(01:10):
NFL kicks off later on tonight. The current betting line
for you wonderful, degenerate gamblers out there that we appreciated
love so much is Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Eagles a six
point six and a half point favorite hosting the Minnesota Vikings,
so short week at home seems to generally favor the

(01:32):
home team, even though Philly looked a little shaky in
that second half, and Minnesota's got some issues like tipping
off their their defensive signals to quarterbacks like Baker Mayfield.
But nonetheless, we're going to get Philadelphia and Minnesota later
on tonight. But there is a conversation that has popped
back up over the past few days since the Aaron
Rodgers injury. On Monday Night, Grass versus Turf, Oh yeah,

(01:58):
what can be done? You got the NFLPA asking for
a change, You've got all of this.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Stuff asking they're demanding Jonas that's a difference.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
Yeah, I mean Roger Goodell, I believe, was also on
ESPN and he was talking with Steven A. Smith just
about the potential of some surface changes and getting something done.
And he's having a sit down in a back and
forth with Steven A. And this is how it sounded.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
If the players themselves gave the impression that they would
rather play on grass as opposed to artificial turf, what
would be the NFL's response to an assertion like that
if they said that to you, guys, what would you say?

Speaker 5 (02:36):
Well, they have said that in many cases, but you
also have other players who like playing on a turf
field because.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
It's faster, that's sure.

Speaker 5 (02:43):
So you've got you know, you've got a mixed opinions.
What we want to go is on science. We want
to go on what's the best from an injury standpoint,
to prevent the injuries, to give our players the best,
best possible surface to play on.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
So that was Roger Goodell talking on the end, so.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Full of crab.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Oh geez, I've never heard of players say, first off,
if you're fast and just because the turf is fast, okay,
you're gonna be fast on grass and canna be fast
on turf.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
It don't matter. I mean, I just.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Look, players care about the surface, whether it's turf or field. Turf,
in field turf, they feel like they've got a greater
chance of injury. It's hard on their body if it's
if it's real natural grass, they're concerned about the footing,
like we saw in the super Bowl this past year.
Like there's there's always a concern about it in some capacity,

(03:34):
and it's either born out of injury prevention or concern
over injury or an end performance. And if you asked
a player, I think in probably eighty to ninety percent
of the cases which one they're more concerned about, they
would all say, if I can play on a service
that's gonna limit my injury risk, I'm taking that every time.
And that's natural grass, not turf. I mean, maybe you

(03:57):
see a different LeVar, but that's how I see it.

Speaker 6 (04:00):
I mean, I think the debate is always going to
be the debate in terms of what what you prefer.
But I mean, if if I were to say what
my personal preference would have been, it would be natural grass.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
That's just what I was.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
I've never known any player to like any artificial turf
over natural grass.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Did you play with guys that like that?

Speaker 6 (04:20):
I mean maybe there were a few, I don't I
never really took inventory like that. I never I really
just I just I don't know. Only time I'd ever
take inventory on surfaces is if the surface was was poor,
like if it was just a mud bath of a
of a field, or if it was raining, and and

(04:41):
that was just more or less what what bottoms? What
type of cleats am I going to use on? I
never looked at it. And maybe I'm guilty of that.
I guess I would spoil being coming from an agricultural school,
I just never really looked at Yeah, I just never
took inventory of what the field surfaces, know other than
like I said, like Michigan. You go into Michigan, you'd

(05:03):
be like this freaking stinks, like you're picking up chunks
of grass and putting it back in like think about this,
like yeah, right, right right. But but I'm saying for me,
when I was playing my mind, my mind didn't go
to the field unless it really became an issue, Like oh,
I'm trying to take off on a blitz and I

(05:26):
look back after slipping like crazy to try to get
off of the ball to go blitz, and I literally
like on like a putting green or on on like
a golf course. I got to go take a chunk
of grass and put it back into where it is
that it just got like totally pushed out of Yeah,

(05:47):
and golf, I guess.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
What you call it.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
Write down.

Speaker 6 (05:58):
I wouldn't even know how to he's spelling. Oh, he's
spelling something else, damn. So so to me, all of
this is being sparked off of the Aaron Rodgers injury
and everybody talking about all the injuries that take place
and the surfaces on and met life, and that very

(06:20):
well could be accurate that these injuries are taking place
because of the surface.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
You're being so measured about this. This is like not
the LeVar, that's the But here's the thing though, here's
the thing.

