Can I ask you guys a question. Yeah, well, I
believe LeVar is uh. I can hear him faintly in
(01:21):
the background. We got yeah, we got some tech.
Speaker 4 (01:25):
We got I got some.
Speaker 5 (01:32):
It's just not there, all right, So.
Speaker 1 (01:36):
I don't know, Man, it could go wrong. It's going
If it could go wrong, it would go wrong. I mean,
Murphy's Love After the Night, I just had, you know,
all right.
Speaker 3 (01:46):
So here's here's the question I asked for you guys.
What's the when you go to a movie? Do you
buy tickets when you arrive to the theater or do
you buy them before you get to the theater?
Speaker 1 (02:01):
Before I do it?
Speaker 4 (02:04):
Maybe I'm different than you, guys said, I do it
when I get there.
Speaker 3 (02:07):
Okay, I'm the same. Look I don't you know, I'll
check and all right, it's this time, and I'll just
go buy.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
But you can reserve your seats these days. Old school,
you just go in this first come, first serve. New school,
you get you get them online and you have your
seats already reserved.
Speaker 3 (02:23):
I guess, I mean that's where I'm kind of in
Brady's pointed this out a bunch of times. I'm built
different because I'll just violently remove somebody from their seat
if I want it, like I take one out.
Speaker 1 (02:32):
Yeah, but that but that seat is already paid for.
Like you touch my kid and he's in his side seat,
you're gonna have some problem.
Speaker 4 (02:39):
Damn.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
We'll move some furniture around.
Speaker 3 (02:42):
Jonas LaVar How how far it is? How far in
advance are you buying a ticket to a movie.
Speaker 1 (02:50):
That doesn't have to be that far in advance, Like
it could be an hour or two before?
Speaker 3 (02:55):
What about two months? Is that a bit excessive?
Speaker 4 (02:59):
Who would do that?
Speaker 1 (03:00):
That's successive?
Speaker 3 (03:02):
Lee just told me during the break that he didn't
know that the movie he saw yesterday was three D
because he had bought the tickets two or three months ago.
Why are you Why are you find a movie ticket
two months in advance?
Speaker 6 (03:18):
Well, first of all, buy is a strong word. I
reserved the seats because I pay for subscription. And yes,
they were an IMAX showing, so that was the first thing,
because I got extra premium points for going to the Imax.
Speaker 7 (03:30):
And yes, I did not.
Speaker 6 (03:31):
Realize until they put the three D glasses in my
hand that it was going to be a three D
showing and I do not like three So.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
What D were you able to watch it in considering
how blasted you were before the show? Oh?
Speaker 7 (03:42):
I did have to close an eye, Yeah I.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Did.
Speaker 6 (03:46):
After Cyclock, I took my glasses off several times.
Speaker 7 (03:49):
Yeah, it was.
Speaker 6 (03:51):
It was hard, but the movie was awesome. Sold out
shows with the movie dead poolvers and Wolverine. I want
to say, Verse, Deadpool and Wolverine, and if you're into
that kind of thing, awesome.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
I mean, you know it seems I listen and just
by count of the the fact that you threw in
the twenty four ounce uh Voodoo Ranger as well too.
Speaker 4 (04:15):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (04:16):
At the on the last trailers, as Nicole Kinman was
given the rules of the show, I was like, you
know what I needed? Twenty four ounds voodoo and I
PA because you know here, here's here's your deal. The
ip A same price as the h as your domestic
good call. So what am I gonna get four percent?
(04:37):
Or am I to get seven percent?
Speaker 4 (04:38):
Yeah?
Speaker 7 (04:39):
Boom, get on that gas, get that Voodoo IPA. There
you go, that's what's up.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
Yeah, that work?
Speaker 3 (04:44):
And then you and then you claim then close an
eye through the movie.
Speaker 4 (04:47):
You sound impeccably sober, considering the fact that I think,
by my count or estimation, you had somewhere in the
ballpark of seventeen drinks.
Speaker 7 (04:58):
I had at least ten before the movie.
Speaker 4 (05:01):
Okay, so eighteen to tang.
