Welcome. This is Jordan Rich with Connosru's Corner. Welcoming my
good friend Matt Robinson, food reporter. His website you need
to check out is Matt's Meals. It's spelled matts dash
meals dot com. Let's talk restaurants. A place called Medium
Rare Steak and it's located in the Arsenal Mall in Watertown.

There's nothing like a good steakhouse, and I've noticed that
a lot of them they try to impress you with
the sheer variety of cuts of meat and sides that
they have. But this one teams have a very different philosophy.
They do just a few things, but they do them
really well. It's a thirty five dollar prefixed bargain. I
mean you get hardy krusty bread, a signature salad at

their own house, dressing, and they have one cut of
meat that they serve mostly unless you ask, particularly medium Rare,
as the name would suggest. With this secret special sauce
that they have, I almost drank it, it's so good.
The beverage and dessert lists are also limited, but they
hit every note. They have wines listed by terms such
as sheep and powerful curated craft beers and signature cocktails

like a pineapple mule and a warm apple cider spiked
with bourbon. If you're a vegetarian, have no fear. They
have an openly secret menu that has other options. They
had a hot Frog Sunday and seven layer chocolate cake.
It was really delicious and it's at mediumware restaurant dot com.