Speaker 6 (06:32):
I think that injury happens on any surface, just the
way I play it out.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
That one exactly Like I do find to that point.
I do find it interesting that this injury is the
one they're.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
Like, oh my gosh, yeah, like, dude, a guy lands
on him like it was gonna happen.

Speaker 6 (06:48):
Probably literally landed on that man's leg like weight down, bloom,
like he's underneath them. He landed on them, like you
can't say, well, his foot would have given out if
if it was grass and not terf his foot. You
have you have cleats on. You have cleats, whether it's

(07:10):
dirt or whether it's clubber, you're going to get caught
into the surface when somebody's body lands on top of
your leg like that.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
Can we play a game where you guys are the
NFL PA. I can act as the owner in this case.

Speaker 3 (07:25):
And I love it. All right, let's get some game
show music that would be appropriated.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
I mean, it's not really a game, but let's get
some game show.

Speaker 3 (07:32):
Why not radio with it? Oh all right? Oh, I
like this. This is like that negotiating the Little Shark tank.
All right, let's go. It's like, oh, Quinn versus Breer,
this is like NFL films.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
You guys really played that out there.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
Look, here's what I'm not going to do for our listeners,
for all our devout listeners. I'm not going to let
someone come on our show and spew some bs about
what whatever they're getting wish by the team or some agent.

Speaker 2 (08:01):
All right, I'm not gonna like that.

Speaker 3 (08:02):
I don't know, man, I was I was really torn
on who won that. Oh no, I wasn't. I wasn't.
All right, God, thank.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
You, well you guys are the NFLP in this case.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
So you guys are probably pleading at some point to
an owner about or Roger Goodell in this case, about
having you know, natural.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
Turf labar, I got this, Okay, go it, mister owner.
Oh wow, we've had enough to hear in my hand?
Is that my Adams apple? We're tired of playing on
this turf crap. We don't care how many concerts you're

(08:39):
going to roll in here. If these soccer teams from
Istanbul can put on a friendly and get natural grass,
we demand that our game is played on natural grass
moving forward. So make a change now, yeah, or else?
Or you tell him or else?

Speaker 2 (09:01):
Well, listen here, young man, let me ask you this.
Do you uh? Is there a thing called a collective
bargaining agreement?

Speaker 3 (09:09):
Did yeah?

Speaker 2 (09:10):
Didn't you guys?

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Did you guys ask for this in the collective bargain
agreement that we negotiated over?

Speaker 3 (09:15):
No?

Speaker 1 (09:16):
No, well, okay, here's how this works, now there, son,
If you want something, you have to give up something
to get that.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
In return? What are you willing to give up?

Speaker 3 (09:28):
We won't won't smoke weed as much.

Speaker 1 (09:33):
I'm talking not about that sort of green sun something
that's a little got a little more monetary value to it.
You know, us owners, see, if we're gonna be replacing
this this field turf with half.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
The fields now field surf, we're gonna have to pay
for it.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
We have to pay for you know that the cost
of how much it cost to maintain it, and that's
gonna cost millions and millions of dollars seven eight figures
a year.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
All right, Well, okay, fine.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
And there's the end of discussion. Let's get let's be
real about this. This is about money. Private who are
saying who is going to put the bill for this
natural grass? Who is going to foot the bill for
putting in a system where like the other thing, the

(10:20):
other coveyat this whole conversation is if you're a team
that doesn't have a dome and you want a Super
Bowl and you have to be up north, you got
to build a new stadium, and you have to build
it in closed stadium. So the difficulty then becomes, Okay,
you're building a dome. Let's say you're Cleveland, for example,
place place Officer that played. You've got natural grass, great,

(10:42):
great grass, awesome grass. They did a tremendous job in Cleveland.
But the problem is, now, if they want a super
Bowl there, what do they gotta do? Build a new stadium,
put in a dome because they're not going to play
the super Bowl in February in Cleveland. Risk that sort
of whether it's going to impact the game. That's just
now where the NFL is that anymore. So if you
won a super Bowl, you want that economic stimulus to

(11:05):
your city, you got to build a new stadium.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
Has to be a dome. If it's up north, all right,
that's fine.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
Well, grass doesn't grow inside unless you have one of
those ridiculously expensive Well, Arizona's different because it doesn't grow inside.
They rove it outside and then they move it in.
But there is I believe it's Manchester United Lee. You
can probably check this out or maybe Sam knows. One
of them has like an indoor like UV light system.