Speaker 6 (05:03):
And then I had probably four after and the movie
started early.
Speaker 4 (05:11):
I asked you how many drinks you had after. Your
response was four to eight. So if they were doubles,
they they I don't think they were.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
He's like the uh, he's like the phone company back
in the day. What time you guys gonna be there
and between four and eight? That helps, Thanks for narrowing
it down.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
Yeah, the problem is there's a big deal in your
whole way. That's that's not even like, that's not even
like a fair comparison because.
Speaker 7 (05:37):
I did take four.
Speaker 4 (05:38):
You have four drinks, Like I don't know Mike Gunny's
defense here, Maybe you can still drive, but like if
you have eight, it's an entirely different story. Like, not
only should you not be driving, it's probably illegal. There's
probably a lot of things, like like most people after
eight would be defined as drunk. Four Like it might
be all right, you know, and it's a it's a
big difference. There's a line that was crossed at some
(05:59):
point for late.
Speaker 7 (06:00):
Well, first of all, I wasn't driving. Thank you for
checking those.
Speaker 4 (06:03):
I understood, understood.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
I'm just saying, but what about public eight window hour?
Speaker 4 (06:07):
Jonice? Throughout there's not a fair comparison from four to
eight drinks.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
I think being judged as well though lreada if you.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
Had four drinks versus eight, there's probably a decent chance
at eight you might get sick, like that might be
a little too much.
Speaker 3 (06:22):
I would be unconscious by then.
Speaker 6 (06:25):
And in my own defense, I only ordered two. But
I go to these places and they's.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
Their fall and they go from two to eight point.
Speaker 6 (06:33):
Well, because I ordered two rounds and I'm going to
order a beer and a shot. And then they were like, hey,
you know you're still here. Here's another one. That's their
fault on us. Good job on us.
Speaker 4 (06:43):
They can literally give you like like you're on a casino. Yeah,
they just so they see you and they go, this
guy is a good guy. Let's just keep giving free alcohol.
Speaker 7 (06:51):
That's why I go there.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
No, they know him by name, that's Lee. They got
a picture of him in the bar Lee boy.
Speaker 6 (06:57):
Yeah, not deal. I know people, I'm kind of a
big deal. But uh, I don't know how to put this,
but I'm kind of a big deal.
Speaker 3 (07:08):
Let's just put this into perspective. It's a Thursday afternoon,
you polished off fourteen drinks, and our spries could be
the following morning.
Speaker 6 (07:19):
You are. Well, here's the thing. You got to take
a nap somewhere in the movie. I didn't have to
ask my friends, like, how did that character get killed?
Speaker 7 (07:25):
He's like, you're a jerk.
Speaker 4 (07:27):
So wait, you booked these tickets two months in advance
and then you fell asleep during it.
Speaker 1 (07:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (07:32):
Well, I mean my lids were pretty heavy, so yeah,
I mean I didn't want to, but yeah, I.
Speaker 7 (07:38):
Miss how one character.
Speaker 6 (07:39):
I miss how one character got it impressive.
Speaker 7 (07:47):
Every Marvel movie, I'm going to take a nap. Ryan
Smith knows this.
Speaker 6 (07:51):
I don't like CGI. I like talking head movies. I
like independent, slow talking head movies. Did you put action
in c G I in front of me? I'm gonna
fall asleep. Put a transformer in front of me.
Speaker 3 (08:03):
Done, listen. It's uh, what a world. I can't even
believe it. I didn't know the drink count was up
to that many, but lead to lab for a lot
of drinks and rolling like you put Vart to shame.
I don't think do you have fourteen?
Speaker 7 (08:20):
I think I paid for six and I got probably.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
Fourteen two three relicks, four five, I got to seven.
I got to seven yesterday I got to seven.
Speaker 4 (08:40):
What were you counting.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
How many I drank the Four Islands? Yes, I was
counting throughout the day. I had to go through my
day because I feel like I got beat up. So really,
I definitely drank.
Speaker 4 (08:57):
But your tolerance up because apparently, compared to Lee, he
would drink you under the table at this point.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
Man, but I'm drinking LeVar Allen's. He's taking a shot
of one liquor and Bear like I'm drinking LeVar Allen.
