Speaker 1 (00:00):

Speaker 2 (00:12):
What the bonus the Doug Gottlieb Show. This is our

Sports Radio betting analysts, co hosts of Fox Sports Radio's
Countdown to Kickoff with Rich Ornberger and Bryhano airs each
Saturday beteen nine and noon Eastern Time. You can listen

(00:32):
live on our Fox Sports Radio affiliates or on the
iHeartRadio app. It's all presented by Bett mg M. All right, uh, Jared,
Let's let's get to the NFL Okay, a weekend where
you have some teams that are still playing for something,
you have some teams that are not.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
It's really really confusing.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Let's start with Pittsburgh and Baltimore. Right, Baltimore is gonna
sit there, guys. They got the number one seed wrapped up.
Pittsburgh needs to win, and they've played better with Mason
Rudolph leading them to two consecutive victories. A chance to
get in the playoffs, a chance to get a ten
win season, all of that good stuff. The line is
Pittsburgh as a four point favorite, the totals thirty five

(01:14):
and a half. Stoop Huntley is going to get the
start at quarterback for for Baltimore.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
Who do you like?

Speaker 4 (01:20):
Yeah? I think I like the Ravens in this spot,
and it kind of reminds me so. First of all,
this is a very tough week to bet this league, obviously,
but the professionals that I work with here in town,
they view it as an opportunity because, you know, Doug,
when markets move violently in one direction of the other
players are out, quarterbacks are out, the line shifts three,
four to five to six points. Well, that volatility creates opportunity,

(01:43):
and I think that's how a lot of the pro
betters view this week. It is hard to keep up
with a lot of the movement. But if you're going
to try to argue that the Baltimore Ravens, I don't
care if it's back up third strings the water boy.
They don't want to knock their rival. The Pittsburgh's deal
is out of the playoffs. So to say that the
Ravens are unmotivated this week because they've already clinched, it's
not an argument that I can buy. On the other side,

(02:04):
you have Pittsburgh that certainly has played better with Mason Rudolph,
but now they're a road favorite, and it's just it's
a lot of points to lay for a guy that
I don't fully trust. And if you just want to
look back at the historical president, there was a very
similar situation a few years ago in twenty nineteen when
the Ravens clinched the one seed. Tyler Huntley started last
game of the year. Actually, excuse me, it was RG

(02:26):
three that started that game for the Ravens against Duck
Hodges for Pittsburgh. The Steelers were a favorite and Baltimore
won the game outright by double digits. So I think
the Ravens will be up for this game. You want
to bet him first quarter, you want to bet him
first half, that's fine. But I'm thinking four points with
Baltimore in the.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Spot, all right.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
You know the other part I thought was I thought,
not just the Rivals, it's the Ravens pride themselves on
their long win streak in the preseason, like they literally
want to win every football game they ever feel on, right.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
So it's I agree with your point.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Houston taking on Indy both teams at nine and seven again,
playoff hooks very much alive.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Houston is a.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
One point favorite on the road in the Dome against
the Colts. The totals forty seven and a half.

Speaker 4 (03:13):
Yeah, if you were going to ask Demico, Ryans, probably
and anyone else that covers watches football going into Week eighteen,
the Texans can win their tense game and make the playoffs.
I don't think anyone would believe you, but that is
the kind of year it's been. And we saw this
number open with Indy as a slight favorite, and right
out of the gate, the money came in on Houston.

