Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the morning show. I'm so sorry, I'm.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Out of it.
Speaker 1 (00:08):
I feel great, I just sound like crap around the room.
I'll start with you in Nate.
Speaker 3 (00:11):
Okay, So you know, a couple of weeks ago, you
were talking about fears and dreams that we have, like
recurring dreams. So I actually was reminded of one that
I've had in the past, and it was this. I
saw it online and somebody else's had the same exact dream.
Does anyone else still have terrifying nightmares where you realize
you forgot to go to a course all semester. I
(00:33):
graduated over a decade ago and still get them that. Yes, yeah, nightmare,
I still get. It's the craziest thing, weird thing too. Yeah, yeah,
I think that's happened all of us. I guess a
lot of us have had all the same dreams. Like
in radio, the song phades and ends and we can't
get the microphone on and so there's dead air. Do
(00:54):
we all have that one too?
Speaker 1 (00:55):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (00:56):
All the time.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
I've never had that one. Now there's a Nate and
Nate just has dead air. Anyway, Nate, you're doing great, Nate,
what's up with you today? Frog?
Speaker 5 (01:08):
So speaking of this is not a dream. So, as
you know, the studio here in Jacksonville is not always
exactly operable. This morning, I'm sitting here and all of
a sudden, everything on the left side of the console
goes off. Oh boy, Yeah, the power strip started smoking
underneath the counter.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Oh I can't.
Speaker 5 (01:25):
I can't get it unplugged. I have yanked on this
thing so hot it will it will not come out
of the plug that is up underneath the board. So
it's just I unplugged everything from it, so nothing works
on that side of the board. But wow, the actual
plug is like fused into the socket, is fused into
the socket. I can't get it out. That can't be good.
(01:46):
I think that's some sort of law you're breaking with you.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
But you know what I did.
Speaker 5 (01:50):
I put in a ticket, so we'll see how long
it takes.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
All right, let us know, start to counter clocked this out. Hey, Gandi,
what's up with you?
Speaker 2 (02:00):
Okay? So yesterday in my Instagram story, if you want
to see it, it's that baby hot sauce, I posted
my hair journey. We talk about it a lot, how
everything has happened. It went from being long and thick
and huge too very horrible. I don't think a lot
of people saw how bad it was because I hit
it a lot. But I posted a picture of that,
and then I posted where I'm at right now, where
it is coming back like full force. And a lot
(02:22):
of people are upset because I'm not saying what I used.
And there's a reason I'm not saying what I use.
I am not trying to gate keep any information or
hold it back from people. But everybody's solution to the
problem is going to be different. You have to get
a blood test first, have to figure out if there
are vitamins that you're missing or nutrients that are not
there for you. And then from there, your doctors are
(02:44):
the people who are going to help you out with it.
And I know influencer culture is so huge right now,
but don't just look at an influencer out online and
think that medically that is going to change your situation.
Handle your situation individually. I have no problem like dming
people personally and saying hey, this is it, but it
might not work for you. And I don't want you
to spend a ton of money on something that doesn't
work for you, So go to your doctor. Your first
(03:05):
stop is your primary care doctor, second stop is your dermatologist.
That is the best way to do it. And I
love everybody, and I had no idea how many people
were going through it, and I hope that everyone gets
solutions and feels good.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Well that was we all opened our eyes when we
saw that happening to you, because I didn't know it
was a big of a thing and it was for you, for.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
You, Oh yeah, I was like going, I was like crazy, Danielle,
for you today.
Speaker 4 (03:29):
So today is five years that my dad passed away.
I cannot believe that five years. And I just want
to say to people that have lost somebody, you know,
it doesn't matter how long it's been you. You know
your grieving time is your grieving time, and things happen
in different moments, like I still will all of a
(03:51):
sudden stop down, get a memory and bust out crying
because I miss him so much.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
So it's okay. You do you.
Speaker 4 (03:59):
You grieve way you want to grieve, and don't let
anybody tell you it's wrong. And to my dad, we
love you.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
We miss you.
Speaker 4 (04:05):
Every single day and I'm trying not to cry and yeah,
I just you know that that Ed Sharon song visiting hours.
I wish they were visiting hours, that I could go
up there and just spend a couple couple hours telling
you what's been going on, even though I know you know,
and then give you a hug and send you back
on your way.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
So you're doing great, You're doing fantastic. We love you. You're
doing a great job. And you're right. Everyone grieves on
their own, by their own rules, and that's what you
got to do, and never walk away from it, all right,
