get the ladies that sit of my lap. But these
days doesn't get you inta gotta be careful, be careful,
do you guys? I don't want to see Santa in
the news. You know how many times Santy, how many
sexual saw charges and sand Oh my goodness, you already

(01:03):
know it's it would break the news down, like Santa
called again, Santa menace exactly at all Santa's defense his
ho ho ho, that's what I slustion Mark. Oh boy, anyway,

(01:24):
what's a brother, my brother, it's a big all right,
I got the treat, you know, No, no, wh wh
whoa whoa? What is that? What happened? What happened. No,
that's nothing we can talk about on the air, is
all right. What we'll call it, we'll call them breaks
like we normally do anyway, like we always No, it's

(01:47):
just it's just the normal life rearing itself, certain with
you know, you know how that is, my brother, um
it is. You got to treat that snight though. For
the kids. The kids love that tree. How much did
it running? Because they said they had a tree shortage
shortage this year and the trees were gonna be more
expensive than they did so nationally there was supposed to

(02:08):
be a tree shortage. I saw in the news. So
so so the trees were a little bit more expensive.
But I know you you you you you tend to
find yours onruck exactly. Yeah. It seems as it's going
through the neighborhood. You know that's that's not bad. How
tall is it? It's probably seven ft? Okay, good, let's feet.

(02:31):
It's all. It's it's a it's a nice What is
the is a juggless fur Okay? Okay, there you go.
But the fur coat did not make it to the truck.
Oh it didn't. Yeah, tell you to buy anything, then
I'll tell you another money. Take it back, Take it back? Um,

(02:54):
she she loves that coat. I told you it's on
the money. It's something my mother's name. He's stupid of something.
Take it back. No. I mean, well, our boy Triple
M has no idea what we're doing. And that is
uh outward scenes from good Fellas. So this f y
I big link. Um, we got a monster game Monster

(03:18):
Sunday in the NFL tomorrow, like tomorrow is today where
you'll find out a lot about really both conferences and
who's to other than the Patriots, who we know are
the favorite. We'll find out a lot about those. All
the teams in both conferences agree, including you have a
game tomorrow that I'm really interested in. Could the Raiders?

(03:42):
Can the Raiders, after the terrible disappointment this season, somehow
make the playoffs? Now? I mean you know you're it
comes down to you said you hit the nail on
the head. It does. It comes down I mean the
fact that the Raiders find themselves six and six. Um
disappointing season. But there's a three way tie atop the

(04:02):
a f C West between the Chargers, the Chiefs, and
the Raiders. Uh. In the Raiders take on the Chiefs
tomorrow and care and Arrowhead always been a difficult place
to play. I don't think since Derek Carr has been
the starting quarterback he's ever won a narrow Head. Um.
Uh so, and you gotta remember this is still a
young team. Do do they do? They take full advantage
of the sense of urgency that that they they're going

(04:24):
to need in order to to to to beat the Chiefs,
even though the Chiefs have been real and they can
still score points. I told you the first time these
teams played, I said, and then you know this team
is gonna have to score at least thirty points to
win the game. Is gonna be the same thing for tomorrow. Yeah,
they're gonna have to scare or score a least thirty
points and win the game. Because the Chiefs still have
um matchup issues for the Raiders and they haven't really

(04:45):
solved them yet. So um, they're going to score points.
The Raiders are have to score points. Uh. The loser
is pretty much out. I don't think this team this
division sends a wild card uh to to the playoffs.
So it's going to be the division title or or
or or not. Man as a f ceased a lot
of trash. It's a tragedy here, it is no doubt

(05:07):
about it. I mean, it's an ugly year for you
a f C because I don't know. I mean, I
even look at Pittsburgh and I go they're not the
normal Steelers team that you see. I still hold to
the fact that I don't think Pittsburgh can beat New England.
The only way, the only way Pittsburgh beats New England
is if they win. They finished the top a f

(05:29):
C and they get home field advantage in New England
would have to come to Pittsburgh. That's the only way
they beat him. Because if they go to New England,
they can't win. I firmly believe that they cannot win
in New England. I hear you. I mean I look
at but I even look at the Steelers and I
don't know. I think. I look at Ben, and I'm
a Ben fan, and I watched Ben play and he

(05:52):
just does not look like he looks old. Ben's got
one ft out the door. If not, yeah, I mean,
you don't not even old. I shouldn't say that he
looks like he's got one foot out the door. He
looks almost preoccupied. That's exactly what I was thinking. It's
it's almost like he looks somewhat distracted thinking about what
he's going to do with life after football. That's why

(06:12):
I see the same thing in his play as well,
you know. I mean, he he was always, you know,
still tough. It's still tough as nails, the whole thing.
There's just something you should click off. I'm watching a
Monday night against it to that, and I mean, remember
they were awful for three quarters and you're watching him,
You're going, man, the dude, this does not look like himself.

(06:35):
And you know, and every time I see him, I
feel that when I keep waiting for him for it
to click down. He's better than he was in the
beginning of the year. But I mean, there's still something
to click off with that team, and I'm just trying
to figure out what it is. They got a big
one Sunday night against Baltimore. Baltimore's defense is legit, right,

(06:56):
you know. I don't know about their offense, but their
defense is really good. They're still in a position to
get a wild card, and I think that they're holding
it fast. I mean, look at this the way you
we'll see if things hold the way they are right now.
Jacksonville will be in it and and Baltimore will be
in it. And I think those are two teams with
the defenses that can do some trouble even as Wild
Cards is going to visit people. So you know, you

(07:18):
can say what you want about their offenses, but the
fact that they're in this position with defensive led teams
is impressive. Um, and if you're Cincinnati, I don't know
how you lost that game. I don't know. I'm sitting
here and I was still looking over it. And there
were so many things that we'll talk about throughout this
show about that game. Uh, most notably the physical nature
and how the you know John Gruden, who I love John,

(07:39):
but I was disappointed in the way he called that.
But um, you're Baltimore, I mean in Baltimore, you're Cincinnati.
I don't know how you lose that game. How did
you dominate the way you did up by seventeen and
you still find a way to lose that game? Amazing?
I mean it always baffles me how a team can
come back quite the way they did and you had

(07:59):
everything in front of you. I mean, it seemed like
for the Bengals when they were the first three quarters,
everything they called it seemed like it worked, and then
all of a sudden didn't. Right. It's it's like, wait minute,
you know, it's not like Pittsburgh woke up. It's okay,
all right, we're not gonna allow that again. Now, all
of a sudden, everything you called doesn't work, and people
falling by the wayside with injuries and stuff like that,

(08:21):
and and you know, shoot, it's uh, it was weird.
It was a strange one to watch, and I was
just my mouth was just open. I was like, how
do you lose this if you're a Cincinnati unreal? I mean,
it's amazing with what they how they lose games. Marvin,
I mean, he's gone. There's no way in the world
that Marvin Lewis can keep his job. I don't the

(08:43):
worst things have happened. I've been saying that for many years. Yeah,
like Marvin personally, you know, but we we talked about.
I was like, I don't know how you're still in
his position. No, I know, And again I'm a Marvin
Lewis fan as well, But um, I could see Gump
there getting that gig they go with that from within,
you know. I mean, that's kind of what I'm what

(09:03):
I'm feeling. Uh so linke, So so today, be grateful
you're not in the northeast Carter yet because you will
be here in a few weeks. But you're not here
yet because beginning at and looking at my iPhone and
right now, it is six ten in the morning on

(09:23):
this Saturday, December the ninth, So as I look for
as I look at the iPhone weather, it's cloudy until
ten and then I see big snowflake ten at eleven

(09:44):
at noon, then for the rest of the day, not
tapering off until eleven PM. Wow, okay, yeah, so you
get that. You get your first snow today, right, Yes,
And it's bizarre because it was seventy two degrees a

(10:05):
week ago. Yes, yeah, yeah, it's the same thing for
Kansas City. I mean it was it was seventy degrees
last week in Kansas City's game, and then today, I
guess or tomorrow it's want to fly out there. It's
supposed to be a good thing. It's gonna be fifty.
It's during today, so it's gonna be it's not gonna
be too too bad. Now it's not bad at well, say, yeah,

(10:25):
I had to do the show if I'm doing the
show right now from Phoenix because it couldn't get a
Kansas City station. So I'm leaving later today when you're
gonna flight out to Kansas City. Kansas City where they
have the incredible barbecue, the Arrowhead Blood Red Stadium. You
know you you spent years there playing year your bitter rivals.

(10:46):
Was there a place though that? Is that a place
though that you just go? You know, I missed kind
of playing football in that place. I hate the Chiefs.
I love Kansas City. Yeah, I can't put any better.
I mean, Kansas City is a beautiful sport down it is.
I love the passion that they show for their teams,
and it is wonderful. It is a great experience. And listen,

(11:08):
football fans out there listening to my voice, put it
on your bucket list. Go to Kansas City to see
if you just you you mean, you have experience. It
is so wonderful. I love it. I love the vibrance,
I love the pageantry, I love everything about it. Love
way they do the anthem when they finish up in
the Home of the Chef. For me, it just resonates

(11:29):
to your bones. It's a wonderful place. The chiefs. But
it's unbelievable, and it's the charcoal gray sky from literally
all the charcoal. They sleep out three days. You know,
they're out there. Like college. I was, I was mooning

(11:53):
by an old lady one time going in there, and
I was going going to the stadium one time as
the raider. There was an old lady on the side
that mooned us and gave us. Then that was like
the old lady moon old lady moon us and gave
us a finger the same time. It's awesome, not interesting
city old ladies ass but but you know, hey, you
know it comes with the tis. The Fellas were just

(12:18):
getting started. Uh, lots to do, don't go anywhere we
go through all the games. We got lots of chicanery
to do, lots of violations, holiday fun, festive fund with
the Fellas. Like in Kennedy, Anthony guard got out right
here on Fox Sports Radio. So what does it mean

(12:38):
when guy says fifteen minutes could save you fifteen more
car insurance? It means you probably sure you got a
guy go dot com fifteen minutes ago. We are the Fellas.
He's Anthony. I'm liking Kennedy And for those that don't know.
Today is a very special day for us because many many, many,
many many many met. Happy anniversary, the anniversary because this
was our first Saturday together during the Army nave be

(13:00):
A game when Anthony and I first met and we
were put together by Fox Sports to do the show.
We met Darnay Army Navy game and were we in?
Where were we Baltimore? Well? I can't remember which one.
I want to say, what's the d C. Remember it
might have been Actually I think you're running. Think it
was Baltimore. I remember, I remember the pageantry, I remember

(13:20):
all the security. I mean, we we had the pleasure
of doing the show together, doing a couple of Army
Navy games we've had. Remember you flew in. Yeah, but
I trained down. Yeah, I took the train down. I
want to say it was it. Maybe it was d C.
But I know they We had four star generals, we
had runners. Remember a ton of people, Yeah, admirals and

(13:43):
everything else. It was cool. We were the great people
at U. S a A sponsored us. They had a
gathering then like before, and I just remember the open bar.
I forgot that I met you. So I met you
in the bar. We got something to eat and they

(14:05):
took care of the the the bar tap and we
we hit it off right away. We were Yeah, we
didn't realize that we we were as as closely to her,
you know, the day of part birthday wise, I mean
the same philosophy was fun loving guys and so that
really ate it to us name and this show the
Fellas because it was born you know, for though those
who were new to us, we we often thought of

(14:28):
our show as just you know, two guys just chilling
sitting around talking sports, anything and everything underneath the sun
and sports wise. And we've had on our show after
that all these years. So um, happy anniversary, because Happy
had a ViRGE of my brother, You're the greatest man.
I love the best. I always looked forward to, like
my uh, like Saturday's always my favorite show of the week.

(14:49):
I do a local show and I can't wait till Saturday.
Two people go, you know, work all these time. I like,
it's not work, it's just like I'm it's like my
weekly visit with my boy who I missed because we
live in different cities. But it was funny, so I
don't like So we were so we were like that
Friday night we went to a few drinks and they're like,

(15:11):
you know, I got the itch, and I go, oh man,
you would go out, you go yeah, Like I was like,
I'd say, you know, because we're too dudes. Like if
we lived in the same town, it would be dangerous,
it would be true. We would never come home. It's

(15:35):
the greatest, but you know, when I have to open
up this camp because I didn't get it. It's something
that's been at me for the entire week since I
saw it and I heard it. You know, I mentioned
in segment before that I was a little disappointed the
way the game, the Monday night game between the Bengals
and the Steelers was called, and the main reason was
because all the fallout that happened from it. And and
I spent the next couple of days, you know, doing
my my my weekly interviews with stations talking about the

(15:58):
Raiders and stuff like that, and in just football in general,
and there are a number of people who asked about it,
you know, is the game too violent or is is
put it's was painted, especially that money now, as being
way too violent, and it's so disheartening because I don't
think people really truly understand the physicalness of the game.
It's a it's a contact sport. The reason why you

(16:21):
have guys my size. I'm sick. I played at six
ft seven, three fifty pounds running full speed into other
guys that size or equal size. Stuff like that. That's
what we do. It's a violent game. It's not for
the weak hearted. It's not for the weak minded. It's
a violent game, and it's not for everybody. So I'm
here to tell people. You know what, I understand. Mommy
doesn't want little Timmy to play because he doesn't want

(16:43):
to get it. Well, then you know, don't let Timmy
play because you're going to get hurt. You're there, there's
gonna be times when you get pain. I'm watching this game,
and I didn't think the Schuster hit or the safety
from uh yeah, I didn't think that was I didn't
think those were the those were illegal hits. Georgia Loca.
It was a a legit hit. It was it was clean,

(17:06):
and and and and and Schuster on on perfect. I
know if the other way was around perfect what he
did the same thing, because he's done it before, stood
over people taunt him. Whatever it is. He got you
in check because he heads vel it was not on
a swivel. It's a legal hit, you know, it's it's
it's one of those things where you know, we call
you know you're not a snot bubble or something. You
used to look for it. I remember as an offensive

(17:27):
linement whenever we used to call trick plays. I was
looking for to connect with somebody like that, someone who
didn't have their head on the swivel. I was going
to sneak up on him and I was gonna file.
I was gonna check them, and then I was gonna
stand over there and say something about their mama. That's
why I played. I mean, that's that's how I did it.
But it wasn't necessarily illegal. And so you see these hits,
these old it's too but this is why they're no no, no, no, no.

(17:51):
It's a combat. It's a contact sport. They only wanted
to pacify the game. The guys don't hit now, so
they don't know, you know, how to take a hit.
When it comes down to it. It's amazing they don't
take a hit. They don't and they you know, my
my shoulder hurts, my leggers, I'm playing with paint. Oh
my gosh. They hardly practice, they walk around, and then

(18:14):
you wanted to wonder why the product is bad When
you turn on the TVs on Sundays on Mondays, litten listen,
and I'm not gonna I might being an alarmist. Um,
you know how much I love the game, I'm not
giving you. Uh, what's the Clint Eastwood movie? What's the
get off of my law movie? Uh? With grand thank you,

(18:38):
thank you, I would say I'm gonna introduce our boys
into just a second, but grant, I'm not giving you
Grand Torino here. But not for nothing. The whole thing
is about to end. I mean sports gonna go away.
The sport. I mean like you got guys talk about
flags and you know, I don't know. Maybe I'm I

(19:00):
don't want to be Grand Torino, but I don't know
how to react when people say it's too violent, like
that's the game. That's why, right, Like you're like, I
agree with you, because here's the thing. If it's too violent,
that's okay, Like don't play. There's no like there's no
need not to play. You don't have to play football.

