A skill. This is the first time we've done this
little DC check in. Absolutely, you know.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Man, Absolutely, I hope I passed the test.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Oh you will, you will? Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:12):
So it's been a long time. I met you on
The Ultimate Fighter. You a baby, and you know you
honestly didn't. It wasn't that I could tell that you
had a lot of ability, but It's not like you
had this big personality.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
That you have today. What happened?

Speaker 4 (01:26):
What changed to where you became such a character but
also showed all those great skills that you have inside
the outagon.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Like I took too many hits to the head and
now I'm just stuck.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
Crazy, brother, What do you mean, man, You're not crazy? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (01:39):
I mean I just like to have a good time
and I don't want to offend nobody. But I also
like speaking my mind and I like talking about things
other than fighting, and I think that really compels people
because there's so much more to life than fighting, and fighting,
to me, is actually boring to talk about.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
I like talking really why.

Speaker 5 (01:55):
I like talking about farming and stuff like that, and
ideas and politics and you know, things like.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
That did fighting.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
So fighting just provides you a platform to do all
those things that you love, right absolutely.

Speaker 5 (02:08):
I think that that's why God put me here, is
because He once made to use the fighting platform to
glorify his name, and at the end of the day,
I do believe that is my God given destiny.

Speaker 4 (02:19):
Yeah, so you have won a lot, You've had some setbacks.
What would you make of your career to this point?

Speaker 5 (02:27):
Right?

Speaker 3 (02:27):
It's like, I know.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
When you left the Ultimate fight, everybody has goals of
becoming the champion. What do you make of your placement
today and how you think the career is going to
this point.

Speaker 5 (02:38):
Well, I am grateful for every opportunity that I've had
to even be able to do what I've done, but
I'm really not satisfied. I'm really not have too much
of a sense of accomplishment. But I do love the
people that I'm surrounded with and the people that I've met,
But as far as my personal goals, I just haven't
even scratched the surface. And I kind of I'm really
hard on myself and I really expect even better results.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
What are you trying to do to make sure that
you start to go in the direction that you want to?

Speaker 5 (03:06):
Well, to win on Saturday, that's gonna be what starts it.
So I'm gonna start me off a good win streak
with a good finish and just go from there.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
I'm gonna fight more often, that's the plan.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
So have you done anything different than the training, Like,
have you got a different team, same team? What are
you doing Because a lot of times when a young fighter,
if anything goes sideways, they try to restart everything, get
rid of everybody, restart everything, do something different.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Have you done any of that?

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Well?

Speaker 5 (03:31):
I did start doing a strength and conditioning program. I've
been real consistent. Was lifting three to four days a week,
was very consistent with my cardio.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
Also started traveling to Vegas.

Speaker 5 (03:42):
That was a big and so I can train with
Patchy Mixed and Egay alge Man.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
You're training out of a synd the kid all right,
the tree.

Speaker 5 (03:50):
Tour, yes, sir. So I added in training at different spots.
I added in whitelifting and even had one of the
UFC people done.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
She's helping me cut the weight a little bit better.

Speaker 5 (04:02):
So I've done multiple things to actually that will lead
the better results too.

Speaker 4 (04:07):
And you had a baby, and I had a bag.
It was the baby's name Tucker boy a boy.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Yes, sir, yes, sir old.

Speaker 5 (04:14):
He is seven months old or actually eight months old now,
and he's just so awesome.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
He's so adorable. Brother. I mean, I can't even say
how much I love him.

Speaker 5 (04:23):
We named him Tucker because me and my wife met
because I did an interview with Tucker Carlson.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
I remember that, bro, It got millions of you. Was
that one of the best times. Did you love it?

Speaker 1 (04:32):
Ten to millions of views? Not only did I love
it, it was my destiny.

Speaker 5 (04:35):
Brother, I wouldn't have a kid and a wife with that,
with that the interview, because I'm a very unique character.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
That's yes, you are right a nice way. Yes, you
are right.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
There is nobody that.

Speaker 3 (04:47):
She must not you might have. You must not have
wrapped before she married you.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
Oh no, she likes to rap.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
No, she gets down and get out of here. She
loves it.

Speaker 5 (04:58):
Come on right, she can cook, she can clean everything
in between. Really, yes, brother, I'm telling you, she's a
ten out of ten. And I cannot even tell you
how perfect this woman is. And we would have never
met if I didn't go on Tucker Carlson. But at
that point in my life, I was praying for a wife.
I was literally just saying, God, please give me a wife,
because if not, I'm in trouble.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
You know what I mean, why in trouble?

Speaker 1 (05:21):
Just because that's just my lifestyle.

Speaker 5 (05:23):
Was all these stupid women had my attention, you know,
And then I met her, and dude, she two became one.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Brother.

Speaker 5 (05:30):
I mean, it's that's a perfect example of two becoming one.
Until death to his part, she ain't leaving me.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
I ain't left now.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
We signed them down.

Speaker 5 (05:39):
Papers and I'm telling you, bro, she's she's mine forever now.
And but there's nobody else that would do what she's
done for me.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
And we only met because I interview, And dude, that's
how God works.

Speaker 4 (05:52):
You went on Tucker Carlson and you met your wife
because of it.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Absolutely.

Speaker 5 (05:58):
She messaged me on Instagram after that and said, hey,
I sen you on Toker Carlson and we started talking.

