(02:31):
coaches that are apparently turning off their their players, and
well they're coaching staffs. I mean maybe they don't win enough.
We we got on your head, and we got on

they say the preliminary fights are always, you know, pretty entertaining,
and well, Jonas is the entertaining as a prelimb show.
But now the main show is here. The boys are here.
I got my man, stretch your arms strong and panteam man,
what's going on? T J was going on? Plex. Are
y'all feeling man? Everybody good? Ye? Alright, feeling good? Alright? Man? Alright, Sammy,

(03:16):
you know Hallo, you know running everything go. You know,
I gotta tell you guys, I mean, last week we
had our our opportunity to celebrate our our one year
anniversary of doing up on game. Uh, we did it
in Vegas, And I just gotta say, Sammy, you didn't
see this, but but Plexing and t J, did you
know Ryan Burstinger man he transformed into like somebody else

(03:40):
man he transformed in. Yeah, he was walking around with
hard bottom shoes, he had slacks on, he had a
dress shirt on. Everybody else was dressed, you know, kind
of casual and you know, almost sporty and you know,
real loose and laid back. But Ryan came in, and
Ryan came in ready to knock the doors down. So
shot out the Ryan B Man for being the consummate

(04:02):
professional that he is. Has Ben Man, Uh, we're happy
to have We're we're proud to have you as as
the producer of our show round. So yeah, sure, Ryan
cleans up Will Yeah yeah, he almost towards a cl
with the curve. That jump was funny. What what is
smooth calling sugar sugar foot sugar? Alright? Alright, so has

(04:32):
nicknames for y'all last weekend, all right, So unfortunately we
we do got to start the show off with some
sad news man and and just just touch on this
and and we got to get through it, and you know,
the the untimely passing of the Marius Thomas um sad.
I think the details are still um being gathered as
to you know, the exact reason for his his death.

(04:55):
But you know, more so than focusing in on his death,
I wanted to take a few minutes to of us
the opportunity to talk about you know, Demarrius as as
if you know, if you've ever met him, if you
had an experience with him, you know, just take a
moment in time to to talk about, you know, a
person that for me, I did not know him as

(05:15):
like a homie or as as a friend, but I
had the opportunity to meet and interview him several times
during their Super Bowl run year, and just just a
humble dude was what I took away from him, A quiet,
quiet dude that that just had a real good energy
about him, and and just not even knowing him. When

(05:36):
I heard that news, it broke my heart. And sometimes
you hear people passing away, he's like, oh, that's sad,
but it doesn't impact you emotionally. I was impacted emotionally
when when I saw that it happened, and and almost
was in disbelief about it because you know, everything that
I've heard about him, and from my interaction with him,

(05:56):
just seemed like he was a fine young man, seemed
like he was a good a dude to humble dude,
to genuine dude, and you know, just just felt really
really sad, just over overwhelming sense of sadness. Man, when
I saw that one of of our brothers, um has
has taken that flight. For For me, I've met him
a couple of times, and like you, I didn't personally

(06:21):
know him. It was a what's up, You chop it up,
you talk briefly, and then you move on. It's just disheartening,
so young, thirty three, and when and when you hear it,
you're like what, And immediately you start thinking, how is
his family doing? It's when we say it's a fraternity,

(06:45):
it really is. Because I didn't know him well. And
when you read the news and you see it come
across the ticker, you start to feel sadness just because
one of your brothers is no longer here and you
start trying to see what happened. Why? Man, it's so unfortunate,

(07:06):
it's so sad when when things like this take place, Um,
you gotta cherish life. Tomorrow is not promised treat people
the right way, because you never know when you're gonna
see him and interact with him again. We take that
for oh man, I see you tomorrow. Oh man, I
get to that tomorrow. It's not promised to anybody, and

(07:27):
we conduct ourselves and we act like tomorrow is always
promising and it's not. Yeah. Yeah, I didn't really you know,
know him as a friend, you know, uh, And I
didn't have a relationship with him as far as uh,
you know, like being homies and you know, different things
of that nature. But you know, just like you just

(07:47):
like t J and Lava said, man, it's this fraternity
is so small, and um you know, life is pressure,
as we all know. In thirty three years old, and um,
I had an opportunity to have a conversation with him
with when he came to the New York Jets so
a couple of years ago. And and the and the
first thing you just take from uh, you know, meeting