(19:23):
Like the idea is don't play, do another job, you know,
And that whole line of thinking is viewed as prehistoric,
like go do something else, and oh my god, but
I'm such a great football player. But if the violence
is too much for you, and then don't play. And

(19:44):
if it's too much for you, don't watch. I mean,
I don't know. I mean what what I was you? Wow,
it's way more violent now because guys are bigger and
faster violent I mean right like, and the fact it's
less violent if you ask me, the way the rules
are that you don't see the violence you look. Once
upon a time, I grew up watching guys like Steve Water,

(20:05):
Steve Whitewater, and and and and Lynch and all these
guys separated receiver from the ball when you came across
the middle. That was their job. It was up to
the quarterback to protect the receiver one over across the
middle on a post route or an end route with
a safety sitting there that was looming. And this goes back,
you know, generations, and they used to put it on TV,
the violent hits. You know, that's why you were you

(20:29):
you you were looking for those times. This when as
an offensive linement, I ran into guys all the time.
It was there wasn't so much violence because the trenches
were what they were. But I mean it wasn't it
wasn't separated. You didn't have running starts at guys like
you did. But there was violence within there, you know,
legs me and mangled up and stuff like that, arms
and stuff like that. You you, you it was part

(20:49):
of the game. It was all part of the game.
And that's the way I saw it, and that's the
way I learned it. It's a violent game. They coaches
wanted you to be violent. That's why they wanted you
to be strong. That's why they wanted to be fast.
You had armor on use it, you know. And now
you sit here and talk, oh my gosh, it's too violent.
This is disturbing. There's no reason, there's no no calls
for the game to be like that. Dude. Yes, the

(21:10):
guys are getting bigger and stronger and faster. But here's
the thing, how do you think that's gonna stop? Simple physics.
I know, I know, I listen. I think you're right
on preach on, like, here's the thing we and and look,
you know, I'm sympathetic towards concussions. And you have to

(21:30):
try to figure out, you know, is you're you know,
science to help curb some sort of conclusion. Don't know
how you do it, because it's all about the reverberations,
you know, when the brain shakes that happens. I mean
it's in fluid, and you know, I don't know how
you keep it your stable when you're going through those
those car crashes. So it's like, do you abolish the game,

(21:51):
like you get rid of it. I mean, we look
at boxing, and years ago you called someone punchy, right,
you may well all those all those heavyweight fighters that
were punch drunk, and they're, oh, he's just punchy, like
there was a way just to slough it off, Like
you didn't realize that it's not good for you to

(22:11):
get punched in the face hundred five hundred times, you know,
seven times a year, you know, less training. I mean,
we knew what boxing was, but somehow boxing kind of
dies a bit and a more violent sport and UFC
takes his place. So I don't know, people see it,

(22:33):
and people see the beauty and and and and and
I think it's I mean, to each his own. I'm
not talking down about It's just not for me. I'm
not not a big mm A fan. Um as big as.
I am a boxing fan, and I think it's more
pugilistic when you see somebody on the ground of somebody
getting need in head or whatever, or you know, ground
and pound and all that stuff. But to each his own.

(22:55):
You know, I'm not I'm not saying anything about that.
They're they're not taking that away. There's it seems to
be a draw to that. But when it comes to football,
when you have grown men running around in armor hitting
each other, oh my gosh, it's too violent. It's just
like Grouden called the game. It's just there's no place
in football stuff like that. It's football. He's been He's

(23:16):
a hypocritic, he know, and he knows he is, even
he don't believe it. He doesn't even believe what he's
talking about because he knows as a coach, the stuff
that you have to do and what you say. You know.
The problem that it becomes when the people see how
the sausage has made it offends people when before they
didn't see it and so and they weren't. You know,

(23:37):
the game wasn't as popular, you know, it wasn't widespread.
And maybe that's the answer. Maybe nothing can be widespread anymore.
Because everybody, somebody's got a problem with something. Anywhere you look,
there's somebody with a problem. All right, Well, sit tight
on that for a second, big link, let's introduce the

(23:59):
people we have our Triple M are fine executive producer,
good more Triple M. How we doing? Fellas great discussion
on the uh, this whole issue, because it's been bothering
me to link. You hit it head on, like especially
like the hit that everybody's pointing to is the Jujuice
Smith Schuster hit. And to me, that was not an
illegal hit. I thought I thought it was a perfectly

(24:22):
fine hit. I mean the problem that everybody has is
obviously him standing over the guy. That's the biggest problem.
And I mean, I mean the issue is like you
hear guys like John Gruten on the broadcast and Sean
mcdonnogh talking like we're at a we're at a funeral
or something or like something darker, and it like you
guys are playing a physical game. It's a hard nosed

(24:44):
physical game where these guys know coming in what they're
getting themselves into. And then I'm listening to guys like
Mike Mitchell who went on this epic rant in the
Steelers locker room talking about, oh, the quarterbacks should be
throwing it better, like so I don't put in a
position where I'm gonna end up having to do that.
It's like there's been so much micromanaging of the game

(25:07):
by the fans and it's led to the NFL in
terms of safety that it's just it's kind of just
changed the perception of the way we look at it.
It's it's it's bothering right, right, And that's that's that's
It's a total shame. It really is, because I mean
the way I grow up on football, because like I

(25:27):
was watching it my friends a Steelers fan, and he's
texting me, He's like, oh, Juju got lit up, and
I'm watching the play because I mean I watched on
on a little bit of a slight delay because I
have a little bit of a streaming service on my
on my Roku that I watch television on, and basically
I see the play on maybe about thirty seconds after
he texts me about it. I was like, I looked

(25:48):
at the him. I was like, there's nothing wrong with that.
I mean, guys, guys stood over the guy, which was
a little bit bush league, but yeah, it's not a
bad hit. Yeah, that's kind of what you do. How
about my man? I was Sam, I was Sam, what's
going on, guys? How are you doing good buddy, our
fine engineer. Everything Well, yeah, everything's well, everything's well. I mean,

(26:10):
if you, if you, if I'm throwing in my two
cents in this discussion, I just would say that when
when these kind of ugly hits kind of pile up
in a game, you get three, four or five of
them in a game that contend, that kind of commentary
tends to come out. So I mean, it just it
just so it looks ugly after a while. So um yeah,
I just you know, I think the guys, I you know,

(26:32):
Lincoln's arguing like these guys have gear on. I think
they have the fewest least amount of gear on they've
ever had, and they need more, they need more protection.
It's my choice though. I mean the thing that you know,
when when we were in high school, we had to
be we had to wear every single pad there was.
He had to wear a hip and back and all
that stuff. And it's got less and less those bogus
hip pads. Oh yeah, like it was gonna protect anything,

(26:54):
to protect anything, but I mean, that's it's it's and
it's my choice. These guys they want to cut their
because I was there. I took the the iPads that
you said. I took the padding off and just had
the little plastic things in there. Uh. And and the
minimum on my knees because I didn't think those little
nipads are gonna do anything, so I wore a receiver

(27:15):
shoulder pads. That's why my shoulders are messed up. And
it's the way you did it. And here he is
for the trending. We missed him. Oh man, where are you,
big figuras? I'm back. I'm back. What's going on y'all?
Are we doing? Man? How's everything going? Oh? Everything is good.

(27:35):
Everything's good. Everything is nice and busy. But I'm glad
to be back with you guys. Back with the family
is great. The family is great. Spend some time with
the family here at the holidays coming up. So uh, brother,
I cannot complain one bit. Good good good. Yeah. We
missed you, man. I missed you guys too. You know. Welcome,
thank you, thank you, thank you, gentlemen. Good to be
back here with you guys. And before I get to

(27:57):
the training, a few cents. I'm on this thing too.
I'm in total agreement with the rest of you guys.
And if you don't like it, then don't watch it
and don't play. And what it is the NFL pandering
UH to the greater audience who may not be hardcore
football fans. They don't want to lose, even though they're
making billions of dollars. They don't want to lose even
one million, lose one or two viewers. So they're gonna
pander down to as many people as they possibly can,

(28:19):
where I think the best things you can possibly do
to not lose UH, the integrity of the game as
a whole is if you have to lose a couple
of viewers to maintain what the actual game itself is.
I would like for them to take the hit and
do that, but that's just my person I think you're
right because here's the thing. Those people that were the outcry,
they're not watching football anywhere, No, never work, So you're
worried about those people who weren't even watching. I'm with you. Yeah,

(28:42):
the casual viewer, like the CASU. If you lose the
casual viewer, fine, if you lose. If you lose your
core audience like us. Then you're right at that point
in time, Anthony, Then then the the sport will go away.
But I don't see that happening unless you go to
flag football, which is essentially what they're trying to turn
into right now. Now beyond that, as far as Friday
Night go uh In the NBA, the Spurs got a
one or five to one or two victory over the

(29:03):
Celtics that snapped Boston's four game winning streak. Despite Carrier
over his thirty six points, he did only have one
assist in the game as well. But moving on from that,
LaMarcus All just twenty seven points, ten boards, and old
man Minujoboli with the game winning three pointer with five
seconds remaining on the clock. There Elsewhere, the Cleveland Cavaliers
also with the long winning street they had, They're snapped
at thirteen games as the Pacers defeated them in Indianapolis

(29:27):
one oh six to one oh two. Victor Oladipo continues
his hot start to the season thirty three points and
eight rebounds. Indiana has won three straight in the victory.

(29:49):
On Friday afternoon, Japanese outfielder pitch A Showya Tony did
agree to sign with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim
and some news breaking overnight, A source close to Joe
shr of the New York Post and the MLB Network
says that the Yankees and Marlin's are close to agreeing
to trade that was San Giancarlos Stan to New York
infield or Starlin Castro and prospects will be the centerpiece

(30:10):
of the deal. Nothing is final as at this moment
in time, but the sides are reportedly very close to
an agreement. Fellis, thank you my man. If that's just unfair,
that's just can you imagine, Judge Stanton Sanchez, how do
you get somebody out on that lineup? Oh my lord,

(30:33):
we are the Fellas. Canna be laughing. The guy called
Fox Sports Radio Studio. It's fifteen minutes. Can save you
more con shorts. Visit Geico dot com for a free
rate quote will continue the conversation linking with the physicality
of the sport, and you know, the outcry it seems
to come weekly with this sport, and you know, I

(30:57):
think I think it's probably gonna go away, you know, again,
not in our lifetime or maybe the end of our lifetime,
but it's trending towards that. I mean, you know, it's
funny were talking about Grand Torino and the clinics would
roll of that. Get off my long guy, Brent Musburger.
Did you see a tweet that Brent might and you

(31:19):
guys see a tweet? Yeah, he he went off, alright,
So he says, yo, snowflake, the NFL was built on
violent hits like the one involving Sam Huff and then

(31:39):
we got our Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders for a little sex
with our violence. If you don't like it, basically, you know,
don't watch. But he starts off with the snowflake thing,
which is completely dangerous because you know, the minute you
say that used the word snowflake, it transcends to it

(32:01):
goes right to politics. And the problem is that the
whole country is completely divided. You know, it's never been
I've never seen more division in my life. And it's
all due to social media, by the way, right, right,
It's all due to social media. But I've never seen

(32:21):
anything and again, you know this is not earth shattering,
any earth shattering statements, but I've never seen a more
division in my entire life, whether it be you know, black, white, male, female, uh, generational,
I mean, the divide is unreal. There was there was,

(32:44):
I mean, there was, there was. It was even before
the man came to office. There was a lot of
racial tension and racial division. When when you know, with
everything throughout this country, I mean the tension across the board,
and you're absolutely right, and only a part of it linking.
I mean, there is there is generational divide. There is

(33:07):
sexist divide, you know, male female, and and you know
in between. Yeah, the number of you know, you know,
harassment charges and and and cases that you've heard over
the news every time every time I turn on, hearing
about someone else. Yeah, which is an awful thing that
no doubt about it. You know that that you know,

(33:29):
women were subject to just horrific workplace you know, environments
that were you know, toxic and by these lecherous dudes,
awful I means absolutely awful. But not all men and
not all you know, men are evil, right, and that's
it seems to come with the territory that if you're

(33:51):
a man, you're you're evil, or you're a straight man,
you're evil, right, you know, I mean so, but but
that's what's going on. There is a an incredible dividual football,
which is you know, Americana and it's testosterone and it's
you know, it's it's meat, right, you associate football, it's beer,

(34:15):
it's all that. And yet when you look at it
all from there's a fight over the sport because people
think it's too much, too violent or or too manly
because manly has become a bad word. Think about it,

(34:35):
like we'll discuss on the other side. Where the Fellas
or maybe we should have a different name, more politically correct.
We're guys who talk sports are all encompassing. Now guys
are still Yeah, we have to be something neutral. Where
the Fellas on Fox Sports Radio, Fellas licking Kennedy Anthony

(35:04):
Garganos for a name change, because we we gotta change
our name. We can't call Oh it's right, we need
more Well, what do you think benign? Because fella is
too strong of a word, too strong and too strong. Yeah, um, yeah,
you know, I guess we gotta work on the name.

(35:25):
Different name. All right, Well, let's think about it. Come
up with something with something with all inclusive people. Yea,
not to describe our own gender, Yeah, fella is no good. Hey,
to lighten it up a bit, let me ask you
a question. Does Sean Payton look like the mayor from Whoville?

(35:50):
I have to I have to go back and look
at this one, the mayor from who? Theyll do you
guys to tweet all this out? Let's do a side
my side who Bill? Does not he look like a
member a resident of Whoville? With the way the noses
in the face? Do you agree? You agree? Am? I

(36:17):
can kind of see it, Actually I can. I can
kind of resident. I can kind of see it. Mayor
Augustus May mayho may who? And that movie? That movie
is old. I'm gonna pull up a picture about this,
but just thinking about it, just from in playing just
my kids are watching the other day, and I'm going, right, yeah, well,

(36:38):
Pa looks just like a dud from who. I figured
that's how you pick that up, like it had something
to do with the kids. But the kids were watching
The Grinch and uh, I'm going, huh, Peyton, and it's
got to be the real life, not the cartoon. Yeah, yeah,
that's what I'm looking at right now, you know with
the creepy people from moving but like those people were creeps,

(37:00):
the they were creepy, creepy things. And uh and Sean
Payton to me, looks just like that figgy fig. Do
you see that fig Do you see Sean Payton is
a resident of Whoville a little bit, especially if you
get the right photo of Sean Payton getting like a
little smirk on his face. He really pointed out for sure.

(37:22):
You gotta see him where his face is a little
stretched out to the nose. He's got the turned up nose.
It goes up even more during certain expressions. Yeah, when
he gets really animated like he was. Yeah, right, And
that's what I'm seeing him. And I'm going, well, Tuville time,
oh man, he deserves even I hate Sean Payton. Just

(37:43):
in time for the holidays, gentlemen, it' Sean Payton, go
bring this back to Whoville. I'm kind of with you too,
And I hate that dude. I mean, I liked him
when the Saints were up and coming and they were
this team that like, oh they were still the ants,
and then they finally turned it around after the hurricane.

(38:04):
But lately, man like, even though they're doing well, I
just don't like that guy. I don't. It's a cocky
you know, I just see he's cocky. He's a crumb bum. Yeah,
he's one of those guys who thinks he's smarter than
everybody else. Oh yeah, Like like if you would work
with him, you want to hit him with a bat.
Don't you get that problem? Cheese too strong for you?

(38:30):
You know, you know, you know, it's funny. I'm sitting
here trying to see the side by side and I
was like, I never thought about this, and we kind
of favors them. You're something else. You pull one, you
pull one out of your head. And then again I
was like, huh do you guys feel do you guys
feel like in another life, like Sean Payton would have
been in in the bird cage or something. He just
kind of got this like he doesn't look like a coach.

