Oh, it's been awesome, man, because that's my favorite record
of all time. It's kind of the whole reason I
started playing guitar, specifically electric guitar.

What's it been like playing these songs that? It's amazing
how everybody knows them. You kind of make them Martin
Sexton versions though, too, which is a very special talent
you have.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
You know, it's been well received everywhere. I'm on the
tail end of it now. I started it about a
year ago. But you know, being a guy in a
guitar singing a rock album, it's definitely a challenge. You know.
I couldn't you can't reproduce you know, George Martin's production
with one guy and a guitar. So I just kind
of do that thing, like you said, make it my own.
And the secret sauce to my show, as always, is

the audience singing the harmonies, clapping hopefully on the two
in the four And Yeah, it's been a gas and
I just feel so blessed after all these years, folks
still come to listen to me sing I love that.
You know. I grew up in Syracuse, but I moved
to Boston back in the day in like the about
nineteen ninety and kind of came out of that crib,

you know. So to come back to that New England
area is always a special treat for me. And I'll
be in like San Francisco and I somehow meet up
with a guy at the backstage door and he's like, dude,
I used to listen to you at Davis Square at
Porter Station. Porter Square, Davis, Davis Square, right, Porter Square,
Porter Square, Davis.

know my sister just took a job with the MVT,