(08:08):
him and having a conversation with him is his his humility.
And I think that's one of the things that that
that jumped off the page to me, you know, just
having that you know, five attemated conversation with him, and
and everybody talks about how generous of a person he
was and how caring he was, and he was a
pillar of the community and and and and Denver and

(08:29):
the boys clubs and the hospital visits and all those
things of that nature. And um, you know you just said,
you know, we lost a great one, a former you
know why, receiver. And it was a pleasant to play
against him. I had a chance to play against him,
you know, a few years back, and just just watch
him go out and you know, uh, you know, his

(08:51):
craft was what he was a very good player, man.
And it's it's it's unfortunate to what happened. But you
know he'll be miss man, no doubt about it. And
people that really know him not they he was a
better person than he was a player. And if you
didn't know him personally, we wouldn't know that. I I
don't know that about him, but everybody that knows him

(09:12):
he's a better person than he was a player. And
like you said, the boy could flat out play football.
Yeah sure, Well respect due to to award your man,
you got your wings bro. A moment of silence, Take
a quick moment of silence for the good for a
goat man. Rest easy bro. All right, we see you
on the other side. Man. All right, let's let's move on.

(09:34):
Let's move on to to some some lighter topics here.
Before we get to the lighter topics. Uh, let's let's
lighten it up real quick by uh, well, defying age
because we are aging dudes. So um, t J. You know,
let us know why your hair is still shot. We're
gonna defy age and we're gonna perform at our best

(09:54):
with him Drive, the supplement for driven men that supports
healthy to stops the wrong production of boost energy and strength.
Is it M Drive from me and dot com for
free shipping and a sixty day guaranteed. Don't let age
beat you go get you some M Drive. All right.
Let's let's let's start right here right now. Shots out
the M Drive, Shots out the chocolate berry. Uh yesh,

(10:17):
shots out the chocolate berry must be what makes t
js hair shine so much. I mean, you know, we
didn't know how ashy Plexico was until that's all how
oiled up and lathered up t JS was this past weekend.
So um. And speaking of lathered up and and ash

(10:37):
eat out, Uh, it's some stuff going on in in
Jacksonville man. Hey, Ryan, can you please give us the
details that are surfacing on what's going on with Urban
Meyer and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Yeah. So, this morning Tom
Policero put out an article on nfl dot com due
telling some issues going on in Jacksonville with Urban Meyer.
A couple highlights from that article in the past two

(10:59):
weeks alone to say that Marvin Jones became so angry
with myers public and private criticism of the receiver group
that he left the facility until other staff members convinced
him to come back and had a heated argument with
Meyer during practice. Also, during his staff meeting, uh Meyer
delivered a message saying that he's a winner and his
assistant coaches are losers, challenging each coach individually to explain

(11:21):
when they've ever won and forcing them to defend their resumes.
Also last week, despite public sent statements that Myer's made
Meyer order James Robinson's benching after an opening drive fumble
in last week's thirty seven to seven loss to the Rams,
then had running backs coach Bernie Parmely stopped Robinson from

(11:42):
re entering the game, insisting that Carlos Hyde stay in
only after Trevor Lawrence questioned Meyer on the sideline about
Robinson's absence was Robinson allowed to later return in the
second quarter. Wow. I mean have you talked to to
Freddy t about this, man? I mean, it doesn't sound

(12:03):
like it has the chance to end. Well. Wow, I
have not. But this whole rab mind thing is just
how do you stand up in front of your team
and tell your team and your assistant coaches that you hired,
that you bought in to, you know, to win football
games for this organization, and you say I'm a winner

(12:25):
and assistant coaches are losers. I can't believe he said that.
How do you do that? Yeah, I'm talking about the
coaches that you hired and you bought in and then
you bench Robinson for having a fumble on the first
drive of a football game. It's football things like that happened.
He is a finger pointer. That is exactly what he's doing.

(12:46):
He is not accepting the responsibility for not winning football games.
They're to intend that they la the last in the
division and they're just not a very good football team.
It's travel Lawrence, the generational quarterback that we all thought
he was gonna be when he when when he got drafted.