I'm drinking beer beer Bear Bear beer, Bear beer, Man beer.
I gotta make my face wear when I.
Speaker 7 (09:26):
Like that what I'm talking about, I'm talking to bar here.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
I'm saying, I know, but that was that was different.
Speaker 4 (09:32):
You were like proudy dude, like yeah, that's my guy,
thank you?
Speaker 1 (09:37):
Yes? Yeah, I mean so you gotta think I'm I'm
drinking like what how many different alcohols going to a
LeVar Allan man? And I added a moretto, which is fat.
Speaker 7 (09:50):
Which you put me on a game on And that
is the call.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
Is that the fire, bro.
Speaker 6 (09:55):
It is the fire. But you can't do it everywhere.
You gotta you gotta be at.
Speaker 4 (09:59):
In this pablishment.
Speaker 7 (10:02):
Somebody knows what's doing, what they're doing.
Speaker 3 (10:05):
Brady and I were doing shots at bas at the
bar yesterday. I mean some people want it, some people don't.
Speaker 1 (10:13):
I don't what to tell you, no doubt.
Speaker 3 (10:16):
Well the team of the Team of LeVar, are you
what what? You don't still get royalties? Come on doing
my best here. The team of LeVar was rocking and
rolling yesterday. But there is a situation to monitor in
the National Football League and it's this hold down hold
in conversation. So Hassan Reddick of the Jets is holding
(10:41):
out completely, not their subject to fine. Trent Williams C.
D Lamb both are holding out as well too. But
then you've got Jamar Chase, Jordan Love, Ta Tungue of
Iloa who were holding in. So the question is which would.
Speaker 1 (10:59):
You proved or not to be.
Speaker 3 (11:01):
Because like Tua is partaking in a little bit more
of the drill work than Jordan love is, but it's
still not that much more. And Jamar Chase is there
and president but not participating in anything. So do you
just get to pick and choose when you're holding in
what you're willing to do and what you're not willing
to do. And Dad Prescott, by the way, final year
(11:22):
of his deal, he's there, ready to go, not a
hold in or holdout, just ready to play this final
year out. Like if you had to choose which approach
you take in as an NFL player, you're trying to get.
Speaker 4 (11:32):
Paid as a quarterback, you almost have to take the
hold in approach. It's tough to miss time these days
when you're under contract. You're gonna be getting fined. Everyone's there,
you're not. It's just it's it's a different situation when
it's a holdout when you're a quarterback. If you're another position,
(11:52):
it's honestly sometimes like better, I mean, because then they
get a chance to see what life is like without
And you can make the same case as a quarterback,
but it just impacts so much with the team, like
you're you're kind of being a detriment to the entirety
of the operation and all that. So it's different, I
would say, when you're a quarterback. You you know, oftentimes
(12:17):
you should be there and do everything you can or
that you want to do, but still send the message.
And that's the hard thing is like I don't know,
you know, unless you get it done before training cap,
it's hard to be able to really exercise that leverage
without just flat out missing it. I mean to pull
them like an allah Brett Farv where you're just a
way somewhere down in Mississippi and you show up at
(12:39):
some point. There's not that many guys that want to
do that these days anymore.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
I like holding it makes everybody uncomfortable, and you got
to be able to handle the uncomfortableness. But I like holding.
Speaker 4 (12:55):
It is very fitting for you though, bar like you
do not mind making people feel uncomfortable. It's fun, but
it's fun to watch you, like go through things making
people feel uncomfortable.
Speaker 1 (13:07):
Yeah. Yeah, And if you're out of sight, it's out
of mind. So if you're holding out and you're not there,
you know.
Speaker 4 (13:17):
Who honestly cares about the subject when we really could
talk to you about speaking of making people uncomfortable, how
was your travel to get to the travel?
Speaker 1 (13:26):
It was pretty good. It was pretty good. I mean
it was a lot of waiting, but it was pretty good.
So you know, it's we made it. We made it.
I sat in an exit row.
Speaker 4 (13:38):
It was though for a long time.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
It was it was a long time.