(38:51):
It looks like he'd be working in like a drag
bar or something. Wow, get out was like first lips.
I mean, he just kind of looks like he's a
little sassy or something. I don't know he's gonna list,
but he's a he's a good dude. I have nothing
against Sean Payton. I'm just whoa I was saying, was

(39:21):
quickly got off the rail. Yeah, not quickly. If you'd
never heard him talk, he'd be like, Oh, he might
have like a little lisp or something. Wow, check that out.
I was saying that there's anything wrong with a little lisp.
Not at all, Not at all. I'm not saying that.
I'm just saying that he sort of like a little
just like a little I don't know, just like he
has these these facial expressions, and I'm kind of, yeah,

(39:42):
like he's a hissy dude. He throws a lot of fits. Yeah,
like he does that. I don't like him. I don't.
In fact, I despise him a couple of reasons. One,
you know, you know, the league's a small league link,
and you know certain people that have encountered with him,

(40:03):
and you go, oh yeah, guys. But even beyond that,
just the way he is and the whole chocker chokers,
you're choker, Well, you're not a choker. You won one,
you got lucky, you got lucky you got one because
the world conspired to win you a super Bowl after Katrina.
The conspiracy theorists. That's it. Well, I'm sorry. He's some

(40:28):
great winner. He's Belichick. Did I miss something about him?
Give me a break, go coach the team in Huville, Sean,
where the fellas fu sports Radio? Alright, just one more
note on Sean Payton. When you Google image him and

(40:52):
if you scroll down to the where there is him
at the podium at the Super Bowl and he's making
this disgusted, really disgusted face like I don't have time
to talk to the rabble. Look at that one like
and tell me you don't want to hit him with

(41:13):
a brick and face Well after after I saw one
of them the sideline was a Thursday night when he
was making a choke gesture and he and I know
he did try to trip Clip Blakeman when they were
running off the field because that was on purpose. It
was He's a he's a crumball man. He is the

(41:35):
mayor of who Bill. That's right, Sean Payt. It's a
shame because I love the Shaints, right like, I love
everything about them that they love the city. I love
how the fans of great fans. They love that team,
like it's really really cool. Drew Brees good dude, like
he's got he's got a good face. Oh yeah, got

(41:57):
a good face. And Drew Drews Drew's men through a
lot for him to be the future Hall of Famer
and the you know, the accolades and everything that he's deserved,
that he's earned. You know, he's done wonders for that
team and put him on the map when everybody written
him off many times. Yeah, I mean, and they're a
fun story this year. You look at them with the
you know, the two backs and Camar will be back
after concuss second in the in the second in League Russian.

(42:19):
I think it. I mean it's unbelievable. The Saints US
looks like what his name looks like, he's back at Alabama.
I mean, yeah, it's unbelievable. So you know, I'm gonna
have a great story. And I love that Comaricant. I mean,
they're just they're they're a great story and they're fun
and the whole thing. But the coaches is I just

(42:40):
can't stand him. He's just can't stand you. You know,
like if you just put those words together. Can't stand
you and that's your lane, like, hello, what's your name?
San Seawan? Can't stand you? Like? That's who he is.
He's a can't stand you classic. If you look at him,

(43:01):
you us hate the face. He's gonna Whoville face. You
hate it and you can see him like making a
chokey sign. Let me ask you a question. If you're
I don't know Alex Mack right from the falcons and
you see this little pip squeak making a choking sign
at you, well, what do you want to do to him?

(43:23):
Throw the ball at him right, like Maddie Ice. I
know Maddie Ice Street three picks in the game, didn't
have a great game. But if I'm Mattie Ice and
I see this little pip squeak making a choke symbol
at me, really I want to take his head off
with a bullet throw. It's like you see in the
movies where the receiver runs and out route runs right

(43:45):
to the coach and he throws its right right, just
run his hands over. Sorry, Mr Mayor, Sorry Mr Whoville
Mayor did not meet the triple your face, man, I
could just see him making a choke sound at you. Link. Oh,

(44:06):
I'll be right over. Yeah, see right, Party of two.
We're gonna crumb. Can't stand really can't stand it. But
we are the Fellas, and we we digressed. Excuse my
my little ten minute ran on Sean Payton. But they'll

(44:26):
be more so don't worry if we are the Fellas. Uh.
We spent the first hour talking about the sport and
were transpired this week between Monday and Thursday night. Bizarre games,
weren't they They're just crazy things that happened. Yeah, go ahead, finished, no,

(44:47):
go go please. Well I was just saying, you know,
it just it was crazy things that transpired, and and
and of course it left a bad taste in my
mouth because here I am angling. I just can't wait
for our show so we can talk about some of
these things. I mean, it was you you know, you
start with the Monday night and Pittsburgh looked out a
sink for three quarters, comes back and wins that game.

(45:09):
And I'm just my like, as I said earlier, my
jaw drops is like, what how did they possibly how
did Cincinnati lose it? Everything they seemed to have called
in the beginning was working for him. They were dominating,
and then you know the tailor two has it all
changed in the second half? And then the Thursday night game.
You know, it was a good one the Saints and
the Falcons. Even though you mentioned that Maddie didn't have
a good game, they still found a way to win

(45:30):
that game. And um, mismanagement by Sean Payton and everything else,
but it was, it was, It was bizarre. It sets
us up for this weekend. Um, we know we got
the Army Navy game, You've got the you know, talking
about the College Football Awards. Um, we haven't talked about it,
but you know the finalist for the Heisman trophies. Uh
me needs a lock of all locks. He's gotta be.

(45:53):
He's gotta be. I mean, I would like to see
Bryce love when it but it's not going to happen
because Baker Mayfield has been here for about the last
two years. Two years. Whatever it is. Yeah, I mean
I voted. I'm a Heisman voter, and yeah it was
obvious to me. Yeah, I think it's unanimous. I don't
even think it's It's as close as I would like
it to be. No, No, I actually had trouble with

(46:16):
two and three. Who did you you know, like I'm
with you on Bryce Love. Yeah, you know, but I
actually had trouble with like, I didn't think Lamar Jackson
deserved it. I didn't, you know, it's surprised to see
him there, and honestly I didn't. I didn't think he
was going to be there as the finalist. I thought
they would go elsewhere. But I saw that much year,

(46:38):
but he didn't never year. Yeah, right, I agree, you know. Anyway,
I liked it. I put say Kwan Barkley, and I'm
a say Kwan Barkley fan, right. I think he's a
hell of a player, just a hell of a player.
Um curious, big link because we'll get into all the

(46:59):
big game this weekend and the ramifications because now it's
time to start looking at our playoffs and seating and
who's who other the Patriots. We don't know who's real
and who's not real? Right, because we're looking at teams.
You're going this, this is Eagles team real. They lose
the Seattle, let's see what they do against the Rams?

(47:23):
What about the Vikings? Still case Keenum. So there's all
these things and the swirling NFC, which is really interesting
as to who's good and who's not and who's a
true chance, who's a true championship contender. So we'll get
into that a little bit first. I gotta answer you
because it fits with everything we've been talking about in
the physical nature of it all. But the one hit

(47:44):
I did think was out of line was Grunk. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah,
without a doubt. What I thought with that deserve like
he gets one game and that that was that was
two games easily. It should have been too multip you
want to send him message because you know it's going
to be appealed and it was going to be reduced whatever.
But yeah, it should came out the fact that, you

(48:06):
you know, the fight between Crabtree and Leave got them
two games initially and was later. And what Gronk did
was totally agregious after the whistle and just rare, really
out of bounds. And I think they took it easy
on him for a number of reasons. I'm I'm partial.
I think they took a reason on him, easy on
him because he's Gronk and it's the Patriots. Anybody else
I think they would throwing the book at him. I agree,

(48:28):
I think because it's Grunk, because he's got like, oh
he's Gronk ha ha like. People laugh at him, like
they laugh because they they find him almost comical, right,
like this comedic relief. But in reality, that was a
that was potentially a career ending it. Absolutely, that was terrible,

(48:48):
I agree with. I mean, to you gotta least go
three and if you want to reduce the two, you
reduced the two with a half of your fine. But that,
I mean, that's just egregious. There, there's there, you know,
when you when you talk about and you look at
this collectively, I think there's a level of lawlessness that
we've seen in the NFL, you know, from the disrespect
from you know, guys pushing over reps and you know,

(49:10):
Marcus Peters picking up the flag throwing in the stands.
I mean, once upon a time, I do only I
don't ever remember seeing anything like that, and that Gronk
the epitomize last week was the epitome of last week
was just seeing Gronk take out a defenseless guy on
on the ground after the whist was overcoming, just four
arm sure to the back of the head. That's just wrong.

(49:32):
I follow them every way I could. If I was
on the bosing team, I would a restaurant would have
been a big gass fight. Well, you know what what's
funny is, I did not see the rushover from the
other team. No, the bills they did. All they did
was point to the reps. That's like like making flag gestures. Well,

(49:52):
you gotta come to you gotta come to your teammates.
How much you know advocating uh gags in New York fight,
but it should be somebody should have jumped on him.
I mean, I in a where you just let that go.
That's another thing that's kind of changed too. You don't
see the teammates coming to all the teammates backs like
you used to. That's true. You don't see the you don't.

(50:17):
I had this thought too, and I'm afraid to bring
it up, truly afraid. It's about another sport, but it's
apiblical right here. Um, when it comes to teammates having
each other's backs, you can certainly apply it to it.
It's about fighting in hockey, and fighting was was a
tool that was used to police itself, police because you

(50:43):
got you know, sticks, and you know guys you didn't
wear helmets at one point, who didn't wear shields at
some point, and so it was used to kind of
police itself. It was also a huge gate, a huge attraction,
and it made for you know, incredible moments, right, I
mean bench Like I grew up with a team that

(51:05):
was called the broad Street Bullies, right, So it doesn't
get more you know, in your face than that. And
when they get you know, they they basically a bottleship
through penalties and rule changes. And I don't know if
it's a good thing, like I mean, at least for
the popularity of the sport and people say, well, you know,

(51:25):
and then you're selling out to the bloodthirsty, you know.
I mean, there was a there was a certain there
was a certain charm about it. I hate to say
it because it sounds like it's almost sound, you know,
like a like a caveman. I don't know what there's

(51:47):
I mean, I don't think I don't think the locker
rooms are as close as they once were, just unanimously
around the game. I don't think it the mentality when
when when I played again. I hate to use this
reference because I hate to keep looking back at it,
but I remember I remember coming over to the Raiders
and Bugle Joe Bugle was the offensive line coach and

(52:09):
bugs because we were back in the day we were
practicing against teams. But I remember preseason we would scrimmage
against the Cowboys and you know, go down to Texas
or whatever they wherever they were, and we'd had practices
against other teams and Bugs had always said and it's
something that stayed in my mind throughout my career. One
of us fights we all fight, and I remember specifically,

(52:30):
you know, Chess Mcglocktom rest in Peace. We were scrimmaged
against the Cowboys and was hot and we were all tired,
and just the practice was laying on and Chester before
we went on nine on seven. He's like, look, I'm
gonna drop outside and I'm gonna start a fight with
step uh Sevnowsky the quarterback center. He's like, I gonna start.
He's like, I'm gonna jump offside, I'm gonna start a fight,
and exactly what he did. And and it was just

(52:52):
it was all training camp, rosters, full of cowboys and raiders,
just one big fight and and and they called the practice.
We got at the practice. It was done after that
when our in our separate ways, but it was but
it was that mentality. One of his fights, we all
fight and go in there and you can just roll
around with guys and then grab the pads and and

(53:13):
even if you weren't throwing any blows, is it so
you you grab one of the biggest ones, but you
took one for one. You were, you were in it,
and that that that promoted unity. It promoted closeness because
we knew we were a team. We were together, we
were that's what we were facing a common enemy or
whatever it was. And that's the way we equated football
these days. You know, I see, I see these guys

(53:33):
come off the field after the game's over. They rushed
over to shake hands, and now they're taking off in
exchange in jerseys and taking pictures of one another. I
never did that, hated exactly. You know. I got into
it with Fletcher Cox, who I love. I love is applied,
but he got bad at me because there was Eagles

(53:57):
and Yet and Tampa and Jamis Winston was having a
day last year, just you know two years ago, who
was his rookie year. He's throwing five touchdowns. He threw
five touchdowns and so he's killing them and you know
he's fletchers smile. His teammates were smile. Helping James up. Dude,

(54:21):
you're getting beat and he's throwing five touchdowns and you're
coming the guy up. I mean, I don't understand that,
and he got mad. Don't you tell me to not
to smile. We're brothers, Well you're not brothers. You're not
brothers with Jameis Winston. That's the client. He's a buccaneer,

(54:41):
you're an eagle. That's all love. Yet, great player flats,
but I've got him on a fantasy team, so I
want him to succeed. I don't understand that notion. Maybe
you can, Maybe we can dive into a little bit
where are the fellas right here on Fox Sports Radio?
Let him marinate it a bit. Wait you baby, this Christmas, Hey,

(55:04):
I got some great news. There's a quick way you
could save some money. Switch the guy. Go to Gaco
dot com and you could in fifteen minutes, you could
say fifty more car insurance. But then we'll get back
to the Christmas music. Slow and sweet for you baby,
Happy anniversary, because you know what you gotta do. Have
be at a versary, my man, you need to have
your own uh quiet storm podcast. Always I always wanted

(55:28):
I always wanted to do that ever since I, you know,
grew up listening to the radio and remember the nightly
you know bro was now was that a was quiet storm?
Like I grew up in Philly, right, So in Philly
we had a guy Tony Brown and he would do
the quiet Storm and he would it's a quiet storm,

(55:48):
it's a brown night, like I had this, uh growing
up in San Diego. I think it was ninety two
point five. They and they would the nightly from seven
to ten. They would have the quiet storm where you
have this DJ. Oh ladies and loves out there. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah yeah, come to your lab. It's a quiet storm.
Will put this Luther onf for you right now. But

(56:11):
night you gotta get snuggle up to that fireplace and
we're wearing San Diego getting snow the fireplace. They would
do the they didn't have like the storm like the
crackle of thunder. Oh yeah, it's a brown night, the
quiet storm. Always wanted to do that. I always wanted
to have that radio voice. You know you got it. Yeah,

(56:33):
I'm sipping my mind tide linking abut ladies. You're a
natural man, man. You gotta host that. It's like it's
the new it's like you go back retro with the
Quiet I didn't realize the Quiet Storm was a national thing.
Oh yeah, you know that. I didn't know it was
a national thing. Yeah yeah. I mean I'm sure it

(56:54):
was a natural brand. Yeah yeah, something like that, or
whether it was. They all all kinds of them. There's
still there's still around here him every now and then
on some of the throwback stations, you know that nightly
time for lovers, turn it down ladies. So oh that
is absolutely classic. All right, um, I gotta get into

(57:15):
the football stuff. And a little bit later, I need
to mock Fox. I need to mock Los Angeles and
the Rams. All right, No, I gotta do it. Sorry,

(57:36):
you know, I gotta do it. I gotta call it
the way I say it, and something that they did
which is embarrassing the Rams completely and know the network
on the network, our network, we're just little cogs. But
doesn't matter. You gotta call it out when you see it,

(57:57):
and it was. It was weak. It is weak and
is lame. And my prediction is they will pay dearly.
So I'll tell you all about it. But here we go,
my friend, it is time to look at Sunday and
the ramifications. This is what we got. So we know

(58:19):
the Saints lose and the Falcons went from Thursday, keeps
Atlanta alive in the playoffs and he still gotta play again, right,
they still gotta play the Saints and the Falcons in
two weeks they play again. Are you are you worry
about the Falcons? You give the Falcons any any chance?

(58:39):
I didn't think the Falcons are going to make the
playoffs this year, That's what I'm saying. Yeah, the super
Bowl runner up and and and you know in the
past has not had you know, uh, great seasons after
the after the you know, the following season after a
Super Bowl loss. So I didn't think the Falcons are
going to make the playoffs. It's still Look, they're eight
and five right now. They're in there in a good position.