(13:06):
Doesn't look like it to me, and Urban Meyer, I'm
a winner. Y'all are losers. You're supposed to be the
here coach. You're supposed to be the mentor staff like
that man man when you number one, Irban Mine should
have done this a little earlier so he can got
one of these nice college jobs. That's number one. Number

(13:29):
two is I don't I don't mind him be raiding
the coaches and we gotta be better and this and
but this is why I wouldn't coach is because if
a coach start talking to me like that, I'm saying
something back like You're not just gonna talk to me
like I'm some little street punk and I'm supposed to

(13:52):
just sit there and be quiet and just take it.
That's just not gonna happen. And this is why a
lot of former players aren't. We're not taking that. We're
not gonna sit there and let you tell me we're
a loser. You may have been a winner in college,
and if we losers, we losers together right now. And
I just don't get he's not used to lose. He's

(14:13):
one in bowling Green one, Utah one Florida one, Ohio
State one. He's one. Everywhere he's been the pros. He
can't say I'm a winner and everything I've done, but
it's different. You know, college, you go get the best
players and you can stock polum. In the NFL, you
have to draft correctly and develop. And when you go

(14:36):
to Jacksonville. When you go to Jacksonville, they had the
first pick. For a reason, you hired Darryl Bevil's your
officsive coordinator. I don't know if that was a good
hire not Darryl Bevil being in Minnesota under Brad Children's
and then he was officsive coordinator under Pete Currow in Seattle.

(15:00):
It's you gotta make sure you have the right collection
of coaches that can develop these kids. I mean, he
also hired Brian Schottenheimer, who's a passing game coordinator, who
also he followed. When Pete Carroll fi fired Darryl Bevil,
Schottenheimer followed him. He Carroll fired him as well. And
so I don't get where he's coming from. Your losers,

(15:24):
and I'm not a loser. You're talking to grown men.
The fact that they were scared to say something, but
then they're gonna whoever reported it to the media. You
you use a sucker for that, Like speak up, speak
up for yourself in a meeting with Urban, Like you
don't have to go report this to the meeting and
that that. I don't like that either, Or let me

(15:44):
tell my media buddy, how Urban just be rated us
in this meeting and called us all losers. It's not
gonna work. And a lot of coaches are known for
doing that. There's players, and there are a lot of
coaches that are leakers. You know, they leaky mouths, they
leaky Fossett. What do you get out of that? All
you're doing? How dysfunctional you is very dysfunctional Urban Meyer.

(16:06):
I don't see him making it a year two. And
maybe this is what he wants. He wants to be
fired so that he can get this so he can continue.
He this maybe is what he wants. Well, we got
James Jackson coming up next from Straight Facts podcast. He's
gonna be on your heads. I'm wondering who he's gonna
jump on. It's gonna be interesting. It's hard to be

(16:29):
generational when you look like you're gonna be on your
second coach second year already, already no doubt about it.
We got another coach that that's in the pros, that's
guaranteeing wins. I mean, obviously he's feeling good right now.
And did he get ahead of himself? We got a
whole lot to get to man and and you know what,
um why we get ready to take this break. I

(16:51):
want to tell you guys real quickly about this this
company called Dodge and they got this truck. It's called

to load up my RAM truck and I want to
rock and roll with a RAM truck because it's redefining
what a truck brand should be like. All right, Ram
leads the packing, interior, design, technology, overall quality, and fact.

first time a truck brand has ever scored that high.

I know, I know you're all excited and excited. It's

(22:14):
you know, it's good to be back live and uh
you're welcome back to another episode of I'm on Your Head,
presented by the up on Game Network. Fox Sports Radio
is always at the real underscore Jimmy j for all
my Instagram videos and my shaky baby content, but Lavard
Plex and t J I'm not gonna lie. This week
was a little bit tougher to find someone to call out,
like there wasn't a whole lot of shaking that's going
on in the NFL. I heard y'all getting on Urban

(22:37):
Hot before I came on. He's been shaky for sure,
shaky for sure. But as I took a second look
at the NFL landscape, a team did pop out to me.
I said, ah, there it is. That's the team so Plex.
I'm gonna have to talk to your guys for a
little bit. Man, the New York Giants, I'm on your
head or should I say or should I say the
New York Giants disappointments, It's all funny. It's all funny.