Speaker 3 (13:43):
Is it because that outage, that crowd strike or whatever
it is outage from last week? Is that still the
excuse for the delays? Did you fly Delta?
Speaker 1 (13:52):
I don't know. Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (13:55):
The good news is Southwest announce they're going to be
I do not having seats.
Speaker 4 (14:00):
I do not know.
Speaker 3 (14:01):
Did you see that, Brady, the cattle call for Southwest
is going to be uh going by getting.
Speaker 4 (14:07):
Rid of it? Yeah, I mean they maybe they listen
to our show. I've been calling for this for years now,
so I'm excited about it. He does not know, and
I won't stop now. I can't stop now. I have
(14:27):
been waiting for Southwest to figure this out for quite
some time. But it also gives you a sense. I
think after everyone like flooded, the Southwest flight says the
crowd strike impacted like every other airline, but theirs because
they have an antiquated system that's based in Dallas. Whatever
you want to say, that probably forced him to be
like we're probably leaving some money on the table here
(14:49):
by not allowing people to essentially just have an assigned
seat like it Like, this is something we need to
tap into at this pointment.
Speaker 3 (14:54):
Be forward, so big fan of Southwest, very simple. You know,
I'm not too bougie. There's no first class. You just
get in there, find your seat, sit down and let's go.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
You know, just don't stand Our little bit used to
be the best, Like when we talked about Southwest, that
used to be the best bit ever. But I guess
you know, we ain't got it all together. That was like,
it's pretty unique. It was a unique little deal all.
Speaker 3 (15:17):
The roundup, turn around.
Speaker 1 (15:26):
It wasn't It was one of the best bits ever, man.
Speaker 3 (15:30):
One of our better diphs for sure.
Speaker 1 (15:33):
It was a super fun dip.
Speaker 3 (15:37):
It is two pros and a couple of Brady o LeVar, Arrington,
Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you coming up next year.
Though somebody in the world of football is telling other
people to mind their own business, we'll hear from him
right here on fso.
Speaker 2 (15:52):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Errington and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 5 (16:06):
Hey, we're Covino and Rich Fox Sports Radio every day
five to seven pm Eastern. But here's the thing. We
never have enough time to get to everything we want
to get.
Speaker 8 (16:14):
To and that's why we have a brand new podcast
called over Promised. You see, we're having so much fun
in our two hour show. We never get to everything, honestly,
because this guy will be over promising things we never
have time for. Yeah, you blubber list lame and me.
Speaker 7 (16:29):
Well, you know what it's called over promise.
Speaker 5 (16:31):
You should be good at it because you've been over
promising women for years.
Speaker 8 (16:33):
Well, it's a Cavino and Rich after show, and we
want you to be a part of it. We're gonna
be talking sports, of course, but we're also gonna talk
life and relationships. And if Rich and I are arguing
about something or we didn't have enough time, it will
continue on our after show called over Promised.
Speaker 5 (16:47):
Well, if you don't get enough Covino and Rich, make
sure you check out over Promised and also Uncensored, by
the way, So maybe we'll go at it even a
little harder. It's gonna be the best after show podcast
of all time.
Speaker 8 (16:57):
There you go, over promising. Remember you could see it
on YouTube, but definitely join us. Listen Over Promised with
Cadino and Rich on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts or
wherever you get your podcasts.
Speaker 3 (17:10):
I think those fourteen throw burners are starting to bark
a little bit with Lee.
Speaker 4 (17:17):
Man, he's we.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
Need to have an in between segments show, uh support
support group session.
Speaker 6 (17:26):
Bro, Well, this was an all timer. We had a
good one today, a good in between I'm hurting. I'm
hurting right it.
Speaker 3 (17:33):
Celebrity appearance, Yeah, nice, celebrity stop by a member of
the Fox Sports Radio Alumnibo. Yeah, Bobo stop by. But
by the way, Bobo said, tell Brady. I said hi,
and so I'll just tell him. Brady said, who's Bobo?
And we'll just go with that throughout the course of
the show. But good to hear from from our past
(17:56):
here on Fox Sports Radio. We are going to look
into the few though, with another edition of over Unders
that'll be yours here in about twenty minutes from now.
