Speaker 1 (00:03):
Welcome. This is Connosru's corner. I'm Jordan Rich introducing you
to a company called Drink That by Brico, the renowned
Italian restaurant in the North End involving the Pisqually family
and Pasqually Ventures. Head bartender Glenn la Maitri, mastermind behind
Brico's famous espresso martini. Glenn, what's the backstory.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
My original recipe, the espresso martini I've been making for
about thirty seven years now. We got out of the military.
Every restaurant, bar, nightclub, half hours that I ever was
at I brought that cocktail to about fifteen years ago.
I made a home at Brico and it became one
of the biggest sensations. I've won dozens of awards best

(00:40):
cocktail in the country, and so many people were asking
how do you make it? How do you know what's
in it? I was like, Hey, Joey, who's my partner
in drink Bad. We got to see how we can
put in a bottle. So we started a brand new
state of the art facility bottling, manufacturing and processing it
make it globle free and dairy free and not free.

(01:02):
And more importantly, I wanted to make sure that I
take care of people in the military and their families,
so a portion of the proceeds go to the USO.