(22:59):
Game is that when you play in the Big Apple,
right until teams start coming to take a bite out
of you. The four and eight right now coming in
the week four team obviously last in the NFC East
with right now virtually no shot to make the playoffs.
Of the sixteen teams in the NFC, they're currently thirteen also,
and total offense and scoring offense and total defense, I
mean probably like them apples. And these problems have been

(23:22):
going on for a while now, right he said, he's
nothing new, but to me, enough is enough at this point,
it's time to start figuring out how your football team
can get better moving forward. And I think the first question,
the first answer they needs goes at that quarterback position
their first round draft, Daniel Jones. You gotta start figuring
out if he's the quarterback to move your franchise forward.
And personally my vote is no. I mean I actually

(23:43):
want to change his nickname from Danny Dyans to Danny
Crimes because it should be illegal what he'd be doing
out there sometimes man and and and LaVar. I'm actually
starting to feel really bad for a Penn State boys,
say Kwon Barkley right, and getting mixed up and all
this shakiness. That's the New York Giants, man. I mean
I watched the pretty much waste years of a generational
talent and Odell Beckham Jr. And I have the feeling

(24:05):
that they're about to do it again. And if you
do that twice in five years and twice even you know, man,
that shaky baby. So New York Giants, New York Giants
listing up, man, I know you are playing the city
that Never sleeps, but I'm here to put you all
the bed. I'm on your head. Go ahead, plex, go
and stretched. That's that's your team, right, There's no secret.

(24:27):
It's not a secret. They are a very good football team.
And I've said it and I'm gonna say it again
so everybody can hear me. Daniel Jones is not your guy.
Jumped up and drafted him with the six pick in
the draft, and I don't think nobody had him in
the first round. So you are getting what you drafted.

(24:48):
Nobody expect for this man to come in and be
a star. And then on top of that the the
the wire receivers, they they're just not making any plays.
Kenny Gotta comes in the six four from Detroit and
all these different things, and I had I had an
opportunity to sit there with the owner. He asked me
to my face, he was like, what are you thinking
about Kenney all day? And I was like, to be

(25:11):
honest with you, I didn't even I didn't even know
who the guy was until he came here because there
was nothing that there was nothing that jumped off the
page for me when he was in Detroit to make
me know who he is. And then Kadarius Tony is hurt. Ever,
Ingram has been a disappointment. The inconsistencies with him catching
the football is just you catch one and you dropped two.

(25:32):
It's like every game the ball hits his hands, he
comes off his hand as in an interception. And the
whole Sae Kwon Barkley thing is just a matter of
health for him. I think he's a generational talent, I
really do. But this this game is tough to play
when you're injured. And then I go back to the
whole the hiring of Dave Gettleman, I go to the

(25:55):
hiring of Dave Gettleman, listen to this, Jason P L
Paul Land, than Collins Jack Rabbit Snacks, and O B J.
How do you trade away five first team All Pro
football players and expect to be a better team? Not
Pro Bowlers, first Team All Pro at their positions? Five

(26:21):
You get rid of five in one year and you
think you're gonna have a better football team? Come on, man,
come on. So I look at it like this. Number one,
the Giants aren't. Games are one and loss up front
on both sides of the ball. They're They're not good
up front offensively at all. You you signed Kenny Golladay,

(26:45):
but going into the season it was Daniel Jones, we
need to cut down on the turnovers. But Kenny Golladay
is a player or receiver that he's covered. Just throw
the ball up to him and he'll make the play.
He doesn't create separation. But you're going into the season
telling Daniel Jones are cut down the turnovers, but you're
gonna sign a receiver that doesn't create separation and give

(27:07):
him that trust that he's opening he can make this throw.
Sterling Shepherd has been hurt. Darius Slayton, who played well
last year, and then you drafted Darius Tony, who I
felt you didn't need. You signed John Ross and Free.
They're building the team, in my opinion, the wrong way.
You need to build from the inside out. They're not

(27:30):
able to run the ball because up front, that offensive
line just can't get it done. I'll give him credit. Defensively,
they're hard to deal with. They they play hard on defense,
they get it done on defense, just the offense isn't
helping them. And you speak of when they hired Joe Judge,
you speak of David Gettleman, when he hired Joe Judge. No,

(27:50):
everybody was like, wait, who's this, Who's Joe Judge? And
he comes in with this mentality, Oh, we mess up
the whole teams like that stuff when you're losing. All
that stuff where standing. Now It's like, you can't act
the way you act when we're losing games, because now
we all piste off. Oh we jump offside and practice.