We're going to gamble or you know what's off talking
about over Unders and the weekend events that are coming up.
Kill Wait yeah, I mean listen, it's a it's a
favorite on this show, that's for sure.
Speaker 1 (18:16):
Nice.
Speaker 3 (18:17):
So Dan Lanning, the head coach of Oregon, was on
the Pat McAfee show starring AJ Hawk, and there's been,
you know, some people have made some comments, most notably
Kirby Smart kind of took a little bit of a
jab at Dan Lanning and Oregon for the nil opportunities
they have with Phil Knight and Nike and that whole relationship.
And so Dan Lanning spoke yesterday and responded.
Speaker 9 (18:39):
Yeah, I think it's impressive that, you know, guys like
Kirby have been signing the number one class in the
nation without you know, any and I owe money.
Speaker 7 (18:45):
This entire time.
Speaker 9 (18:48):
So impressive obviously, you know, coach Smart took a little
shot at us. I don't think it's See, if you
want to be a top ten team in college football,
you better have great support.
Speaker 7 (18:57):
We have that, you know.
Speaker 9 (18:58):
But it's not it's one plus one place, right, it's
it's also the one hundred and thirty four and three
hundred teams that we went to the spring to visit.
It's the twenty three satellite camps. It's when they come
to your campus. It's our staff, it's our alignment with
our entire university that makes you know recruiting more so.
Speaker 3 (19:14):
That was Dan Lanning speaking yesterday about the nil conversation
surrounding Oregon. Where and I don't know how much of
this stuff is disclosed, but where did they rank amongst
the biggest NIL pool in college football?
Speaker 4 (19:29):
Here's the cool part about this is no one knows.
I see so many articles and reports about Ohio State
and twenty million. By the way, you know who the
new athletic director is, ros Bjork? What was ros Bjork
before he came to Ohio State? Texas A and M
wasn't Texas A and M lotted as you know, the
(19:50):
number one recruiting class and the biggest NIL fund. And
then what happened that year? By the way, everything went
to crap. And here's the deal with ANIL. There is
no transparency. People can say whatever they want and no
(20:10):
one knows whether or not it's true until the checks
are cashed. I've had so many people's talk about this.
I'm like, dude, show me the proof, and here's the
things they won't. No one's going to show you if
they've spent, for example, twenty million, which Ohio state has
been rumored and reportedly that's what their nil has been
for this year. It sounds great. You want to know
(20:32):
why because it makes it look like everyone's invested, and
it makes it look like you fundraised a bunch. It
makes you look you put all these resources into your program,
especially if you're a program that maybe hasn't been your
rival the past three years. But the truth of the
matter is there's no fact checking whether that's true or not.
But it looks great. Every parent, every recruit, everyone else
is going, oh, I want a piece of that. They're
(20:54):
on the top of my list, because that's what this is. Now.
It's all in negotiation with the kids and the pans
and everything else for an if for the most part,
and there's no fact checking. Meanwhile, you have kids who
get to places and they're not getting what they thought
they were gonna get. And then what are you gonna do.
Are you gonna out yourself and say, well, this is
what I promise, I'm not getting it. Are you gonna
(21:15):
transfer at that point, go through the whole hassle everything
that comes along with that, and potentially put your hope
or put your trust in someone else who could lie
to you too. The entire world surrounding NIL is I
don't want to say a bunch of smoke and mirrors,
but it's not what everythone's reporting it to be. I'll
(21:36):
leave it at that. But so it doesn't matter what
people's war chests are in regard to collectives because the
schools that are the top recruited schools are the ones
that have the funds, Like they don't necessarily have to
report about or make these, you know, big splash about
it because you see what they're doing in the recruiting trail.
(21:56):
It's pretty evident for the most part. But if as
far as what the numbers are that go along with
these war chests for an IL and college football, no
one knows. And if they say they know, they're lying
to you.
