.
Speaker 1 (05:41):
Next up is Chief Steaks.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
Chief Steaks over barbecue, all right, And Adam, doesn't matter
if it's Jim's West or Barry Steaks, Gino's, you know,
Angelo's Philips, whoever, whoever you want to points to you
wherever your favorite Chief Steak comes from there in Philly,
all right, that was on the line, whether we realize
that or not. All right, So it could be Arthur
Bryant's Oklahoma Joe's Jack Statt whatever. They took the l
(06:05):
to the Philly cheese steak in this matchup as well.
So those are the biggest beneficiaries in my mind as
compared to what we saw yesterday with the collateral damage.
Speaker 1 (06:15):
That's fair. Interesting, Yeah, that's fair.
Speaker 3 (06:19):
The Howie Roseman discussion and the fact that he also
you know, is doing this, and not only the Tom
Brady era, but the Patrick Mahomes era, I think, also
speaks volumes about just what he's built with the backup
with you know, quarterbacks that weren't first round draft picks
and being able to do that and also how many
times you see an NFL team. And by the way,
(06:40):
Carson Wentz also rough chapter in his his history with
the Eagles.
Speaker 1 (06:45):
What took place there.
Speaker 4 (06:46):
Doesn't fit the narrative here.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
Yeah, but I'm saying he doesn't.
Speaker 3 (06:49):
He didn't get any burn time, like you wouldn't at
least like give him an opportunity. Now we're straight away
from what Okay, but but no, but the point is
he didn't get any burn time. Kenny Pickett did. And
so so I look at that and I go Howie
Roseman sitting there looking across the field at a guy
who can't get on the field and is thinking, you know, yeah,
we walked away from him. Like how many times do
(07:09):
teams whiff on or make a mistake or go through
an injury with their highly drafted quarterback they gave a
franchise deal to and still win a super Bowl with
a backup and then win a Super Bowl after a
coaching change with a guy who was also the backup
to that quarterback once he got back healthy. It's pretty
(07:30):
amazing what they've done with their lack of franchise, first
round draft picked quarterback, which is sort of the discussion
and the narrative that most people have when you can't
win a Super Bowl unless you've got one of those guys.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
I'm gonna bring it back to the quarterback that won
the Super Bowl and got the MVP Award. It's interesting beneficiaries.
I look at Jalen Hurts as he's now a beneficiary
of possibly being related as the the arch nemesis of
(08:05):
Patrick Mahomes, Like, if you think about it, they're one
and one. Now if this this Eagles team and he's
outplayed them in both and and so if if you're thinking, Okay,
you know, who's who's the Who's the Peyton Manning to
Tom Brady or to Tom Brady to Payton Manning, Like
(08:27):
this could be the start of at some point when
we really get an opportunity to look back on how
things have really gone between these two quarterbacks. Jalen Hurts
could possibly find himself being the beneficiary of being a
contemporary and a comparison of who's you know, like, Okay,
(08:49):
he doesn't have as many super Bowls, but they're just
getting going, you know. And in some regards like Jalen
Hurts isn't isn't old. You know, he's he's at he's
at the younger parties. He's like at the what like,
I wouldn't say middle stage of his career. He's like
maybe in the second quarter of his career. So it
hurts Hurts. I think he's was he twenty six, twenty seven,
(09:11):
I don't think he's good. What he's like got six
seven years in now six six years. I don't think
he's not old. He's not old, dude.
Speaker 4 (09:19):
Yeah, I think he's actually more the younger.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
Yeah, he's young, he's young. So I'm just saying I
think that the beneficiary in terms of for like who
comes away with maybe possibly like how he definitely gets
a lot of credit for this, But I also look
at it like, Okay, you weren't willing to commit all
the way to Jalen Hurts at one point, and that's
(09:43):
probably why Doug Peterson ended up losing his job. Was
just kind of the endecision of what you're going to
do with our draft pick. He ends up losing his job.
