Hi there, This is Connoisseur's Corner. I'm Jordan Rich. Great
to be welcoming back to Connoisru's Corner. My good friend
Garrett Harker, owner of Eastern Standard, back in business since
twenty twenty three, along with Standard Italian and the Equal
Measure cocktail Bar, all in the same convenience space on
Beacon Street, and Garrett, people love coming back to Eastern
Standard fantastic.

I mean feels like almost every night we're seeing old faces,
familiar faces, you know, and it's been two years now,
but it still feels like people are just discovering that
Eastern Standard is back and seeing so many familiar faces.

Talk about what's new and exciting.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
I had a chance to kind of design, you know,
three really unique concepts, but in a way where they
could all.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
Kind of fit together. So Eastern Standard is certainly the flagship,
but our Italian restaurant, Standard Italian is right next door,
and our cocktail bar Equal Measure is through like a
back hallway to Eastern Standards.

So you know, we had a chance to kind of
really think.

About having this robust, highly you know, active plaza with
all of these different concepts and activities happening.

You know, it's one of the most unique properties in Boston,
just because these concepts kind of fit together and collaborate
with each other so well.