(59:00):
They're still alive. But they've got Carrol. They've got two
teams in the division. They've got Carolina and the Saints.
So right now, what is the Carolina. I don't think
the Saints you're going anywhere? Yeah, I don't. I think
the Saints are fine. I think the Saints will still
win the division. And so you're then you go to
the runner up, and it might just be about all
of attrition where I don't think they send two wild

(59:20):
card teams. That could be wrong, but I don't think
they from that division. Because you still have the Seattle
to watch you out four. Because the Falcons are eighting five.
The Seahawks are eight and four. Now, granted they have
a tough game this week in Jacksonville, but they're eight
and four. The Panthers are eight and four. They have
a tough game with Minnesota, and then lurking in the

(59:44):
shadows are the Packers six and six and getting soon
to welcome back Aaron Rodgers. You know what, if I'm
Green Bay, I don't necessarily throw him in against Minnesota
because I don't want to lose them again. So I
don't know. I don't know if that's if, if if

(01:00:05):
that's a thing that I would do. I know, I
know that we just sit there and they talk about
trying to get into the playoffs, but put them up
against that defense Minnesota again, and I don't know, Man,
I take my investment. Yeah, I hear you, I hear you.
But there's talk that he'll be back next week. There
are six and six, Is it outrageous to think the

(01:00:27):
Packers can win four in a row. No, they're the
Packers with with Rogers back. No, that's not outrageous. What
do they who they have? Let me see their schedule.
I have it, I'll give it to you. So here's
what they have at Cleveland this week, when at Carolina
next week, Minnesota home two days before Christmas, right, and

(01:00:55):
on New Year's Eve at the Troy. So, so they
win this week, that will put him at seven and six.
If they're able to win at Carolina, that will put
him eight and six. Then you have to you have
to play him against Minnesota. You have to because you
have to chase the chance of the other players. Well,

(01:01:17):
do you if he's righting against Carolina, because just talking
he could play against Carolina. M h, it's another feisty defense.
I don't know, man, it's aftly risky. Take care of
business near they're gonna take care of business against Cleveland. Um, now,
it's aftly risky. Well, you have to watch right now.
It's probably gonna be the two wild cards are gonna

(01:01:41):
come from Carolina, Atlanta in Seattle with Green Bay lurking
nobody in the East. I don't believe Dallas. I think
Dallas is a bad team and white he said that,
well I saw you know, if you look at him
without Zeke, Without Zeke, that offense is just put that
stream struggle the only reason why the day one and

(01:02:03):
they won rather large against the Redskins two thursdays ago.
It was old turnovers, old turnovers, Dak Prescott through hunting yards.
I mean, I don't know. He stares down guys to me,
he's without Ezekiel Elliott. He's exposed. That offense is all Elliott. Right,

(01:02:29):
So I don't worry about the Cowboys if I'm If
I'm the Atlanta Falcons, I'm trying to work in. I go, oh,
I got, I got Caroline, and they gotta start to lose,
and I'm worried about you have to also take care
of business and get the next time against the Saints. Yes,
and then I'm worried about Seattle. If I'm then yeah,

(01:02:52):
so you know, so you have monster games. I'll go
through the games with you, coming straight up. But first
let us get all time with trending. And he's the future.
Back to the future Lake our man figgy. He could
do a quiet storm. Oh we could you can see that.
I can definitely see the figure man, don it. He's

(01:03:14):
got figgy ladies. How you doing? L A calling? You? Should?
I just uh? Should I get the scores in this voice?
The entire do it? Do it? You're the panty dropper man.
Story of my life, buddy, That's how we do it.
I'll take you on too. Uh. San Antonio's down the
river walk, you know what I'm saying. And the Spurs
got themselves at one oh five to one or two.

(01:03:34):
I can't do this entire time because last I don't
know if I can do that the entire time, at
least not on this particular subject matter. Now we're talking
about slops and draws or some Keith sweat get you
with a quiet storm. It's a little bit different, but
we're used to some sports scores from Friday Night. You
can't talk about a Japanese baseball star that voice really can't.

(01:03:54):
Really can't. Even if I tried one O five to
one O two. What's the final score in San Antonio?
Is the Spurs be the Celtics, snapping the Celtics four
game win streak. Spurs had five players and double figures,
including leading score of LaMarcus Argist, who had twenty seven
points and ten boards, managed nobly hit the game winning
three pointed with five seconds remaining on the clock. Elsewhere,

(01:04:15):
the Cavaliers, at their thirteen game win streaks, snapped their
first losses November nine in just about a month, as
they lose in Indiana to the Pacers by the score
of one oh six to one oh two. Victor Oladipo
with thirty three points to lead Indiana, Lebron James with
twenty nine points, ten boards and eight assists, and the
lost for Cleveland. With true Car, you can find out
what other people in your area paid for the same

(01:04:36):
car you're looking for newer used visitor True Cards to
enjoy more confident car buying experience. Elsewhere in the NBA,
the Warriors won their sixth straight with a one oh
two to nine victory over the Pistons in Detroit. Kevin
Durant thirty six points, ten boards, seven assists and six
excuse me, five block shots. Golden State did record fifteen
blocks as a team. Detroit has lost five straight games

(01:04:58):
and the NHL victories for the wild black Hawk, Golden Knights, Capitals,
and Blue Jackets. In MLB News Japanese outfielder picture Showya
Tani did agree to sign with the Los Angeles Angels
of Anaheim, and a source tells Joe Sherman of the
MLB Network and the New York Post of the Yankees
and Marlins are close to agree to a trade that
would send gire Carlos Stanton to New York infielder Starlin

(01:05:19):
Castro and prospects would be the centerpiece of the deal
heading back to Miami. Nothing currently final, but the sides
were portally very close to an agreement. Now back to
my main men, the fellas on Fox Sports Radio. That's awesome, man,
that is great. There is the figure we're the Fellas.

(01:05:41):
That trap we come me laugh in the Geico Fox
Sports Radio studios, fifteen minutes could save you fifteen percent
more car insurance. Just visit Geico dot com for a
free rate quote. Well, big link going over the the
NFC picture, which is a lot more interest seemed the
a FC picture, Oh no doubt, you know, I mean

(01:06:04):
a lot more interesting because you have some uh some incredible,
incredible games including Eagles and Rams, which will go a
long way to telling us who will be the number
one seed in the NFC hosting the two playoff games
before the Super Bowl. By the way, can I just

(01:06:26):
say I think it was a violation that the Eagles
had Kobe Bryant in their locker room and for a
pep talk. Why because he doesn't claim Philadelphia from He's
never claimed in Philadelphia. Dude, I grew. I'm living, I'm living.
I'm doing this show right now where I speak. I

(01:06:48):
can throw a football to where Kobe went to high school.
It doesn't matter. He's he didn't. He never figging. Somebody
backed me up in Los Angeles. Tal they know, they
know Black Mammy never claimed Philadelphia. He has in the
past talked about his his fandom of being being an
Eagles fan from back in the day, and so he
he has at times champion that now. He did also

(01:07:08):
give a pep talk to the both the charges in
the rams earlier this year too, so it's kind of
playing all sides there. But he does reside here in
Los Angele could be. He absolutely could be, but he
has in the past I talked about being a being
an Eagles fan growing up as a kid, because he
did spend it. To your point, Anthony, out there, that's
pretty much where he grew up where he was reared.
He's always there was always a big always talking about

(01:07:29):
Italy and and soccer and everything else in Italy up
until the age of like seven, right, yeah, because of
his dad. I mean I always remember, like when he
was a Laker, it would always be kind of a
big deal when he went to Philadelphia and played at
uh the Wells Fargo Center. Is it is known now?
What was it known Anthony Koba back then? Wasn't it? Yes? Yeah?
And they were they would pull him off the floor

(01:07:51):
as a Laker fan, trust I remember, Oh yeah, absolutely.
I saw argue with people about Kobe, like they hated
Kobe because Kobe once said I'm gonna cut your throats
or something, you know something it was. It was before
the finals, you know, one with a I and you

(01:08:12):
know he's like, I want to slad ship roach because
Kobe was a killer. But he was reviled here, like
they hated him here. And I used to get in
trouble because I do my local show and I'll never forget.
Invariably we would do these these comparisons AI versus Kobe,
and I'm like, it's not even it's not even a question.

(01:08:35):
You gotta go Kobe over Ai and these people will
be so man and man it would bust him for me.
I'm like, it's not even close. The one guy six
inches taller gets a shot off any time. He's a
sure foul Hall of famer. But they hated him. But
he again, but he lived here, you know, I mean

(01:08:58):
he lived here both high school, didn't go to college
when we as you know, to the Lakers after the trade,
and you know he is he but he's from Philly,
he's brandy to his prom it's just let's goby. So anyway,
I have another violation. I got that thing what I

(01:09:20):
was talking about before. I need you to to understand that. Okay,
I gotta run a by you. All right. Did you
see this story about the uh the survivor pool that
was broken up by the Feds. No two and a

(01:09:41):
half million dollars at stake to the winners, and the
Feds busted it up. Never heard of Mike and Ron's
survivor pool. Some big money there, two and a half
so they're out of New York. But two and a
if are you kidding me? So? Do you ever played

(01:10:04):
a suicide pool? Survivor pool? I'm sure, you guys have right,
somebody has m not I have in the past. It's
been a while, but I have done in the past.
I have not. Now you haven't really haven't lived at survival, right, Yeah,
I've heard like all these Survivor picks. Like, so what

(01:10:24):
you do basically is you have to pick a new
team each week. You can't use that team again, and
they have to win for the week. No, not spread,
just win the game. You have to just win the game.
And so you put up you know, usually it's like
fifty bucks or these maniacs. They're playing for a fortune

(01:10:46):
and there's a lot of people there. So because I
had heard about this Hater's just Survivable phase and millions. Yeah,
and it was like a it's like a I don't
like a five buy in, maybe I forget wanted by
It was so you know, you want to go into
the partners with people can go well maybe you know whatever.

(01:11:06):
But and then the trick is to pick the winter
each week. Well, the Feds get word of it and
they bust it up. Okay, but I don't know, but like,
could you imagine this late in the season, you're close
to winning or at least whacking up hallion dollars and
the FETs come in now? Are you crazy about a

(01:11:31):
million bucks again? You're coming in here now busting it up.
It's not right law and orders. You get my money first.
I'm not I'm not taking a cat. I'm just a player.
Oh man, it's not fair. That's not fair. That's it's

(01:11:51):
a major violation. You can't do that. I'm about to win. Yeah,
that's pretty mess up. I mean, shut them down at
least after the season. We only have a few weeks left.
Are they gonna do this to the people now, we
invested so much money, you don't you know what? And
they do that on purpose, like they want because they
want headlines, right, So it's like we're gonna do if

(01:12:13):
what's all football's can the whole thing and boom do
that may bugs and then we got back legalized gambling
and get it all over with. Come on. They have
to throw off this like message on their website to
all the people who uh they say investors, like they
were not really investors, but they were just participating in
the pool, saying sorry, we're going away for a little bit,
don't know when we'll be back, and uh yeah, by

(01:12:36):
that's essentially off they set them. Sorry, we have your money,
or now the government has your money and there's nothing
we can do about it. So it sucks to be
you guys. Are you ready? So according to ESPN, two pools,
the Blue and the Red, we're each cap at close
to ten thousand people with the cost of a hundred dollars.

(01:13:00):
Mm hmmm, damn. So those filled up so quickly that
a second chance pool was created at two hundred piece.
That that pool fills up, so a high rollers survivor
pool was offered a five hundred dollars per jury, and

(01:13:22):
then another pool would started midway through the season was
a second half pool, and that cost a hundred The
collective value surpasses two and a half million dollars the
Ron and Mike football pool. How does that? How did

(01:13:43):
they get twenty thousand people? Like, that's just for the
first two pools, let alone the other three twenty Like
that's insane. So they the reason why it's against the
laws because they took a cop the executive cut. Of

(01:14:03):
course we got there there there's a player fee, right,
so the people, so the guys running the pool took
the cut. Therefore, that's what they did. Wrong. I see
no cut, no arrest. Uh well, they're like, you know, look,
I'm putting the state, you know a little there's a

(01:14:25):
management see everyone's got a manager fee. They gotta get right,
you know what I mean, like beak a little bit right, Yes,
we my beak, you know. So I I, uh, I
go get my Christmas tree yesterday. And so there's a
dude like the dude's name was it was like a

(01:14:49):
biblical names yeah, no, no, no, he had He was
a kid working for two fingers from a coach. So
the kid, the kid, his name was like Judo or
something right or uh oh, something along. It was very biblical.
Great dude, great young, you're young, dude, I go. He goes, oh,

(01:15:13):
you interrupted me. I was just watching my holiday music movie.
I said, I really like what you know, what are
you watching? You know? I was just talking about The Grinch,
and he went, oh, the Godfather, my god Godfather? All right.
So then he proceeds to tell me that that was
the first time he was ever seeing the movie The Godfather. Wow,

(01:15:37):
And I was like wow really and he's like, yeah,
I throw a triple M. And then I was like
I probably seen it literally five thousand times exactly, and
this is your first thing, was yeah the first time.
He's like, it's a good movie. I go, yeah, it's
only the best movie ever made. It's all right, the

(01:16:00):
dec it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's a great Christmas movie, right,
I mean Godfather, Godfather too. And seeing on the loop
they're playing it right now, right right, my grandmother will
put it on Sunday sheet. We just had the VCR
of the Godfather. No man that my father take right. Yeah,

(01:16:24):
that's old school right there. Yeah, And so we were like,
you know, my grandmother will take put the Guyfather on
Christmas Day and that was always on Christmas Day. We're
the where the Fellas coming up? I gotta I gotta rail,
Can I rail? You can in the hot Bucks, the

(01:16:44):
soapbux all right. You know I'm a little worried, you know,
corporate may come down on me. So this last shows,
the last show. Let's go out with fire Fellas, Fox
Fella King Kennedy, Anthony Organo Link is almost way to

(01:17:07):
Kansas City. He's, uh, it's just the whole thing in
the a f C. Just a just a uh the
waste of time. Yeah, I mean, look, I think it
builds a drama. If the Raiders are able to take

(01:17:29):
care of business in Kansas City tomorrow, um, that will
probably drop Kansas City out of the playoffs. I mean
I think that. I think they they've already lost four,
that would be five straight. I think Alex Smith will
be done. He'll he'll probably put Patrick Mahomes in every
quarterback the remainder of the season. Um. And then of
course she's set up for December thirty one in Los Angeles.

(01:17:50):
Stop up uh rib would go up against the Chargers
for the division title. Wow, there's the dropping charge. Yeah. Charges.
With that defense and the Philip Rivers, I mean it's
that's they can very well be in position to go
in to the playoffs. Two and I think they're a
Nager's team. They can play some football gold Chargers go.

(01:18:13):
But can they beat the Patriots. I don't know, because
they've never made it that far? Right. Dude, the guy
has Rex Birkhead. I mean, I know, I know, we
we go overboard. I go overboard when it comes to Belichick.

(01:18:35):
But he's just so much smarter than anybody else. He's
got Rex Birkhead being a feature back and he's good, Like,
how does that happen, like, you know, it's New England.
They just keep chugging. They're there, and there were one
step closer to the division title. What Buffalo has got Indianapolis,

(01:18:56):
so they'll win. But and you know, Buffalo drops a
game here and then Crown goes to New England. Yeah.
I just don't you know, I mean, not for nothing.
I just don't get it, like how they just started
just every year, every year, number twelve, every year, number twelve. Yeah, well,

(01:19:16):
I gotta news for you. Yeah, he's definitely a part
of it. But it's that, dude, It's that. It's that
you know, if if Peyton is the mayor of Whoville,
then you know, when you look at Belichick, he's just
God of the world, you know, I mean of that
world he is. If he paints a mayor, you know,

(01:19:37):
you gotta bypassed governor and president and just go right
to God. Yeah. I mean, it just is, you know,
I don't know what else to say, but that's the
a f C. The whole a FC picture is a
waste of time. Like who who could beat them? We

(01:20:02):
just got we talked up the Steelers earlier. Steelers can't
beat in New England unless they unless they get home
fill advantage. I hope firm that. I believe that. I'll
give you the charges as a as a you know,
eight percent chance, I'll give you eight percent. And it's basic.
Jacksonville can do it. Not with Blake Boarders at quarterback.