You end up, like Nick Sirianni is probably he's the
beness benefit. He's a big benefactor off of this as well,
because he did come in and believe in Jalen Hurts
(10:04):
to the degree and the capacity that he did, and
all it's done is yield victories for for Nick Sirianni.
And so to me, I think there's going to be
the conversation that Jalen Hurts has to be at some
point considered a rival in to Patrick Mahomes and the
Patrick Mahomes era. That's a tremendous that's a tremendous benefit
(10:28):
to be in that conversation because of how elite Patrick
Mahomes has been.
Speaker 3 (10:32):
Well, he's now just the third quarterback to beat him.
In the playoffs, Brady Burrow, Jalen Hurts and take it
to an Allen's never done it, Lamar has never done it.
Speaker 1 (10:44):
Take it to another level. Let's throw Nick Sirianni and
let's see how long how much longer you know, coach
Reid stays around. But I mean, is he the arch
nemesis to Andy Reid? You know, does Nick Sirianni build
up some real cloud off of being the guy who
was able to take down and slay Andy Reid? And
(11:04):
this daunted you know, Kansas City, Kansas City team.
Speaker 3 (11:08):
You know, it's creative at Philadelphia, though, you can never
get comfortable if you're at the Eagles because there's a
lot of people saying the same thing about Nick Foles
and Doug Peterson.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
And it was like an hour and a half later
they were gone, Yeah, but this is their second time though,
I know, and this is your talk. So now they
don't have to just meet in the super Bowl. This
now becomes a big game if they're on each other's schedule,
Like anytime these guys go against each other, it's going
to be looked at as this is a big time
game because of what has been created with them matching
(11:38):
up in the Super Bowl. That's a bit and the
NFL benefits from that. There have been a factor from
that because you can hype that if I'm the NFL
and I'm the schedule makers, I'm one hundred percent trying
to make sure that the Eagles and the Chiefs play
during a regular Seasonough.
Speaker 4 (11:53):
There you go. That's a good one, right, that's a
good one. I mean, anything's obvious. I think we all know.
I mean, every player like joshwa he's what big beneficiary
because he could have won the MVPs slated to go
into free agency, so he's gonna get paid a ton.
But the NFL like the narrative of these two teams
now swearing off, which you like. I don't know if
everyone wants to see them play all that often, but
(12:16):
you know, based on how the NFC looks, based on
Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid's track record, you're probably gonna
see it again at some point in the future.
Speaker 3 (12:23):
Also, Bill Belichick, Tom Brady Legacy secure we're good here,
because there was a lot of people that thought Andy Reid,
Patrick Mahomes, we're going to make a climb at this
no longer.
Speaker 1 (12:36):
So those so one lode just just kills it all. Huh.
That's a big loss. Man.
Speaker 3 (12:41):
We talked about it like there's a huge difference between
going from three to four, and it just feels like
that's a daunting task for Mahomes and Andy Reid to
make up that ground towards the end of their career
because I just don't see Andy Reid coaching as long
and I don't see Patrick Mahomes playing as long as
Tom Brady. I mean, Brady played twenty three years. You
(13:02):
think Patrick Mahomes is going to be, you know, slinging
the rock at forty four, forty five years old. I mean,
I just I don't see it. But you know, what
the hell do I know?
Speaker 1 (13:13):
Two Pros and a Cup of Joe.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
Here on Fox Sports Radio, LeVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas
Knox with you. Coming up, we are going to have
a little tail. Somebody's got a lot of hope. They've
got a lot of optimism on what the future could
look like, even though they were nowhere close to winning
a Super Bowl this year in the NFL.
Speaker 1 (13:31):
And we'll have that for you next here on FSR.
Speaker 2 (13:34):
Be sure to catch live editions of two Pros and

Two Pros and a Cup of Joe.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
Fox Sports Radio, LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with
you here coming up. We'll call it twenty minutes from
now here from the tire Raq dot com studios are
going to have our midweek Awards, the Good, the Bad,
and the ugly.
