song about food. So something about cheese, something about steak.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
There's lots about sugar.

Speaker 9 (01:27):
Yeah, you know what, we do have a lot of
sugar songs, but no lasagna songs, pie cherry pie, about
chicken chicken?

Speaker 7 (01:37):
Do we have any chicken songs?

Oh we got chicken fried?

Speaker 3 (01:44):
Well, okay, peaches and cream or milkshake?

Speaker 9 (01:47):
Oh, milkshake, scary milkshakes of food? Can you play that
in chicken fried at the same time, because a milkshake
and chicken fried sounds great together. Milkshake does bring all
the boys to the yard? I can't really I need
a larger yard. If someone can work, if we can
go to a zillow hit carry, Oh, there it is.

Speaker 10 (02:12):
Here.

Speaker 9 (02:12):
We are trying to be healthier. We're going to change
that from milkshake to protein shaking.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Like kale smoothie.

Speaker 7 (02:19):
Exactly, does my kale smoothie bring all the boys to
the art.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (02:23):
Oh god. Anyway, Well, welcome.

Speaker 9 (02:25):
To Thursday, our favorite day of the week. It is
food News Thursday. Excited to hear about Froggy's countdown. Hopefully
we won't ruin.

Speaker 2 (02:33):

you can't ruin it. We'll help you pick one, no problem.
I'll just go to line nineteen. Our first caller of
the day from Old Bridge, New Jersey, New York. Old Bridge,
New York. Where are you, Joyce?

Speaker 10 (02:47):
It's yes, funny.

Speaker 9 (02:51):
The difference between a J and a Y so massive.
There's a whole river between the two.

Speaker 7 (02:56):
Joyce.

Speaker 9 (02:57):
Welcome to the show. Your first caller of the day.
So you want to wish your daughter good luck?

Speaker 12 (03:03):
Yeah?

Speaker 10 (03:04):
So she plays for the USA women's cricket.

Speaker 6 (03:06):
Team and she is in Dubai Dubai right now playing
World Cup qualifiers.

Speaker 10 (03:12):
So she's seventeen years.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Old, and.

Speaker 10 (03:16):
Yeah, so I was wondering if you all could wish
her good luck.

Speaker 6 (03:20):
You would love it.

Speaker 9 (03:22):
You know, we have a friend who works in Dubai.
Maybe she can call over and have the local station
say good luck to your daughter. What's your daughter's name?

Speaker 3 (03:28):
Joyce, Bisha Dingra well, and.

Speaker 9 (03:31):
She's And by the way, dud Buye is like the
land of cricket, is it not. I mean that's cricket.

Speaker 10 (03:35):
Land, ye, one of the cricket lands.

Speaker 7 (03:38):
Yes.

Speaker 9 (03:39):
Hey, you know what, Daniel, you were so instrumental in
making sure soccer, European and worldwide football as it were,
became a big thing here.

Speaker 7 (03:47):
In the States. When can you start working on cricket.

Speaker 6 (03:50):
I know, we have to start start. I think they
just put in a cricket team at my kids' school
as well, because cricket is like up and coming. I
think Scotti what happened?

Speaker 7 (04:00):
Yes, got you be.

Speaker 13 (04:01):
The Cricket World Cup is coming to Long Island this summer.
They're building the stadium right now, the whole stadium.

Speaker 9 (04:07):
Yes, my god, yeah, I love it. All right, Well,
just here for the new sport in the US, cricket.

Speaker 7 (04:12):
Everyone cricket.

Speaker 9 (04:15):
I went to school with a girl named Cricket. I
wonder if that was her legal name. I bet it was.
She was very yuppy anyway, So Joyce, thanks for listening.
What do you have for our friend, Joyce straight name.

Speaker 14 (04:24):
We've got a fifty dollars Wendy's gift card because they
have the new Wendy cinnabon pull apart.

Speaker 9 (04:29):
About that too, My god, cinnamon rolls. It's usually that
center rain. That's the best, most moist part. You wouldn't know, Gandhy, No,
she hates cinnamon, but now the whole thing tastes that
same way, thanks to Wendy's and the pull apart.

Speaker 7 (04:43):
Thanks for listening. Joyce.

Speaker 9 (04:44):
You have a great day. You tell your daughter we said,
good luck. And don't break your leg. Don't do that.
Hold on one second, don't don't break a leg. That's
going on stage. You break a leg. I think going
onto the cricket field not a good thing. Right, all right,
we have a whole day ahead of us. Any guests today, no,
just Selvis. Oh thank god?

Speaker 3 (05:04):
Everyone in sweatpants today. We love it.

Speaker 7 (05:06):
It's true.

Speaker 9 (05:07):
In short, ye'll pull the ladder up. No one's allowed
in the treehouse except for us. All right, into the
three things we need to know. It's up to you, Gandhi.
Let's launch this thing.

Speaker 7 (05:15):
Let's go all right.

Speaker 15 (05:16):
Three people are now recovering after they were shot during
a Ramadan event in West Philadelphia yesterday afternoon. Police a
hundreds were at the event at a park and five
people have been arrested. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel says
the victims are recovering and the majority of the people
at the event were good law abiding citizens. He added
that one child was injured during the police rescue.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
It is unclear what led to the gunfire.

Speaker 15 (05:40):
A storm system is expected to bring severe weather today
to parts of the southeast and the Ohio River Valley. Again,
a risk of high wind and isolated tornadoes will stretch
from South Carolina from the South Carolina Georgia line down
into Florida. The risk of tornadoes will be greater in
eastern Ohio, West Virginia and into parts of Pennsylvania. I
ain't expected in the region where the water levels are

(06:02):
already elevated.

Speaker 5 (06:04):
Excuse me.

Speaker 15 (06:05):
And finally, the US Coast Guard is confirming the rescue
of three men who were stranded on a deserted island
in the Pacific. Coast Guard officials say the men from
Micronesia were planning to fish in the waters near a
tiny island over one hundred miles away from the next
closest island, when their outboard motor broke on their twenty
foot boat. The radio went dead as well. So, the

(06:26):
three men were stuck on the island for over a week,
surviving off of coconuts when they finally decided to spell
the word help on the beach using palm fronds. A
US Navy jet spotted the message on April seventh, then
a Coastguard cutter came to their rescue on Tuesday.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
And those are your three things.

Speaker 9 (06:41):
You know you're up the creek when you have to
spell out words with items on a beach. Yep.

Speaker 15 (06:47):
Now we know that's the first thing to do. Spell
out help and then go about your business exactly.

Speaker 7 (06:52):
Thank god, we know how to spell help. We do right? Help?

Speaker 9 (06:55):
Yeah, I think so okay, knowing me in this crazy
world we live in. And how many coconuts does it
take to spell out.

Speaker 7 (07:02):
Go away on the beach?

Speaker 1 (07:03):
Yep?

Speaker 7 (07:04):
Sunning, go away? Leave us alone? You guys ready for Thursday?

Speaker 10 (07:09):
Let's do it.

Speaker 9 (07:09):
Our friend Tommy Jadario hosts I've never said this before.

Now he blew up from the Pitch Perfect Films and
is now starring in CBS's So Help Me Todd. Yes,
he has conquered the stage, he has conquered the screen.
But any answer, what is one thing that you have
never said before?

Speaker 9 (07:34):

Speaker 1 (08:05):
This is Elvis Duran in the Morning show.

Speaker 9 (08:08):
You know how a lot of us actually went back.
Did I reach around and started watching Sopranos again?

Speaker 10 (08:13):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (08:13):
Yeah, So right now, I'm just not too excited about
anything very new that's out. So I've done Sopranos twice.
So I'm thinking I may I don't know, circle back.
I'm looking to I'm looking to see what I should
circle back today. So you have to think about what
is it you really truly enjoyed back in the day.
Oh and you'll watch it again, Felicity, Oh God, you

(08:39):
love Oh did you hear Melrose places coming back now?

Speaker 6 (08:42):
And because some of the originals will be back, puts
up now? So excited?

Speaker 10 (08:47):
You know what?

Speaker 9 (08:47):
I loved Sons of Anarchy. Yes, I may roll back
and do that again.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
Okay, watch that Jackson is so hot that.

Speaker 7 (08:57):
Yeah, Sons of Me. There is that. But there's more
too than jack Isn't there a little bit?

Speaker 9 (09:03):
So Sons of Anarchy is one of those but you
I don't know what else, like another one of those
those really great think.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
About it, like Breaking Bad is always good.

Speaker 7 (09:13):
Yeah, see I've done that twice.

Speaker 3 (09:14):
I love Breaking Bad, the Sopranos.

Speaker 7 (09:17):
Yeah, mad Men, I love that mad.

Speaker 15 (09:19):
Men, which is completely different than it, but that I
mean I restarted. I should say it's so funny that
so is so funny, Especially if you work in entertainment
in any capacity.

Speaker 3 (09:29):
That show is amazing.

Speaker 9 (09:31):
The one liners in thirty Rock roll by so fast
it is like watching it for the first time because
I don't remember them saying that that is funny. You
know what, I may do something like that, something funny
rather than something Sons of Anarchy issue.

Speaker 7 (09:43):
Yeah, Producer Sam what I.

Speaker 16 (09:45):
Held the door open for Alec Baldwin. This weekend and
it took everything in my power not to quote thirty Rock.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
I didn't do it.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
I just smiled. But still, that's so good job, thank you.

Speaker 6 (09:55):
How about the Office? The Office is always like always
on in the background in my house, it's yeah, the
same right, just which episode? Oh this one? And then
you just put it on, right.

Speaker 16 (10:02):
So you know.

Speaker 9 (10:04):
So we have the retread shows, like you know, going
back to watch Sopranos whatever, and but you guys have
the background show the Office.

Speaker 7 (10:11):
I think maybe I'm speaking for Nate too.

Speaker 9 (10:13):
Our background show is the Crown, it's always on, or
Downtown Abbey or Downton Abbey. Says, yes, right, Actually it's
Mad Bates. But it's mister Bates, mister Bates. They call
him Master Bates. Anyway, moving on, let's get it get
into the one. Are those things called the horoscopes? Who
are you doing them with?

Speaker 5 (10:34):
Froggy? It's food noos Thursday?

Speaker 9 (10:37):
And where, by the way, where were you when you
held the door open for Alec Baldwin.

