Mayor Wu Announces Boston Family Days, An Expansion of BPS Sundays Pilot

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu gives BPS Sundays an upgrade. WBZ's Jared Brosnan has more from the Museum of Science.

That's Museum of Science CEO Tim Ritchie helping a team
of city leaders announce the expansion of the BPS Sunday's program.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
So today I'm excited to announce that our BPS Sunday's
pilot is now Boston Family Days.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
This means all Boston students can take advantage of free
access at many of the city's cultural institutions, and for
the next.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
Two years, every student in Boston, from our littlest learners.

Speaker 5 (00:29):
All the way up through high school will have free
access for themselves and two family members to all nine
of these amazing participating institutions on the first two Sundays
of every month.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Also revealed, the Isabella Stuart Gardner Museum, the JFK Presidential Library,
and the Museum of African American History are joining the program.