Speaker 1 (22:07):
I think Kirby Smart could be giving us some some
foreshadowing on landing in Oregon. I mean, I've gotten an
opportunity to get to know the coaching staff a little
bit and see how they do what they do during recruiting,
and there it looks as though they're going in the
right direction. It looks as though they're attracting the right
(22:28):
type of players. I mean, they've they've always been a competitive,
a competitive team anyway. You know, they've lost in the
national titles, but they've they've been a pretty competitive team.
So to me, I think Kirby Smart was just shining
a light on maybe what could be a team that's
on the upswing. As you mentioned, with Dan Lannings as
(22:51):
the head coach, it's a great coaching staff. They have
a tremendous system both offensively and defensively. And to here
Phil Knight come out and say what he said and
for that to be a reality, like that's not smoking mirrors,
not not not Phil Knight saying for an organ he's
(23:11):
willing to do whatever it takes because I have more
money than I do time on this earth. He's I mean,
I would be nervous if I'm Kirby Smart, because everybody's
recruiting the country now the world. You know, it's not
it's not just limited to winning your area anymore. It
recruiting has become very decentralized and it has become national.
(23:37):
And if you have somebody that could possibly disrupt what
you have going on and possibly maybe you know, weaken
what it is that that you have as a team,
then maybe maybe it kind of came out in that
moment you're taking a shot. Like generally speaking, you don't
take shots at people that aren't a threat, especially if
(24:00):
you're doing as well as Kirby Smart is he took
a shot because maybe that kind of you know, that's
in his head a little bit, you know. And and
so it's interesting because I think if there's one school
that you could actually look at and say, you know what,
nil and the involvement of what it could be and
(24:20):
hearing the player, the major player that's throwing his hat
in the ring to say I'm putting it out there,
let's go get it, it would be organ so and
it'll be fun to see that how that all plays
out because they are going into the Big Ten, they
are going to have stiffer challenges in terms of the
teams that they're going to play. But is this a
foreshadowing of somebody like Kirby Smart feeling like, man, I'm
(24:44):
gonna have to see these dudes in the in the
playoff or something to that effect. But I think it's
pretty cool to throw it out there that creates like
maybe a little rivalry that could take place come from it.
I sure.
Speaker 4 (24:56):
I mean all that being said Phil Knight, you know,
giving a support it's always been there, Like to your
point about the success of Oregon throughout the years and
even playing for the first College Football Playoff against Ohio State,
and you know, all the other years that they've had
opportunities for it, It's always been there. You know. It
(25:17):
is interesting because we're kind of getting away from what
Dan Lanning said, because Dan Lanning's rebuttal to that is
really what stands out the most to me. When you
look at what Kirby Smart has done, they have been
essentially one or two in your national recruiting rankings for
the past few years. Go back to twenty twenty three,
they were number two to Alabama. Go back to twenty
(25:37):
twenty four, they were number one, go to twenty twenty five.
As we head in to that, they're number three. And
as of right now, you know, Ohio State's number one
with twenty four commits. We'll see if all that stays
and who flips who doesn't. But the thing that stands
out about that is, you know, they've got twenty one commits,
so there's some room depending on how many you know,
(25:58):
scholarship spots they have and all this could change too
as we go through a world of revenue sharing and
how you know, what limitations are are put on potentially
you know these you know, it does recruit matter quite
as much regards to it depending on the roster size
and how many recruits we get. Like, one of the
things that I always look at is the average per recruit,
(26:19):
And what stands out as far as what Dan Lanning
has done is they have the highest average per recruit
for that twenty twenty five class. So for example, I
just said, Georgia has twenty one commits for that class.
Speaker 1 (26:32):
Oregon has fifteen, and they're everyone.
Speaker 4 (26:36):
You know, they've got two five stars, twelve four stars,
all that stuff. So the point is they're getting a
very you know, quality player commit as far as how
it's working, so Dan Lanning's got them going in the
right direction. Anyone who's sat down with him, talked to him,
you could see why he's successful. He is incredibly intelligent,
He's on it. He recruits his tail off, he works
(26:57):
his tail off. There's just something about him where you
can kind of feel a connection with him that I
think resonates with parents and with recruits, and on top
of it, for people who have been I assume you've
been to Eugene LeVar. I have not.
Speaker 1 (27:11):
I have not gone.