Speaker 16 (10:40):
I was at a cafe on like fourteenth I was
holding the bathroom door open. I didn't realize who it was,
and I looked up and made eye contact was like.

Speaker 7 (10:49):
A cafe on fourteenth. Okay, yeah, there's like forty thousand
of those.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 16 (10:52):
I just walked in for a coffee, right cafe, right time,
and then he just walked right out.

Speaker 5 (10:56):
He wasn't even a customer. Shame on you, mister Baldwin.
You don't do that. Mister body if you just use
the bathroom and left.

Speaker 7 (11:03):

Hook is a bread?

Speaker 8 (12:43):
Maybe you'll calm down a little and the Morning Show.

Speaker 9 (12:48):
In the Morning Show, receive an interesting text. We have
to dig a little deeper in this one. I'm loving it.

Speaker 7 (12:54):
We'll get to that in a second. The phone called
is ready to go.

Speaker 9 (12:58):
Also, this list of the ten most envied jobs that
you sent me straight in eight.

Speaker 7 (13:03):
I'm gonna get to this to this in a little bit.
Where'd you get this list? I found it on a website.

Speaker 9 (13:10):
It's just a new survey says these are the ten
most envied jobs. And I'm looking at each one of them.
I'm going, all right, almost all of them I would
do anything to do instead of what we're.

Speaker 7 (13:19):
Doing right now. All right, all right, we may have
a little.

Speaker 9 (13:25):
Let's see a little profession change coming up. We'll get
into that in a minute. So Christy is online nineteen
and this is a very interesting call. Hi, Chrissy, we
got your text. Thanks for texting.

Speaker 17 (13:37):
By the way, I'm no problem. I thought maybe you
were beyond break but anyways, go.

Speaker 7 (13:42):
Ahead, No, we're here. I got bad news. We got you.

Speaker 9 (13:46):
The text from Chrissy simply read second walk of shame
this week, not feeling the shame? Yes, why's it got
to be shame? And I read that to the room
and we all agreed, Oh my god, she's absolutely right.
There is well, unless you apply the shame to yourself. So, Christy,
how was your week?

Speaker 17 (14:06):
Week straight? Obviously tired, but I can sleep later, right, Exactly.

Speaker 9 (14:15):
Where did we get that shame thing? Why are we
calling it the walk of shame?

Speaker 6 (14:20):
Well?

Speaker 5 (14:20):
It used to.

Speaker 15 (14:21):
I think it used to look shameful when you were
walking out in the sparkly dress you had on the
night before, like no shoes and your makeups like smear
across your face like the joker. But if that's not
the case, then it should be a walk of.

Speaker 9 (14:31):
Pride, exactly like I would if I see people walking,
you know, with one heel on and one heel off,
with a hair like looking like a nest and the
dress kind of barely hanging on cleaning onto the body.
I'm like, oh God, when can I.

Speaker 7 (14:49):
Get that again?

Speaker 3 (14:51):
Christy?

Speaker 6 (14:52):
Why do you think yours was the walk of shame?

Speaker 10 (14:55):
Like?

Speaker 6 (14:55):
What made it that?

Speaker 17 (14:56):
I don't want? There's no shame I'm feeling. I never
there's no shame anytime. I'm Monday was my first drive
to work after an event fulm and this is the
second one, and there's no shame at all.

Speaker 9 (15:11):
Yeah, exactly, good for you, So there's no shame. I
love that you entered it like that. Well, So how
did you uh so, so two different people?

Speaker 17 (15:22):
Two different people?

Speaker 9 (15:23):
Yeah, okay, okay, good, great, fantastic. So how do you
How did you make your exit?

Speaker 17 (15:28):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (15:28):
Look, that was great. I got to get up early,
got to run. I mean, but you enjoyed yourself, right,
Had you could stay, you would have.

Speaker 17 (15:39):
Well, I try to as you. Once this one is off,
I try to either find or or I have to
go to work, which I do. And if I'm there
and it's passed daylight and I'm making breakfast, and then
there's a problem. But there's something something else happening.

Speaker 9 (15:56):
Because I remember back in the day, that's right, Uncle
Levis used to have a day. It was usually the
role of shame because I'm like, hey, I don't remember
your name. But I got to roll over and go
to sleep, and it was only like three inches, like
a three inch roll, and so it was easier.

Speaker 7 (16:15):
Anyway, I love that. Any questions for a friend, Chrissy.

Speaker 11 (16:18):
Did you happen to know number one or number two?

Speaker 7 (16:21):
Or were the ages totally random of the of the night?

Speaker 17 (16:27):
One day I knew her and today I did not
know her. I'm not really sure anything beout her name.

Speaker 7 (16:37):
Okay, there you go.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
How did you meet.

Speaker 17 (16:38):
Them at a bar last night? Someone else?

Speaker 6 (16:45):
Would you like to see number one or number two again?

Speaker 7 (16:48):
Is this the dating game?

Speaker 17 (16:52):
I'll do another walk of shame with both of them.

Speaker 9 (16:56):
All right, that is good news. One more question okay,
I got two more questions. Questions that we got a roll.

Speaker 7 (17:01):
Yes, scary.

Speaker 18 (17:03):
How many walks of shames have you had since the
year started?

Speaker 1 (17:07):
So scary?

Speaker 17 (17:10):
I don't I don't know.

Speaker 10 (17:13):
Okay, at least.

Speaker 17 (17:16):
We'll say okay, aprilka, probably good.

Speaker 7 (17:23):
It is April, right, and finally, Froggy, yeah, Froggy, go ahead.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
Now it is Thursday. Will you be having another walk
of shame tonight? Or Friday? Saturday or Sunday?

Speaker 17 (17:38):
That's too far ahead. I gotta gotta.

Speaker 9 (17:46):
She has work and then lunch and dinner. I mean
the whole day ahead. I mean that's not planning ahead.
Well look, uh so, I think the whole point of
this conversation was why do we call it the walk
of shame when you're not feeling any shame whatsoever?

Speaker 17 (18:01):
You know, definitely no shame.

Speaker 7 (18:06):
The walk of game is what this texture says.

Speaker 9 (18:08):
Okay, all right, well look Christy, best of luck, you know,
and that's the thing. People are afraid to go out
and stay up late and have fun because all I
gotta work tomorrow.

Speaker 7 (18:18):
You know what.

Speaker 9 (18:19):
We all go through that from time to time, and
we all get up and we all survive. We all
get through the day. We may be a little tired,
but balance is out because you had some fun, right,
do we all agree?

Speaker 7 (18:29):
I mean fun in there? All right?

Speaker 9 (18:31):
Well, stay safe number one and Christy, thank you for
listening to us, and no shame at all from us anyway.
I love you more, have a good day. Get that
coffee brewery. Let's go, girl, Let's go the coffee of shame.
Here we go, Danielle, you ready to go. I love
how everyone here was so curious. God, let's find out more.

(18:55):
We got questions. I know, I know, but from some
of you. I gotta be honest. I'm sure Gandhi and
daniel are feeling the same thing. Some of those questions
are coming from a pervy place.

Speaker 6 (19:05):
Oh oh for sure.

Speaker 15 (19:06):
I was like, oh, it's a good thing Scotty's mike
is not on because not only knows what would be
happening over there.

Speaker 9 (19:12):
There you go, all right, Danielle, you have so much
going on I mean I heard you preparing before.

Speaker 7 (19:17):
Yes, Now where do you start?

Speaker 6 (19:19):
What do you So we're going to start with Bunny,
who's married to, you know, Jelly Roll and you know
the CMT Music Awards. Very huge knight for Jelly Roll.
But it was a huge knight for Bunny as well
because she got to meet Billy Bob Thornton and apparently
she is a huge fan. She went up to him,
she goes, Hi, I'm Jelly's wife and he said, I know,
how are you, honey? And she almost fainted because she said,

(19:42):
do you guys have anybody that if you met them
in person you might faint?

Speaker 10 (19:47):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (19:47):
I did when I met you. Danielle, Yeah, shut up?

Speaker 6 (19:49):
Oh I know you Tiger Woods right or or Tom
Brady Tom Brady yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, No nobody and
Riah Wow. So the Bravo Fan Can Bravo con will
not take place in twenty twenty four. I know a
lot of people upset about this. Instead, Bravo is organizing
some watch parties by Bravo Events in New York in LA.

(20:11):
They're going to offer some advanced screeny, some opportunities to
meet Bravo stars, but the convention will be back in
November of twenty twenty five in Las Vegas. So I'll
keep you posted which those watch Party by Bravo events.
I feel like Diamond should be hosting some of these.
They really need to get in touch with her. She
is missus Bravo over there. So the Jonahs brothers got
a little bit of a backlash for postponing the European

(20:33):
leg of their tour only a week in advance. Now,
the comments came because people said, well, we bought not
only tickets, but we booked hotels, non refundable flights. And
the Jonahs brothers, who we love, took to their social
and said, we know this is a bit inconvenient, but
we can't wait to share more about our exciting projects.

(20:55):
So a lot of people thought like, hello, better offer
online too, you know what I mean, right, And that's
why they postponed. So I don't know. Maybe they'll give
us some more information, but we'll see. Nicki minaj officiently
earned the crown with her Pink Friday two tour. Touring
data declared that her world tour is the most successful
by a female rapper, with thirty five million from two

(21:19):
hundred and twenty two thousand tickets that were sold in
its first seventeen shows. So congratulations to Nicki Minaj. I
am so excited Melrose Place is coming back. This is
gonna be so cool. Three original stars, Heather Locklear, Laura Layton,
and Daphne Zuniga, they will all be back. If you
watch the original Melrose it ran from nineteen ninety two
to nineteen ninety nine. And I have pool water from

(21:41):
the original Melrose Pool.

Speaker 1 (21:43):
Do you have that?

Speaker 7 (21:43):
Doun?

Speaker 6 (21:44):
Yes, that's what they say. It was so they drained
the pool at the end of the show and sent
out little like shop snow globes filled with the pool
water to big fans of the show. And I have
some of that pool everyone.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
How did they know you're a big fan? Just at
a club?

Speaker 6 (22:03):
We always talked about it, all those stuff, So I think.

Speaker 7 (22:05):
We're keeping I forget.

Speaker 6 (22:07):
I think I have it in a box somewhere right now.