(01:20:23):
Jackson can't go in New England. Now, I love that defense,
you know. I mean, unless they pulled the Giants, I
give them a three percent chance. And I'm only giving
the charges eight percent because I think they have a
defense that could pressure Brady and they have a quarterback
it's a veteran and they have a really strong offense

(01:20:45):
with a running back. So I'll give him eight percent.
I don't know what, I don't know. It's awesome. I
don't really necessarily believe in Tennessee. I think they're they're fractured,
you know, Baltimore, I don't they can get it done.
So I agree, Yeah, I agree, But dramas building in

(01:21:07):
the West Man, so it is. It's gonna you know,
at least when it comes to the playoffs and who
represents I'd like to see the Raiders getting into the tournament.
So do I use the extra check? All right? Coming up?
I need to talk about the NFC, and I will
piss off the big wigs south to sow. My lord,

(01:21:33):
we are breaking news and we are scene heads as
well as football heads and hoop heads. And that's right.
The New York Yankees just got nasty. My goodness that
it's just unfair. We thought that Judge Sanchez, we're the

(01:22:00):
modern day Bass Brothers, But oh my, now it's Gene
Carlo Stanton. Wow, Judge Sanchez, go a head, try to
get him out. Oh man, oh, when that's what you're

(01:22:24):
gonna hear over and over again, over and over again.
He's gonna get That's what I was just thinking about.
What's gonna say for Stanton? Yeah, what what's gonna be
the catch for you? So we'll have to ask Ilo
about that because I'm sticking to Ilo. I was funny.
I said that I was sticking of Ilo, Like what,
Ilo can't wait for baseball season so he could have

(01:22:49):
all of his drops ready to go. That is a
huge deal. First of all, I don't understand geta Jeter
comes in and he's ready to just pair payroll. I'm
curious to see what his whole recuess. He's just looking
to start fresh. But the Yankees, the Yankees get Stanton.

(01:23:09):
He's still a great player. Now if you think about it,
he's got to seventy left on his deal. Wow, ten
years since seventy million, So they were gonna go all
in on on Harper. Harper probably costs forty million a
year for ten four million. So the two seventy off

(01:23:32):
the stand. Although the back end you miss out on,
still it's probably worth the gamble for the next five
years because Stanton, Judge Sanchez, that's formidable. Day. How do
you pitch? How do you get those guys out? Like?

(01:23:54):
I don't know, man, that's crazy. It is crazy. Rich
get Richard. It's just unfair. Damn. There he is John
Sterling with the goal all r run will are you go?

(01:24:18):
You know, I don't know what a Stanton, what a
Stanting home run is gonna be like with him, I
don't know what he does for Sanchez has got Dalvin
talk about nder rated player. Oh yeah, I agree, that
guy can mash like. I didn't realize how powerful, oh man,
he was. He was crating the playoffs, he was. It's

(01:24:39):
just I mean, as an Indians fan, guys, I man,
I was telling I was telling I was telling link
Man that window Man losing that that seriously the Yankees, now, man,
and we still and we still got guys. We gotta
go get Jay. Bruce is free, Carlos Santana's still free. Now,
it's get Bruce Bruce what he was. And I mean

(01:25:03):
it's just like he may be too pricey for them
now and that's that's but you gotta you gotta, you
gotta battle up. Oh yeah, no, I I completely agree.
It's just the way that the Indians have been run
for years, and it's unfortunate that being in a small market,
they've not been willing outside of maybe Incarnacione to really
doll out payroll money to invest in a championship. Now

(01:25:25):
I hope they do that because now you're looking at that,
this is completely like we we it's been a really
quiet offseason. This is completely altered everything. Like man, it's
completely changed everything because now and then and the Angels,
so they signed the Japanese can kick picks, but he

(01:25:48):
picks the Angels. The word on the street was that
Mike Trout face time with him, and he loves Mike Trout.
Who doesn't love Mike Trout. Mike Trout is the greatest,
not only the best player in the game, but just
a great all around dude. And so you got Mike
Trout oh Tani, so he he'll pitch and then I

(01:26:09):
don't know, I mean, like you know he can. He's
a two way player. He's an incredible hitter, Lincoln, so
but he's more valuable as a picture. I mean he
equates to a number one. So you figure he's a
starter on the Angels, probably the best starter they got.
And then maybe you want d h him a couple
of days a week, and then I mean, I think

(01:26:29):
that's the way to do it. I mean, he's one
of the better all around players available out there, right,
you d h him and then you you have poolh
hools sit a couple of days that Poolholse is getting
up there. So yeah, you can that that makes sense.
How do you guys think the Astros field right now?
I mean it's just won a world title and you
see all this activity some in their division and also

(01:26:54):
the team that they beat in the a LCS by
in a game seven. How do you think the ass
Stros field right now? Yeah? But you know what though
they they if I'm the Astros, I'm like bringing on. Yeah, yeah,
they should, they should. They've they've got They've got the
power potential to match that lineup as good as Stanton,

(01:27:16):
Judge and Sanchez are together. Like you looked top to Anthony,
you were all you were all over that lineup last year.
And I mean I would have yeah, I would have
killed to see the Indians pitching go up against that
lineup because I would have been a heck of a
matchup to see how that would have planned out. Unfortunately
it didn't work out. But just seeing the way that
those guys, how aggressive they are going after the first pitch,

(01:27:37):
how aggressive they are just and hitting the ball out
of the ballpark, it was just really fun to watch
that team. So, man, it's this this is just a
a shockwave that's really just shaking up everything in the
in the world of Major League Baseball. It's really let
me ask you guys a question. We're in the first
week of December, you know, December, the what is eight,

(01:27:58):
So we're CARENI towards Christmas and this like incredible thunderous
move happens, and really back to back because the kid
O'tani was a big deal to the Angels getting him
and then the Marlins dealing standing to the Yankees, and
it's like, wow, look at this, and at least for
the next few minutes, it'll steal away an important week

(01:28:22):
in the NFL. What will Stanton going to the Yankees?
Otani coming too the Angels? Will it matter when it
comes to baseball rings? Like are we is there any
way it comes back? I guess is my question? Like,
I think it's big news right now, but it'll it'll

(01:28:43):
it'll die down when you have to see some of
the other moves. Of course, there'll be a lot of
there'll be a lot of euphoria when it starts, because
you're gonna talking about the modern day Bass Brothers. You
talking about three in New York. Doesn't get a bigger
platform than that, right, That's why I see it. So
what happens, So it's like all hype spring training, I'm like, look,
and then the beginning of the season, Yuke Yuke's buys

(01:29:05):
the Triplets and the whole thing um and then wh
it just dies down. And it just because it could
because of baseball seasons too long. Well, I mean you know, you'll, yeah,
I mean, it'll die down like it does, and it
gets a little low when by the time you hit
the All Star break and then everybody's excited for football
or you have you have the basketball championship, and it'll

(01:29:28):
die down a little bit, uh, and then it'll pick
back up on the postseason play. I mean if they
if they're not successful or they go out there and
with themselves and they're not successful and they don't win,
they don't win the division or you know, chase for
a title, then people think about it the mistake, Oh this,
how do you fix the sport that it becomes what
it used to be and not saying it's gonna be
as big and take over number one spot again, but

(01:29:51):
how does it become nationally just a big time game
you can forget about? Is it? I think it's the
length of the season more than the game itself. I
think it's the way that they don't do enough of
of marketing their stars. Now. They marketed the hell out
of Aaron Judge last year, in my opinion, I mean

(01:30:11):
they they when when he I think it was around
the All Star break. I think it was triple him
and I'm not mistaken. After that, all you saw was
Aaron Judge. You know, it was before it was but
it was before. It was before that, like I mean,
I mean, I mean it took off early in the
season because he was hitting balls like a million feet away.
And then when he got to the All Star break

(01:30:32):
and he just absolutely put on a show in that
home run derby, Like that's when it got to a
completely Oh man, he was hitting stuff off the roof.
He was hitting stuff off the roof. I mean, it
was ridiculous. And and and then and then I still
don't think they do enough, Like with guys like Trout,
they should market there. So yeah, I completely agree to that.

(01:30:52):
It's it's in this and because you have New York situation,
they'll they'll market the hell out of standing and Judge
and everything else in Sanchez and that they should. Is
the season too long? The season is too long? Of
course it is, alright. So so how do you protect
the revenue stream and still and still provide some sort

(01:31:15):
of urgency. Do you do a first half second half?
You know, you win the first half, you're in the playoffs.
You win the second half, you're in the playoffs, and
then you expand the playoffs. See you look at the NBA,
this is where baseball is messed up. The NBA has
about two and a half months of playoffs. It starts

(01:31:39):
second week of April and it goes through right and
it goes all the way deep into June. So you're
talking almost three months, right, Yeah, baseball needs to do
the same thing. Wow. And that's something because base because
the playoffs are awesome, but you got to get in

(01:32:00):
before the winter or weather. So what do you start
the season earlier or no? I mean I think what
you do is you pair down the number of games
and you do a first half, second half. So instead
of playing one sixty two, you know, you play I
don't know two. Well, they're not gonna they're not gonna back,

(01:32:21):
you know one, I don't know, one thirty. I don't
know what the number would be. They're gonna they're not
gonna four. Is that it? There's a number that it
equates to. But you have first half, second half, and
then you add more teams to the postseason, and then
you do series play in the postseason. Just let the
NBA does. I'm in the NBA has first round, second round,

(01:32:45):
you know, conference finals, finals, all seven games series. M hm.
That's what the baseball should be. It's a good idea.
And you can then sell you gotta you have to
share the revenue if you're owners of the playoffs, because
you're gonna get rid of all that, you're gonna get

(01:33:05):
rid of whatever. How many dates did you get rid of?
Your home dates? So you're pairing off thirty games, forty
games in the schedule, you pair of forty games, you're
looking at twenty home dates. Can you can you recoup
that with a television deal? I would think yes. I mean,

(01:33:27):
obviously I'm just talking smack off the top of my head,
but I would think, like you did first half, second half,
expand the playoffs, I think you got I think you
have something there. I hold that thought, and let's talk.
Let's discuss. Let's get everybody's opinion on it. We're the Fellas,

(01:33:47):
Lick and Kennedy, Anthony Guard, gotta life with the guy
called Fox Sports Radio Studios. Fifteen minutes can save you
fifteen cent a mortar card and shorts. Just go to
guy go dot com for a free rate quote and
then I will make an ass of myself off and
from the corporate tips. So what does it mean when
gatco says fifteen minutes gonna save you of our confurance.
It means you probably should have gone a GACO dot

(01:34:08):
com fifteen minutes ago. Hey, we are the fellas. And
before my brother loses his job, I want to say
I say I love you and and and and and
it was good working with you. I love you man
on our anniversary. Don't get booted, Doug. We don't get

(01:34:32):
before we do that. Let me just uh get in
get back into this baseball thing, because look, I mean
the Mitchell quote that we the rant that we've been
playing all morning long, uh Lincoln's rant, which so eloquent
talking about the the game itself and how it's just
changed and not for the better. So you have all

(01:34:53):
that stuff going on, and Rome is burning, you know,
you have the commissioner, and you have in fighting among
the teams, and you have declining ratings and all the
stuff shows you that there are, uh, there's real issues
and that Rome can fall and football can fall. And

(01:35:14):
so if I were other sports, I would be looking
to capitalize on the decline of football. And you can
say whatever you want about it's not gonna go away,
but there's gonna be a market decline in the sport.
There has been already, and so that creates maybe not
a you know, fifty a former football fans looking for

(01:35:36):
something else, but a portion of the population that you
can grab and maybe show more attention to your sport. So,
if I'm baseball, the biggest problem is not the time
of the game. Yeah, I agree, four our games are
excessive and all things, but that's not really the issue.
The issue is there's no drama in that sport that

(01:35:58):
you you play all summer long, and you gotta wait
until October for the matter, and by the time you
get to October, people have checked out. And on the
football I mean, that's quite frankly the truth of the matter.
The seasons, too many games and there's not enough drama.
The Pennant races you can't really count on, and they

(01:36:22):
aren't what they used to be, right, People don't have
the same affection for the Pennant race. They're used to playoffs.
So the NBA like, and the NBA always does because
it started with David Stern and it continues with the
new commissioner, is that they do everything right. The n
b A is smart and so when they expand their

(01:36:44):
playoffs to four tiers right first round, second round, Conference Finals, Championship,
when you have those four tiers of playoffs that take
nearly three months, people of it. So while the ratings
are while they start too early probably, and the ratings

(01:37:05):
are are you know. So so through football season, you
reach Christmas and that's usually the unofficial start of the
season for many people. They start paying attention and then
you're in and then all of a sudden you wake
up and it's playoff time and and it's riveting. And
baseball should take a page from basketball and instead of

(01:37:27):
that's silly one game playoff, because baseball is about series play.
It's not about a one game playoff, which is a joke.
In a wild card, they should expand the plufs. He
should have a first half and a second half. And
this way, if you get off to a hot start
in the first half and you're you're a bogus team,

(01:37:49):
you could steal a playoff spot. You don't. You don't
need to play one sixty two to have it all count.
You cut it by and you create first half, second half.
You add the same thing that basketball does where he
had extra tears, and you play seven game series and

(01:38:11):
now you've at least added drama, heightened drama to the sport,
and the earliest you can play the better because you
want people follow along every night. And then when football starts,
in college football starts, you know you're behind the eight ball.
And truth be told, if I was, if I was

(01:38:32):
Major League baseball, I would start actually in March and
play warm weather schedule with warm weather cities, and then
try to get my playoffs begin in August and play
August September, maybe the first week of October. M hmm,

(01:38:53):
because once you get deep into approaching Halloween, let's be real,
it means football time. Yeah, no one, you know you
really this way, You're still gotta go up against it.
But what you're doing is you're cutting this you're cutting
this season in half, and you're providing drama that gets you.

(01:39:14):
You know, it's just all of a sudden, you know,
if if you settle on one, that's seventy one games,
it's a seventy one game sprint two automatic playoff berths
right right, and then oh boom, then you got a

(01:39:35):
second chance. And if I'm a second chance team, I
got a shot. I'm expanding the number of teams, so
I'm allowing for more teams in the postseason to heighten drama.
I like it. So there's my it's my Guardanna play
for baseball, And I know it could be radical for
the purest but I think it's the only one to

(01:39:56):
truly save it interesting. All Right, any thoughts for the boys?
I like I like it. I like it too because
the biggest problem with baseball is even in the summer,
even in the summer when it's the stage is completely
set for it because there's no basketball, there's no hockey,

(01:40:18):
there's no football. There's really training camp, and even training
camps more popular than it. So I think shortening the season,
making it a sprint not a marathon, is a great idea,
and it would make even more exciting because it's like
some of these games in July or even like nobody cares,
yeah exactly. It's like, I mean, we all say we're

(01:40:40):
baseball fans, but in like reality, we know, hey, the
games aren't really gonna matter until take take a look
at take a look at me. For example, I'm a
Cleveland Indians fan. You guys know this very well. They
won twenty two games in a row and it meant nothing.
It meant nothing that I mean, they were running them
into August, and September, but once they get to October

(01:41:01):
they go on a three game losing streak. They're done.
Right now again, you know you're still gonna have a
modicum of degree of that, right exactly, But but a
smaller a smaller sample size is definitely it's it's it
makes the game more exciting because look at how digestible,
like say an NBA season or a hockey season. Like

(01:41:22):
you you take a look at these seasons, like eighty
two games, that's the right amount, like I mean, I
mean even with like you go back to the the
lockout shurt in season sixty what was it, sixty six
games they played in the NBA Like that felt that
went by so quickly. Yes, it was so lumped together.
But it's like, hey, if you have the shortened schedule,
it's gonna make I think it's gonna make at least

(01:41:44):
a more interesting to watch. I mean, you'll have to
probably think about the placement in terms of how it's
going to counteract against like a sport like say the
NFL or the NBA. But you can cross efforts when
you get to it. Yeah, yeah to me, like you
look at it and you whack up the season in
the thirds works to have second half postseason, and now
it's a shortened, heightened sense of drama. You know again,

(01:42:08):
I don't know Figgy fight anything. Can you poke any
holes in that? Sammy only drawback to that would be
baseball is such a sport that's drawn on history and
you know, and records and things of that nature. And
if you're cutting out a certain amount of games, especially
significant amount from the season, how is that gonna affect
home run records, averages things of that nature when you're
talking about the context of history with other great players

(01:42:32):
of the past. Great point, except here's the problem. The
minute you stick a needle in your shoulder, it's over.
History is already bogus. So it's already the minute you
rubbed some cream, Lincoln, what was that? The Bonds used
the clear clear? The minute you you rubbed the clear

(01:42:52):
on your arms, it's over. It's just completely over. So
history is bogus. You've all ady wrecked history. So what
does it matter? Well, he was asking if anybody had
to hold of Polkes that. So I'm not saying I
disagree with thin, because trust me, this season is very long.
I'm saying no, No, it's a it's a great point.

