Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the Morning show.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Hey, let's go around the room. It's our first chance
to go around the room since we got back from vacation.
I'm going to start with you, Gandhi, what's on your
mind today?

Speaker 1 (00:14):
All right?

Speaker 3 (00:14):
I just want to say a very happy birthday to Brandon.
I know there's no chance in healthy he's awake right now,
but happy birthday to him. And yesterday was also a
very special birthday my mama. Happy birthday Mama as well.
She is making an impromptu trip here to New York City.
She'll be here tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
So I'm really excited to see her. And I love
this time of the year because my favorite people are born.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
So happy birthdays, excellent.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Happy birthday, Mom, Happy birthday Brandon. Hey Danielle, what's up
with you?

Speaker 4 (00:41):
So we were supposed to go with the kids to
six Flags Great Adventure while on vacation, right, but something
came up with the kids. There was some practices. They
didn't want to get out, they didn't want to not
do blah blah whatever. So Sheldon and I looked at
each other and we were like, let's still go to
Great adventure.

Speaker 5 (00:58):
So the two us the.

Speaker 4 (01:00):
Six Flags great adventure without the kids.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Let me tell you something.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
We had the best time ever. We rode all the coasters,
the new flash we had so and wait, he won
me a huge pink banana. I posted this on my
Instagram Radio daniel Monarow. People are saying, please tell me
about the pink banana. It is actually an inflatable pink banana.
It's not a stuffed animal. And they inflated it for

(01:26):
me after he won it. And yes, it is proudly
displayed in my living room. But what I just want
to tell you is, you know what, maybe sometimes the
kids can't make it for some reason, or maybe they
just don't want to go. If you still want to
go and you can go, you never know what's gonna happen.
We had a glass at six Flags, and like I said,
you can see my recap at Radio Danielle Monaro.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Maybe tomorrow will giveway your pink banana. You can no
no keep, Danielle. Do you have enough crap in your house?
The entries, yes, and not taking my pink banana. If
you loved us and loved our audience, you give away
your pink banana.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
You can win your own pink banet.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Well, god knows, I've tried. Let's see what's up with
you today, Froggy.

Speaker 5 (02:08):
So since I as long as I can remember, I
mean as far back as being a small child, I've
always bit my fingernails. I've always done it. I wanted
to stop. I've thought about it, this, that and the other.
Last week, it's been ten days ago. Now I made
the decision I was going to stop biting my fingernails good,
and I am stuck with it for ten days. I
have fingernails for the very first time in all it's

(02:29):
gotta be fifty, it's got to be forty five years
that I didn't bite my fingernails.

Speaker 6 (02:34):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Wow, if Hallmark had a cart, congratulations, congratulations on your fingernails.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
I'm gonna stick with it.

Speaker 5 (02:42):
It is something that I just I'm more doing it
just to prove to myself I can do it. But
then now that they're there, I feel so much better
when I have to, like scratch an itch, I'm not
like doing it with just my nugs and my fingers anymore.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
I think real fingernails. Yeah, fingernails are great tools you.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
You can accomplish lots of things with them say well, congratulations,
Hey I'm producer Sam, what's up with you?

Speaker 4 (02:59):
Okay?

Speaker 7 (03:00):
Usually when I go on vacation, I feel like I'm
my own worst nightmare because I get so excited to
travel and see a new location that I almost have
a really hard time living in the moment because I'm
wondering what.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Else is there that I have to book before I leave?
What I got to see?

Speaker 7 (03:12):
And it really like frozzles my brain a lot. And
I went to Sandals last week. I was in South
Coast Jamaica thanks to our friends there, and I have
to say I have never been more in the moment
in a trip ever. It was one of those areas
where I felt.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Like, what do you mean?

Speaker 7 (03:24):
I felt like I was where I was supposed to be,
no matter what me and my husband was doing. And that,
unfortunately is kind of a foreign concept to me because
I'm always like, ooh, what else is there? What do
I have to see before I go home? I don't
want to miss anything. I want to explore everything I can,
and you know, it's it's taxing. So it was really
nice to have a vacation where I was like, whatever
I'm doing, It felt right.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
It felt good.

Speaker 7 (03:43):
So really really loved last week and.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
Go check out a Sandals if you can.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
It's awesome. It looked like you had a great time.
It was beautiful. So good there, so good. All right, scary,
what's on your mind today?

Speaker 6 (03:53):
So last week I.

Speaker 8 (03:54):
Told you that my sister and I we took our
cousins out for dinner, my cousins Rene.

Speaker 6 (03:58):
And the Call.

Speaker 8 (03:59):
My cousin Nicole is a teacher on Long Island, and
she said to me that you could tell how old
you are at the club by how you're dancing. And
apparently gen X dances with their hands in the air
like they just don't care.

Speaker 6 (04:14):
Gen Z dances with their hands at eye level. I
don't know about millennials. She didn't talk about that, but
apparently there's a clear just I don't know why. Why
do gen x is like dance like like raising the.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Roof where the gen zs are just kind.

Speaker 8 (04:28):
Of like they do this thing with like they kind
of like like is that like.

Speaker 6 (04:31):
Give me space kind of at eye level.

Speaker 8 (04:33):
I don't know, but anyway, apparently that's how you can
tell your age at the club.

Speaker 6 (04:37):
I learned this. I learned new things from my cousins.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
I'm just watching you dance giving a demonstrations the visual.

Speaker 6 (04:44):
I know the listeners can't see it, but you know
you could picture it.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
We can't. Wish they could see what we're seeing right now.

Speaker 6 (04:49):
It's pretty bad. But I'm not I'm not a gen z.

Speaker 7 (04:55):
But you look so young.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
I mean, oh, your friends tell you so straight?

Speaker 6 (05:02):
Eight?

Speaker 1 (05:02):
What's up with you?

Speaker 6 (05:03):
Okay?

Speaker 9 (05:03):
So on the way back from Colorado, I sat next
to somebody and they had a little dog. And I'm
about to show you this little dog. It was the
cutest little thing. Okay, there profile based on the owner.
I'm like, this dog's gotta be named like, I don't know,
Granola or something like that. And I took a picture
and I assume did the dog's name Pistachio?

Speaker 1 (05:28):
What is the nickname you give Pistachio? Like Stash or
Keo or piss? I mean, what do you call it?
I don't think they're going with.

Speaker 6 (05:37):
A very cute little dog.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
And I didn't know you were allowed to have him
on your lap on the plane, So go go for
Did you sneeze?

Speaker 4 (05:43):
Were you allergic?

Speaker 9 (05:44):
I took a class. I saw the dog coming down
the isle. I'm like, I better just drug up. So
I took a little better drill and you slept a
little bit.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
But Pistachio was very very well bid. He's cute.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Yeah, speaking of drugged up, I mean a lot of
us who have every year we have these allergy issues.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
It's so bad. They've got homeless night.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
The cars are bright green, there's all green, and so
it's gonna be going on.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
But the flowers are beautiful, so you know,