Speaker 9 (22:09):
Yes, do they It's like your examples from Heather Locklear
and Grant's show You Never Know.

Speaker 6 (22:16):
The series from were Fallout. On Amazon, You've got the
series premiere of The Matchmaker. CMT Music Awards Celebrate Toby
Keith Tonight. There's a special on that grays Is on
Station nineteen, Law and Order, and the actual series premiere
of the f Boy Island spinoff Lovers and Liars. So
congratulations to everyone who's watching that tonight. And that is

(22:37):
my death you report.

Speaker 9 (22:39):
You know, every day we have surveys that give us
results about what a whole rainbow of different topics. The
one that I received today from Nate I am loving
the ten most envied jobs. Of course, this is from
one particular survey. It doesn't mean everyone in the world
agrees with these ten, but they really are fabulous jobs.
Jobs you never think about applying for because they're too good.

Speaker 7 (23:02):
Okay, so you may or may not.

Speaker 9 (23:04):
Love what you do. Now we happen to love what
we do. Write everyone right, you know what you do?

Speaker 7 (23:08):
Yeah? Okay, there you go. But if something happened and
they pulled.

Speaker 9 (23:14):
The plug on us, one of these ten jobs could
be our next landing place. So let's get into that
and whatever else we get into later. Also, that game
you had ready to go yesterday that we didn't do, Gandhi.

Speaker 5 (23:24):
Yes, it was called the lyric.

Speaker 9 (23:28):
Oh yeah, you gotta have a you really need to
know your lyrics. We may get into that in a
few minutes too, So just hang on, Billy.

Speaker 1 (23:34):

Speaker 9 (23:44):

Fix it and post.

Speaker 9 (24:31):
Well if you love your old school music, looks like
Aerosmith is preparing for their farewell tour.

Speaker 7 (24:38):
I don't blame that, Okay, Well.

Speaker 9 (24:40):
Remember share she planned for her farewell tour about fifteen
years ago.

Speaker 6 (24:44):
I actually was talking to someone about that the other day,
and she had gone to a lot of them, and
eventually my friend said, that was it. I couldn't give
Share anymore my money. She's I got a loveder, but
I couldn't do it.

Speaker 9 (24:56):
Oh my god, there's not enough money in the world
for me to pay for all the share tickets I
would buy.

Speaker 6 (25:01):
Didn't Barbara streisand do the same thing for a while?

Speaker 1 (25:03):
Didn't you do a.

Speaker 6 (25:04):
Couple of farewell tours?

Speaker 7 (25:05):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
John's been circling that one too for a while.

Speaker 7 (25:08):
Yeah, farewelling for a while.

Speaker 9 (25:10):
Yeah, all right, So we are talking about how this
list of most envied jobs is quite juicy. I don't
know if you guys saw it. No, I got it
from Nate, who got it from somewhere online. We'll get
to that in a minute. But and I'm thinking, gosh,
I don't know if I would rather do what we're

(25:30):
doing now or do number number well ten or number
five or number I mean, there's a lot of I
don't know. Look, we do have a dream job. I
was trying to text in the back of an uber
yesterday and I went, oh my god, this street is
so bumpy.

Speaker 7 (25:48):
It was New York City.

Speaker 9 (25:48):
Of course, I was trying to send a thank you
to all the people at Atlantis that welcomed us with
open arms because of our job, because of our career,
we got to go to Atlantis the weekend.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
Right, that amazing?

Speaker 7 (26:03):
What a dream job?

Speaker 9 (26:04):
I mean, why would we want to do anything else?
I mean, we get spoiled. I think we get spoiled
in this job sometimes.

Speaker 3 (26:09):
Oh my god, I think that all the time. We
have the best jobs ever.

Speaker 15 (26:12):
We get to work with fun people, we get to
meet fun people, we get to do fun things like
what else do you want?

Speaker 3 (26:16):
And we eat all the time.

Speaker 7 (26:18):
Well there we do and drink. We're always merry, all right.

Speaker 9 (26:22):
Well this is from a website called hostingadvice dot com,
which I don't know what they know about envied jobs,
but they did a survey and so let's see what
their survey came up with. The countdown is on most
envied jobs. Cheese artisan? What a cheese artisan?

Speaker 6 (26:42):
What does a cheese artisan do?

Speaker 7 (26:44):
Well? Do you do?

Speaker 10 (26:45):
You?

Speaker 9 (26:45):
I guess you make cheese? Oh ar teasonal cheese. I mean,
I'm not saying you're working at the Craft American cheese factory. No,
but you go through the cheese process, the fresh dairy
and then the curing and or whatever it is they
do do with to make cheese. But it is it
is a science. It's it's like making wine, but you're

(27:07):
making cheese. That could be interesting if you're into cheese.

Speaker 15 (27:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (27:11):
Number nine a video game developer.

Speaker 3 (27:13):
Oh, that would be awesome.

Speaker 17 (27:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 14 (27:15):
I have a friend that did that and they would
work for like three months straight doing this game and
then they'd be off for like two months.

Speaker 9 (27:23):
That's awesome and make a lot of money. I guess
why did you think it would be a fun game, Kandi?

Speaker 15 (27:27):
Oh, because you get to do so much creatively. Like
it's hard to do things with real people, but when
you have action figures or cartoons, you can step outside
the box of normality and do crazy things.

Speaker 3 (27:38):
And I think that would be awesome. Need to be
so creative, so.

Speaker 9 (27:41):
It's not like you're directing a play on a stage.
The stage has it's very confined. It's on that stage.
In the world of video and digital you can do anything.

Speaker 15 (27:50):
Yeah, you can morph from a human into a butterfly
and to a dog whatever, you want to do.

Speaker 3 (27:55):
It would be so cool.

Speaker 9 (27:56):
On the list of most envied jobs, the countdown is on,
and I thought of Gandhi when I saw this one.
Number eight environmental scientists.

Speaker 3 (28:03):
I would love that be so cool.

Speaker 15 (28:06):
I mean I'm friends with a couple of them, and
the stuff that they get to do is just amazing,
and it would be great.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
They have a lot of schooling in their.

Speaker 9 (28:15):
Definitely, and you're learning on the job as well. Not
only are you learning about the environment and all of
the beasts and the plants that make up the environment
and this and that, but also you're obviously trying to
figure out ways to protect the environment.

Speaker 7 (28:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (28:30):
Right, and you're on site all the time getting to
experience really cool things and go out into nature.

Speaker 3 (28:35):
I love it.

Speaker 9 (28:36):
Okay, Number seven and I hope I don't get any
back flat on this on the Most Envy jobs list.

Speaker 7 (28:43):
Social media influencer.

Speaker 11 (28:46):
I knew that was going to be on there.

Speaker 7 (28:48):
Scary. Would love that, dude.

Speaker 18 (28:50):
If I wasn't doing this, I would try and be
a social media influence.

Speaker 7 (28:53):
Well, the argument is we are sort of that in
a way.

Speaker 10 (28:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (28:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (29:00):
I was actually talking to a couple of my friends
who do marketing, and they work with a lot of influencers,
and they were saying that there's much more value in
influencers when they have a day job to back up
what they're doing. So if you actually came from a
background that made you popular and then because of that,
now you've got this influence, it's different than if you

(29:20):
just woke up one morning and we're.

Speaker 3 (29:21):
Like, I want to do a travel blog.

Speaker 6 (29:23):
Yeah, this makes sense.

Speaker 7 (29:25):
Okay.

Speaker 9 (29:27):
Number six a craft brewer. Oh, may I address this
out in Santa Fe. There is a craft brewing. You know,
it's one of the restaurants, you know, a brew restaurant,
and they're typical, right. The guy that owns this place
his story as such. He used to be a financial
guide Wall Street, New York City, and then one day,
and we've heard this story many times, they go different

(29:49):
directions just to get out of that rat race. He
ended up learning how to brew beer, moved out to
Santa Fe, opened his own brewery. Now he surrounded it
with a little a restaurant like a pub, and he
is happier than ever in his entire life. He says,
it's a lot of work and if if you love beer,

(30:09):
I can see how that could really be a plus?

Speaker 3 (30:11):
Right, yeah, totally.

Speaker 9 (30:13):
All right, I'm gonna stop here. We have five, four, three,
two and one. No, no, I'm gonna I'm gonna pause
a pause in the action.

Speaker 7 (30:18):
It's halftime.

Speaker 9 (30:19):
Bring out the bring out the marching band. It's halftime. Okay,
thank you, scary turn that off. Don't know where that
came from. Before I get to the next five, let's
take guesses on the most envy jobs. Do you guys,
want to guess what's on the list or to talk
about your most envy job that should be on the list?

Speaker 15 (30:41):
Is some sort of like animal rescuer, animal trainer on there?

Speaker 9 (30:46):
I do see an animal related thing on there. Okay, okay,
forget about what's on the rest of the list. What
would you like to see on the list? In your opinion,
would be a job that you would envy?

Speaker 10 (30:56):
Oh?

Speaker 15 (30:56):
I would love to be an animal rescuer, like the
people who save you know, a dolphin that's been injured
from a nut or something, and then they rehabit and
they send it back out into the wild.

Speaker 3 (31:03):
Oh would be amazing.

Speaker 9 (31:04):
Oh, there you go, there you go, h Frogy, What
do you think something that you would love to do.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
I always think like people who are travel tour guides, like,
let's say you go somewhere that you're not you don't
know anything about. Yet you go there and they know
everything about that area, and they tell you about it
and they immerse you in their culture and all the
stories of how they live. I always think that is
such a cool job because that person does that every
day and you're just there one day.

Speaker 7 (31:30):
Wow.

Speaker 9 (31:30):
So it's a travel industry or at least hyper focusing
on the region that you know very well. My friend Grace,
listen to what she did. I want to have her
home when she's in New York City.

Speaker 7 (31:41):
She has.

Speaker 9 (31:42):
She worked for a travel agency in Chicago, and I
think I've talked about her to you guys. And they
did sort of high end and medium end travel. It
was all women. Only women worked in this travel agency,
and each woman in there had a specific part of
the planet Earth that they specialized in. They had the
Italy specialist, the Indonesia specialist, they had you know what

(32:03):
I'm saying. They're all women, they're all good friends. She
went off to start her own agency. She's in Miami,
in the Miami region right now. Still all women and
they it's just the same recipe. They all have their focus,
just like you're talking about frougm cool. That's cool. I
love that, Danielle. A job that you would love to do.