(03:35):
And I don't think last week like they weren't really
have to do a whole lot last week, the Titans
did not have much left in the tank. But see
Distroud looks healthy, and I think that's what a lot
of the professional sharps wanted to, you know, see, as
long as he's healthy, I think the Texans are the
better team in this matchup. I love the Colts at home.
They're much better at home than they are on the road.
The numbers indicate that. But I think the line flip

(03:58):
and the fact that Stroud is kind of you know,
getting over what was a pretty gruesome concussion a few
weeks ago, looked okay last week against the Titans. His
stability in the pocket this year, and this is his
ability to push the ball down the field. Impressive stuff.
He's absolutely the rookie of the year. And I think
the Texas going to Indian get a win. I think
that story will be fun. I think Tamika Ryan's built

(04:19):
one heck of a culture there in Houston, and I
think this is a really good football team.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Okay, let's get to some of the Sunday games here.
You know, it's hard to find the ones that matter,
but some of them do, in fact matter. Here's one
that's weird, Jets taking on the Patriots. Now you're like,
why does that matter? Well, the Jets are I'm not sure.
Robert sala isn't coaching for his job, and while it
appears that Bill Belichick will move on, the question is

(04:44):
like he wants to win every game, but if he loses,
it's a solid for the Pats where there's still a
window there where they could get the number two pick
in the draft. The Pats are a point and a
half favorite at home, supposed to snow big storm in
the Northeast and the totals thirty and a half.

Speaker 4 (05:00):
Yeah, I think this is like the ideal teaser game
because the total is super low. I mean, this is
one of the lowest totals I've seen in a game
all season. So you're paying the same price for a
six point teaser regardless if the total is thirty or
if it's sixty. It doesn't matter what the total is.
You're paying the same price for that teezer. And simple math, right,
six points is a much higher percentage of thirty than

(05:23):
it is sixty, So it it makes a whole lot
of sense to move this number in one direction, and
it really makes sense to move it towards the Jets
because I think they have the better defense. And I
agree with your point. I do think Robert Salla is
coaching for his job here. Obviously I don't trust Trevor Siyan,
but I don't trust Bailey's that on the other side either.
And if you tease up the Jets, you get him
through that key number of three, you get him through

(05:43):
that key number of seven, you move the Jets up
to plus seven and a half, and then you've got
another six point teaser. Leg in your back pocket to
use on another game on the card. I think that's
the best way to bet this game this week, because
man oh man, it's really tough to trust Trevor simmey
in and based on what the line's telling me one
and a half, they've got to pretty much win this
game in order for the Jets to cover that spread.
That's a tough ass for Trevor Sindian. But as a

(06:05):
Jets fan myself does I don't know what the field
about Robert Salen right now. I think he's kind of
lost that honeymoon phase for sure, and we're entering a
very dangerous time in the offseason. You've got Rogers kind
of running his mouth with all the comments he's making.
It's just a weird time right now. I think in
behind the scenes in this Jets landscape.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Okay, Packers need to win playing at home against the Bears. Obviously,
Jordan Love looked great. Snow thirty five degrees. Packers are
three point favorite. Bears have been resurgent with Justin Fields
the totals forty five.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
Who do you like?

Speaker 4 (06:38):
Yeah, I would tell you what. The Bears looked really good.
I think you know the Packers look good on Sunday.
I think a lot of that was just the Vikings
were a little bit overmatched defensively. I think you credit
Matt Lafleur the second time around against Brian Floor as
his blitz scheme. They were prepared, they had all their
checks and their quick reads out were attacking the flat

(07:01):
it was and at Jordan Love executed it perfectly in
ana hostile environment. You get the Packers a lot of
credit there. This is a little bit of a different
Bears defense. They don't blitz as much, and their secondary
since Jalen Johnson came back, I think it was in
Week eight, one of the best secondaries in the league.
They're fantastic against the run. I mean, this is a
Fairs defense that is starting to look like more like

(07:22):
the eighty five Bears than they have in prior seasons.
It really isn't present. They're seven to to one against
the number. In their last ten game they won four
or five down the stretch. So I think Chicago, if
this season was maybe twenty regular season games, that a
DNA Chicago might make the playoffs. But they're out of
it and they can play spoiler in this spot. This
game reminds me a lot of last year, Doug. Remember

(07:42):
the Lions went into green Bay week eighteen Sunday night game,
and it kind of gives me that feel where Chicago
is kind of on that upward trajectory like Detroit was
withusin fields. They believe in fields now based on what
I'm hearing, and the Packers are coming off of a
great win and they're expected to win this game. But
I hasn't the number moved off of three. It's been
sitting there in that three spot all week long. You