(11:30):
It's ridiculously expensive, but they can do it like you
can do it, but there's an expense to I think
it costs like fifty.

Speaker 6 (11:37):
You can grow weed indoors and they call it indo correct.

Speaker 1 (11:42):
Correct, There's there's all sorts of ways of growing a
lot of things indoors.

Speaker 6 (11:48):
But they grow that indoors all day long.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
Trust me, I've been to the valley out there and something.

Speaker 3 (11:59):
Super.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
But you get the general point.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
I mean, from what I've heard, there's.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
An expense to this. Who's going to foot the bill?

Speaker 1 (12:07):
And then on top of that, there's other places that
aren't concerned about, you know, putting in grass that they're like, okay,
how do I get a Super Bowl?

Speaker 2 (12:15):
How do I?

Speaker 1 (12:16):
And then then the question becomes, all right, if I'm
having a dome, i' don't have all these concerts in
different things.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
You know you're gonna be tearing up the grass.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
I know, grant you could put some down, some of
the artificial you know, surface for those events. But there's
a lot more money involved than I think people realize.
And unless the NFLPA is willing to give up a
portion of the revenue share to pay for this, that's
probably the position the owners are going to take. Otherwise,
that's going to be your number one priority heading into
the next CBA, which isn't due for quite some time.

(12:46):
And your other option is okay, then you strike. Is
this that big of a deal with the players going
to strike about it?

Speaker 2 (12:50):
No?

Speaker 3 (12:52):
There is some irony to this because I remember when
the CBA was signed last time, Aaron Rodgers was one
of the most vocal as far as yeah, clearly some
guys didn't this through. Clearly some guys just signed off
on this, and the owners once again got one over
on us. And yet here we are, all these years later,
and they're trying.

Speaker 6 (13:07):
To Aaron Rodgers is the recipient of Clearly those guys
should have read it more. You think he's sitting somewhere
right now like those mother efforts did not read the
fine print.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
It doesn't matter if people did, like they could read
the fine print, and it's like, what's.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Your recourse, right, even if you don't like the deal.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
I mean, look, I was on the calls during the
lockout and there are players then in leadership positions who
are pushing that deal.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
It wasn't a good deal.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
I mean, the reality is the owners have continually wiped
the mat with the players Union since de Marie Smith
took over.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
They've been slowly giving away ground.

Speaker 1 (13:47):
Now, they've made some strides here and there, small incumental
you know, strides in various areas, but there's never been
one or two or three big issues that are wins
for the NFLPA like there are for the owners, and honestly,
you know, it usually always comes down to money, and
this is one where you have to have enough owners

(14:08):
that's say, an injury to Aaron Rodgers hurts my bottom
line so much that it's worth it for me to
put in grass. Allah what Steve Bushatti did in Baltimore.
They used to be field surf. They went to grass
because they have Lamar Jackson. They said, we aren't going
to risk this with our players. That obviously happened after

(14:29):
the Steve Smith Senior injury. But you got to have
an owner that wants to do it. He has to
be able to say, this is what I'm gonna do
for the best interest of my players and take on
that expense. Otherwise it ain't happening. It's not gonna be
collectively a bargain. The union can be upset all they want,
it's not gonna change.

Speaker 3 (14:47):
It's two pros and a cup of Joe Here on
Fox Sports Radio, brought to you by DraftKings. Are you
looking to turn a small bet into a big payday?
With DraftKings Sportsbook, same game parlays, you can pocket more
cash when you can buy and multiple bets from one game.
For example, we've been talking about the Jets and what
the Jets future is going to look like. Hey, who

(15:08):
did in New York? Got this upcoming week? Oh, they
got the Dallas Cowboys and you saw what Dallas did
to the other New York team. So if you're looking
at this line right now and you see Dallas minus
nine and a half and the over under at thirty
eight and a half, you're probably thinking to yourself, all right,
I like Dallas, especially against Zach Wilson. Plus, with the
turnovers that defense forced on Sunday Night football against the Giants,

(15:29):
what do you think they're going to do to Zach
Wilson when he coughs a couple up? So you look
at that and you go Dallas minus nine and a
half and the over of thirty eight and a half.
If you like that, I like that. You can go
to DraftKings Sportsbook right now. All you got to do
is download the app, sign up with code two pros,
and get a special offer. Restrictions apply. See DraftKings dot

(15:50):
com Slash Sportsbook for details. Coming up next here on
Fox Sports Radio, we're going to talk about a video
some things that pop involving an all pro and we
are going to break down who's at fault and who
is wrong and it's yours here on FSR.