Speaker 6 (32:22):
So I have three, I have four, all right, let's
do it. One is performing on Broadway. I think that's
probably the coolest job ever. One is performing at Disney,
because I think that is the coolest show ever. But
the other two are a Disney travel agent, because this
is a Disney expert and they get to go to
the parks all the time and experience everything and then
stand your trips and all kinds of stuff like that.

Speaker 7 (32:44):
She like what Froggy was talking about, but you know
your your spot, right.

Speaker 6 (32:47):
And then an entertainment director, so like somebody who plans
the parties or the events at like a place or
an organization or you know, even on a cruise ship
like something like that. Somebody who's in charge of the
entertainment and just organizing the events and the fun stuff.

Speaker 7 (33:04):
Oh love that.

Speaker 9 (33:04):
That could be a lot of fun a lot of work, though,
you know that all these things we envy do entail
a lot of work, for sure.

Speaker 7 (33:11):
All right, y'all, scary.

Speaker 18 (33:12):
Food critic or wine critic, and I think those are
on the list. One of those have to be. But
that would be my dream job. Outside of this.

Speaker 3 (33:19):
You do not on the list, damn.

Speaker 7 (33:20):
It, you would do well.

Speaker 9 (33:22):
I think maybe you should start with food because you
don't really know a lot about wine. I don't. I mean,
we know if it's good or bad. That's all we know,
you know what I'm saying. I know, but this gives
you an opportunity to go learn, you know. Uh gandhi, Yes.

Speaker 3 (33:34):
I have another one.

Speaker 15 (33:35):
Yes, I think it'd be really fun to be one
of the people who gets to review new resorts that
pop up, so I guess, I guess sort of that
would be like.

Speaker 3 (33:42):
A travel blogger.

Speaker 15 (33:43):
But when they say, like, oh, come check out this
ship before it cruises, come check out these I would
love to do that.

Speaker 3 (33:48):
That'd be awesome.

Speaker 9 (33:49):
Yeah, and there are people to do that. If you
go to TikTok or YouTube, actually YouTube, there's a ton
of they call them travel channels where these influencers or
I guess you would call them that. Yeah, I've been
watching a lot of ones from Bali. A lot of
Europeans and Americans are traveling to Bali. Not for a weekend,
but for like a three month thing. Amazing, and they
tell you all the good and the bad that's needed.

(34:12):
The travel industry loves people like that. Jared Online nineteen,
calling it in from West Palm, Hi, Jared, Hello lady, Well,
hello lady. So you say people envy your side job
a lot. I love what you do because I've actually
had people experience what you do.

Speaker 7 (34:28):
Tell everyone what you do.

Speaker 19 (34:30):
Yes, so it's in a little niche job. But people
need their pets or dogs or puppies or kids transported
from point A to point B. So I will hop
on a flight early morning and pick up a puppy
and let's say Atlanta, and go to Seattle, Washington and
drop off the puppy and turn around and come home.
So I'm a puppy flight Nanny's when they call me.

Speaker 7 (34:47):
A puppy flight nanny. I love that.

Speaker 6 (34:49):
It's so cute.

Speaker 9 (34:50):
You get to work with pets, you get to travel.
It's like two of our favorite things. Yeah, other than
you know, food and booze.

Speaker 19 (34:56):
But absolutely, and my wife say, a reputable French bulldog breeders.
So I delivered for one of her friends. And one
of her friends told her friends, and their friends told
their friends, and my name traveled across the ponds in
the United Kingdom, so I do all over the world.

Speaker 9 (35:10):
Wow, So Jared, I mean, how many pets do you
uh nanny on flights? Let's say per month? Is there
an average number?

Speaker 10 (35:20):
Oh?

Speaker 19 (35:20):
I probably do about eight to ten, So it's a
side job. I pray eat too much on the weekend,
so I'd say about eight to ten, depending on what.

Speaker 6 (35:26):
The volume is.

Speaker 5 (35:27):
What is the money money?

Speaker 6 (35:29):
Is the money good for that? And it does it
depend on the breed of dog?

Speaker 20 (35:32):
Like?

Speaker 6 (35:32):
Maybe did you get more for certain breeds?

Speaker 19 (35:35):
Nope, I'm pretty fair. I charge based on my time
and travel and of course airline flight tickets depending on
the cost. But I do it on the side as
a side job, and I make more money than I
do during my normal job.

Speaker 9 (35:46):
There we go, Good for you. Let's here for Jared
ye dame job, dream job, dream job. Jared is his
new name. All right, Jared, thank you very much. All right,
go catch that flight, appreciate it. You gotta get that Pikonies
out to Seattle. I was thinking I would love to
design hotels. That's going to take a lot of work

(36:08):
to get up to that, but I always love going
to great hotels.

Speaker 7 (36:13):
The experience you have when you go there.

Speaker 9 (36:15):
The back of house is just as important as the
front of house that we all see. So I think
they coming up with that experience that you can create.
It's like creating a production, but it's in a hotel
where people stay and there you go. Okay, let me
finish with the envy jobs. Ready, Yeah, so far we
gave you cheese artists and video game developer, environmental scientists,

(36:37):
social media influencer, and craft brew or Number five a
vineyard manager and winemaker.

Speaker 7 (36:42):
Yes, that's you.

Speaker 9 (36:47):
I have friends that do that, and it is a
lot of hard work. There's a lot of environmental science
that goes into that, a lot a lot of it.
And there you go. Number four a luxury real estate agent.
So you only handle the high end houses. Keep in mind,
but you're also dealing with high end clients, which could
be I ask your husband, Danielle. Yes, the difference between

(37:12):
someone looking for a house it's like two three hundred
thousand dollars versus someone looking for a house that's twenty
or thirty million. Yeah, I mean they have shows, they
have shows on TV. The cary them on the ten
most envied jobs list. Number three adventure tour guide. That's
another gandhi thing.

Speaker 11 (37:30):
Look at that.

Speaker 3 (37:30):
Adventure Let's do it.

Speaker 6 (37:32):
That's like a bear grills job.

Speaker 3 (37:33):
Hell yeah, it'd be so fun. I know nothing about it,
but I would try.

Speaker 9 (37:36):
I mean, how many times have you been on Let's see.
Look when you go on ncl A cruise and you
go to Alaska. They have people that live in Alaska
that do nothing but take you on glacier tours.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
Amazing.

Speaker 9 (37:46):
And they used to work, you know, they used to
be accountants in Oshkosh, Right right, all right? Number two,
are you ready for the top two and most envy jobs?

Speaker 7 (37:59):
A chalk tear? Oh hell yeah, yeah, come with me.

Speaker 3 (38:05):
Yeah amazing.

Speaker 7 (38:08):
So makes chocolates and eat them and share.

Speaker 9 (38:12):
Them and come up with new recipes and new designs.
And there was a show on last night this guy
was talking about, Oh he's a pasta tier.

Speaker 7 (38:21):
I guess you would call him that. He's in the
New York area.

Speaker 9 (38:23):
Actually he develops the most incredible, beautiful pastas and he
sells them in a small batch making a making a
crap ton of money, man, wow doing And number one
the most envy jobs a wildlife photographer.

Speaker 7 (38:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (38:40):
Yeah, they get in there. They do the coolest stuff.
And I love when I because I follow so many
of them. When the animals just kind of start to
like them or sit on their heads while they're taking photos,
I love it, yes.

Speaker 7 (38:51):
Or try to maul them.

Speaker 9 (38:53):
You do see these incredible and incredible productions on Animal Planet,
this and that. Apparently you need to have a lot
ofations if you're a wildlife photographer because you just got
to sit there and wait for the cougar to walk by.

Speaker 15 (39:07):
I interviewed a guy who does nature documentaries for Disney.
That was my first podcast interview, and he said they
will put three months into one episode. Like that's how
long it takes to capture all this stuff. Sometimes even
longer than that.

Speaker 6 (39:19):
It's like the birding people. I remember my mom going
birding and my dad was with her, and these people
are just standing there staring at nothing. My Dad's like,
I don't understand what's happening here. I was like, well,
you have to wait for the birds, and my dad's like,
come out. I'm not gonna sit in there waiting, but
he's for me.

Speaker 9 (39:43):
You can't wait, You can't wait you can't check the
flight schedule at newer care port for birds.

Speaker 7 (39:47):
Well, there you go. You know, Scary brings up a
good point.

Speaker 9 (39:50):
Something tells Scary that the most envy jobs on this
list vary a lot from the highest paid jobs on
another list.

Speaker 18 (39:56):
Well, sure, on that list right there, that's really high
pay because and that's the best of both wores.

Speaker 9 (40:01):
Yes, Well that's the point though, if you're working now
just to pay the bills, and sometimes that's what you
have to do because of the circumstances in which you're living, right,
versus doing something you'd be willing to give up a
fat paycheck for. But it makes you so happy and satisfied.
That's that's where you got to like, that's the intersection, right,
I guess that's a jet.

Speaker 6 (40:22):
Ski company and like all of us just run the
jet skis for tourists and stuff and be in the
sun and the beautiful weather and just driving around the
jet ski.

Speaker 3 (40:33):
Yeah, there you go.

Speaker 6 (40:34):
Is that all he does?

Speaker 10 (40:34):
Though?

Speaker 11 (40:35):
It does?

Speaker 7 (40:36):
That's cool, hence the name.

Speaker 6 (40:38):
That's a cool business.

Speaker 7 (40:38):
Jet ski bar.

Speaker 6 (40:41):
That's right.

Speaker 7 (40:43):
It's like I'm cheese artisan Elvis, why not?

Speaker 6 (40:50):
All right, I'm Disney planner Danielle.

Speaker 9 (40:52):
Yeah you are, you are all right, let's move Gandhi
is a new game today. It involves music from the
first beat. All these artists are born in the month what.

Speaker 3 (41:03):
No, this has finished the lyric.

Speaker 7 (41:04):
This has finished the lyrics. Yes, so you got to
know your lyrics.