Speaker 1 (14:03):
Those will be yours here on FSR.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
By the way, quick little programming note, the Chiefs and
the Eagles do play next year. Philly is at Kansas City,
so it won't be the season debut. Because the Super
Bowl champs, they get to host the first game of
the year, except for that one year Denver. I think
Baltimore had to go to Denver for some random reason
because I think the Orioles were playing or something. But
(14:27):
the Chiefs are going to be hosting the Philadelphia Egos,
the Philadelphia Eagles, the Egos, Egos whatever.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
Wow, that's the new deal. I mean, they won and
they spank them boys, so I mean it's not like
it ain't fitting. So expect that one to get let
me hear you.
Speaker 4 (14:46):
Oh, I don't think that's funny.
Speaker 6 (14:54):
The egos, Yeah, elgas.
Speaker 1 (14:59):
That's a species of bird, you know. Yes, hum yeah, yeah. Interesting.
Well they rival the phoenix, you know, they theyre they
fight one another, you know, the elgus. You know, maybe.
Speaker 3 (15:19):
Uh, maybe Philly would host Washington open up the year
next year.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
Maybe that could be a good match up. Yeah, that'd
be a good one. Yeah, they're on the schedule.
Speaker 4 (15:29):
You have a mayor of a city that can't spell eagles?
Does that make you question then everything they do?
Speaker 1 (15:33):
You know, that wasn't the Well, the mayor did mess
it up, that was the Yeah, I mean that one
that sound by wasn't the mayor. That was a fan,
that was a random No, it was the mayor.
Speaker 4 (15:45):
But dang, So the question still stands, does that make
you question then everything? Because what you'd be like, well,
if they can't recount, like the way to spell eagles
or just the chant. If you're a big Philly fan,
there's probably a lot more questioning.
Speaker 1 (16:03):
Yes, I think, I mean probably the school district, the
school systems is what would be the first if you
can't spell eagles? I mean that's that one's that's you know,
I will say I struggle with chiefs every once in
a while, I do. I mix up the eye and
the e to eat and the eye. I just mess
it up every once in a while, I really do.
(16:26):
I don't know why. Very easy work, but I mess
up the eye and to e like I mix them
up every once in a while. But eagles, I'm pretty
strong at I'm pretty strong.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
How about that numb nuts that was at the Rams
super Bowl parade and was wearing Saint Louis Rams gear.
He was a politician. I don't know who he was,
but he was some politician up there wearing a Saint
Louis Rams.
Speaker 4 (16:48):
Did he did he like fly away from Saint Louis
to do that?
Speaker 1 (16:51):
Did he fly off the stage? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (16:54):
None too, So I don't know. I don't know what
ended up happened to her, the photog think she got paid.
I don't know, because I know she people started looking
through her messages on social media and they found some
questionable comments. So she couldn't even like take a swan dive,
(17:14):
you know, unintentionally off a stage at a Super Bowl parade,
trying to take pictures without people going to try and
docks her and pull up all this old information about her.
Speaker 1 (17:24):
I mean, regardless of what the old information said. I
mean she did get walked off of the stage to
take a picture. I mean she was. They were backing
her up. She was backing up to take the picture.
She went, she went forth, She went forward for a
little little flight. You know, it was pretty hot. Was
ten feet up? Could have been. Not sure that's a fall, yeah,
(17:45):
sure is No, that's a fall. Yeah. Interesting, Well, speaking
of a fall. Oh, let's see where you go with it.
Speaker 3 (17:52):
A fall from contention for a Super Bowl yep, starring
the Dallas.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
Cow Oh, there we go there.
Speaker 3 (17:58):
Ask don't ask Dak Scott because he spoke yesterday about
the Eagles winning a Super Bowl and still has optimism
for his Dallas Cowboys.
Speaker 7 (18:08):
I feel like we compete with the Eagles and beat
them for the most part when we played them. I
don't want to say, check the record when they other
guy's holding the trophy right now.
Speaker 4 (18:16):
Credit to them, they've earned and they deserved it by
all means.