Speaker 7 (16:08):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Arrington and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 3 (16:22):
Two Pros and a Cup of Joe, Fox Sports Radio,
LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you here coming
up about twenty minutes from now from the tire rack
dot Com studios. We're gonna have a special edition of
un of You Out try and do these themed editions.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
Of you and You out.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
So we're gonna do that coming up here in about
twenty minutes from now here on FSR. A probably some
birthday shoutouts too, which I know Brady Quinn's a big fan.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
Of I mean, that's what the seconds become based. Yeah,
you know, to hear whose birthday is? You tell people birthday,
No birthday, Happy birthday by the way.

Speaker 3 (16:54):
John, Oh, thanks man, I appreciate it. Birthday remember this year.
That's awesome. It's these birthdays too, today piez who Happy
birthday to y'all? How Sam, well, y'all, yeah, it is
fired up. It's your birthday today? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (17:14):
Yeah on the Running showy we just uh, I never
know when Jonas's birthday is.

Speaker 3 (17:20):
That's true.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Nobody ever really knows.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
Yeah, he doesn't have a birth certificate. That's well, what's
that supposed to me? I don't know. By the way,
it is October twenty seventh. That's my birthday. Everybody knows that.
So mine's eight days prior. Nice. You your a scorpio.

Speaker 2 (17:38):
You're not serious?

Speaker 3 (17:40):
Okay, I believe you tell me? All right, so can
we it's nine months before October. You know, most of
my kids were born I don't know in like May
in July. So let's do the Matthew, Oh you're thinking
about have one boots were knocking?

Speaker 2 (17:59):
Right?

Speaker 6 (18:00):
I only have one that's a January kid. Yeah, but
Moss may in June, May in July.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
Football season gets you? Reasy? What? What? What? What is
nine months before October? January? Is that January? Okay? In
New Year's Eve?

Speaker 6 (18:15):
That's that that that fireplace? Uh yeah, that's that on
the couch time. Yeah, okay, all right, it is cold
during j in January. Damn tale, that's that blanket weather. Yeah, okay,
it makes sense. But what would be nine months before May?

Speaker 3 (18:38):
Nine months before May would be August? Yeah, I know,
I'm just saying. I'm just throwing it out there. August
would it be August vacation? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (18:48):
You know, now Vaca right before training camp.

Speaker 3 (18:51):
Oh, it's true, spoke lavars In. He's ready to go
in football season, so he's not you know, he's got
his eyes on things. So man, so it would have
happened yeah August. Well, I don't know. You're in football
season in August. Yeah you do.

Speaker 2 (19:06):
But it's it's that's training camp. Man.

Speaker 3 (19:08):
It's like one one last. It's funny because when I
in the lumber, when I was in the training room,
it was when I found out I was having twins.
So it was football season when I found out what
what the gender would be? Genders damn or not genders
but but not genders. But I was having two Yeah, okay,

(19:31):
well there you go. Damn well, you make babies, don't
you Let me just think about it this way. You
were making two babies, pac Man. Jones just wanted two seats,
that's all. It's a great segue. It's a great segue.

Speaker 2 (19:46):
Seats bought.

Speaker 3 (19:47):
Can y'all please tell me what the hell happened? I'm
still I'm trying to understand it. Yeah, I'm confused.

Speaker 1 (19:53):
Yeah, I'm defending my man pac Man here. Now I
may be doing so not having all the facts in
that evidence, So I guess take it with a grain
of salt. But from all accounts, what's been reported about
you know, pack band apparently being arrested after a discussion
altercation on a plane flight. The video that's emerged like

(20:16):
it's all in the airline. All he was doing was
asking to move seats because he didn't have an electrical
outlet that worked to charge his phone, and he bought
two seats, so you would have thought the airline could
accommodate him. He was being calm initially until for whatever reason,
the flight attendant took a certain stance with him, and

(20:38):
then some you know people on the plane started taking
a certain stance with him. I really felt like, from
what I saw, at least he kind of he got
the raw end of that deal. It didn't seem like
he was asking for much of them to switch seats
with a seat that has an electrical outlet that works,
and he was trying to ask that. So again, maybe
more stuff emerges, butnderstand there were some things that he

(21:01):
said later on to some of the passengers that were
sitting around him.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
But it also seemed like I'm not sure where the.