Speaker 9 (41:08):
If you don't know lyrics to all the music that
we play, then please just sit back and enjoy, because
you know it's going to be a miserable moment or two.
It's uh, finish the lyrics. You need to know your lyrics.
And these artists were all born in the month of April, correct, Yes,
all right, called diamond. Now let's get this. Let's get
this thing rolling. Eight hundred and two four to two
zero one hundred.

Speaker 7 (41:27):

Hey, this is Miley Cyrus.

Speaker 7 (41:29):
You know what off it's the Black Eyed Peace.

Speaker 1 (41:31):
Hey, this is Selini Gomesz with Elvis Duran in the
Morning Show. Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 7 (41:38):
Let's do it. You know, this is the month of April.

Speaker 9 (41:39):
A lot of incredible artists, the artists that we love,
are born in the month of April. Of course, leave
it to go. I need to sniff them all out
and come up with the game. Yes, talk about it.

Speaker 15 (41:49):
So I think this is going to be all over
the map. They're very popular songs. I'm not gonna put
in anything that's you know, really difficult. But you have
to finish the lyric, and I say, we want you
to actually finish the lyric.

Speaker 3 (42:02):
I don't think close should count. But I'm the only one.

Speaker 9 (42:06):
So if they go rather than a that's a problem. Yeah,
I love you a lot or I love you a lot.
Did they have to scream it out loud like real
fortune contestants?

Speaker 6 (42:16):
No?

Speaker 15 (42:16):
No, no, oh, yes, and loud so exact exactly.

Speaker 9 (42:24):
Okay, all right, it's your game. I'm not I'm not
going to mess it's your creation. We can't mess with this.

Speaker 6 (42:29):
I'm starting a new game. It's called you can get
it wrong and still win a prize.

Speaker 7 (42:34):
Anticipation.

Speaker 9 (42:37):
Here we are, right, let's go talk to David online. Fine,
David says he knows his music. He's ready to play.
I love hearing that.

Speaker 7 (42:44):
David. How are you feeling you good?

Speaker 10 (42:46):
I'm feeling good. Yeah, super excited. Thanks, I'm glad.

Speaker 3 (42:49):
Let's go.

Speaker 7 (42:50):
It's David.

Speaker 9 (42:50):
Everyone all right, David, hold on one more time. Let's
get the rules directly from Gandhi's mouth to your ears.

Speaker 7 (42:57):
What is what is your list of rules here?

Speaker 3 (42:59):
Just there's just one role. You have to get the
lyrics correct.

Speaker 7 (43:01):
That's it.

Speaker 10 (43:03):
Okay, I'm on it.

Speaker 3 (43:04):
You can do this.

Speaker 7 (43:05):
Are you gonna make him sing them? Or can you
just say them?

Speaker 10 (43:09):
I will sing it?

Speaker 9 (43:10):
Okay, you you go. That's that's worth extra points, I think.

Speaker 7 (43:15):
Or here we go.

Speaker 9 (43:16):
Here is finish the lyric these people born in the
month of April song number one.

Speaker 10 (43:21):
Kid, time go even sell for that stupid love song.

Speaker 9 (43:29):
Oh no, oh god, this is going well. Actually, you dedicated,
you took the time the words were. It wasn't long
till I called you mind?

Speaker 7 (43:44):
All right, all right, all right, okay, verse, you know what.

Speaker 9 (43:48):
We're off to a good start. Here we go, David,
Here we go. Here's a song from someone Selena born
in the month of April.

Speaker 10 (43:56):
Here we go, of who you are?

Speaker 7 (44:19):
Okay, the lyrics.

Speaker 9 (44:20):
Were, and I wish on a star that somewhere you
were thinking of me too. All right, all right, let's
do something a little different. Let's let's go forward a
few years. This artist born in April finished these lyrics.

Speaker 10 (44:37):
Here we go. I got the out into the back.

Speaker 20 (44:51):
Job.

Speaker 9 (44:53):
I mean, you do a great job as a lyricist.
But these are the lyrics we're looking for. A right here,
let's move forward here song and four Here we are.
It's good, it's good, it's good. Moving song number four.
Here we are trying to hold back the soul.

Speaker 6 (45:19):
I got feel.

Speaker 10 (45:23):
And then that got the feeling.

Speaker 7 (45:25):
On Marvin Gaye born in April.

Speaker 9 (45:33):
Here were the lyrics he gave us originally, there you go,
the lyrics we're looking for.

Speaker 7 (45:42):
Is then come on? Oh come on?

Speaker 10 (45:45):
Who it doesn't think my version was better?

Speaker 7 (45:48):
Though not really, but everyone else does. Okay, let me
give you one more, David, I feel good about this one.
Here we go, you creep and knock.

Speaker 18 (45:58):
And see from my shall I don't check to jump
up in my lamborg.

Speaker 1 (46:05):
Maybe go to my place and just kick it my table,
and then went on our way to Cabo.

Speaker 9 (46:21):
Well, those are great, hilarious, and Cabo is a wonderful
spot to visit. But the lyrics from Acon born in
April are these possibleeding? Oh it's yeah, I'm possibly Benji
over Hey. Okay, there you go, so you gave it
a trialis here for David?

Speaker 5 (46:37):
Everyone?

Speaker 9 (46:39):
David I mean, David, I mean, if you do have
a great imagination for lyrics, you should consider being a songwriter.

Speaker 7 (46:46):
Seriously.

Speaker 10 (46:46):
I swear I thought I would do better, but I
appreciate everyone.

Speaker 7 (46:50):
Well, you know what. We love you, David, thank you
so much for playing.

Speaker 9 (46:54):
We have nothing for you, nothing at all.

Speaker 7 (46:57):
No, no, no, he got nothing nothing, no.

Speaker 6 (47:02):
Entertainment value was there.

Speaker 7 (47:06):
Gandhian shirt. No, No, we love you, David. We love you.

Speaker 17 (47:11):
No.

Speaker 9 (47:12):
If you want to reach into your pocket Daniel and
send him something, you go right ahead.

Speaker 7 (47:15):
We'll get his number for you.

Speaker 3 (47:16):
We love you. I do wonder what kind of writing
my day?

Speaker 10 (47:19):
That's enough for me? Thank you?

Speaker 7 (47:20):
But we thank you?

Speaker 10 (47:22):
What was it?

Speaker 15 (47:23):
I just I wanted to know what kind of music
he listened to that he would maybe have done better.

Speaker 10 (47:28):
I listened to everything I really liked, like Disney music
and pop music. I know some of those songs, but
some of them I didn't.

Speaker 9 (47:34):
I didn't know he loves songs that are instrumentals with
no lyrics. Enough, thank you, David.

Speaker 7 (47:40):
We got to run.

Speaker 9 (47:41):
You have a great day, okay, enjoy the weather. I
knew on the first one it was doomed.

Speaker 7 (47:51):
You know that, right?

Speaker 10 (47:53):
He was erga.

Speaker 6 (47:53):
He was so hard, he was so cute, making.

Speaker 7 (47:56):
His own body get one. Maybe all you didn't work
hard at anything. He was entertaining. I'll give him entertaining.

Speaker 9 (48:06):
Yes, we do have his address, Daniel, if you want
to send him something out of out of the Daniel
Monaro collection into the three things we need to know
from Gandhi. We do have a free trip phone tap
on the way. We're going to fly you to Atlantis
where we were enjoy what we enjoyed.

Speaker 7 (48:19):
You're gonna love this. It's coming up next. All right, Gandhi,
what's up?

Speaker 6 (48:22):
All right?

Speaker 15 (48:22):
The bipartisan backlash against the Arizona Supreme Court ruling this
week saying that an eighteen sixty four abortion ban in
the state is enforceable is growing, but Arizona Republicans are
not in a hurry to address it. The group actually
blocked efforts yesterday to repeal the near total ban on
abortions in this state, which will make receiving or helping
someone receive an abortion a felony punished by jail time.

(48:45):
The ruling has been called cruel by President Biden, and
when asked, former President Trump was if he thought the
Arizona Supreme Court went too far. He also said, yes,
but he thinks they'll fix it. Inflation is about to
hit some new things, especially if you're going to send
stuff through the mail. The United States Postal Service is
proposing another hike in the cost of a first class stamp.

(49:05):
They want it to now be seventy three cents, which
would be a seven percent jump on all postage. The
proposal has been sent to the Independent Postal Regulatory Commission
for final approval. If the Commission accepts that proposal, the
new prices would start in July.

Speaker 3 (49:19):
Of course, if.

Speaker 15 (49:20):
Anybody gets too upset. We know that Jerry Seinfeld did
a whole thing on this about a decade ago. Yes,
and now it seems like it's all come true. And finally, Elvis,
this one is just for you.

Speaker 7 (49:31):
You have to do it.

Speaker 3 (49:31):
A very favorite little jiff gif about the solar eclipse
that I know you like to send to people.

Speaker 7 (49:38):
Yeah, should do the Harry scrodem that goes across the
n Yes.

Speaker 15 (49:42):
Well, a news station in Mexico got caught up. They
asked a bunch of listeners to send in their.

Speaker 3 (49:47):
Footage of the eclipse.

Speaker 15 (49:49):
Somebody sent that one and they actually played it on
the news. They did so as the the scrotums started
passing the sun, they all started gasping, and then the
camera actually cut back to them.

Speaker 3 (50:07):
They had no idea what was going on. They got duped.

Speaker 15 (50:10):
That footage is from twenty seventeen, and they actually played
it on the news station as a viewer footage of
the eclipse.

Speaker 9 (50:15):
Oh, Mike, did I tell you what happened to me?
I sent that to a friend and she got so
mad at me. She thought it was mine. I'm like,
I said, first of all, I shave down there. She
was so offended.

Speaker 15 (50:28):
So funny, funny, okay, And those are things.

Speaker 9 (50:32):
This is why it's important for USA AUL to preview
everything before we play it on the air. Yes, all right,
if you're going to Atlanta's it's the free trip phone Tap,
you're gonna win it.

Speaker 8 (50:40):
Next for the Elvis Durand in the Morning show free
trip phone Tap, no purchase necessary avoiding Canada, Montana, New Mexico, Washington,

Elvis Durand dot com slash contest.

Speaker 1 (50:53):

Speaker 7 (51:03):

Speaker 17 (51:05):
I hate.

Speaker 7 (51:05):
What is this Thursday?

Speaker 9 (51:06):
I'm still thinking about our weekend that we spent together
at Atlantis.