(08:04):
would imagine if Green Bay was getting legit money in
this game, it would have already moved off to three.
So I think the Bears are a live dog in
this spot, and green Bay better be careful because they could.
You know history, right, If you forget history, you're doomed
to repeat it.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Seattle take it on Arizona. Seattle's got a win and
hope a Packer loss. They're taking on Arizona, who just
had a gigantic win, and they've been giant killers with
their four wins this year, beating the Cowboys, beat the
Eagles on the road. Arizona's a three point dog at home.
Totals forty seven and a half.

Speaker 4 (08:32):
Yeah, similar to the Bears game. Right, Like, I think
as much as I love Seattle and it's the must
win scenario, I think the underdog, the plucky underdog, is
playing better football right now. Seattle did not look good
last week. I don't know if that was a flat
spot for them, or if they thought that they could
just win next week against Arizona and they'd make the playoffs.
But they did not look good at home in a

(08:55):
spot against the fifthburg team that I thought that they
had an edge on, especially in the trenches. But the Steelers,
we're the tougher team. And what can you say about
the Cardinals. I mean that was the second biggest upset
of the season last week, twelve and a half point underdogs,
they go into Philly, they win outright. The only bigger
underdogs to win out right this year where the Titans
over the Dolphins on Monday Night a few weeks ago. So,
I think Jonathan Gannon's made a lot of plus EV moves,

(09:18):
you know, you know, little decisions throughout the game. He
understands the game management, and I think that's something that
you know, Kyler Murray certainly appreciates because I don't think
Cliff kings Berry did, and I think you get a
much smarter head coach and Jonathan Gannon making a lot
of really smart decisions. And it seems like, just like
the Bears are kind of believing in justin Fields, the
Cardinals kind of feel like Kyler Murray is their guy.

(09:40):
So I think the fact that this line had not
yet moved off the three right, everyone's betting Seattle because
Seattle has to win the game. Well, just because they
have to win doesn't mean they're gonna win. And this
line sitting there at the three spot, and I think
Arizona getting that getting that full three points is the
way to play this one.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
Okay, these these games are just so interesting.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
I just I'm blod go away by our lack of
true knowledge of what it looks like in the end.
Here's one. Dallas is a thirteen and a half point favorite.
Now they got to win to win their division. Okay,
They're taking on Washington. Could be the last we see
of Sam Howe. The entire staff of the Commander is
likely to be replaced, but again, like margin of victory
is hard supposed to be rain in the forecast, the

(10:19):
totals forty six and a half. Again, Cowboys on the
road in DC.

Speaker 3 (10:23):
Who do you like?

Speaker 4 (10:24):
And this is the same spot last year the Cowboys
lost this game, right, And it's just it's so funny
how the schedule makers have this odd sense of humor
and they don't know it at the time, but when
they plan out the season and we get all these
divisional games in the last week, the way that some
of them kind of pieced together, it all kind of connects.
And this game is very much connected to the Eagles

(10:46):
Giants game. Obviously both games are being played at the
same time. I think if Washington gets off to the
fast start, I think that's where you fade the Eagles
in the second half, right, because if Philly goes into
halftime and sees the Cowboys are up twenty one points
whatever it is, well, their hopes of winning the Nfseas
go away. And that's where the Giants in the second half. Well,

(11:06):
by the way, I'm sure they're sick of hearing about
how many times they've lost to the Eagles. That's where
the Giants might be a very live underdog type scenario.
But for Dallas, I think it's a fast start and
probably a slow finish because they're just trying to get
in and get out without any injury. So if you
want to lay two touchdowns, good luck, I think the
better way to bet this game. There are intriguing markets
in bet MGM offers these a lot of different books