Speaker 3 (06:03):
So you were you were you became famous, I guess
a little bit. Yeah, But you have very.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
Strong beliefs in all that, right, Like you said, you
love talking politics, You love absolutely, because that can be
a bit intimidaty, right to go into that arena that
you're not really you know, you're not a trained for it,
equip for it, right, like, to go into that arena
that can be very difficult.

Speaker 5 (06:23):
Absolutely, you're you're one hundred percent right because from the outside,
people say, hey, you're just a brain damage, stupid farmer,
stupid fighter.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
What do you know about politics? Do you know what
I say? They like my tax dollars. After I fight
my ass off, they'll take my taxes.

Speaker 5 (06:38):
So if I pay my taxes to the greedy sons
of bitches, they're going to have to put up with
my opinions.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
Now you Now, if they stop.

Speaker 5 (06:44):
Taking my taxes and leave me alone, and I don't
have to go by their rules, and fine, and you
can do your politics. But when you impose your rules
and your taxes on me, but you're gonna hear my.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
Mouth, Rice, But when you have an opinion, that time
it can alienate an entire section of people.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Depending on what you gotta be specific here.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
Now, I'm just saying like it's like if you when
you're on Tungu of Carlson and you're talking, there's a
whole other side of the world that goes I don't
like this guy.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
Because he's with Tucker Carlson. See.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
So what I've done, what I have done in my career,
is I've completely steered away from politics, right because you
could never make everybody happy.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
That just doesn't matter to you.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
That's right.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
Well, the truth is what matters, not making people happy.
To me, the truth is what matters. And I believe
with all my heart that I'm proclaiming the truth when
I say our government's corrupted and I give you exact examples.
You're right, not everybody's gonna like me because of them.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
But to me, it's not about people liking me.

Speaker 5 (07:36):
It's about me saying the truth to help bring freedom
to this country that I love that I would die
for because it's like, I'm not ever going to get
to be great and serve this country in the military
to armed forces, But how can I fight for this country.
I can come up here with no fear and say
what I believe needs to be said. And that's how
I fight for our country. And if these communists bastards

(07:57):
come out, they see if they come to this country,
I will gladly. Until then I don't get a chance
to fight for our country, so I get to speak
my mind.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
What's up, guys. UFC three ten is on the horizon,

Speaker 4 (09:38):
Right, you're fighting kron Gracy this weekend, yes, sir, Right
when you look at him as I mean, we did
six and a half minutes on you talking about just
random stuff. And that's why you're awesome, right because it does.
You talk about the fighting because that's what you are.
But you're so much bigger. But you and Crohn Graci,
you are fighting this weekend. When you break him down,
like when you look at him like you're a grappler,

(09:58):
he's a grappler. Does that excite you or do you go, well,
I know you're a grappler, but I'm a better striker.
I can do much more mixed martial arts and that's
what's going to allow me to win this fight.

Speaker 5 (10:08):
I do believe that I'm more well rounded, and I
have to prove it on Saturday. But I can't exactly
give you the game plan away, but I will say
I'm not scared anywhere to fight goes and I'm thoroughly
excited about this fight. And it's the most grateful I've
been in a long time. You know, coming off of
a loss, I just have come back with this sense
of gratitude just basically waking up every day thanking God. Hey,

(10:30):
I'm so glad I get to do this, because a
couple more losses like that, you're done.

Speaker 3 (10:34):
I remember when you were on the show, you just
wanted to get here.

Speaker 4 (10:36):
Yeah, it was like, man, if we could ever get
into the UFC, And now you're like embedded in it.
You fought the champion, elliots, the poor you you've seen
the top of the division. Looking back on that today,
how much can you apply all those lessons learned to
what you're trying to build for the future.

Speaker 5 (10:54):
I think every single one of these fights that I
had is going to put me exactly where God wants
me to be, on this path of prosperity and victory.
And like you said, those were all learning lessons and
I just feel like I'm totally better than I ever
have been. And I think every fighter should feel like that,
but that's how I feel.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
Yeah, it's gouldna be an amazing fight.

Speaker 4 (11:13):
Absolutely, Crown Gracie, Like if you can grapple and control
him in the way that you did, because you've had
some insane When you got that twister, that was nuts,
like you were riding the guy calling it, you were
riding the guy like the whole time, and you could
just see you never fight him on the ground though,
Like when the guy wants to go left, okay, I'll
take you there.

Speaker 3 (11:30):
If you want to go right, I'll take you there.

Speaker 5 (11:32):
Like.

Speaker 3 (11:33):
It really is great to watch how you've improved on
the ground.

Speaker 5 (11:36):
Absolutely, I mean, and that's fight specifically the Roses fight
that you called. If you put me today back into
that fight, I can finish that fight.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
Now.

Speaker 5 (11:44):
There's some things I would have done differently. So every
fight I'm learning, I'm getting better. And even these.

Speaker 1 (11:50):
Losses, I'm telling you, brother, they put me where I
need to be.

Speaker 5 (11:53):
And also too, even though I am coming off of
a loss, there's been so much victory in my personal life.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
Yea, I don't feel like a liser even though I'm paper.

Speaker 3 (12:00):
I know I am Tucker. Tucker makes you feel like
a winners.

Speaker 1 (12:03):
That's what I'm saying, Brother, I feel like a winner.

Speaker 3 (12:05):
When you have a family.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (12:07):
Guys, Bryce Mitchell fights cron Gracy this weekend at UFC