(28:11):
The whole team has to run, including the coaches, you know,
just little things like that. The Giants are gonna have
to do a reboot and build this team from the
inside out. Yeah, and when you say inside out, here's
here's the biggest question that I began to ask myself,
and you started with it, plex Um, when you look

(28:31):
at this team and what it had became. Ernie Accords
is the man that was the master architect of of
getting all of the great talents that ended up being
a part of building this team into what it became
that that went on those Super Bowl runs. Jerry Reese
steps in and continues the legacy of and the tradition

(28:52):
of what the GMS had did UM up to that
point until the wills started to fall off a bit. Now, Jerry,
Jerry did an amazing job, but Jerry was not able
to maintain it the way that that Ernie Corsey did,
leading to Jerry Reese's you know, obviously eventual departure. Gettleman
is not seemingly the guy that is going to be

(29:16):
the difference maker for this organization. So now, to me,
the biggest question becomes, will will the Marror and Tish
family be able to either a get get Gettleman the
help that he needs, assistance he needs in order to
build that that identity that that was representative of of

(29:38):
this the New York Giants organization UM throughout the history
of of the the franchise or are they going to
have to get a new guy? And if they get
a new guy, is there a is there a GM
out there that actually can embrace and understand the culture
of the New York Giants team, the under standing of

(30:00):
the culture of of the city that it represents, the
city's plural um, the different burrows that that it represents,
and are they going to be able to make the
right decisions in the right moves in terms of personnel, coaching,
staff wise, and as well as players. I I honestly
believe where we're at right now New York is so

(30:23):
far away from from what they were just a few
short years ago when they were competing for Super Bowls
that you're almost to the point of where you have
to blow it up because it is so far away
from the identity of what it once was when when
they were competing for Super Bowls. So I think that
this is going to be an interesting one to pay

(30:44):
attention to. Shouts out to my man James Jackson. Make
sure you check them out on their YouTube channel. You'll
also be able to check them out on up on
Game Presents shortly. Uh it's launching soon, so make sure
you guys are looking out and paying attention to that. Uh.
We got a whole lot to get to, guys, But
first thing we're gonna get to is uh a little

(31:05):
Isaac lowing crown for some trending. Good morning fellas the
number one trending topic in sports Urban Meyer. Tom Pellisero
NFL Media reporting today that Meyer has had multiple run
ins with his Jacksonville Jaguars players and assistant coaches over
the last two weeks. Pellisero reporting the quote. During a

(31:27):
staff meeting, Meyer delivered a biting message that he's a
winner and his assistant coaches are losers unquote, as he
challenged them individually to explain when they've ever won and
forced them to defend their resumes. Pelisero reported. Additionally, the
receiver Marvin Jones had a heated argument with Meyer over

(31:47):
Meyer's criticism of him, and also reported that several Jaguars
players vented to Rams players after last week's game that
Meyer does not treat them like adults the Kansas that
he chiefs just to anounced the quarterback Lagarius Sneak is
questionable for tomorrow's game against the Raiders due to personal reasons.
Final item and this concerns. A teammate, a former teammate

(32:10):
of two of you LaVar in Plexico Pro Football Hall
of Famer Michael Strahan and five others have safely returned
to Earth after they successfully launched into space today from
West Texas aboard a private rocket. The flight lasted about
ten minutes. Here's what Strahand had to say after literally

(32:31):
coming back to Earth. I gotta say it was sir real.
How do you want to spell that? But it was unbelievable.
It's hard to even describe it. Um, it's gonna take
a little bit to process it. But it couldn't have
gone better. God Man waits and that's fellas what your
former teammate was up to today. Back to you, all right,

(32:53):
Well that's nice, Mike. I'm jealous of you, Sam, hate
on you. You know what, Strahan, you know what he did? Huh.
He was ready to perform at his best with him
driving with the space and it was surreal formed rocket.
He didn't need a rocket drive, he didn't need its
supplement for driven men that supports empthy to stop the
wrong production to boost energy and strength. Does it m

(33:15):
Drive for men dot com for free shipping in the
sixty day guaranteed. Don't let age beat you get him drive? Hey,
how are you going to space just for ten minutes? Though?
Hold on, I got beef with I got beef with
M Drive. I got real beef with him drive right now,
and it's it's a beef based upon I do believe
that Mike McCarthy was on some M Drive when he

