Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the Morning show.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
All right, I just go around the room. What's on
the mind to the people in the room. I want
to start with Gandhi, Gandhi, what are you thinking about today?
What are you thinking?

Speaker 3 (00:12):
Well, I want to shout out Scary Jones, because not
only did he give me a really cool leather bound
book about all of the parks in the United States,
which is awesome. Over the weekend, actually it was on Friday.
I was cruising through my food apps and I.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
Was like, what is this place?

Speaker 3 (00:27):
And I asked Scary if it was a ghost ghost kitchen,
and he turned me on to an entirely new app
that has the greatest food ever, and I think it
might have changed my life as far as food delivery goes.
It's got all of the top chefs in the area.
Apparently they all have this one place and Hoboken and
you can get food.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
From there and not cold. Of course you are, Oh,
it's the wonder app.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Wonder Yeah, yeah, wonder. They have one on two. I
mean they're they're rolling around. We do believe Bobby Play
is making money off there? Yeah, yeah, it is.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
It's amazing because you can mix and match stuff so
you don't just have to order from one place, Like
if I want the corn bread from one place and
then Chinese food from another place.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Oh my god, it's in New Jersey. Yes, yes, I'm downloaded.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
I would love Chinese food and corn bread. That sounds great.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
Whatever you want.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
Corny goes with everything. Get the carrots to fly.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
I was like, how have you been keeping?

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Amazing?

Speaker 1 (01:18):
It's so good, so excited, scary.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
You can't eat that right now? It eventually I dream
about it so young. Wonder the Wonder. Their plan is
to you know, dominate the world. They want to have
a Wonder in every single city in the in America.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
I mean it's working so far.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
Everything is off of there, and it's cheaper than on
the other delivery apps.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
Is it really like three or four dollars? This is lovely?

Speaker 2 (01:44):
I love that all right? Any reason to Hey, I'm
producer Sam. What are you thinking about today? What's going on?

Speaker 4 (01:50):
Just a reminder that even if you're having a slow day,
a tired day, whatever, you are, your dog's entire life.
So yesterday I was cold, I did not want to
be outside, and my husband William had tr ankles from
training for a marathon this weekend, but we decided to
take a hike and take our dog Savanna.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
To a beach.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
She had the time of her life. She hasn't been
in a beach in a while because it's freaking cold outside,
and her joy was just so infectious that those couple
of hours made my entire day. So your dog does
not have the same train of thought you have. If
you can do something to make their day better, just
do it. They won't have any understanding other than joy.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
It's awesome.

Speaker 5 (02:27):
I know.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
We love our puppies. Hey, producer Nate, producer From producer
Sam to producer Nate. What's going on here?

Speaker 6 (02:33):
Okay, so I don't know if you remember. Do you
remember the expression if a tree falls in the woods
and nobody's around, does it make a sound?

Speaker 2 (02:40):
Right? Yes?

Speaker 6 (02:41):
And I disproved that because I was in the woods
when a tree fell and it did intact make a noise. Well,
I proved another one wrong, A watch pot does boil.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Because I spent five minutes watching.

Speaker 6 (02:53):
A pot of water boil. There, I proved it. A
watch pot does boil. Well, yeah, we know that. But
back to the sound of the listing. If you were there,
then that doesn't disprove it. But you worked, so I
was there. You guys, now all that works? Now you

(03:13):
know were you there? That it has nothing to dow
with me, and it has to do with anyone I was.
But that means that means somebody was.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
There, right if nobody's there.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
If there, well, I'm just telling you it's still made
a sound, that's all I know. But but the line is,
does it make a sound if nobody's there? But you
were there, so you're not a nobody. You're far from nobody.
Therefore you were there the treaty. You know I was there.
That works. Didn't know you guys.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Were, and no one is around to hear it.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
When I was there, But you would be someone, But
you are someone, Therefore that doesn't disprove that theory.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Right, Well, it's.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Gonna make the same dance out whether he's there or not.

Speaker 6 (04:01):
Guys, I'm just saying it makes you.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
It does make it. But see, I agree, it does
make a noise, but you did not disprove that by
being there. Well, then I won't be there next time
and it will still make it. I'll put okay, See,
I would see I think about it this way, because
you get stone, you think of things right. So let's
say a squirrel is in the forest and a tree falls.

(04:28):
The squirrel's ears are probably going to go back and
he's gonna run from the noise. So it did make
a noise. But does the squirrel count as someone?

Speaker 1 (04:35):
I think? So?

Speaker 2 (04:38):
What if we had a camera? We had a camera
out of the woods.

Speaker 6 (04:43):
Nobody is technically there, but we're able to see this
tree fall.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
I'm not there. I know you don't. I do see
what you're saying. It does make a noise if we're
there or not. But you said you disproved it by
being there and not hearing, and you heard a noise.
That doesn't just prove it. God, you help me with it.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
I don't think there's any helping people who don't want to.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
Listen to it.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
I totally see no one's there.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
If Nate falls in the studio and we're not here
to hear it, did it make a noise? Let's find out.
Bash over the head of the fry, feel free to
move on. Okay, Froggy, what's up with you?

Speaker 7 (05:21):
So? I told you the Chiefs winning last night was
having me very upset. But I found a way to
make it better. So what I did was I went
on the hard rock bet app and I had the
Chiefs minus one point. I put fifty dollars on the
Chief's minus one point. So that way, I figured I
was willing to spend fifty bucks. If the Chiefs lose,
I'd have been happy. It's worth fifty dollars for the

(05:43):
Chiefs to lose. They didn't, so I made seventy four dollars.
So I made money on the Chiefs losing. It tempers
it a little bit. Feel a little better. So the
Super Bowl, I'll be doing the same thing. I'll take
Chiefs minus one point, I'll bet money. I'll look at
it as buying a loss, or I'll make some cash
if they unfortunately have to win three in a row.
So that's how I'm tempering my anger with the Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Okay, wow, you're covering every single angle of this. Then
I'm gonna find a way to at least either make
money or be happy they lose. I'd buy a cheep.
I'd spend fifty bucks for the Chiefs to lose all
day long. Okay, scary, what's up with you?

Speaker 8 (06:17):
I just want to wish my sister Jennifer a very
happy birthday. Happy birthday Jennifer Scary in Brooklyn. This woman
does everything I've seen her blossom into, like I mean one,
a beautiful, like family woman, a matriarch. She runs that
family as she's a teacher. She does so much for
everything everybody. I don't know how she does it and

(06:38):
how she's standing has any energy at the end of
the day, but I gotta tell you she's the best.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
I love you, Jennifer. Oh there you go. Happy birthday, Jennifer,
the matriarch of her family. Hey Danielle, what's up with you?

Speaker 5 (06:51):
I want to thank Scary as well. I think he
was just cleaning out things at his house and that's
why we all got present study. But anyway, his present
to me was it's so cool and I'm going to
frame it and put it on my desk. It's a
picture of all of us with Aqua, the people who
sing Barbie Girl, when we did the Bowling Alley event
with them. It's from how many years ago, nineteen ninety

(07:13):
nineteen ninety seven. We're all in here, everybody who was
there at the time.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
It's crazy to see.

Speaker 5 (07:19):
And you know me, I love my aqua, so this
is very special to me and I appreciate you passing
it over.

Speaker 1 (07:24):
Thank you, Scary