Speaker 4 (27:13):
Okay, So if you if you do have the opportunity,
if people get the opportunity, if you're in the state
of Oregon, go by because their facilities are up there,
towards the top in all of college football. You know,
the stadium was here, unique, the training facility, the plass,
everything is first class and it's it would be probably,
(27:36):
I should say probably, it will be a step down
for most of those guys to go to an NFL
facility from what they have there in Oregon. So it's
an entirely different world you're talking about.
Speaker 3 (27:47):
They had a track and field event at Oregon a
couple of weeks ago, I think, just something for the Olympics,
was a qualifying event, and I'm watching it on TV
and I even said to my wife, I was like,
look at how nice that place is, like everything on
till like the way you want, like an organ game
at home, like RAINA. You're from an Oregon have you
been to Austin Stadium? Have you been to an organ game?
Speaker 7 (28:08):
I've only been outside of it.
Speaker 4 (28:10):
But I mean, y yeah, Raina, I don't know that.
Speaker 1 (28:13):
Well.
Speaker 7 (28:13):
My name means the queen, so if you drop the
at the beginning and just call me Reina.
Speaker 4 (28:17):
It's pretty q.
Speaker 3 (28:19):
It's also it's very confusing if you got Leak, you
got Leak, you got LeVar, and then you got Loraina.
Like there's a lot of l's.
Speaker 1 (28:29):
That's kind of interesting.
Speaker 3 (28:30):
Yeah, so there's that, okay, But but.
Speaker 7 (28:34):
It is beautiful up there.
Speaker 3 (28:35):
They put a lot of love and effort into their stadium.
Speaker 1 (28:38):
Sure, that's awesome.
Speaker 4 (28:39):
I mean it's the only place, by the way, if
you call a game, dude, you're outside like it's open,
it's you're not covered by anything. I mean, I've never
been there and had the chance to call a game
when it's raining, but I'd be curious to see how
that would impact the broadcast because there's I mean, you're
covered enough based on the roof and it's design that
I assume you'd be fine. But I mean I would
(29:00):
imagine with a certain wind and type of raid, like
you would get hit by that. But it's never happened.
Whenever ever, I had a chance to call a game there.
Speaker 3 (29:09):
It is two pros and a cup of Joe. You're
on Finstradiation and well, I'll tell you this. I mean,

didn't believe in the ladies could could score high. Hey,
we score in fact that.
Speaker 1 (32:01):
They played, they had played harder defense, that's all.
Speaker 7 (32:04):
Yeah. Lots of turnovers, guys.
Speaker 6 (32:09):
We had asked how many Lorena was going to the
OC fair, right, so we had asked how many drinks
or foods she would have with sticks in them. She
was all booze, So I asked, I was like, did
you have any booze like olives and sticks?
Speaker 3 (32:24):
Wailed on a second, Hey, how do you know it's
July one of the pictures whether or not Lorena would
have over under a certain amount of foods that had
a stick stuck in him.
Speaker 7 (32:37):
We thought that was a good idea. Yeah, we thought
that was a good one.
Speaker 6 (32:41):
I thought she'd at least have like a you know,
a drink with a olive in it or something.
Speaker 7 (32:45):
They're not fancy, or corn dog. I know she likes
corn dog.
Speaker 3 (32:49):
Yeah, it's the OC Fair. It's not a steakhout. I
just drank the whole time.
Speaker 1 (32:54):
So nothing. Nothing.
Speaker 5 (32:56):
Proud of you.
Speaker 7 (32:58):
Good job hit the under meaning Jonas and Brady hit
the other. Good job you got all right up top, Brady, Yeah, right,
all right.
Speaker 6 (33:08):
Lastly, who is the winner at the Brickyard four hundred NASCAR?
Speaker 7 (33:13):
Of course it was Kyle Larson number five ago.
Speaker 4 (33:16):
Yes, it feels like this is all so long. I
don't remember making any of these.
Speaker 7 (33:22):

Speaker 1 (33:40):
Dang over under on? Who cares?
Speaker 7 (33:44):
Brady's just sour because he was the last place.
Speaker 1 (33:46):
Sorry, Brady, that happens every one so long.