(11:28):
to where you can bet the halftime result and the
full time result, and it's basically a money line play.
They're going to win the first half and they're going
to win the game. And I think Dallas, that would
be the option I would give you for the Cowboys
this week because I think the strategy is we're going
to play a really good thirty minutes of football and
then we are going to put it in cruise control
and pray nobody gets hurt in the second half. So
that's the strategy for the Cowboys this week. And on

(11:49):
the flip side, if the Eagles go into halftime and
see that score or I'm sure they'll see it on
the sidelines too, but they'll have a nice break at
halftime you see that Cowboys score starting to get away
from them. That's where I the Giants come into play
as an underdog in the second half against Philly.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
Awesome awesome stuff. Last one Bill's taking on the Dolphins.
It's the Sunday night game in Miami. Dolphins come in
licking their wounds and lost Bradley Chubb for the year.
They're three point dogs at home. Totals forty nine and
a half, forty nine and a half, and they're supposed
to be ragin in the forecast.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
Yeah, this game's all about timing, because I think the
number says Miami. The fact that you're getting a full
three points at home with a Dolphins team that has
been kind of a darling this year. And I know
they've had their struggles, but they're a team that a
lot of people like playing on because of their unique style.
And I love their head coach. I think more coaches
need to be like him. How open he is and

(12:42):
just how he explains himself, and just how goofy and
quirky he lets his personality come through to the center.
I think more coaches could learn from that. But I
love this Buffalo team and kind of their vibe and
their moxie right now. They turned it around against Kansas City.
They followed it up with a big win against Dallas.
They took care of business in their last two games.
It wasn't pretty, Doug. They were double digit favorites. Didn't

(13:02):
cover against the Patriots, didn't cover against the Chargers. But
that doesn't matter in the NFL. So about winning games,
and this is a short spread. I think that again.
I think the value sends Miami, but I don't think
they're in a spot to win this game. I think
they're trending down. So I'd be willing to go against
my you know, plus ez value bet here and just
take Buffalo. You want to bet them on the money
line and be safe, that's fair. But I think the

(13:23):
Bills are the better team. They're playing better football right now,
and tough injuries for the Dolphins to overcome this week.

Speaker 3 (13:29):
Awesome stuff, Jared, You're the best man.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
Remember count Down to kickoff nine am Eastern on Fox
Sports Radio, Fox Sports Trade, Don County, iHeartRadio. Apatol presented
by Bett MGM and Jared of course, is our Fox
Sports Radio betting analysts. Jared, thanks for joining us, Good
luck this weekend.

Speaker 4 (13:43):
Thank you, Doug, you too.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
Be sure to catch live editions of The Doug Gottlieb
Show weekdays at three pm Eastern noon Pacific on Fox
Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
App Let's get to what the Fox says. And now.

Speaker 2 (13:59):
Here's Brady Quinn talking about Michigan quarterback JJ McCarthy saying
Michigan stole signs to even the playing field with Ohio
State because they were stealing signs.

Speaker 5 (14:08):
It's what we've said from the onset of all this
and other program schools. People can try to act all
high and mighty. This stuff goes on everywhere and people
are like, well, yeah, but it's allowed in game, and
it's like, okay, well that's not what I'm talking about.
The whole portion of it that's not allowed as far
as advanced scouting, and teams send different people to spring

(14:30):
games all the time. They send them to games in
advance all the time, and is it that hard to
think that they won't be able to film some stuff
with their phone? And you know, it's just it happens
all the time. So the world we live in now,
if anything, I think the rule should be changed only
because what's been demonstrated more than anything else is the

(14:51):
lack of impact it's had. Connor Stallions hasn't been a
part of the program, and yet there're two biggest games.
Is the regular season against Penn State, Ohio State. They
want Big Ten championship one, semi final game one, like
it's a good football team. Like what's almost like the

(15:11):
people need excuses as to why they've been so dominant
when we've watched them for the past three years.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Now I'm with you, like we we want to make
it about signed ceiling. We want to make it about
knowing what's coming. And the point is everyone has everyone
has guys on their staff. Also, Like, here's something that
I haven't heard anybody say. We do realize that every
staff in high major college football and in basketball has

(15:40):
a guy on their staff specifically working on the portal.
And you're like, well, the portal's open now, Like no, no, no,
they work on the portal all year.