Speaker 7 (18:18):
But very close, especially even watched the NFC game with
the NFC championship and those two teams teams that we
battle against each each and every year a couple of times,
and as I said, feel confident about we've gotten the
better part each and every time. To see them just
see in a such a dominating fashion.
Speaker 1 (18:32):
Credit to them.
Speaker 7 (18:33):
It's our turning us on us.
Speaker 1 (18:35):
Yeah, good luck for that. He's hanging out with Jerry
too much. They're hanging out too much. He's starting to
rub off on him. You know.
Speaker 4 (18:42):
Isn't there like a fake it till you make it
kind of thought though, like just keep convincing yourself and
eventually you'll you'll believe it. Maybe other people do.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
Too, hmm. No, I mean I don't know, man, he's
not even making it through seasons too much anymore. I
don't know.
Speaker 3 (19:01):
As as somebody who picked the Dallas Cowboys. I mean
this is like a while back, like you know, as
somebody who picked the Dallas Cowboys to win a Super
Bowl fairly recently, Like if it could have been this
past year, yeah, I mean, you know.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
Would you have Cowboys Bengals is out? You had?
Speaker 1 (19:19):
I believe so I believe that was.
Speaker 4 (19:21):
I mean it would have been a cool matchup, Like
I forget, that's like a historic matchup in a.
Speaker 3 (19:25):
Way, right, Yeah, yeah. I mean, and it would be
historic if the Cowboys ever got back there.
Speaker 1 (19:30):
That's for sure.
Speaker 3 (19:31):
They are further away from being legitimate contenders than they were.
And we talked about this. I don't know how you're
a Cowboys fan and you go into this year and
you hear those comments from Dak Prescott and go, hell, yeah,
he's got a great point. We do play Philadelphia well
in the regular season. There's this whole thing called the
(19:52):
postseason that counts still, and they either don't qualify or
they're pretty quick.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
To be dismissed.
Speaker 3 (19:58):
I don't see how anybody has got any sort of
optimism based on what we saw this season for the
Dallas Cowboys going into next year.
Speaker 1 (20:08):
I just don't. I mean, they have split. I'm looking
at the history of their their you know, them playing
against each other, they have split quite a bit. You know.
Dallas won. I mean, the Bills beat the Chiefs a
lot in the regular season. Two. I mean, I think
your point is spot on. I think he bases what
(20:29):
he's saying off of I mean, the evidence say they
do split, split the games, you know, and Dallas leads
the series overall hit to hit. But I just you know,
Let's be clear here. We had this conversation the other day.
I think it was Monday, might might have been before that,
I don't know, but this Dallas Cowboys team is not
(20:53):
closer to the super Bowl moving forward than what they've
been in years past. They seem to be seemingly further
away because there's just question marks that surrounds this team.
What is the health of Dak Prescott? What will his
health be? Can he be durable again in his career?
(21:16):
Can he get beyond what seemingly is the ceiling that
he's hit in terms of amount of games that he's
going to win. Who's going to be your backfield? Who's
going to complement ceedee lamb? What are you going to do? Like?
You have some nice pieces on your offensive line, but
it's nowhere near the offensive front that you had when
(21:38):
you had Tyrant and all of those guys on your
offensive line. It's not the same offensive line. So where
do you go from there? Defense has the potential to
be really good, but from all things I saw this year,
they took a step a big step backwards not having
Dan Quinn and listen, I know Zimmer is a defensive mind.
(22:00):
Has did some really really fine things in Minnesota. We
saw how that worked out. Do they get better this year?
Is there a big, big switch, a big change, a
big step forward that remains to be seen. But I
just think that there are so many question marks, And
I mean to Brady to your point, I mean, it
is about faking it until you make it, or believing
(22:22):
it until you know, until something, until further further notice.
I guess I think Dak truly believes that this team
can compete for a super Bowl and that they should
be there based off of what he's seeing.