Speaker 7 (51:11):
Oh it was.

Speaker 9 (51:13):
So nice, Yeah, it really was. We just you know,
you go with friends, or go with family, or just
go on your own. Even if you go on your own,
you can sit at the bar and meet people and
go out and meet people at the beach and this
and that. It gives you an opportunity to take a breath.
It gives you an opportunity to see things that you
don't see every day in life, which encourages your brain

(51:35):
to be more I don't know, more open and more.

Speaker 7 (51:40):
Creative and I don't know.

Speaker 9 (51:41):
And it also gives you an opportunity to rest so
many things going on and eat the best food and
drink and look at the beautiful ocean and hang out
with aquatic wildlife. And there's just so much going on there.
And it's just a wonderful bonding experience we had, don't
you do?

Speaker 7 (51:59):
You guys agree?

Speaker 18 (52:00):
All the stress and anxiety leaves my body when I
go to atlands.

Speaker 7 (52:03):
Yep, h.

Speaker 11 (52:06):
Scary true though, Yeah.

Speaker 7 (52:08):
Scary gets stressed at the table. What do I order?

Speaker 10 (52:10):
Why?

Speaker 11 (52:10):
God?

Speaker 7 (52:11):
Well, there's so much to water let's order everything.

Speaker 18 (52:13):
If that's the biggest problem with the day, I'll take
it exactly.

Speaker 9 (52:16):
It's a great problem to have their new multimillion dollar renovations.
You can tell it's looking good because we've been going
for years, exciting new partnerships with all sorts of other
leaders around the world that bring you great beverages and
great foods and great chefs and this and that. The
Oh my god, the casino.

Speaker 7 (52:34):
Is really popping.

Speaker 9 (52:36):
And also extraordinary events going on like Janet Jackson's going
to be there at the end of this month, Christina
Aguilera in July, in the middle of the summer, both
performances taking place at their new Beat stage. Did you
see that?

Speaker 7 (52:48):
Incredible? It's like an arena, outdoor arena. It's beautiful.

Speaker 9 (52:52):
If you want to go, it's not only about people,
food and festivities in the Bahamas, but also it's about
sustainability and environmental conservation. I know that that's important. They

the phone taps? Carry Danielle, Let's do it?

Speaker 1 (53:27):
Don't answer the phone, Elvis durand Elvis Duran phone tappened Daniel.

Speaker 6 (53:31):
So Tris was in the bathroom stall at her office
and the woman in the stall next to her asked
for toilet paper, but Tris was very late for a meeting,
so she just ran out and didn't give them both
any toilet paper. God tells her husband about it, and
her husband, Jason, has been making fun of her NonStop,
and so he's like, this is the perfect opportunity to
tap her.

Speaker 5 (53:49):
So that's what we did.

Speaker 7 (53:50):
Let's do it. See what happens in Daniel's phone tap?

Speaker 5 (53:54):
Hello?

Speaker 1 (53:55):
Yeah? Is this you?

Speaker 21 (53:58):
Does this mean?

Speaker 10 (53:58):
Who?

Speaker 1 (53:58):
Hello?

Speaker 17 (53:59):
This is Trisha?

Speaker 7 (54:00):
Trish?

Speaker 6 (54:00):
That's your name?

Speaker 19 (54:02):
What is your name?

Speaker 6 (54:03):
It doesn't matter. What matters is the fact that I
was next to you in the bathroom and I asked
you for a piece of toilet paper and said you
run out of the bathroom. What the is that?

Speaker 21 (54:14):
How did you get this number?

Speaker 6 (54:15):
Doesn't matter how I got this numbered? No, I'm not
going to tell you, well, I'm you know what I'm
gonna tell you. It's no, it's not Marcy.

Speaker 7 (54:24):
Okay.

Speaker 6 (54:25):
So where do you work at the phone company?

Speaker 21 (54:27):
At the phone company, what position do you work in?

Speaker 1 (54:29):
None of your business?

Speaker 6 (54:30):
You work at the phone company?

Speaker 3 (54:31):
You know where you work.

Speaker 21 (54:33):
How do you know it's me?

Speaker 6 (54:34):
Because I recognized your shoes underneath the stall.

Speaker 21 (54:37):
You recognize my shoes?

Speaker 6 (54:39):
Yeah, you're the only rich bitch that wears black prod
of shoes to work every day? What are you pesthetic?
Are you kidding me?

Speaker 21 (54:45):
Sorry that I wasn't able to give you a little
piece of toilet paper, Get over it, move on with
your life.

Speaker 6 (54:50):
And first of all, would have taken you two seconds
to pull off a square of toilet paper and handed
to me under the thing? You didn't have two seconds
to help out another seconds.

Speaker 21 (55:00):
I didn't have time to take up two pieces of
toilet paper and give them to you.

Speaker 6 (55:04):
You could have handed me a roll of toilet paper.
Would it take you to.

Speaker 21 (55:08):
Use like ten minutes of my time by unrolling it,
folding it, into little squares and then handing it to
you like you're some kind of princess.

Speaker 6 (55:15):
Look proudly, bitch, don't be stupid.

Speaker 21 (55:17):
All you had to do is help a sister being stupid,
because obviously I'm your superior. If you're working in the
phone company.

Speaker 6 (55:24):
If you needed help and I didn't give you toilet
paper and you had to use your hands, how would
you feel?

Speaker 21 (55:29):
Why don't you just use your underwear?

Speaker 6 (55:32):
You've used your underwear, of course I have.

Speaker 21 (55:35):
Everybody has had to do that at one point in
they're life.

Speaker 6 (55:37):
Let me ask a question after you.

Speaker 21 (55:40):
Now, let me ask you a question. What do you
want me to do about this?

Speaker 6 (55:43):
I said, I'm sorry, no, seriously, Like now I'm like
perplexed here, Like what do you do after you use
your underwear? Like, what do you do for the rest
of the day?

Speaker 21 (55:51):
You just stuck around without underwear? You've never done that before.

Speaker 6 (55:53):
It's you walk around the office without underwear underneath your pants.

Speaker 21 (55:58):
The bottom line is we're wasting time of work. Did
your boss know that you're on the phone with me?
Let me I would like to speak to him about this.

Speaker 6 (56:05):
Why don't I just pack a bag of sweat socks?
In my purse, you know, just in case of emergency.

Speaker 21 (56:09):
No, this call goes on a little bit longer, I'm
just gonna trace it right back to you, and i'm
gonna have you fired.

Speaker 6 (56:15):
Don't drink a lot of water today because you better
be holding it in because if I catch you in
the bathroom, he take it.

Speaker 21 (56:21):
I'll meet you in the bathroom. It doesn't matter to me.
It doesn't matter to me because I was the one
who had the toilet paper. I'm the winner in this situation.
You better hirely, you're superior. You beating this number from
the phone room.

Speaker 6 (56:33):
You better hold it in all day because when I
catch you in that bathroom, I'm gonna make you drink
the toilet I'm gonna.

Speaker 21 (56:37):
Call your boss. He's gonna fire you, and then you're
not even going to be able to afford toilet paper
in your house. As soon as we hang up this phone,
I'm gonna trace this call and your ass is going
to be out.

Speaker 6 (56:50):
Well, then why don't we call my boss right now?
All right, let's do it, all right, I'll conference him in.
His name is Elvis Durant. This is Danielle and Harrold

He was like six weeks old. It was our first
date night. It was delicious.

Speaker 9 (58:13):
Everyone raise your glass and let's toast Mike Maroney. He
was just an amazing, amazing chef, amazing guy. We used
to have Mike Maroney on our show all the time,
and we had to be very careful because he would
use foul language.

Speaker 7 (58:25):
He was awesome. Yeah, philled up my hotpot. It it
was also if you go to Maroney's, you know what
a hot pot is. Nicole.

Speaker 3 (01:00:46):
I love Elvis Durant in the Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (01:00:48):
It's humorous, it's funny. Love listening to the Elvis Durant
is sexy. It's really funny.

Speaker 6 (01:00:54):
You like the rock of a group.

Speaker 1 (01:00:55):
It just wakes me up in the morning.

Speaker 5 (01:00:56):
I'm driving a word.

Speaker 1 (01:00:57):
You're really pappy and happy in the morning.

Speaker 5 (01:00:59):
You're so hilarious. But I could see them as my friends.
I'm hoping to hear as Arne's voice.

Speaker 1 (01:01:06):
Elvis Tera ran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 9 (01:01:08):
We always love when Danielle walks in that room with
a stack of things.

Speaker 7 (01:01:12):
To talk about.

Speaker 9 (01:01:13):
We're about to get into the daniel Report in a second,
also around the room, and you know, I'm gasping because
it is food News Thursday, our favorite day of the week.
You know, a couple hours ago, Froggy, when we signed
on the show, you said you had no food news countdown.

Speaker 7 (01:01:29):
Have you come up with something.

Speaker 10 (01:01:30):
I do. I have something?

Speaker 3 (01:01:32):
What is it?

Speaker 7 (01:01:33):
It is the number one.

Speaker 2 (01:01:36):
Excuse me to be the top five healthiest desserts at
popular chain restaurants. So I got doing your meal and
you want to dessert. There are some decisions that are
better than others. I'm gonna give you the top five
healthiest desserts at chain restaurants across the United States. Hmmm,
they're good. You're gonna be surprised. One of them on
the list I thought was one of the worst options.

(01:01:57):
It's actually not really which one telling you right now?

Speaker 6 (01:02:00):
They're you're giving them, You're giving them time to look
it up.

Speaker 7 (01:02:06):
Frog, I mean, I'm not gonna cheat. I'm not gonna cheat. No,
I want Foggy to surprises.

Speaker 9 (01:02:11):
So he's gonna will go V all over my countdown,
and second, I will will go V all over this
entire room. All right, Okay, let's get into Danielle's report.
She's got lots going on. Right, Where do you start?
What's going on?

Speaker 6 (01:02:25):
Well, first of all, you guys, remember when LeVar Burton
was up for Jeopardy and everybody really wanted there was
even a position going around right for people to sign.

Speaker 7 (01:02:34):
Well, can we like that?

Speaker 17 (01:02:35):
We do.

Speaker 6 (01:02:36):
We love him.

Speaker 7 (01:02:36):
It's fabulous.