(01:43:15):
I'm just coming back at the point trying to no problem. Yeah,
I'm trying to debate the point, but I think it's
a a strong valid point and probably the reason why
something like that's not done. And then if I were
college football, it's time to overtake the NFL. And if
I were college football, I expand eight. College football just

(01:43:39):
a better It is a better product right now, better product.
It is a better product, and there's a better following
because you got there. You look at all the hype
that was created around the playoffs this year. I still
think they waste December. They don't you utilize December well enough,
you're talking about that. They don't want to add more
games or make it close to uh an NFL season
with you know, adding more games and stuff like that.

(01:44:00):
But just be done with it, with with all that nonsense.
You could we know it's all ridiculous anyway, and just
go pay the players and and run the sport that way.
It's just more of an interesting game. There's you know,
there's I was talking to uh Kirk kerk Street yesterday
and so hard and I talking about the sounds that

(01:44:22):
you hear in an NFL game and the college game.
And he's an NFL fans. It's don't get me wrong,
but you just you sensed the field link. It's a
different feel, it's a different vibe on on Saturdays than Sundays.
No with without a doubt, without a doubt. And look,
there's some great games, like this weekend is a great weekend,
but there's also some trash and sometimes with some of

(01:44:44):
these weekends, especially this season, you have like trash Sundays.
And even though go ahead, buddy, no, I was just
gonna say. You know, the NFL, what what they like
to do is they want to market. Their marketing guys
are the quarterbacks. So you've got to have you you
want quarterback play. That's what they they feast on. And
when you don't have good quarterbacks or good quarterback play,

(01:45:05):
you're you're really struggling. You know. For for what it's worth,
there still seems to be a nonbelief in case Keenum
Minnesota still wins, just giving the damn job. I mean,
what what what what's the problem? You know, I don't
know if kise Keendom is the guy. Things like that,
and look at what's happened Indianapolis I mean they're they're
with Andrew Luck how they mismanaged that good quarterback Miami.

(01:45:27):
There's so much going on and all these teams that
you have nobody to focus on. You know, it's a
great point, it truly, and you know what's funny. So
conversely on Saturday, as you can have a Georgia, who
does you have? It's not quarterback driven and you can
have a Georgia make the four. Yeah, there there's no
doubt about it because it's it's it's more in college

(01:45:50):
and a level, it's more coach driven. They're talking more
about the coaches and the tree which the coach came from.
You know, Kirby Smart used to work on the Nick
Saban and look, you know now they're gonna be facing.
I mean that's the thing, you know what I mean,
it's the coaching care though we are the fellas fig
what do you got forwards? My brother? Alright, So just
some more news on the big story that broke about

(01:46:11):
a half hour ago out of Major League Baseball that
the Yankees and Marlins have reached agreement on a trade.
That was saying All Star outfielder Giancarlo Stanton to New
York News was first reported by John Hayman from the
m MLB Network has since been confirmed by Fox Sports
MLB insider Ken Rosenthal. No details have yet been released
in terms of what asss the Yankees will be sending
to the Marlins, with the exception of infielder Starling Castro.

(01:46:34):
Joe Sherman of the New York Post, an MLB network,
first reported that that since been confirmed by John Paul
Morossi of the MLB Network and Fox Sports as well.
Prospects and a couple of other veterans are rumored to
be involved in the trade as well, although none of
the Yankees top prospects will be included in the deal.
That also, according to Joel Sherman, with True Card, you
can find out what other people in your area paid

(01:46:55):
for the same car you're looking for, whether it's new
or used. Visit True Card to enjoy a more confident
in car buying experience. In the NBA, on Friday Night,
the Spurs snaff the Celtics four game one streak with
a one oh five to one oh two victory over
the Celtics. The Marcus Aldridge with twenty seven points and
ten rebounds on the night, Kyrie Irving scored thirty six
for the season and the loss. The Kavaliers had their

(01:47:16):
thirteen game win streak snapped at the hands of the Pacers,
to the tune of a one oh six to one
oh two victory in Indiana, Victor Oladipo with thirty three
points and eight rebounds there for the Pacers. The Warriors
got a one oh two victory over the Pistons. G
s W Hoops have won eight of their last night
and six in a row, Kevin Durant leading the charge
with thirty six points, ten rebounds, seven assists and five

(01:47:38):
blocked shots. Fellas, why thank you, my brother, You're the best.
Create that figgyback got to be back, y'all. So we're
the fellows looking kenned the Anthony Guard gonna come your
live from you guy called Fox Sports Radio Studios. Fifteen
minutes can save you fifteen cent more car insurance. Visit

(01:47:59):
guy code dot com for a free raide quote. Now
you heard us, you heard Figgy tell you about the
Gene Carlos Stanton deal. It's amazing. The Otani deal goes
to at the Angels, the two way Japanese Star. So
a lot of good baseball there is a monster football

(01:48:19):
game tomorrow. It is the Eagles, and the Rams from
the college saym so this is where I'm gonna get
in trouble link Oh boy, I don't care. Oh boy.
So here's the deal. So there's a story that I
read about Fox using a casting company to get make

(01:48:49):
sure there are Rams fans at their outdoor pregame show.
So I love the idea that Fox goes outside like
a college game day field, which is awesome, Judge, like,
let's go outside of Kyle Sam. It's a great idea,
great concept. But because there are gazzy franchise and because

(01:49:18):
the Eagles fans travel, Fox has to use a casting
company to make sure it has enough Rams fans. Major
Tails are surprised. I just think it's weak and lame,
and by the way, not the first time one of

(01:49:39):
these networks they've used the casting company for this nonsense.
I mean, here's here's the thing. It's l A. The guys,
the crew will tell you l A is a fair
weather town when somebody's doing well. Everybody got everybody wearing
Rams jerseys out there. I bet you know they weren't
wearing them two months ago while they were afraid of
the Eagles fans. So as the you know again, the

(01:50:03):
the Eagles fans travel and droves, now I know. I
saw them at the at the airport as they were
they were flying out in droves to Los Angeles. And
all of the Eagles fans that live west of Chicago
and west of St. Louis all making their trips, and
those who have moved to Los Angeles, all those Eagle

(01:50:27):
fans will be at the coliseum. And so Sean McVeigh
was asked about instituting a silent count at home because
he saw what happened when the Eagles played the Chargers
and the Eagles fans took over that soccer stadium. They

(01:50:48):
took over and you didn't you heard roars when the
Eagles moved the ball first down and to an embarrassment
to the NFL, to the Chargers, and now to the Rams,

(01:51:09):
because you'll hear more Eagle fans on Sunday than Rams fans.
Focus Lincoln fear the North. We the North coming for
you should be should be nice. At least at least

(01:51:30):
you got a choice. I mean, for the when the
Raiders go see the Chargers in December, they can't even
get tickets. The Ray fans can't get tickets. The Chargers
don't want to. I've heard the tickets are supposed to
be going for like three four. They don't. They don't
want the Charges. I mean the Raiders to take over
another stadium like they did in the last game. They remember, remember, right,
Because the two fan bases that travel the most are

(01:51:52):
the Raiders and the Eagles. Packers and Steelers do pretty
well themselves too. Cowboys travel really well too. They don't, yes,
they do. The fool Gazi stop stone food Gazies. A
matter of fact, when the Cowboys played the Rams, I
remember there were more Cowboy jersey than in the stands,

(01:52:13):
and they were around. He were to about fair weather fans.
Are fair weather fans when it comes to the Cowboys stop? Yes,
But it is an important game. We haven't even talked
about and how how this one breaks down. We will
talk about it, we we certainly shall. But I want
to get you guys. Uh you know I was Sam.

(01:52:33):
You're out there, Triple Am, you're out there afraid all
the Eagle fans taken over? Well, Hey, the Chargers fans.
The Chargers didn't do a really good job of keeping
the Eagles fans out of that soccer stadium earlier in
the season. So I mean, if that was any indication
of what was going to happen. By the way, one

(01:52:54):
of our great editors here, Ryan Dennis, big Eagle fan,
he will be there on Sunday, Ryan, So yeah, Ryan's
Ryan's a good dude. He's a very good dude. So
he'll be there representing Eagle Nation are coming. What what
what what? What? What? What? What? Whoa whoa triple him?
I canna make one correction. There is no Eagles Nation.

(01:53:14):
Eagle I apology. I apologize. I stepped in it there. Yeah, okay,
let me let me go, let me defer to all
them a flock a flock, okay, the flock of Eagles
is that where we're going with. You can go up

(01:53:37):
in the green legion. You can call them gang green
because they're like gang. Well no, and I'm glad you
brought that up, because a lot of people and that
this is just like me prisoner of the fact that
like a lot of people have the claim to nation,
Like I've heard Laker Nation, I've heard all these no
and I know and I'm like, I'm rad Nation. I've

(01:54:01):
always heard. They've always had the claim to that. So
that was my bad. Red Sox nation. I don't know,
I give Red Sox Universe, Red Sox Empire or whatever,
only one nation. But that guy came to your defense
with that before. Oh yeah, yeah, we talked about it. Now.
I think you're dead right about that. However, whatever you

(01:54:24):
want to call the swarm of Eagle fan I like
that all right. Oh I know is that they're gonna
take over and you'll hear them. Oh absolutely, I'm not
doubting that in the slightest like it is going to be.
It's it's gonna almost feel like a neutral site, if

(01:54:46):
not a road game for the Rams, because that that
place has not sold out at all. And that's I mean,
maybe that's kind of a representation of how the team
was perceived last year. But still at this point you've
kind of start caring about that team. That team has
played really really well, and yeah they have, I think
they really have. But I got but it's all it's

(01:55:06):
on mood because Fox is afraid of the Eagle Fans
taken over, taking over their pre game set. The executive
producer of the Fox pregame show is afraid of Eagle fans.
That's gonna be to one sided and embarrassing for the
city of Los Angeles. So here we go. That's what

(01:55:33):
you're gonna hear. Here we go, that's what you're gonna hear.
You're not gonna like me. In forty five minutes we
talked about this game. Here we go, hit them high.
What story goes fly, Fly goes fly on the road

(01:55:56):
to Victorory. Oh, you fellas, at least one fella will

(01:56:16):
be back exactly a fellas on Fox. We're you at Skip.
The Eagle fans are coming, Skip Bayless. The Eagle fans
are coming, Colin. The Eagle fans are coming. Ben Maller,

(01:56:39):
the only Rams fan in Los Angeles. There's only one
RAMS fan in the entire city, our Fred Benn Maller,
and the Eagle fans are coming in droves, descending upon
you from the north. It's Game of Thrones, Wake, It's

(01:57:02):
Game of Thrones, and the Eagle fans have taken over
so much so that Fox has to use a casting
agency to make pretend you need to fill up the
stadium that is Hollywood. Hi, I'm Susie and I'm a
RAMS fan. I was born in Chicago and I really

(01:57:26):
like the Bears, but I moved to Los Angeles to
become a great actress. Hi, I'm Timmy. I don't even
know what all sides is, but I'm a RAMS fan wink,
and they're all out of fukasies. It's all faked me out,
except for the real legal fans. Uh. This is Earl heard.

(01:57:49):
We got a free lunch and fifty bucks. We come
in here standing on Rams shirt. Saw the newspaper clipping
so from Texas originally. So you got your fifty bucks
Earl and your free lunch? Stand over here? All right? Right?
Would you like apple slices or chips? I'll take chips please,

(01:58:13):
You got it? Girl asked that RAMS fan the name
three players on the team? Um? Um, Who's Who's the jersey?
Am I wearing? Again? I thought, girl, he was spelled
g I R L Y L Y. What's that about

(01:58:34):
all the full games? He's I want to see it
scale you don't see You don't see Cowboys fans doing that,
just the Eagle fans. And by the way, the Cowboys
are done, it will be the Eagles Division for the
next ten years. I love saying it. Love saying that
Dak Prescott sucks. I love saying that. You see him

(01:58:59):
without Zeke, Oh my god, they blow out the redskins
and he throws for a hundred yards hundred. It was awful,
by the way, fat hand he stinks. How about that scale.
I gotta look up at Carson went for the next

(01:59:19):
ten years until you're a real corpse. Oh boy, I
mean maybe today. That's what the Raider fans would do. Oh, absolutely,
without a doubt. You already know that. Yes, that's why

(01:59:41):
the Raider fans are great fans. They come down skull
and crossbones d fans from the West. They tell you
I'm coming coming in a couple of weeks. I'll be
throwing the snowballs at me. I take it personal. So no, no, no, no,
I don't want to love Philly. What's funny. I talked
about you all the time. So so I have a call,

(02:00:04):
it calls me up, uh huh. And and that guy goes,
I'm tired of hearing about Linkn Kennedy because I reference
you a couple of times in the show. If it's
something I don't know, we were talking about something, and
and he's like, I'm tired of hearing about him, Well,
he's your one friend that played and you want to

(02:00:26):
show him off, you know. I was like, I was like,
shut up, man, you're looking look, look, look, doesn't come
over and kick your ass. Tired here about me? Let
me hear a little bit more here. That'll be great
Eagles Raiders on Christmas night. I'm being town with those

(02:00:48):
whacking dudes. Man, where do you see the whacking dudes
Christmas Night? I bet it'll be It'll be just like
all right, So, but you teased me during the during
my little random insanity, you were saying, you're not gonna
like to hear your prediction of the game. Yeah, we
gotta talk about it right next hour, I'll give our predictions. Yeah,

(02:01:11):
but we can, we can dissect it a bit, you know.
So you're you're leaning rans. I didn't say that, you know,
And she kind of hinted at it. And that's right.
The Army Navy, that's where all began. It is all.
We all began our show ten years ago. I think

(02:01:36):
it's eleven, isn't it. I think you're right. I think
it's eleven. We've been doing the show eleven years. Mike
Sam insane, insane and that nice all right, I got
I got people telling me the tire to me talking
about Lincoln. That's not cool. I don't appreciate that. It's

(02:01:58):
war right Where the Fellas, Big Hour going on through
every game next anywhere? I know rules, Yeah, I know rules.
Where the Fellas. Look at Kennedy, Anthony Gargan, Wall Company
left from the Guy Gold, Fox Boards Radio Studios. Fifteen

(02:02:21):
minutes can save you fifteen more carn Shoan's visit geico
dot com for a free rate quote. As we uh
we get picks our going through it all, including Army
Navy to Fox Football Saturday with the Fellas, well the
big baseball news case you're just tuning in, Ilo told
you standing to the Yankees joined by Judge and Sanchez.