Speaker 3 (15:48):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (15:48):
They try and identify players that they would want dad,
players that they may leave. They make connections, not directly
with the players, but with people who control those players.
That is illegal. It is nefarious. It is tampering. To
make contact is tampering, but to evaluate and try and
figure it out is not. So there's a gray area there, right,

(16:09):
and many do actually make contact. Maybe you know, like
this kid's leaving, here's the price here's we're going to
get him. All this stuff happens. So I think what
happens is once you find out how the sausage is made,
you have a little bit different opinion, a little bit
different opinion. Here's Dan Patrick talking about the Pro Bowl selections.

Speaker 6 (16:30):
Now, the Pro Bowls. The rosters were announced here. Yes, okay,
it used to be a big deal. Now I still
don't know why they don't differentiate between you're the first
ballot Pro bowler for that year, not the replacement, you
know nine, you know, quarterbacks down the list. Mitchell Trubisky
went to two or it was named the two Pro Bowls,

(16:51):
Bence Young, you know, they were brought in as alternates there.
Now it does go on the resume that you were
a Pro Bowl player. It just I'm not sure when
that designation stopped in my mind that it didn't mean
as much. A lot of times it's where you play?
Are you media friendly? Is your team media friendly? Are

(17:11):
you on national TV? You know that really helps. But
you know, you get to seven, eight Pro Bowls, that's
a pretty distinguished career. It's just it gets confusing sometimes
where you go, wait a minute, Vince Young made the
Pro Bowl yeah, it's an alternate.

Speaker 4 (17:26):
Now.

Speaker 6 (17:26):
I don't know how many quarterbacks said they're not playing
in the Pro Bowl before Vince got the call. I mean,
I like, I don't know about that. With Mitchell Trubisky.
Were there five quarterbacks where there's seven quarterbacks?

Speaker 7 (17:39):
I said, no, yeah, because you know these quarterbacks, they're
running a scam here, because these quarterbacks could get a
bonus because that quarterback said I'm not going to play.

Speaker 6 (17:51):
I'm not going to play. Hey, you got a name,
I got a bonus here.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
We talked about this in the Race Vido Show, and
I've just Jason Stewart pointed out something to me that
I think it's kind of brilliant, like even though the
game has gone away, because the game has gone away, now,
the Pro Bowl selections actually make sense. Whereas previously it
was whoever would actually show up, and since they moved
it to away from Hawaii, nobody wanted to show up.

(18:21):
It's actually a good thing that there's no Pro Bowl
game one because I never have to watch a game
that I didn't actually watch. I've never seen a snap
of a Pro Bowl. And we actually have the top
three at quarterback, the top three at each position because
of how the Pro Bowl selections. Now you don't have
to opt out of it because you're not playing in
a game.

Speaker 1 (18:39):
That's what the Fox said say. Be sure to catch
live editions of The Doug Gottlieb Show weekdays at three
pm Eastern noon Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the
iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 2 (18:55):
Let's find out who's annoying Jason Stewart and now.

Speaker 8 (18:59):
It's you're annoying, hey, Doug, Eric b Enemy. Remember all
the remember all the advocates, and all the articles and
all the writers getting behind this for the past five years,
that the NFL is racist, because systematically racist, for not

(19:20):
hiring Eric B. Enemy as the head coach. I want
to preface this by saying it's my job every day
to comb through content NFL content. So if I've missed
these articles, I want our listeners to share them with me,
tweet them at me. I haven't seen one thing written
about this. The Chiefs, after dominating the NFL for the

(19:44):
last five or six years, had an average offense to share,
maybe even below average offense, and not one article I've
seen from Mike Flurio or any of the very liberal
writers of there have written the article that Eric the
Enemy has missed in Kansas City. And do you know