Speaker 6 (01:02:37):
That didn't happened. That didn't happen. What the hell am
I saying? That didn't happen? And instead he will host
Trivial Trivial Pursuit on the CWA, I said the CW.
They reached an agreement with him to host their new
game show. It's a twelve episode order. I don't know
when it will premiere yet, but obviously I'll keep you
posted on that one. So that's pretty cool. The twenty

(01:02:57):
twenty four Paris Summer Olympics is on its way and
NBC has revealed that our boy Jimmy Fallon will co
host the closing ceremony on August eleven. He's got a
lot of people contributing with him. This will be Found's
first Olympic appearance. He and the team express their excitement.
So this is pretty cool for our boy. We love him.
I love how I'm taking ownership of our boy. Yes

(01:03:20):
he is. We love him.

Speaker 10 (01:03:21):
So.

Speaker 6 (01:03:21):
Jeopardy Masters is coming back for a second season. The
sixth current highest Ranke Jeopardy contestants will be featured in
the tournament, playing two games per hour long episode. Ken
Jennings will be returning as the host and it will
premiere on May first. Spike Lee has cast Ice Spice
in a movie opposite Denzel Washington. It's an English language

(01:03:43):
version of a Japanese classic film, and yesterday Apple Original
Films confirmed the production is underway and they post for
a pictures and everything. So this is pretty cool for
her for Ice Spice. She's getting into pictures now and
I love it. So I have been there when Madonna
has performed and she had the venue ninety five degrees

(01:04:06):
and I'm not kidding you, I was dying. I went
to buy a bottle of water and they sold out.
I'm convinced she has a stake in what they sell
when it comes to beverages to keep people high drated
because it was ridiculous. Well, she did it again. She
was in Miami. She was performing and she asked the
venue to turn the air conditioning off and they didn't,

(01:04:27):
and she got really upset, and when she was on
the stage she said this. Now it's very hard to
hear what she's saying certain things, but just listen closely.
I'm working my ass up.

Speaker 11 (01:04:38):
I just heard the.

Speaker 6 (01:04:41):
Show go on until you were second she said, the
show will not go on until you respect me. She
was waiting for them to turn off the air.

Speaker 9 (01:04:51):
That's one guy on one little thermostat in the back. Yeah,
my gosh, somebody.

Speaker 7 (01:04:58):
For everyone.

Speaker 6 (01:04:59):
But it's it's hot as hell there as it is
count in the air. Seriously, it's so crazy. But anyway,
so let's talk about John Wick the spinoff Ballerina, which
features an appearance by Keanu Reeves. It got a trailer.
I don't know if you've seen the trailer yet, but
it's pretty cool and we do know we'll get to
see the whole film June sixth of twenty twenty five.

(01:05:20):
And The Joker Too. Did you guys watch the trailer
for Joker Too with Lady Gaga?

Speaker 3 (01:05:24):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (01:05:24):
Oh quinn? Okay, Well, there's one scene where she makes
a finger gun gesture and she holds it to our
temple before pulling the trigger. So now it has a
suicide warning on the trailer for people just in case.
You know, it's not something that you want to see,
so listentting you know about that. Ahead of time, Women's
Health magazine put Megan thee Stallion on the cover. She

(01:05:45):
talks about physical as well as mental health. She says
she's seen an improvement in her mood, in her confidence
just by daily exercise. And she says her three ways
to get motivation. Do it because you want to feel
good on the inside. Do it because you want to
look different. Work out in the morning. She said, if
you start your days sweating and stuff, you have no
choice but to tackle the entire day the same way.

(01:06:08):
Wish we could do that, but if we got up
any earlier, we would die. Let's talk about what we
can watch. The serious form Fallout on Amazon. This is
based on the popular video game. I know a lot
of people excited about that one. You've got the serious
premiere of Patti Stanger, The Matchmaker, also f Boy Island
spinoff Lovers and Liars. The CMT Music Awards are giving

(01:06:30):
you a special celebration of Toby Keith. And you've got
grays in Station nineteen, Law and Order and all that stuff.
And that is my Danielle report.

Speaker 7 (01:06:39):
Thank you, Danielle. Fabulous.

Speaker 9 (01:06:40):
All right around the room, what's on the mind of
everyone in the room, That's what we call it. Around
the room. You like that, Nate, I'm starting with you today.
What are you thinking about?

Speaker 14 (01:06:48):
Okay, I was reading the other day apparently in India, Gandhi,
you might know this. Okay, some policemen are paid money
to grow a mustache to look more intimidating.

Speaker 3 (01:06:57):
Really, you know what people mustaches.

Speaker 11 (01:07:00):
Do look slightly more intimidating.

Speaker 7 (01:07:03):
Did they pay you to do that day? How much
you make it?

Speaker 6 (01:07:14):
The cash?

Speaker 9 (01:07:16):
Our mustaches on police officers? Is that more intimidating to you?

Speaker 10 (01:07:19):
Guys?

Speaker 18 (01:07:20):
I've always said that, you know, like the cop stash,
you know, like you see the some police officers have it.

Speaker 11 (01:07:25):
I don't know, I kind of I thought about it.
I'm like, you know what guys with mustaches do seem
a little tougher to me.

Speaker 7 (01:07:32):
Do you see a lot of firefighters with.

Speaker 3 (01:07:33):
Like just the mustache? There is something just the stash
that makes me hesitate.

Speaker 5 (01:07:38):
Yeah, that's for multiple reasons.

Speaker 9 (01:07:42):
It's okay, that's why November is always a frightening month,
for all of this terrifying.

Speaker 7 (01:07:46):
And there you go, Hey, produce your sandwich up.

Speaker 16 (01:07:48):
If there's a curiosity, always ask, especially if something has
what to do with art.

Speaker 3 (01:07:53):
So this shirt I got.

Speaker 16 (01:07:55):
On my honeymoon and Positano I just thought it was
really cute. It's this little sketch print, right, So I
asked the woman who was ringing me up, where did
this design come from? And she lit up, and she
went into the back room and pulled out a really
old framed piece of artwork. Apparently her great grandmother sketched
this print. It meant so much to the family, and
now they just have a tiny little store where they

(01:08:16):
sell only this print on a bunch of different things.

Speaker 5 (01:08:19):
So now I.

Speaker 16 (01:08:19):
Went from just loving the shirt because I got it
from my honeymoon to adoring the shirt because of the story.

Speaker 5 (01:08:24):
So if there's a cute.

Speaker 16 (01:08:24):
Little sketch on something, whatever, it doesn't matter where it is,
ask someone there might be a really cool story behind it.

Speaker 7 (01:08:30):
I love that. I love the story. Everything is a
story behind it.

Speaker 9 (01:08:33):
And sometimes we just breeze by with not even a
care to be aware. And I think that's a very
good lesson to learn what's up there?

Speaker 7 (01:08:40):
Gandhi.

Speaker 15 (01:08:41):
All right, we've heard the old saying people in glass
houses should not throw stones, yes, And I just want
to remind everyone of that, because keyboard warriors are just
there's something else, right, I know.

Speaker 7 (01:08:53):
Where you're going. I'm talking about this.

Speaker 9 (01:08:55):
I'm glad you're bringing this up. This is a great
story from Gandhi listen to this.

Speaker 15 (01:08:58):
Okay, So people like to pick on me online whatever,
For the most part, I let it go. The other day,
I was on a plane so I had some time,
so I decided to respond to one person who said
it's just so difficult to look at me, like, oh
my god, I'm having such a hard time, and I
wrote back, dear broke looking toad, please avert your eyes.

(01:09:19):
This man reported me for bullying and my comment got removed,
but his got to stay. And one, I'm annoyed at
metap because like, why would you let his stay but
you take mine down? And two, if you are that
fragile that you cannot take it back, don't dish it.

Speaker 3 (01:09:33):
People don't do it because every.

Speaker 15 (01:09:35):
Now and then I'm gonna clap back and it might
hurt your feelings. But don't start it if you can't,
if you can't hang with it.

Speaker 23 (01:09:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (01:09:40):
So I just also would like to shout out Diamond
because when my comment got banned, she went in and
fired her own shots and it was great.

Speaker 7 (01:09:47):
Yeah, that's the thing.

Speaker 9 (01:09:49):
You'll have someone comment on a post that has nothing
to do. It's totally off topic with what you talked
about saying you are awful, You're the worst ever. I
cannot stay and the fact that you have a job
and a radio station, people like you should just go
away and then you look at their bio or whatever
on there on there, it's like I follow in the

(01:10:10):
steps of Jesus Christ.

Speaker 3 (01:10:12):
Always that come on and the ones that.

Speaker 9 (01:10:15):
Call us ugly are the ones that look like beaten,
beaten toads.

Speaker 6 (01:10:20):
It's like the guy who gave me the finger the
other day as he was pulling into the church parking lot.

Speaker 2 (01:10:24):
For a man like e like love, appreciation and acceptance.
John three six, you're a jackass.

Speaker 18 (01:10:31):
Exactly following four thousand accounts but only have forty seven followers.

Speaker 7 (01:10:36):
So we got we got your back down. Thank gandhi.

Speaker 15 (01:10:38):
I appreciate it. I just I need it to be known.
I will fire back every now and then, every now
and then.

Speaker 7 (01:10:43):
But how you got you got removed, but he didn't.

Speaker 3 (01:10:47):
Yeah, this is crap.

Speaker 15 (01:10:48):
That's a whole different story meta, but we'll get to that.

Speaker 7 (01:10:51):
Them all right there, Danielle, what are you thinking about?

Speaker 6 (01:10:54):
All right?

Speaker 20 (01:10:54):
So you know, I.

Speaker 6 (01:10:55):
Love when my favorite teams do amazing things. And of
course the Red bull are all about helping others, and
they are doing a special autism acceptance night. It's this Saturday,
seven thirty pm. Is actually their tenth annual. They do
it every year because people living with autism is something
really really close to the organization. And they're playing the

(01:11:15):
Chicago Fire and they are giving some of the money
that they get from the ticket sales to actually something
that's also close to our heart, Hackenzach Meridian Health there
were a special autism charity. So it's just awesome that
people that we love working hand in hand to make
this happen. So if you go to my Instagram story,

(01:11:35):
I link you over to how to get tickets, or
you can always just go to of course the New
York It's New York Red Bulls dot com and help
our boys out, who, by the way, are having a
kick ass season. Love them, so please go and support love.