Speaker 4 (22:36):
He's got to, I mean think about it, like, you know,
there's only a select few who probably were never told
at any point in time in their life like they
could make it, or like, hey, you throw like a picture,
not like a quarterback. You know, like those comments that
they stick with you and you remember the doubters. You
remember a teacher or said something or whatever else it
was like, there's not many people who don't encounter that
(22:56):
at some point in their life, and so many of
the athletes, if you really think about it, in order
to make it to the level of the NFL, you
have to believe stuff that other people look at you
and they're like okay, kid, Like, oh okay, pal, you know,
all right, we'll see Like they're gonna be skeptical, they're
gonna be naysayers. There's gonna be people who who you know,
look at you and saying, yeah, you got no shot.
And that's where you do have to be delusional. Like
(23:19):
there is an element of craziness and delusional that exists
within every single professional athlete, with exception of like the
point zero zero one percent, because those individuals were so
incredible at a young age that like everyone's like, no,
he's different, he's special. But for the rest of us,
you had to be into a category of being delusional,
(23:39):
a little bit crazy and doing things that other people
thought were probably dumb, crazy, whatever it was, until you're
able to make it to that point. So I'm never
gonna take a you know, take a dig or say
like oh that you shouldn't think that. I mean, why
would you even go out and play if you didn't
think that every year you had a shot at winn
a super Bowl. Now, the reality is once you get
(24:02):
on certain teams, and once you've been on teams that
are good enough to win it or you know, have
won whatever, the case is, you know, the difference, like
you know, the difference of the teams that have a
legit shot and teams that really have no chance. And
so there's elements of that that I think you see
once you get there. But I don't think there's anything
(24:23):
wrong with what he's saying and what he's thinking, because
he's got to convince himself of that before he convinced
anyone else of that. I would like to point out
this the fact that we're talking about the Dallas Cowboys
all right at this point in time now in the
off season. It goes to show you we've made our
transition from being a radio sports talk radio show to
(24:45):
now we're essentially just following a bunch of you know,
studio TV shows where there's a little less stuff to
talk about. Let's just throw in the Dallas Cowboys. There'll
be something there to talk about. Now, I'm gonna be
fully transparent. I am not on board with us talking
about it this soon after the SUPEROW.
Speaker 3 (25:02):
I mean, I feel like some studio TV shows have
better things going on too, so that I think.
Speaker 4 (25:07):
That that might be the case. But usually it's like, hey,
what's the low hanging fruit? What Jerry saying did Dack
say something? It's usually how.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
It works, all right, So that's between y'all. I'm not
in that one here. That's a dig at you, Jonas,
go getting take that hit. I didn't put it. I'm
not in that one. I didn't build a run. Damn sure.
I didn't put it on the run. I don't put
anything on the run.
Speaker 3 (25:34):
But but speaking of speaking of the Dallas Cowboys, let's
play a little game.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
Here, all right, here we go play the hits, Jonas.
Speaker 3 (25:43):
Nine teams, nine teams currently in the NFC have better
odds or shorter odds to win the conference. Can you
name those nine teams with shorter odds to win the NFC?
Speaker 1 (25:58):
Philly, Philadelphia that's correct, Washington that's correct, Detroit that's correct,
Minnesota that's correct, Green Bay that's correct. How many is Minnesota?
Did you say how many of that? I believe that's five.
Tampa Bay. That's that's correct. We got seven.
Speaker 4 (26:19):
Don't don't tell, don't don't tell me.
Speaker 6 (26:22):
The Bears, that's correct.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
That is such beauty, almost cursed.
Speaker 4 (26:29):
I won't take that out of here.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
That's no way out of here. The Bears.
Speaker 3 (26:35):
Yeah, come on, Oh, what.
Speaker 1 (26:40):
What's the problem half out of here?
Speaker 4 (26:41):
What do you mean?
Speaker 1 (26:43):
That's like, okay, you know what that is. You know
what that is.