(02:02:47):
Jeter comes through for the Yankees again, even even that's
the generalman the captain. The captain does his job yet again,
licking your right on Mount any miles away. I'm gonna
come through for you again. Here here you go three.
Can you imagine that lineup? Brutal Stanton sanchad So you go,

(02:03:10):
Judge three, Stanton four. We're standing three, Judge four, Sanchug five. Wow,
that's the middle of the lineup. Oh there's a Sterling,
where's Ilo at? He's gotta work updates. He's just started,

(02:03:31):
and so he's I've been spending the last half hour
thinking about this exact issue, racking my brains. You read
my mind. Say, when I heard the news, the first thing,
the first thing I thought of was not the implications
in the American League. How many home runs is a
gonna hit? It's what's Sterling's annoying call going to be that?

(02:03:53):
And I can just picture him right now, where's my thesaurus?
Susan trying to frantically figure out what rhymes with John
Carlo or what rhymes with Stanton? And Jonas Knox, who
was just in here, had the best suggestions so far,
Gone Carlo Gan Carlo, All that's brilliantly jeezy, right way

(02:04:19):
to go, Jonas. It was even better is when he
previewed Carlos step. When he previewed it, he was dead
on with his with his John Sterling impression, and it
just made it that much more. Nah, he left yet,
but we heard him and he told Dilo, He's like,

(02:04:41):
oh man, that's amazing, huh, Gone Carlo, John Carlo has gone,
gone Carlo. He said so brilliantly epically, going Carlo, don't

(02:05:03):
never go gets the family again, Carlo, I'm looking on Twitter.
I just did a Twitter search for a Twitter search
for John Sterling and people out there. This is like
going viral as we speak. So one suggestion from at
j W snow John Carlo hits the bald Farlow pictures.

(02:05:26):
Can't stanton this guy? Oh that that's that's good. That's
a that's a good one. That's a good one. What
do you think if John Sterling stanton miss one? Susan?
What do you think? John Sterling is probably looking at
Twitter for some of these new ideas. So he's just

(02:05:46):
got empty in the in the brain right now. Maybe
it's true, Going Carlo is great. That's the leader in
the clubhouse right now, Go on, Carlo, what do you think?
So link? Soees, but it's brilliant. It is. It's brilliantly cheesy.
It's brilliantly Sterling? Oh that is great? How about it?

(02:06:11):
The minute it became official, who do we say? Link?
What do we think of? Right away? Absolutely we talked
about it. I was like, wow, we talked about on
the air how we thought of Ilo. I can't wait
to hear what has for this one now because bliss.
Now there's a new one from Billy Thory Boss on Twitter.

(02:06:33):
Oh John Carlo hit that one a stand ton Yah dang,
Oh that's great, that is great. What's he called the
three of them? Judge Stanton Sanchez, He's got to come
up with something for the three of them they feel,

(02:06:55):
you know, along the frightened, like if they all score
on one play. Oh no, this is literally going viral.
So Brian Clark just tweeted, oh he had that one
to Stanton Island. Oh god, that's brilliant. To Stanton Island, Susan,

(02:07:16):
that one's the best Stanton Island. That's that's the winner.
That's the winner for me. Do you like that line?
The judge Stanton and Sanchez. I'm still trying to figure
out the three how is he gonna put together? Especially
if they all get up there and back to back homers.
What if it was the honorable judge uh Stanton Sanchez

(02:07:37):
presiding like it's just one long name. Yes, yes, where
did you go to like the law? Stanton? The Supreme Court?
I don't know, does that too much? See something like
that Supreme Court? Yeah, because you got the judge and
then you got the two guys. Sanchez. Yeah, holy Sanchez,

(02:07:59):
They're gonna be something. Oh my god, that is too good,
too good. What the fun exercise that was? Keep those
coming on. We'll shout you out, man, We'll shout you
out if you got them. It's going to be a
fun weekend though. Like it is a big weekend in

(02:08:19):
the NFL. So Sunday Night Steelers Ravens Pittsburgh Baltimore sunthing
like that. Always a great game, physical and right off
the backs of the physical game they had against Cincinnati,
so it should be good. It's good for Vikings Carolina
link are you kidding me? With the Vike East Carolina.

(02:08:40):
That's a monster movie. That's a monster and it's a big,
big deal for the Vikes because they gotta try to
maintain that at the top for a home field advantage.
Third straight road game and they get back. Carolina gets here,
he gets a little bit of their wig. Go back
going home. Yeah, they got embarrassed against the Saints, but
they think they will be better at home. It should
be a good game and they get they get also back. Yeah, yep,

(02:09:07):
monster games in the NFC. Hey is earth Plane is
he still in a concussion productcol protocol? Okay, I gotta believe.
Yet he partially practiced, so I gotta believe. Yes. Last
I said it was the status was unclear. It was uncertain. Well,

(02:09:30):
he was a limited practice. But he's not out of
the woods. He hasn't cleared protocol yet. M But I
gotta believe he's going to play, right, you know what
I mean? If you're if you're partially, if you practice partially,
don't you have to play. I don't even know. I
don't do what The concussion protocol wasn't around when I'm in,

(02:09:52):
so I don't even know how they grade it or
what they what they used to determine. Yeah, there was
no tent that you can go into. It was not exactly,
so I don't know what they do. It's a huge
thing for the Eagles because he's a major weapon for Wentz. Look,
let's look for a second, because it's the big game
and it is the Fox game. Uh, WinCE versus Golf

(02:10:18):
have at it like, well, look, I think the best
thing that has happened for Jared Golf is the fact
that he got with a coach who understood him. How
the best utilize. He's having a better year. He's having
his best year as a pro right now. Uh and
and I and and one of the big determined factors
is the way they use Todd Gurley. Um, he's got
a number of receivers that he can go to. I

(02:10:40):
think the world of Cooper Cup uh and and and
Gurley coming out of the backfield. Is that added for
this uh this Rams offense, they're they're they're special. The
thing for the Eagles is that the Eagles played a
physical game against Seattle. Uh and and and the courses
zach Ertz is down and they stayed on the West
coast is and this is gonna be another physic cool game.

(02:11:00):
This is a tough one. Um. They didn't want it.
They wanted to avoid the jet lag. But it's and
when you play back to back physical games like this,
because the Rams defense can be can you can play? Um,
this is gonna be a tough one. I love that.
Aaron Donald, Yeah, I mean the Rams defensive line, they've
gotten progressively better as a year going on, and can't.
I'm not going to shy away from what the Eagles

(02:11:20):
defense is done. I think it's just a tough task
for the for Philadelphia right now. Now, why because it's
coming off Seattle. It's coming off of Seattle stand on
the West coast. And I think if Urts doesn't play,
you lose, You lose something in your offense because they
can definitely take an advantage in the middle of the field.
The Eagles could if Arts was there. He's a big weapon.
He's a big part of that offense. Now we also

(02:11:44):
know that Carson went to is the superior quarterback to
golf correct use So how do we know that? Well,
your eyes tell you the truth, because it was because
because the Eagles are right to jump up and get him.
I mean, he's the truth. Look at you. No, there's

(02:12:09):
no Homerism in your voice whatsoever. Well, I think they're
both playing. Well, I think what I there's no at all.
This is clearly I've startied the tape. Oh Jewels and
I and Baldi watched the tape every week, so we

(02:12:29):
watched all the quarterbacks by everybody, and golfs having a
terrific year because it's Sean mcfigh. But Wentz is superior
quarterback waiting to happen. Okay, you don't think so. Look,
if if we're going to be on stats and got
him upside by side. We got sixty versus sixty's talking

(02:12:51):
about stats, you know stats. Lye comes to the NFL
stare from Bogus golf is throwing twenty Touchdow the six
interceptions went to throwing twenty nine touch and now the
six interceptions, you know, and both young quarterbacks got a
lot of play in front of him. Did you see this?
Do you watch the games something night you were the

(02:13:13):
Eagles Seahawks? No, I would saying I was. I didn't
have a chance to watch it. Who watched it last week?
Did you anybody in Sam do you watch it? I
was saying, no, we can't essentially watch the Eagle Seahawks game.
It's tough for me. I work overnights. You gotta sleep well,
I know. Yeah, I'm not. I'm not ripping you. I'm

(02:13:34):
just just curious. And no, no, no, I actually was
because my schedule here, I actually edit on Sunday night,
so I'm covering this so and even then I'll still
watch football. So yeah, it was an interesting game. It
really was. No. I'm just gonna ask you that one play, Okay,
go ahead, the play where Wentz is rolling out and

(02:13:57):
falling and he's at almost a oh the ag or
play forty five yard forty five degree angle and he
heaves it forty five yards down the field to ag
are unbelievable. That's unbelievable from the end zone right. It
was like it was like from inside. It was like
from inside like the five or something. That play was insane.

(02:14:22):
It was insane. Who makes that play? I mean, like,
how many quarterbacks are making that? Maybe maybe Aaron Rodgers. Maybe.
I don't think big band, I don't think she's going
I was thinking him getting like nearly sacked and he
still makes a pass. But we're talking we're talking about
we're talking about like contorting your body and like at
a different angle to throw that ball on a dime.

(02:14:46):
Like it was a perfect throw. Like I've seen Aaron
Rodgers makes some ridiculous throws. That throw by Carson Wentz
was ridiculous. That was that was amazing, one of the
better throws. It was insane. The ginger Jesus thanks you
as well. Ginger Jesus, Yeah, I forgot about that one.
You feel better. I had to get back. We had

(02:15:09):
to get our quota in for the day. Correct Ginger Jesus.
Thanks you. Oh boy, we're the fellas well. We'll go
through the game, start giving you picks. Next, don't go anywhere.
So what does it mean Where Gao says fifteen minutes
could save you fifteen percent or more in cour insurance,
it means you probably should have gone to Geco dot
com fifteen minutes ago. We are the fellas. Anthony gargann't

(02:15:32):
liking Kennedy. Happy holidays everyone, Uh, that's right, Happy holidays.
That's that time of year, So sending hopefully merry Christmas
or whatever you celebrate, Hanukkah, Kwanza. All happy holidays out
to the people's, the people's in the babys. Be fun.
We gotta break down some football though, cause yes we do.

(02:15:53):
My friend, it's that time where we go through each
and every game and give you selections. So hit me
with the music, my friend, Iowa Sam, and we'll start
with our game. That means very a lot to us.
Lining it's a big game today. It is Army Navy.

(02:16:19):
For the first time since we started been working together,
we can actually say that Army after coming off of
the year the Army one. I mean it was it
was always dominated by Navy. All right, there really was
always a game always dominated by Navy. Yeah, well, uh,
Navy is a three point favorite over Army this year

(02:16:41):
and uh, I'm swimming sw yeah, midshipman. Nice, nice, you
know what, And it's hard to look. I know that
Army gotta win out last year and there was some
turnovers and the things that fell in their favor. I
think I'm riding right there with you. I like Navy
in this game. All right, boys, last we have, well

(02:17:02):
these are pro pix. I mean you guys really were
the only ones who actually did the pro pix. Uh,
and you were actually at eight and five. Link was
six and seven. Like you guys were the only ones
who picked the games, like because we were we were
kind of up against it. Last week we did the
championship games and yeah, yeah you did pretty well. Yes
well five Uh was the Championship Games. Yeah, yeah, we

(02:17:28):
all did pretty well in that regard because most of
the what the what was expected ended up actually happening.
So Clemson Ohio State one they covered uh barely. Actually, um,
I'm trying to think of who else. Uh, Georgia like
organ Yeah, we all like Georgia. Georgia even though they
were all like a one point dog they rolled. Uh yeah.

(02:17:50):
So yeah, for the most part, it wasn't actually a
pretty good week for US, so very nice. It was
a good week for Alabama. Lincoln Yeah, never got into that. Guys,
we already knew it was going to happen. No, I
I knew it was gonna happen. And for me, as
an Ohio State fan, believe it or not, I actually am.
I'm fine with it. The biggest problem that I had,

(02:18:12):
and this is something that a couple of college analysts,
including Joel Clatt, pointed out, it the committee made it
seem like it was close between Ohio State and Alabama.
And that's the thing that drove me the most nuts
is that they were like making it, oh, there's this
razor thin thing, and then it's unequivocal that even though
Alabama didn't play, that they were gonna get in. Like

(02:18:35):
that's what bothered me. I kind of had a feeling
going into it that Alabama was going to get in
any way. But I mean just games, no, yeah, and
and and I And basically what I heard from Kirby
Hoka in that post interview was they value okay, even
if you don't win a conference championship. You cannot go

(02:18:56):
on the road and loose, sorry, Sam, to an inferior
team like Iowa. You can't lose by thirty one on
the road at Iowa, just lose the same squad. He
was embarrassing. It was embarrassing. My my aunts in a lum.
She was there, she was embarrassed. It was a joke.
So yeah, you can't put a team in it with

(02:19:16):
a thirty one point lost it. But it's but it's
it's the problem I had is it is that the
committee just made it seem like Ohio State had a
chance when they did right, And I get that, but
it's just like, come on, at some point, you gotta
just be straight with us, just like, hey, don't worry
about it. The state cut this link. Yeah yeah, all right.

(02:19:42):
Now let's go through the NFL selections. Shall you guys
want our Navy Army selections? Do you guys want to
I'm sorry, no, it's cool, it's cool. We got a
little carried away there. Um, I'm gonna go with Navy here. Uh,
just I mean the records are a little bit deceiving.
Army has a better record, but Navy has played some
tough team. Man agree with US Navy. I was, Sam,

(02:20:04):
I'm gonna take Army. Eight wins for Army. That's uh,
that's that's special for them. I haven't done that a while,
I don't think. So it's gonna take Army. I'm gona
take Army for the upset here. All right, you go Army,
you got it. You got a little Cadets action. Now
let's go to the NFL slate, very interesting one. We'll
start off in Buffalo where it's Peterman time point favorite

(02:20:34):
over the Colts. Yeah, Buffalo, where's it go. Gotta go
with the Bills, even though you go Peterman Peterman, all right,
I was Sam. Yeah, I'll go Bills here despite Peterman.
All right, I got the Bills. I don't know about

(02:20:57):
laying those points on a guy who threw five interceptions
the last time he was out. Couldn't be any worse.
So I'm I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna go with Bursett
and the Colts. I'm not gonna say that they're gonna win,
but I'm gonna take I'm gonna take the points. Yeah,
all right, I'll take the Peterman. So I'll believe in
the Buffalo Peterman's how about this one. Let's go to Cincinnati,

(02:21:19):
where the beleaguered Bengals are a six and hand point
favorite over the Bears. Lake, give me the Bears and
the points. How about you triple m give me the
Bears and the points. Bengals are two banged up. No
Joe Mixon this week. Well you say I was Sam.