(33:37):
made them comments in that quote. Man that man said
that they are he's guaranteeing a victory against the Washington
football team. That's like, I don't space or not, Mike
straighthand or not. I need to know from y'all. When
Mike McCarthy came out his face and said he's guaranteeing
the victory as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys,

(33:59):
what was he thinking? You like it? You're just like
let me let me ask you all this. Why do
we make a big deal when somebody guarantees that are
gonna win? Why is that a big deal? Like? I,
honestly I could tell you why. I think so we
all felt like every game we went into we were
gonna win, and til things start going bad or you lose,
we all think we're gonna Here's the thing about life

(34:24):
in general, you're you're out here to compete and you're
out here to try to prove yourself. Like, we all
want respect. Nobody wants to be disrespected, especially in the
game of football. So when something comes out, when they
that the whole classic term of bulletin board material, like,
it's gonna be hard enough because of what you're talking about. There.

(34:46):
There's gonna be teams that expect to win against other teams.
But it's one thing to expect to win against another
team and you think you're better than that team, but
then you come out and you basically confirmed to the
to the other team, we know we're better than you.
I'm better. All right, Let's listen to him. Let's listen
to him. Let's let's listen to what he had to say,
and let's see if you care or if you don't care,

(35:08):
or or you know, t J. T J know, he
the main one that we want respect of. He didn't
punch somebody. That's not being that's just believing in yourself. Okay,
let's hear you. Let me know if this is believing
in yourself or this is how you feel about Let's
hear what you had to say. We're comfortable who we are,
where we are, but I'm excited about what's in front
of us because you know we we you know we're

(35:29):
gonna win this game. I'm confident in that. And and
and here's the thing, right, he thought about it before
he said it, Yeah, one more time, one more time.
Listen to how he pauses before he says go ahead, go.
He thought about it. We're comfortable who we are, where
we are, but I'm excited about what's in front of
us because you know we right there, we're gonna win
this game. I'm confident that he knew exactly what he

(35:52):
did when he said it, so he didn't he he
thought about it. It's okay for Mike McCarthy to guarantee
or win against the Washington football team, but he won't
stand behind that podium and say we're gonna win this
game if it's Tampa Bay over it was the Kansas
City Chiefs, because it is a football game that they
should win. And he knows that because the Washington football

(36:14):
team is a subpart average team as it is right now,
so he expected them to going in and win this game.
There's no reason why they shouldn't win this game. If
they if they go down to d C and loses
the tremendous letdown period point Blake, but he's not gonna
stand up before that podium and guarantee wins against some

(36:36):
of the best teams in the NFL. You can it's
more dangerous. It is more dangerous to guarantee the wind
that he just did. Then it would be for him
to say it against a guy like a team like
Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay exactly. And the reason why it's
more dangerous is because Tampa Bay won't even take that seriously.
The media won't take it seriously. Nobody's taking it seriously

(36:57):
because you you're sitting there and it's like, what are
you have to lose by guaranteeing you're gonna win? Like
all right, I think any time in the National Football
League when you guarantee and win, the media is gonna
get all. I just I've always wondered, why is that
such a big deal? Why do I think because it's
coming from the coach, even if it's a player, like

(37:18):
we all think we're gonna win. You're leading up to
that week, you're watching film, you're the oh my god,
we're about to kill them. They're not gonna be able
to do anything with us. And then I know that
I know that you know this when when when when
things like this is uh said to to the other team,
like you prepared different, you know it's it's not the

(37:39):
same energy within that locker. You do come team, you
do going into going into that week and the one
terrible tile wiping his shoes off with it because everybody
was guaranteeing that they would lose the game and they
won the game. You do come out initially with that
extra but once all that adrilling goes away, it's you

(38:01):
gotta play football. But let's go play here. But t J,
let's be clear here. Sometimes games are won and lost
in the first few, first few moments of a game.
So if I came out and I'm on I'm on high,
I'm on ten because these cats said they know they're
better than us and they're gonna beat us, You're gonna
set the team. You know what's crazy, though, and this

(38:22):
is when you play with multiple teams in different head coaches,
this is when you know you got a good head coach.
Like I remember when I was playing in Baltimore, John
Harball was like, uh, I forget who we were playing.
We're the first series. We're gonna come out and we're
gonna be he told us, we're gonna be conservative. We
don't want to turn the ball over early because in
that crowd again to it and they get to start