Speaker 4 (26:48):
That's an indictment on Dak. That's basically what betting like,
like betting odds are looking at the quarterback and saying,
we feel like Caleb Williams with before the off season
even get started with that roster has a better chance
than Dak Prescott in the Dallas count I.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
Mean you're missing one too. You think the music should
have started when we said the Bears. I mean there's
another one too that you guys want to that's correct. Yeah, yeah,
the forty nine ers are there. What's so stunning about
the Bears? What would make you believe about that? They
should be a Bears fan? You know, they should be
down at the bottom, right there, down at the bottom
(27:23):
of Carolina with like the Giants and thereon. They should
be right there.
Speaker 3 (27:28):
Yes, By the way, Seattle's thirty to one, so the
Bears have shorter odds in the Seahawks, that's weird. And
the Falcons and the Arizona Cardinals and uh yeah. So
there's your quick glimpse into what the NFC could look
like next year with Philly and Detroit sitting atop Philly
plus three hundred Detroit plus four twenty five to win
(27:50):
the NFC next year. I don't think Detroit is going
to be back, but you know, teach their.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
Own I mean, they have way more confidence in what
Dan Campbell can put together even after losing both coordinators
than to go with one of his coordinators having better
odds than No Dallas.
Speaker 3 (28:14):
No team in NFL history has ever lost both their
coordinators and gone to a super Bowl afterwards.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
Well, they don't go to the super Bowl anyway. Yeah,
how often does that even happen? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (28:26):
Right, Like you literally just set out something that probably
happened three times ever in NFL history. But I will
say this, yeah, but it happened like where you let
me ask you this. Where do you see that stat
who wrote that columns?
Speaker 1 (28:39):
Don't worry about no, no, no, no, don't worry about it.
Speaker 6 (28:41):
Listen.
Speaker 1 (28:42):
Yeah, I got.
Speaker 4 (28:43):
Speaking of speaking of if you want to see politics
weaved in with sports, just going on pro football talk.
All right, look at the tea leaves of Mike Florio,
just really airing out any grievances he's got against what's
happening right now.
Speaker 1 (28:56):
But who's he siding with? Like, who do you think
he votes for? That? Is that been in obvious with.
Speaker 4 (29:02):
I tried to talk to him a Super Bowl. I
think he was wearing masks.
Speaker 1 (29:04):
Ah, really, are you sure it was him?
Speaker 4 (29:11):
That's a great point. It maybe could have been someone else.
Speaker 3 (29:14):
Uh yeah, well, you know, not surprising based on uh
face because they were.
Speaker 4 (29:19):
Right next to us. But I never really saw them though.
Maybe it wasn't him because there wasn't really anyone over there.
Speaker 3 (29:24):
Oh he was mingling around there one of the days,
I think my Thursday or Friday, but I think by
the time Friday world around, we were just ready to
you know, catch a flight and get the hell out
of there. So uh so, yeah, that's uh, that's the
way we go uh here when it comes to the NFC.
But I mean it could be worse. You could be fat.
You know, at least there's a solution for that.
Speaker 1 (29:46):
Dang. Well, if you do need to lose a little
bit of weight, I mean, I'm not gonna sit here
and call you what what Joan has just did. I'm
going to encourage you. And you know what, you could
lose a little weight, We could all lose a little weight.

changed it because it was a street consultation. I don't
know consultation consult I don't know. I can't read, though
I am. I'll just be jacking up words sometimes though
I don't know. It's like, yeah, humidor is it? Humid ador?
(30:51):
Is a human door? Right? I just feel like a
humidador is the same type of deal, right, Isn't it
like show.
Speaker 4 (31:00):
When you're close you're close to a singing humidifier, you
think of humidifire, humid or humidifier. Yeah, humid door, like
the humidors would have would have been back in the sixties.
They'd been singing all wearing matching outfits and dancing.
Speaker 1 (31:13):
The other I thought they fight bulls? Don't they fight bulls? What? Okay?
Speaker 4 (31:20):
How do they say that in Spanish?
Speaker 3 (31:21):
Jonas El mattadoro though, I believe, oh really make it
so much more complicated?
Speaker 1 (31:29):
Yea?