Speaker 1 (33:57):

Speaker 1 (34:28):
By the way.
Speaker 4 (34:31):
Sean Strickland sure has had some things to say about this,
by the way.
Speaker 3 (34:35):
Yeah, he's a very honest guy. That's somebody that we
could never have on the show because we will be
run out of our dump buttons, Yes, not not possible
with him.
Speaker 4 (34:45):
Get that work.
Speaker 7 (34:48):
Work, uh Fellas.
Speaker 6 (34:50):
The over under on rounds between the two is at
four and a half.
Speaker 4 (34:54):
Under. I don't know who cares.
Speaker 1 (34:56):
I'm gonna take the under.
Speaker 4 (34:59):
I think petrust on this one.
Speaker 3 (35:01):
I'll take the overly.
Speaker 4 (35:03):
This is such a Jonas Jonas segment.
Speaker 3 (35:06):
I love how all the questionable ideas for segments I
get attributed to me.
Speaker 1 (35:11):
Well, why do you think that is? Jonas?
Speaker 3 (35:13):
I don't know, because all I do is come up
with great ideas, great segments, great topics.
Speaker 4 (35:18):
Great takes. Great Well, it's your show.
Speaker 1 (35:22):
You should you should come up with great talk.
Speaker 3 (35:26):
Will you at least fly a kite on the air
if you're going to be in the wind tunnel like that?
Speaker 4 (35:30):
Yeah, it's the heavy panting. I'm on the bar. That's great.
Speaker 7 (35:35):

Speaker 1 (35:52):
I'm gonna go over, So, I hope so tired of
talking about this.
Speaker 3 (35:56):
I'm gonna take the under because I feel like we
need that conversation to continue all the show.
Speaker 4 (36:01):
No we don't, for the love of God, please, we
need to move on from Genesis holding hold out segment.
Speaker 7 (36:06):
What are you talking about?
Speaker 6 (36:07):
We talked about we scrapped that segment. We talked dead Pools.
Speaker 1 (36:13):
Yeah, we scrapped that segment. How many times that segment
got river sided riverside?
Speaker 6 (36:21):
How many times does the Cruci, Deadpool and Wolverine this
weekend settle?
Speaker 1 (36:27):
I'm gonna take that out of under?
Speaker 4 (36:29):
Yeah? Under?
Speaker 6 (36:30):
All right, Lebron James points versus Serbia. First game for
Team USA, is that.
Speaker 7 (36:34):
Fifteen and a half.
Speaker 4 (36:38):
Over over?
Speaker 3 (36:40):
Yeah, I'll take the over.
Speaker 1 (36:42):
I'm gonna take the under.
Speaker 7 (36:44):
He's got to.
Speaker 3 (36:44):
Blow hearted up a little bit. First game of the Olympics.
Try and let everybody know who's boss. I'm gonna take the.
Speaker 7 (36:52):
Over, guys.
Speaker 6 (36:55):
Snoop Dogg's carrying the Olympic torch. I don't know if
you see that or not. A number of times he
likes a joint on camera at a half under, you
get you get extra points if he lets it with
the torch.
Speaker 3 (37:06):
Okay, I don't know. So you can't drink at live
sporting events in Paris, but Snoop Dogg can light a
joint with the Olympic torch.
Speaker 7 (37:17):
Snoop could do whatever he wants.
Speaker 3 (37:20):
I'll take the under. I don't like the hypocrisy here.
I think it's disgusting. It makes me want to not
watch the Olympics. Other than, you know, the gymnasts. I'll
watch gymnastics, but other than that, I don't know. You're
gonna have to convince me more. Is that all we got?
Speaker 6 (37:36):
Lee Flight delays for Lebar and Brady this weekend and
win and over.
Speaker 7 (37:42):
Come on over.
Speaker 1 (37:44):
I musta say under I'm feeling I'm feeling okay.
Speaker 3 (37:51):
Under yeah, come on, take that over a sandwich, get
that work.
Speaker 4 (37:57):
I have not listened to one thing Viris segment
Speaker 7 (38:00):
You're so mean to me