Speaker 1 (21:05):
Passengers are weighing on it, like like why are they
giving him a hard time because he's trying to figure
out where he can go to another seat and they're
not giving him that opportunity to do so. So again,
I don't know in the airline, don't know much.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
More to it.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
Don't want to call them out either, but it seems like,
at least initially he got the raw end of that deal.

Speaker 6 (21:24):
I don't have enough context to put my hat in
this one. I don't either all take a side anyway,
So take some team airline. Yeah, I'll go team airline here.
I mean, I've had my issues with airlines for certain Yeah.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
Can I tell you this like one of the things
I've noticed, and it's twofold. There's just more tension.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
There's more tension between flight attendants and passengers and vice versa.

Speaker 2 (21:46):
Like everyone seems on edge.

Speaker 1 (21:48):
And I don't know if this started after COVID after
the masks and everything else were like there was this
divide where the flight attendants had to make sure people
were in their.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
Masks and like enforce the mass rules.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
But I feel like when I was traveling before then
and then through COVID, then into it or are out
of it, excuse me, it feels like there's like this
tension that still exists from that.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
Like I remember like people.

Speaker 1 (22:13):
Be getting so mad because they'd be like, what's doing
so was their masks, They're drinking something, where they eat something,
they didn't put their mask back on fast enough, and
so like pastors would get mad at each other quick,
flight attendants would get mad at people quick. People get
mad at the flight attendants quick. Like it was just
it's and it like still exists. There's like this tension
where like people are looking for an opportunity to go off,

(22:35):
or flight attendants are looking for an opportunity to like
kick a passenger off the plane. Like I've seen some
stuff from I'm like, man, that guy's not even doing
that much and they're just trying to kick him off already,
where they're trying to kick.

Speaker 2 (22:45):
That lady off. I mean, it's crazy. You guys at
travel every week.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
You guys were both in Miami for the Super Bowl
before COVID the Niners chiefs right, all right, think about
the vibe on that flight as opposed to one you
get in. I can't remember completely different. They just remember
it's so differ.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
Hell yeah, it's just like I just like I help
I help people with their bags because I feel bad
for like the older folks who are trying to put
it up, and there'll be people who are like, just
my bag.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
I'm like, I'm sorry, man, I was just trying to
help you with it down right.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
Like one of my buddies who travelers in TV too,
he he teld me a story. He would he helped
a lady with her bag and then on the way
like when they when they landed and they were like
getting off, you know, someone else helped them get it down.
But it struck another passenger well, because he was a
recognizable figure. They complained to the airline and said it

(23:38):
was him, and he was like, not only was it
not me, I'm the one who helped you initially put
your bag up, but not after that, And so it's
just I don't know, man, it's gotten to be really
dicey out there this day.

Speaker 3 (23:51):
In fairness, Joel Clas shouldn't have thrown the bag at
that person. That sucks that he would do it.

Speaker 6 (23:59):
Wasn't a fox, And I don't know I could, I
could gather up some of the information with LeVar.

Speaker 3 (24:06):
What did you say a couple of minutes ago, you
don't pay enough attention.

Speaker 6 (24:09):
I don't pay enough attention to anybody. I don't what
about your sneakers.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
That I'll be all into them. I'll be all into myself.

Speaker 1 (24:16):
Here's the thing is LeVar is going to get an
issue because he's gonna like fall asleep or have his
headphones on, and then he's not gonna have a seatbelt.
Then then a flight attends to be like sir sir,
and like they immediately ramp up and get ticked off
because you're not wearing your seatbelt.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
I don't entertain like he's not complying.

Speaker 2 (24:31):
He's not complying, like.

Speaker 3 (24:33):
I put my seat back. I will publicly, I will
publicly take the side of the airport as well to
or the airplane employee as well too. I will take
the airplane employees a sign on that as well too.

Speaker 6 (24:44):
I was on the customer service, if that's what you're
trying to allude to when with my my my airline
situation was just based off of customer service.

