This week the twins welcome Psychotherapist Deatra Martin to the show to discuss the importance of managing your mental health during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Deatra Martin Bio:

Deatra Martin is a Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology. Her clinical journey includes over seven years as an addiction inpatient primary therapist, outpatient therapist and Family Program Director, treating clients and families, which is a key element in recovery.

Her experience also includes a cognitive-behavioral and existential approach towards anxiety, depression, trauma and families dealing with chronic illness.


Deatra is trained to handle a multitude of mental health issues. Marriage and Family therapy is a specialty that focuses on how family dynamics impact psychological health.

Deatra believes in the principles of self-actualization and protecting one's peace by any means necessary. Your personal therapeutic journey will have many different phases and goals; progress NOT perfection.