(20:05):
why that is, Doug, Because I think everybody who knows
the situation knows that Eric the Enemy had very little
to do with the success of the Chiefs offense. It
was an Andy Reid thing. So I just find it
curious now that the Chiefs have put something on tape
for an entire season that proves that they have been

(20:27):
less of an offense without Eric. Bone me, but nobody's
writing that. You think that they would jump on that
narrative and I haven't seen one peep out of the people.
Does that not speak to just how irrelevant or how
non consequential he was with the Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (20:43):
I can't speak to that specifically. I do think that Look, look,
he was given an opportunity to do as he pleases
with the Washington commanders and they have only given up
a couple of sacks past two weeks and is better.
And he does have Sam Howe who's inexperience. But whether

(21:04):
it's the line or the protection schemes whatever, or Howe
holding on the ball too much, he's gotten sacked a lot.

Speaker 4 (21:10):
A lot.

Speaker 2 (21:13):
So yeah, look, we were on this the whole time.
And it continues to be the truth about the NFL.
They don't care about anything other than winning. If a
coach gives him a better chance to win, and the
best chance of winning is a guy who is a
uniting force.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
It really is so I.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
If you remember, there was some there's a lot of
pushback early on from his days with the Commanders. I
can't tell you that I've updated on it. I've seen
that he'll be a candidate in Atlanta, a candidate with
the Commanders. I can't see away in which he's the
head coach of the Commanders. Just I feel like that's
a complete cleaning of house. There'll be a new GM
and whatever, maybe in Atlanta.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
But yeah, I'm with you.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
I don't know if he was inconsequential, but no, he
was not a major force with that team.

Speaker 8 (22:01):
This is one of my favorite ones. For years and
years and years now, I've been lamenting this whenever there
are Pro Bowl announcements. There is almost you could write
it on the calendar. There is an infusion. I guess
the word is pilethera of local and national radio shows

(22:25):
that think, oh man, this is a real good time
to do this segment where we list the Pro bowlers
and then we open up the lines. Who's the biggest
snub and why? And here's a deal, Doug. When you
call in, you can't just tell me who got snubbed.

(22:45):
You need to replace a person in that position. And
that's where the real nuance comes in. So let's take
your calls for the next four hours, fill the lines,
tell me who the biggest snub is, and then you
need to replace it. If you don't replace the guy,
then you're just complaining for a complaining sake. So my
annoyance is lazy talk shows that will open up the

(23:09):
lines because they know they're going to get a full
just a full bank of calls and just go down
the snub list. Pro bol snub radio. That's annoying to me, Doug.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
Pro Bowl sub radio is really bad, I gets.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
I mean, and it's so hard at the positions we
don't see, you know, I mean, how do we really
know who the best safety is, the best corner is,
the best linebacker is?

Speaker 3 (23:32):
Like, it's bad radio.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
Because also, if you're all in on your team, you're like,
I watch every snap my team. Okay, did you watch
every snap of every team?

Speaker 3 (23:42):
Or you just you just think your guy played great.
It's terrible Radio.

Speaker 8 (23:45):
Antoine Winfield. I think I'm saying the name right, and
I want to say his son is an Antoine Winfield
actually had a decent case. He went on Twitter and
he's like, my son should be in the Pro ball
instead of this other person that got these stats. He
actually kind laid it out, and I respect that. I
respect a dad taking up for his son. I just
don't respect lazy radio taking calls about it. Aaron Rodgers

(24:09):
is annoying for this reason. It's talking to Dan Byer
about this yesterday. Aaron Rodgers. It is known that he's
a bad family member. I think he still doesn't talk
to his brothers or his parents. But I don't think
he's a good friend either. Would a friend put Pat
McAfee in a place that he did this week? Aaron

(24:32):
Rodgers purposefully, intentfully called out Jimmy Kimmel, the face of
that broadcast family on the air at Pat McAfee show
that is a Disney product. Jimmy Kimmel's name was not
on this initial wave of names. Jimmy Kimmel was not
on the list, and we haven't heard one p from
Aaron Rodgers acknowledging that apologizing. We just kind of have