Speaker 3 (24:54):
I was, I was calling out.

Speaker 2 (24:55):
A customer services.

Speaker 6 (24:57):
It is customer Yes, that is customer service. I mean,
but I'm not even on the plane. I'm I'm at
And you know what's crazy about that situation in particular?

Speaker 3 (25:06):
Sorry, what was the key word they use? Hostile?

Speaker 6 (25:09):
Yes? That's that's when you know when they use the
word sir, can you please not be hostile?

Speaker 2 (25:14):
Like?

Speaker 6 (25:15):
Can you not be so aggraduate? No, it doesn't trigger me.
I just know what comes. I know what comes next
after that the police. Yes, but here's that how it
comes next.

Speaker 1 (25:26):
But that's what I'm saying, is like nowadays on flights,
like flight attendants are so quick to be quick, the
cops will come and to like put his bag somewhere
else so it doesn't have to gate check it.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
Like yes, is this.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
Really like a need to kick the guy off the plane?

Speaker 3 (25:43):
You know what's crazy?

Speaker 2 (25:43):
Though?

Speaker 6 (25:44):
On my social like I'll check my like it's such
an old post now, but people are still commenting on
the video I posted, and they sit there and they
like they're like attacking me over like oh you shouldn't
said public figure, or oh who you think you are?
Are you trying to Like I'm like, dude, I'm talking
about customer service. Like that's that's in general, that's that

(26:08):
that applies to you. Like I'm addressing a lady. I'm
telling the lady, I have to get home for multiple
multiple reasons. One, my kids are are scheduled to be
by themselves, like I want to get home to my
kids to night to day like I paid. Two, I
have work. I had to miss work because of that.

(26:30):
So my whole thing is as a as a person
representative of this business, that is is gladly, you took
my money, you process my you process my my my pay,
So if you're going to process my my pay, then
you should give me service. And my whole thing is

(26:50):
I said this to the lady and she laughed. Yeah,
she laughed, Like what kind of laugh?

Speaker 2 (26:58):
Though latter it was like.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
Dismiss, Wow, Yeah it was.

Speaker 6 (27:05):
It was like it was like wow, it was like
I'm trying to get home to my family and like
there's no one at the Like if you're going to
put us in a situation where we're going to miss
our flights, and we're going to miss our connecting flight.
Why would you guys not have someone at the customer

(27:25):
surf just dismissing it? Right, I'm not even finishing again,
I'm not even finishing my sentence. And she was laughing
at me, like was.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
It more than that or was just how J just
did it? Oh?

Speaker 6 (27:35):
It was. It was like, sir, can you please hurry
up so I could get to the next call, Like, yeah.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
It wasn't like she genuinely found you funny. She was
just dismissed.

Speaker 6 (27:47):
There was nothing that I said that was funny or
worth laughing at.

Speaker 3 (27:50):
By the way, you know what's in the conversation for
some of the worst customer service nowadays, Like if you
try and make a doctor's appointment, good luck with that.
It is awful.

Speaker 6 (28:01):
I mean she was like, she was like, sir, are
you being aggressive right now? Like I'm like aggressive? Really,
there's not an I'm not there's not an aggressive tone
in my in my voice.

Speaker 1 (28:13):
Last time I tried to make an appointment for my son.
He's six months old. His name is Kavanaugh, called him
calv for cav. They were pronouncing his name Cavanna. I
was like, you don't mean to make it's Kavanaugh. I
was like, just call him calv if you Cavanna is
Cavanna and like, no, it's it's just Calv like Cavanaugh.

Speaker 2 (28:32):
Like I'm not.

Speaker 1 (28:33):
I mean, I guess I could see how you got
Cavana out of that, but you're really trying to make
his name extra.

Speaker 2 (28:38):
I don't think that's pretty warranted in this case.

Speaker 3 (28:40):
Like, are you saying Lee would have been a big
fan of that doctor's office? Oh, I'm just asking.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
I mean, he would have probably gladly taken my son's
supposed to.