(02:21:42):
I'll take that as well, Bears with the points. I
got the Bengals. I'm gonna all right, but Cincinnata. Now,
let's go to uh Cleveland, where the change has been made.
Sashi is out. You remember us laughing at that. We

(02:22:05):
were laughing. We're laughing at number things. It's been a
running it's been a running joke since I've been on
this show. And now it's over, at least for now.
I mean, we'll see how. We'll see how John. We'll
see how John. No. I like the hire two. I
mean he made some quick work, got rid of the
fleet Kenny Britt. So, yeah, what what a what a

(02:22:27):
free agency splash that was for Sashi brown Man Cheeze
oh Man. I read an article that detailed all the
riffs between the coaching staff in the front office. I
was like, how in how in the hell could you
allow this to go on for that long? They got
Green Bay coming to town. I'm going with the pack Go,

(02:22:48):
Pack go. Misery continues for Cleveland. Yeah, I hear you.
I'm with you, Go Pack go. You know, Sammy, Oh,
she's if they lose to the Browns, not even worth
bringing Rogers back at that point. I don't know, because

(02:23:09):
shut it down if that happens. But I don't think
that's going to happen. I'd say take the Packers and
there are three points, all right, we all agree, yeah,
and and I and I And I'm not gonna pick
the Browns like as much as I I you know,
so it's kind of I figured you would. You were
going there. Well, now I'm I'm not. I'm not gonna
pick him. Actually I'm I'm I'm picking the Packers here

(02:23:30):
just because of what you guys mentioned. It's like, hey,
the Packers have way more on the line. It seems
like a trendy upset pick because of oh the emotion
of oh win one for Hugh. I just don't see it,
because there's just the talent deficiency there, and bred Huntley
plays better on the road like he plays really well
on the road as opposed to at home. So yeah,

(02:23:50):
I'll go with the pack here. All right, how about
this one? How about oaklinn Kansas City? Looking get it started.
You'll be there there, I'll be there. The Chiefs are
a four and a half point favorite over the Raiders. Well,
it's gonna be a tough place, always a tough place
to play. And I've said it before early in the show,

(02:24:11):
the same thing hold true to last on these two
teams faced each other. They're going to the Raiders are
gonna have to score at least thirty points to win.
And uh, and I think it's gonna be another nail
biter like the last one was. Um, the Chiefs still
have a number of things that they can do with
the Raiders haven't been able to cover up like one
and take care of the tight end. I don't know
how they're going to slow down Tyreek Hill, especially when
they got a safeties who are nosey in the backfield.

(02:24:34):
But this is gonna be I'm taking the over and
I'm taking the Raiders, taking me over and taking the Raiders.
I would say, I feel like the Chiefs have to
break out of this slump. This downward spiral they have
been going through recently. I'm gonna take the Chiefs here,
all right, what do you say the triple M. I'm

(02:24:57):
taking the Raiders. I mean this, this is such a
huge game because if the Chiefs loses, it's it's done
for both teams. Yeah, yeah, this is this is, this
is it. But I I just I don't like what
I've seen from Kansas City's defense, even though they were
able to score against the Jest and no Marcus Peters
in this game because he got suspended. So yeah, give
me the Raiders, Lincoln, No, I ride Raiders. Raiders like it.

(02:25:29):
I'm just glad it's not ten ten degrees below zero
and at night. I agree, I bet you are all right.
Sit Side will continue to go through all the games.
But first he joins us the legend that he is

(02:25:50):
hill say what a morning it has been already. John
Hayman of MLV Network and Fox Sports Ken Rosenthal reporting
that the Miami Marlins have agreed on the framework of
a deal to send reigning nationally m v P John
Carlos Stanton to the New York Yankees. Of course, New
Marlin CEO Derek Jeter. As you might remember used to

(02:26:12):
play for the Yankees, but I'm sure that's only a coincidence. However,
here is the actual audio from the negotiating room as
the framework of the deal was agreed to Jeter with
one of the unbelievable place you will ever see by
a short start, busy busy weekend for Tom Bredman in
the NBA Friday that the Spurs and Celtics were tied

(02:26:34):
in the final seconds when it was time for the
old Man and the three ticks the right side, right wing. Three,
that's give the Spurs a play point lead. It's hold
off five all two dive second's remaining in the game
will be the final Bill Old in the three here

(02:26:55):
you go. What is he like? Forty five, forty six
years old. It'll be doing this again five years from now,
hitting the game winning corner. Three Spurs wanted to buy
thirty six from Kyrie Irving. By the way, Victor Oladipo
dropped thirty three as the Pacers end of the Cleveland
cavaliers thirteen game winning streaking again. Recapping our top story,

(02:27:16):
John Hayman of MLB Network and Fox Sports Ken Rosenthal
reporting the Miami Marlins have agreed on the framework of
a deal to send John Carlos Stanton to the Yankees
and guys. Earlier we were detailing fans predictions for jam
Master John Sterling's John Carlos Stanton home run calls in
and have a few more to add from Twitter, Timothy

(02:27:38):
John Oh, the Stantino stant and deliver. That's awesome we
have that's in Danton. And there's a couple of New
York Post headlines waiting to happen, by the way, for
for tomorrow morning. This is one from Garrett. Here you

(02:27:58):
go paper. Oh. John Carlo, he sends one to Monte
Carlo and this is a clever This is a clever
one from Ryan. Oh. John Carlo drops the mic again
because he used to be you know, Mike Stanton. And
that's good. The leader, the leader in the clubhouse. Still

(02:28:21):
Brian Clark, Oh, he had that one to Stanton Island.
I think that's the best one so far. Still, I
think it's brilliant. All of it's brilliant, but not more
brilliant than you boy. Thank you, Anthony, We love you.
Thanks buddy. All right, let's continue with our pick segment.

(02:28:42):
The next one in NFC East Battle of disappointments Dallas
and the Giants. Ben McAdoo is out, Steve Spagnolo is
in as head coach, Like, yeah, we do yeah, man,
I had him on uh my podcast for like thirty

(02:29:03):
minutes Wednesday night. Oh yeah, yeah, I hope he gets
a gig. I like Steve, Yeah, I do too, and
like he's a guy that can bring stability. Yeah. I
mean he's that kind of guy. And he's he's got
a great mind, great defensive mind, great extrait. No guy,
so he deserves another chance. How are you look in
this game? Bad versus word? So the ELI comes back.

(02:29:27):
I think ELI lights it up a little bit. They'll
score some points, but I don't know if their defense
is gonna be able to slow him down. So, um
does I see a lot of guys just kind of
given up and just going through the motions. Uh, I
will go with the Cowboys. Are you get the boys?
Who you got them? I'm taking the Giants with that

(02:29:50):
emotional lift to potentially uh win one first Stags. Uh.
It's just like sometimes something about like these interim coaches
like that first game back and know it's gonna be
at least fiery, fiery, and the fiery in the stadium
for Eli. I've heard a lot of ELI jerseys have
been sold. So I'm taking the Giants here, Sam's three. Yeah,

(02:30:23):
you guys coming uh. Despite that, though, I'm going to
take the Cowboys here. You do all that did you
do all that effort? And you go the other thought?
It was apropos that about two minutes three, dog night.

(02:30:44):
I'm taking the Giants. You got the You have the Cowboys,
I have the Giants. I'll take the g man right outright.
It is link Let's move on. Okay, Detroit and Tampa.

(02:31:04):
That's a stinker. It is a stinking Stinkerson Tampa. Give
me a line for that triple M. I have no
line here. I'm gonna have to look at it. Yeah,
I think it's been Yeah wait wait lines Bucks, Ye,
Tampa Bay by a point. No, so it's Tampa Bay

(02:31:25):
by a point apparently. Yeah, I have no line on mine. Okay,
it doesn't matter. It's a stink fest. Um. Detroit's gotta
gotta show some signs of life. They want to try
to make a playoff run. I'm gonna go with the lines.
You got the lines, how about you? M I'm going
with the Bucks. I don't know if Matthew Stafford's gonna play,
and that's really Blind's team, So I'm going with the Bucks.

(02:31:49):
How about you, Sammy? I echo that as well. If
they don't have Matthew Stafford, they are up the creek
with no paddle. I would keep car on that. San
Francisco Houston, Houston four point favorite. I love the Niners

(02:32:11):
this game. Boys, I love Jimmy Garoppolo against the Texas,
the defense and you could throw on yeah, well, you
know what, They're coming back home and after some the
Texans are I think the Texas get it done. So
I'm gonna go with the Texas this one. What do
you think about Jimmy? I like Jimmy. I think he's
gonna be fine there. They're gonna surround him with some
weapons as they move forward, and they you know that.

(02:32:32):
I thought it was smart for them to go out
and get him. They and Lynch loves him already, talking
about winning multiple championships on him. So yeah, who you
got there, Sammy. Jimmy looks really good and the limited
action we saw him last week, I mean he looks
like his his progressions, the way he sort of just
kept his body square while he's right before passing me.
You look deal, I would take the I'll take the

(02:32:56):
forty Niners, all right. And I'm echoing what you and
you and Sam said, aunt I I like the forty
Niners in this game. Even though they didn't score a
touchdown in that game against the Bear's Jimmy look composed
and he was making all the throws. He was impressive,
like he was really impressive. So give me the forty
Niners in this one, all right? So we all right,

(02:33:18):
nine is linked side, so we'll come back and uh,
let's do one more. Let's do Jets and Denver a
stink pot game. The Jets are at one point favorite
at Denver. Jets. They're the Denver is going for going

(02:33:38):
for a high draft choice to get a quarterback, so
they're tanking. I how about you, M I'm going with
the Jets. This is easy. Like the Broncos, I can't
believe how bad it's gotten there. I really am shocked
at how bad it has gotten in Denver. And yeah,
I like the Jets. I mean five and seven. I

(02:34:01):
can't believe that they've won five games, let alone one.
So yeah, give me the Jets, all right, all right,
Uh do we say Samu's j E T eat Jets.
Here's my pick, Jets j E T. I like the
j E T s Jets, Jets Jets. I prefer that's

(02:34:25):
right le Broncos and the smell your feet pick that
is a stink of all stinks. Yes, it's a huff.
We'll come back and we'll do the rest. We got
um great games we have Minnesota Carolina link is gonna

(02:34:47):
devastate me taking the Rams over the Eagles, will debate that.
And we got Pittsburgh Baltimore. So great games on the horizon.
You don't want to miss it. We are the fellas
linking of the Anthony Gargano at all on Fox Sports Radio.
All right, welcome back, fellas. We're giving me some picks,

(02:35:08):
and let's get right to it, because there's a couple
of great games that we have talked about, one including
tomorrow Caroline and Minnesota. Minnesota the top team in the
NFC right now, Curtsey a tiebreaker over the Eagles at
ten and two, play their third straight road game, this

(02:35:31):
time at Carolina Lincoln, and I think it's gonna be
a physical one. And the fact that I gotta go
back there and play. I do believe in Minnesota, but
I think the Panthers get him this time. So I
like the Panthers in this one. The Panthers plus the
two and a half at home, sam Um, I'm saying

(02:35:53):
of Vikings in this one, Panthers not a very good
home team, even though they should probably be a better
home team him. So yeah, give me Keenum and the
Vikings here. I'm back quickly to take the Panthers here. Yeah.
I like the Caroline as well. Linking laid out mice, Uh,
nice thing. I like them a lot. I like Carolina

(02:36:14):
in this game. All right, let's keep going. Tennessee playoff
team three over Arizona. Can't trust them linked though? Are
they gonna beat Arizona? I don't think. I think the
Cards are gonna get out to beat him and find
a way to win this game. So I like Arizona
this game. So do I thought the same thing. M
I like Arizona as well. I don't trust Tennessee at all.

(02:36:35):
All right, all right, we all concur so far, Sammy,
I'm gonna break from you guys. I'm gonna take the
Titans here, all right, you got the Tennessee Titans, hold
your notes when you take them. The l A Chargers
hosting the Redskins. Chargers looking for a playoff spot. There
are five and a half point favorite over the Skins.
I gotta think the Charges all day long, now, Lincoln. Yeah,

(02:36:57):
there's no doubt about it, especially with that defense. They're
gonna apply all kinds of pressure on Kirk Cousins. I
think the Redskins are done, so I have to go
with the Chargers, all right. M Yeah, give me the Chargers.
That defense is nasty. Man, defense is nasty, um and
Rivers is playing as good a ball as he's playing
a while. So yeah, give me the Chargers. Sam. I

(02:37:18):
like the Chargers as well. I think they're gonna make
the playoffs and they are going to get to above
five hundred for the first time all year. Give me
the Chargers, allright, we love that one. In Seattle, Jacksonville
Jacksonville tuna point favorite over the Seahawks. I love Jacksonville,
link I like. I think I think Jacksonville his defense

(02:37:40):
is nasty, but I think Russell Wilson. I gotta go
with the Seahawks. They found a way to do it
last week. I think I think the Seahawks. I think
the Seahawks can do something against this Jacksonville d I'm
gonna go with Russell Wilson. All right, you take the
fighting Russells. How about you, Uh Sammy, I'm gonna take
the fighting Bordles on the one alright. That means you'll

(02:38:02):
take the fighting defense down. Yeah. Yeah, So I'll take
Jaguars here, alright, how about you? Uh my boy, Triple M.
I'm gonna take the Jacks this. It is probably gonna
be like twelve to nine. There's gonna be like no
scoring in this game. So yeah, give me the Jags.
I can see that. Alright. So I told you like

(02:38:22):
the Jags. Miami New Winls. The Monday night game, the
Wingls eleven point favorite. I mean, like right, absolutely, absolutely,
even without Croc. Absolutely we all agree. Alright, there you go.
The Sunday night game Baltimore Pittsburgh Pittsburgh five point favorites

(02:38:44):
over the Ravens. I gotta take Pittsburgh. Link. I'm gonna
go with the Ravens. I think they get I get
the expired inspired to play this game, So I'm gonna
take the Ravens, all right. M I hate doing this.
I hate the Ravens. But I think this is gonna
be close to than five. So give me the Steelers
to win the game. But the Ravens with the points.

(02:39:05):
A lot of love, a lot of Ravens love. What
do you think, Sam, Steelers, I'll take the Steelers. Lay it,
lay the points, all right? We both agree, And finally
the big game right here on Fox, the Eagles and
the Rams. The Eagles and the Rams. The Rams are
at one point favorite. But thank you, that's right. I

(02:39:32):
was Sam, oh god, fly go fight touchdown one, two, three,
lining sing it he goes fly, fly goes fly touchdown victory.

(02:39:57):
Wh Are you like it? Like? Like you know, I
was talking all thinking about it all show. I think
it's a tough task for a team to stay on
the West Coast like they did, especially after the physical
game they had against Seattle UM. And this is this
is a true test for the for the Rams to
see if they're capable of competing. Now. I think this

(02:40:21):
is gonna be a close game. I think it's gonna
be a tight game. I'm gonna give the edge of
the home field team and give it to the Rams.
I think the Rams get them, all right, you'd be wrong.
All right, how about you, Sam? I think that the uh,
the whole wildfire situation may have messed with the Rams
a bit. I think that the Eagles rebound after the
loss from last week. I think they come out of
here and get it done. How does the wildfire thing?

(02:40:45):
Because they had forced the practice inside, they had a
practicing side, so do the Eagles. The Eagles, they they
they were practicing and they were near. They were near
Mike Trutz Locker. Yeah, stuff about that. It's safe. Yeah,
Mike Trout known Eagles fan as well. So right, he's
got Eagles. He's got Eagles. Oh he was there, he

(02:41:06):
was there for one game. I saw that. Yeah, they
gave him a ball tickets, he's got season tickets, right, yeah,
loyal Eagles fan. Who you got? This is so tough, man,
because you can tell that where this is gonna go.
I just have, Man, I'm gonna go with the Rams
by a camp. I'm going with the Road to Victor.

(02:41:31):
I'm gonna go with the Rams. Unfortunately, it's just like, hey,
it's a volume, give us at it's gonna drown me out. Hey.
I just like the way that the Rams have been playing.
Hit him. Oh and watch are Egos Fly flyod Go

(02:41:55):
Fly on the road to victory. You want to hear
it again, like because that's my score, touchdowns, that's what happens.
Take that, Skip Bayliss. Take that. The only Ranch fan
in the entire Los Angeles proper, Ben Miller, Is it

(02:42:20):
that true? He's the only ramch fan in all of
l A. He's the only Rams fan that I know
in this building. That's right. I know. They run computer
generated graphics all over all over the stadium from the
TV with with fans. You can cast all you want, Fox,
get all you're casting. You're not gonna drown out the

(02:42:42):
Eagle fans. Ram still win. Thanks for listen everybody every
day