(24:55):
that half ass apology by McAfee. But Aaron Rodgers put
Pat McAfee in this position. I don't think you do
that to a front. I think that's annoying.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
Oh, I definitely think it's annoying. I definitely think it's
it's problematic in terms of anybody's assumed friendship, if you will.
So now look, if I will, I actually have a
reasonable thing on this that that the Kimmel's not on it.
But there's a guy who is supposedly Epstein's it was

(25:29):
like a chef. Yeah yeah, yeah, but there's also other
people that I'm sure he knows that are on it,
and so there is Look, there's not gonna.

Speaker 3 (25:35):
Be any lawsuit. I'm just telling you right now.

Speaker 2 (25:38):
Rogers doesn't want a lawsuit because he just it's just
a mess and mix. But neither does Kimmel because if
there's a they you do know, there's something called discovery.

Speaker 3 (25:48):
They get on your cell phones.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
They can like nobody's it's it's all hoffen and threats.
And I'm sure he's only going to apologize when a
lawyer is like, hey, dude, you got to apologize and
this thing goes away. So I think, as of now
you kind of lose any sort of control to say
whatever you want to say. But I like, yeah, I agree,

(26:10):
this thing came out. All he has to do is
type out my bad, I was wrong, or you know,
whatever he wants to say. But I think Aaron Rodgers
is one that wants to do it on his own timeline,
his own way, and it's probably to his own detriment.

Speaker 8 (26:24):
So Aaron Rodgers, Pro Bowl Snub Radio and the people
not writing about Eric Bonemy and how much Kansas City
misses him.

Speaker 2 (26:34):
Uh, I'm gonna say, Pro Bowl Snub Radio is a nun.

Speaker 9 (26:40):
Why are we doing this?

Speaker 1 (26:42):
I do.

Speaker 8 (26:45):
Because we can, Hey Doug, But ironic, I want to
play Kat Williams, who was on what was It Club
Shay Say Shannon Sharp's podcast. He said this, the.

Speaker 9 (26:55):
Only thing that all of these homeless people had in
in was they made a bad decision and aligned themselves
with drugs. And I interviewed them all what drug well,
and guess what, Shannon Well, nobody had a great story.
Nobody had a great story of what meth had done

(27:17):
for them, what crack had done for them with cocaine
had done for them, where heroin had done for them,
with speed had done for them. Nobody had them stories.
Everybody's story was I had my life together and then
I decided to do this dumb thing and I lost
my wife, I lost my house, I lost my cars,

(27:38):
I lost my reputation, and I'm now out here sucking
penis in the woods.

Speaker 3 (27:45):
What talk about scared straight? You ain't got to worry
about me.

Speaker 2 (27:52):
I mean that should be that should be played to everything.
You don't need to say no to drugs. Just listen
to that.

Speaker 3 (27:56):
Couldn't be any better. Why could we play it for you?
Because we can Pick of the day.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
Okay, sir, the bet is to you call. It's time
for the pick of the day.

Speaker 2 (28:07):
I Pick of the day is going to come to
you from college basketball. College basketball. I like this pick.
Memphis is taking on Tulsa. Tulsa is nine and three
on the season, nine and three they beat but but

(28:29):
their wins after losing Oklahoma State by fifteen were Missouri State,
Mississippi Valley State, in New Mexico State, Southwest, Oklahoma State.

Speaker 3 (28:36):
Like heikes, yikes. The good news is they're at home.

Speaker 2 (28:40):
Bad news they're taking on Memphis, who is really really steady,
pretty good.

Speaker 3 (28:45):
Team, kind of underrated.

Speaker 2 (28:46):
If you will beat Clemson this year, beat A and M,
beat BCU on the road, and they seem to be
getting better. I like Memphis to win and Memphis to
cover a nine and a half point spread at tu
at T you this afternoon. That's it for the In
the bonus podcast, you got the rest of the show,
just type in Doug golly Bore, it rolls into it.

(29:08):