Speaker 3 (28:49):
Be damn hostile Havanna Brown. God dang, But I.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
Just I don't know, man, I'm again, this is early on.
I've spent time with pac Man back when we were
playing against one another, and since he's transitioned into more
broadcasting role to working with Pat McAfee those guys like
you know, I've always felt like he gets a bad rep.
But I know, I know he's been in a lot
of situations where it would be like hey man, at

(29:27):
some point, you know, trouble finds you. But again, this
was an instance where like it didn't seem like he
was asking anything that was extraordinary out of the flight
attendant of the airline. He bought a couple of seats.
He said that, like, hey, I bought this one. I
bought that one so no one could sit next to me,
so I had extra room, which is a nice move,
savvy move. You'd think if you're an airline, you're like, hey,

(29:48):
we probably want to help this guy out. Like he's
he's just trying to find a way to charge of
this phone. Maybe he's doing some work, maybe just you
know whatever. But it seemed like a lot was made
of up up of this and because of his history,
people are gonna use that as an example.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
So well, here we go again. But I'm telling you
he's not like that.

Speaker 1 (30:06):
He's a good dude, and I feel like this is
an unfortunate situation.

Speaker 6 (30:10):
Yeah, I mean, they took him off and then said
it was because of public intoxication, which is crazy because
if if the outlet just works like his public intoxication
is fine, Yeah you know what I mean, Like, if
they don't.

Speaker 2 (30:27):
It's just the reason to make it look like bad, right,
that's what they can use.

Speaker 8 (30:30):
Against absolutely sense that, by the way, six thirty in
the morning He's like, who's who's drunk at six thirty
in the morning.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
I wasn't drunk.

Speaker 6 (30:37):
I mean, even if he were, you only made it
a thing after he just said that all I would
like to do is have what I paid for.

Speaker 3 (30:46):
He shouldn't be so hostile. I mean, oh jeez, moral
of the story.

Speaker 6 (30:51):
Yeah, And I mean, you know what's crazy is that
was the justification of what took place, whether it was
whether it was justified or not, Like and you're joking
about it, but that's literally how that's what they do.

Speaker 1 (31:06):
That's that's what's aggravating though, with like how people act
sometimes because they'll do it like this. They'll be like, sir,
will you please stop acting so hostile? Oh yeah, I'm
talking like this, Like what do you mean, sir? Please
lawyer your voice. You're like, I'm talking softly, like what
do you mean, Laura? You want me to whisper right, sir, sir,

(31:26):
please stop saying mean and hurtful things. Yes, hold on
a second, I'm not saying anything like what did I
just say to you of the plane?

Speaker 2 (31:37):
Sir? You need to get off the plane right now. Okay.
I feel threatened And you're like, what just happened.

Speaker 3 (31:42):
I told you guys a few few weeks.

Speaker 6 (31:44):
A few months back, t s A did that to
me and and the supervisor saw and he was like,
he's like, just come with me. And he was like,
it's I saw what happened. It's fine. But think about
all the times that they don't see what happened, and
they don't they don't know that it's fine to start
using that.

Speaker 1 (32:00):
I mean, last time I went through TSA had an
issue that some old lady was trying to check it
all out.

Speaker 6 (32:05):
Yeah, well, they was patting me down like he's like, sir,
I need you to come over here.

Speaker 3 (32:10):
I was like, no problem.

Speaker 6 (32:11):
He's like what I said, no problem, you're rushing me
was he rushed me over there, and then he rushes
me over there. He stands me there and then he
leaves me there for like three minutes. I said, you
rushed me over here to pat me down and then
you leave, Like we gotta say you can you just
can we just get this, get this done.

Speaker 3 (32:32):
Got to start using it against them. You got to
shoot first so they don't get you. Hey, excuse me,
Can you not be so hostile when you're patting me down? Hostile?

Speaker 6 (32:40):
It doesn't matter, just doesn't. That's not going to work.
In fact, in fact, you saying that will make it
seem like you're you're actually extending terroristic threats towards them,
and you're gonna they're gonna take your ass to jail.

Speaker 3 (32:55):
Yeah, but I'll tell you what I'm willing to make
that sacrifice in the name of LeVar Arring.

Speaker 6 (32:59):
No, don't put that on me. That'll be ten dollars.
Put you up on a little bit of game here, player,
don't put that on me. Nope.

classic roast pork sandwiches.

That sounds good. Yeah, I'm in on that. I'm in Yeah,

water ice like water ice. Woo over there, water ice.

Speaker 6 (37:51):
Yeah, they put the little flavor in on it that like,
you know, chipped ice, not chipped.