(38:43):
playing downhill. We came out concern we end up winning
the game. But a lot of coaches and when you
when you said the games can be lost in the
first five minutes, coaches can be aware of that and
come out and play you differently early on, just to
get into the floor of the game. But I know
it's not right to guarantee it. But I don't see
why it's such a big deal. And it's not right

(39:05):
because we've been conditioned to, Oh, don't guarantee it win.
We all think we're winning, and if we don't, hey,
I was wrong. Just I just don't believe this. I
don't think they win. I just don't believe it out
there that way. I just don't. I just don't think
that you put it out there in that manner because
in the end, whether your your team believes in it

(39:26):
or not, whether you believe in it or not, it
just ain't gut and they're gonna win. Well, I'll tell
you what. I'm a guarantee, man, I'm a guarantee that
we're gonna drive and watch that game from somewhere, and
we're gonna do it in style, because we're gonna do
it in a Dodge RAM. That's right. It's that time
of the year. Time to get off the couch, get

(39:48):
into that stadium parking lot of people. There's football season,
that's right. Get up, stand up, go getting that tailgating
and make sure you get some links, some franks and
all counts, some burgers in, some French friends, maybe some

Do it right. Pack up that cooler with all that stuff,
that good goodness, your grill so you can, you know,

grill it up. And the wide screen so you can

And we got a couple more things to get to
as well. We got legendary moment coming up with at
Reynolds State. Looked locked in and tuned into up on game.

This is Fox Sports Radio. We'll be right back. You
have homeowners insurance for a good reason, because without it,
a fire flutter burglary could destroy you financially. But there's
another major crime your homeowners policy does not cover. It's
called home title fraud. The FBI calls title fraud one
of the fastest growing crimes and it can ruin you financially,

(42:00):
which is why you need home title luck. Title fraud
happens when a criminal forges your signature and documents stating
you sold your home to him. Then he takes out
loans against your home and leaves you with the payments.
You'll spend a fortune and legal fees trying to prove
you did not commit fraud. Home title lock puts a
barrier around your home's title the instant. They detect anyone

Don't let age beat you. Get you some M drive. Man.
You sounded real aggressive reading that, like like the M
drivers chicking in into your veins. And I'm I'm watching this, Uh,
I'm watching this North Dakota State football game and it's
just straight smash mouth kind of how the Patriots did
Buffalo run run run past? If we have to okay, okay, Well,

(44:51):
speaking of uh run run past smash mouth football? Uh Well,
the a c C Championship yielded a situation. Ryan, give
me give us the story, man, real quick. Yeah. Basically,
in that game that Pitt ended up winning, Kenny Pickett
was it took off for a run he it appeared
he pretended to slide. The defenders let up a little bit.

(45:12):
He then kept going turned it into a fifty eight
yard touchdown run. I gotta ask, are y'all okay with this?
I mean the rules, the rules, what you got? What
you think that's not a rule? You planning to the
whistles bloom. If those defenders sat there and let up
and let that man do a fake slide and when
the fifty eight yard touchdown they deserve it, you don't.

(45:34):
You don't implement no rule or you can't fake slide.
It's it's it's just it's just like putting on the juke.
You fail for it. Playing to the whistle bloom. Wow,
I thought I was gonna be the only one I
thought that. Yeah, I'm with plaques on that. It's it's idiotic.
You got people making rules that probably never put on
a helmet. This is the thing they're they're trying to

(45:56):
prevent a defensive player from Okay, I can't let up.
You know, the quarterback is about the slide. If I
go and hit him with the targeting rule, I can
be ejected. Number One officials have a hard time calling
the stuff they're supposed to call. Now you're gonna put
something on their plate. This makes no sense to me.
When they start peeling them boys up off of the
ground because they get their wigs split by grown man

(46:18):
mammal out there hunting, then y'all, y'all gonna have a
whole new, a whole new. So you agree with so
you agree with that rule. Take that rule out. Do
not fake no slide. Do not fake that like you're
gonna go out of bounce or otherwise you're gonna come
bild back. You're listening to up on game from a
real mammal and then to baby mammals, and and you

(46:40):
know that's what it is. Man hour to now, get
rid of the rule. Get rid of the rule. All right,