Speaker 4 (31:29):
Why do they add more?
Speaker 1 (31:30):
I don't know, just el matador listen, I just married
into it. I don't know.
Speaker 6 (31:35):
Oh no you can't.
Speaker 1 (31:37):
Oh no no, what so like you know, that's like
considered inappropriate, you know, speedy Gonzales I didn't play that.
I mean that's what that was? A dang all right?
Speaker 4 (31:49):
Who actually does play that? Is that?
Speaker 2 (31:50):
Ray?
Speaker 5 (31:50):
Ray?
Speaker 1 (31:51):
I'm not going to snitch. That's five? Oh is it?
Speaker 6 (31:53):
You heard you?
Speaker 1 (31:54):
Did you hear the five? Oh? Yeah, good for you, though,
Ray Ray? I thank Jo. I did say who played it? Yeah?
You said? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (32:06):
Was it right?
Speaker 1 (32:06):
Right? Yeah? Oh sorry?
Speaker 4 (32:08):
See well I barely really talked to Lee outside of
one segment today.
Speaker 1 (32:16):
Lee's Lee's knee Deep and some key lime pie right now.
Clearly Lee has been enjoying a finer living arrangements lately too.
You know, he's been he's been really living it up.
Speaker 6 (32:31):
Maybe some CD motels, some CouchSurfing.
Speaker 4 (32:36):
First off, First off, let's just go back to this.
Is she back in town?
Speaker 6 (32:41):
Oh no, yeah, she is back.
Speaker 4 (32:45):
Okay, And are you guys both couch surfing together?
Speaker 6 (32:50):
Separately but both CouchSurfing? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (32:55):
Lee slept in a place that's got a giant sign
out front that says free HBO.
Speaker 6 (32:59):
No, they didn't even they did not have HBO.
Speaker 1 (33:03):
No no, so I.
Speaker 4 (33:06):
Was actually bad as Did you actually stay there in
a crappy place?
Speaker 6 (33:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (33:09):
I did, Lorena?
Speaker 4 (33:10):
Are you how much did they charge you at night? I? Uh,
I you didn't even pay.
Speaker 1 (33:16):
I didn't even pay, Loreena, are you ready to swoop
in well because he was had a companion.
Speaker 6 (33:23):
No, no, LeVar, You're not right.
Speaker 4 (33:27):
So this is how you guys are hooking up. You're
you're staying motels together.
Speaker 6 (33:31):
Just for a night. Yeah, because we're going out for
the weekend.
Speaker 4 (33:33):
So I was gonna say, are you guys like, is
there a chance that you get bed bugs together? Is
that something can you share?
Speaker 6 (33:40):
I have been itching, but oh no, oh no.
Speaker 4 (33:43):
If your hygiene was better, i'd say it has to
be bed bugs.
Speaker 1 (33:46):
But you still got that open sore and you're sleeping
on the pillows. There they eating you? Oh man, eating
your face.
Speaker 3 (33:55):
I don't like that, like Vanilla Sky in two weeks.
Everything's almost I.
Speaker 4 (34:00):
Feel like people will like judge us because it feels
like we're judging you. I'm just asking questions because I'm
trying to understand the life you live. That's all you know,
that's all like, it's so far removed. I'm from my
life right now that I'm trying to understand, like at
your age, how you can still be functioning like this.
It's just it's hard.
Speaker 6 (34:20):
Yeah, well, day by day I don't know either day.
Speaker 1 (34:23):
By day by day by day by day. Hopefully there's
a tomorrow. I want to go back to Loraina. At
what point do you rescue what? What? At what point
do you sweep in with your swoop in with your
cape on and say Lee, like I'm taking over here,
(34:47):
Like you're coming with me. I'm going to clean you
up and we're going to get you right and it's
going to be me and you.
Speaker 5 (34:55):
Out there.
Speaker 6 (34:57):
My house is always available.
Speaker 1 (35:05):
Did jud just hear what just happened? Did you just
hear what happened? Did not just hear what happened? We
were singing? Damn I missed it. I heard Lee? Are
you going? Are you going to take her up on
it in the future.
Speaker 8 (35:23):
I'm set for the next week or so.
Speaker 4 (35:27):
We figure out Ray do you you're offering your couch
for him?
Speaker 1 (35:31):
Right? Well? Yeah, I mean you said, well I was
a thought like, yeah.
Speaker 6 (35:38):
I mean I have I have an extra bed next
to my bed.
Speaker 1 (35:43):
And my cousin's gone all day. So she even said
I could sleep in her bed and Lee could have
my bed. Oh okay, So I'm gonna stop here.
Speaker 4 (35:52):
This is where I go next to the scene.
Speaker 6 (35:55):
You can just take the couch.
Speaker 8 (35:57):
But I was going to offer is there for you
for you to for him to I appreciate the offer,
but you're not going to use it until until a
later date.
Speaker 6 (36:06):
No, I'm fine where I'm at, true player, is there.
Speaker 4 (36:10):
A right there that you would get murdered if you
actually stay of our regulars place?
Speaker 6 (36:14):
Absolutely murdered?
Speaker 4 (36:16):
Like no, no, I'm saying legitimately murdered. Like can we call
l a p D and like put them on the
lookout for this.
Speaker 6 (36:23):
The percentage is never zero? Yes you could.
Speaker 1 (36:25):
Dang, Wow, that's that's interesting to say. That's perspective. The
percentage of you getting murdered a bo or zero.
Speaker 4 (36:35):
Have ever in your life? Could you have said that,
whether it's your wife or previous girlfriends, could you have
ever said that with any other woman in your life?
Speaker 1 (36:48):
I don't think I would have ever felt like the
percentage was no all right, Yeah, I mean I'm sitting
here trying to think. I mean, I have dated some
some crazy ass people, though. I mean, I will say
that there would be the possibility that if I really
really broke it down, that there could have been a
(37:08):
possibility of a percentage point being there, but it wouldn't
be very high. I will say that to your defense lead.
But I got away from those people very very quickly,
you know. So that's I think the bigger issue here
is is that you know that it can't be on zero,
but yet that's where you are. I mean, that's if
(37:31):
that percentage point is not at zero, then you know
you gotta go. I mean, you can't be in a
situation where you know the percentage doesn't have you fully
safe with the person. Like bro, you could go to
sleep one day and and you know, I know, we
wagh like. I mean, I mean, godly, that's just crazy.
It's not on zero, I'll I mean, if.
Speaker 3 (37:53):

There are some good things that happen, and there's some
bad and then there's some downright ugly things. It's time
for good, bad and lovely?
Speaker 1 (38:59):
All right, leave laugh? Who's got what quick one? Today?
Speaker 6 (39:01):
Fellas Jonas? What was good this week?
Speaker 3 (39:04):
Good to be back home listen, New Orleans. That was fun,
great experience. Loved being out there to be able to
take it all in. But that's a lot of days
in a town that just parties NonStop.
Speaker 1 (39:17):
So it's going to be back home away from the chaos.
Speaker 6 (39:20):
Can't have good without the bad, LeVar. What was bad
this week?
Speaker 1 (39:24):
The air quality in New Orleans. I just thought that
the smells weren't weren't to Yeah, it wasn't. It wasn't
all the way in with me.
Speaker 6 (39:34):
Well, can we get worse than that? Brady? What was
ugly this week?
Speaker 4 (39:39):
Well, the easy thing would be the trade between the
Dallas Mavericks and the Los Angeles Lakers, Luca ad it's
got ugly in Dallas. But what was uglier than that
was your fally, your fall on Bourbon Street, the French
Quarter of New Orleans, the gashes that you got from that,
it was just I mean, they're still hilling, but it
(39:59):
was this as ugly it could be.
Speaker 6 (40:02):
I'll get pretty next week. I'll be pretty by next week.
Speaker 1 (40:05):
Role Playing can be ugly,