Speaker 7 (01:11:49):
You they're having a kickball season exactly.

Speaker 9 (01:11:53):
You know what, Let's talk about that autism awareness and
there are so many other other things that people are
living with that are now no longer swept under the rug,
also mental health issues, things like that fifteen years ago,
autism was a small well families dealing with and living
with autism was a small community that just kept to

(01:12:13):
themselves because no one really understood.

Speaker 7 (01:12:16):
But the louder they got, the more we learned about it.

Speaker 9 (01:12:19):
And it's the same with mental health and a whole
list of different all Down syndrome.

Speaker 6 (01:12:23):
You know that my nephew has his little extra chromosome,
which I love, and he is doing so well. And
I'm working now with a lot of Down syndrome charities
and I'm learning so much. I'm learning about what a
children with Down syndrome can do. It's not what they
can't do, it's what they can do, and how absolutely
amazing they are. So I just love this. It's just
so great. I'm so glad, like you said, that these

(01:12:44):
things are no longer swept under the rug, that we
know so much more and we can do so much more.

Speaker 9 (01:12:50):
Maybe a good thing that's coming out of social media.
In one of the things, Hey scartery, what's up with
you today?

Speaker 18 (01:12:56):
Well, I'm the Yogi, but I was watching these shaman
on TikTok and he told the TikTok shaman, TikTok shaman, yes,
you go, a little guy. He's like, it's best when
you wake up to roll to the right, not to
the left when you get out of bed. And it
makes sense because I was looking at I went deep

(01:13:17):
into a rabbit hole about the corpse yoga pose, the savasana,
and apparently you were supposed to lay there and then
roll to the right because all of your organs, your
major organs, like the heart, is on the left.

Speaker 11 (01:13:28):
So you're supposed to sleep on your right side.

Speaker 18 (01:13:30):
If you're a side sleeper and you're supposed to roll
to the right, they say you'll have a better day
and it'll be a little bit more stress free.

Speaker 2 (01:13:36):
Now, what if you sleep with someone and they're on
the right side of the bed and you're on the left, you.

Speaker 18 (01:13:42):
They got to get out over first. Well, that that's
the problem with my girlfriend. After points, she texted me,
she goes, we may we need we may need to
switch sides.

Speaker 9 (01:13:49):
Down, Hold on, you switch sides now she's gonna die early?

Speaker 7 (01:13:53):
What what the solution is?

Speaker 11 (01:13:56):
But that's why I sleep alone?

Speaker 7 (01:14:00):
Okay, point roll right? Hey, Froggy, what's up?

Speaker 2 (01:14:04):
I saw a meme yesterday And sometimes you see a
meme and it just it hits home. And it said
a coke from a bottle a can and McDonald's are
three different drinks.

Speaker 7 (01:14:16):
What is that they all taste.

Speaker 9 (01:14:18):
Different different because they're all different, different containers and different
delivery methods and differentations.

Speaker 2 (01:14:23):
I don't care where you go. Nothing tastes like a
coke from the fountain of McDonald's. Nothing, a big ass
coke from McDonald's.

Speaker 6 (01:14:30):
Is the Why do you think that is?

Speaker 2 (01:14:32):
It must be the mix And then he knows the
McDonald's the.

Speaker 7 (01:14:35):
Mix, right.

Speaker 15 (01:14:36):
It's so it's not just the mix, but it's also
the pipes. They keep them extra extra cold and they
have more carbonation.

Speaker 3 (01:14:42):
Than when you go o their places. And Nate, I
think has another.

Speaker 14 (01:14:45):
I think it's because they also have them in metal containers,
the shirups and metal containers, not into plastic bags too.

Speaker 18 (01:14:52):
It's proprietary. They do it for them McDonald's only I
read an article.

Speaker 9 (01:14:56):
Oh my god, we've learned so much. Prietarry sodas and
roll to the right. The more you know, the more
you know.

Speaker 7 (01:15:04):
And there you go.

Speaker 9 (01:15:05):
Let's get into the three things we need to know
from Gandhy. Way, I didn't do yes, I did? Okay, yeah, no,
push it in. Here we go, Gandhy Sorry, what is happening.

Speaker 15 (01:15:13):
Here, all right, we talked about it earlier. There's gonna
be a lot of wild weather across the country. Millions
of people on the lookout for a storm system bringing
severe weather today to parts of the southeast and the
Ohio River Valley. There's a risk of high wind and
isolated tornadoes that will stretch from the South Carolina Georgia
line down into Florida. The risk of tornadoes will be
greater in eastern Ohio, West Virginia, and into parts of Pennsylvania.

(01:15:36):
Heavy rain also expected in the region where water levels
are already elevated. And we're supposed to get some bad
weather tonight, right scary.

Speaker 18 (01:15:43):
That's right, yes, into the overnight tomorrow morning as well.

Speaker 3 (01:15:46):
Okay.

Speaker 15 (01:15:47):
A new study now suggests that teenagers who spend too
much time on computers and video games may turn psychotic.
A new paper published a sign a new paper that
was published that researchers studied over twelve hundred participants who
spent a lot of time online as teenagers and found
that they were up to seven percent more likely than

(01:16:07):
their peers to have a psychotic experience like delusions or
hallucinations before the age of twenty three. The authors noted, however,
that the link between video games and psychosis could be
explained by other factors like what is causing you to
play video games all day long? Including social exclusion and
lower socioeconomic status as well. And finally, it's been a

(01:16:28):
pretty busy week for residents up here in the eastern
northeastern US. We had an earthquake, solar eclipse, now, a
bright fireball was seen streaking across the sky.

Speaker 3 (01:16:38):
Dozens of people, I.

Speaker 15 (01:16:40):
Know people reported to the American Medior Society that they
saw what appeared to be a meteor early Wednesday morning.
Some people submitted video reports came from nine New Jersey
towns and they still have not figured out exactly what
that was. So hopefully it was a meteor. And those
are your three things.

Speaker 7 (01:17:00):
We don't know And there you go, Thank you God.

Speaker 9 (01:17:03):
I want to hear all about the weird, wild stories
you didn't learn in school. Let my best friend Patty
Steele and her podcast The Backstory with Patty Steel be
your guide.

Speaker 7 (01:17:12):
Patty, what are you exploring next?

Speaker 1 (01:17:14):
Well, imagine your mom late in life confessing that your
long dead father was a world famous skyjacker and she
was pretty much the brains of the whole thing.

Speaker 5 (01:17:23):
This is a true story The.

Speaker 9 (01:17:25):

Speaker 7 (01:17:58):
Wow, so much happening here.

Speaker 11 (01:18:00):
There you go.

Speaker 9 (01:18:00):
On Food News Thursday, we're getting ready for Food News
with Froggy. When you go out to these big chain
restaurants that we all love to go to from time
to time, there's dessert time. Dessert itself, of course our
favorite course sometimes right, Well, I know there's actually some
healthier choices than others, and Froggy's here to look out
for us.

Speaker 7 (01:18:19):
Thank you, Froggy. We'll get to that in a minute.

Speaker 2 (01:18:21):
They're healthier than others. They're not healthy, Oh okay, healthy er?

Speaker 9 (01:18:29):
Is it funny how ear really makes a big difference.
Oh well, anyway, that's good to know as well. We'll
get into that in a few minutes. Let's get into
sound with gud Yes, all right here, what's going on?
All right, let's start with the tonight show. From last night.

Speaker 12 (01:18:40):
Adam Levine was the guest with Jimmy and they played
that game Wheel of Musical Impressions and Adam Levien Adam
Levine did Dave Matthews singing the hokey pokey.

Speaker 2 (01:18:51):
Yeah, left foot, your foot show, left foot left.

Speaker 7 (01:18:58):
Check it out about there you go that bad?

Speaker 12 (01:19:03):
No, it sounds like all right, And then we move
over to Kimmel. So bon Jovi was on and he
was talking about the band bon Jovi wanting to hang
out with Michael Jackson after a show one night in
Los Angeles. Problem is, Michael Jackson didn't want to show up,
but he sent someone in his place.

Speaker 23 (01:19:19):
We think we're friends, and we say come on down
to our floor and you know, hang out. We've got
the whole band here that the girls or girlfriends and
all their ear and unfortunately he didn't come, but he
sends Bubbles the chimpest is representative. That's wrong, that was
big right. Bubbles comes down and reeks havoc. Bubbles party

(01:19:39):
like a lock star. How did bubbles arrive? And Bubbles
is in your room?

Speaker 10 (01:19:44):
Loose?

Speaker 12 (01:19:45):
Oh yeah, imagine the elevator opening and you're thinking it's
Michael Jackson but his bubbles.

Speaker 9 (01:19:52):
Oh it's such a weird story. Ess now that he's
passed away. Yes, let's much Michael Jackson. Yes, let's let's
go back to nineteen ninety three radio station out in
Long Island. BLI had an audition for one Scotty Bee.
And this is Scotty Bees's first time ever on the radio.
Correct Scotty on commercial radio? Yeah, commercial radio? Yes, yeah,

(01:20:15):
it was a big star on high school radio.

Speaker 7 (01:20:16):
Yes, huge.

Speaker 12 (01:20:17):

Speaker 7 (01:21:18):
It and it's it's it's a bit robotic.

Speaker 12 (01:21:21):
And of course Scotty B talking about some of the

Speaker 13 (01:22:01):
They would fax you, yes, And it was that thermal
fax paper that rolled up when it came in, you know. Yes,
we would get factses twenty four hours a day. Wow,
you play my song on facts? They just write it
down on paper and fax it in.

Speaker 9 (01:22:17):
At least you didn't have to talk to them. That
was like early social media. Yeah, it wasn't very It
wasn't very social, was it.

Speaker 7 (01:22:22):
And there you go be.

Speaker 20 (01:22:24):
That go.

Speaker 7 (01:22:27):
Scotty be for you.

Speaker 6 (01:22:28):
A nice job.

Speaker 9 (01:22:29):
Now I'm in it's close to home, Scotty. But you
really you you still sound like Scotty Bee. You sound
like Scotti Bee.

Speaker 13 (01:22:37):
From then, well, there were a little there were a
few New yorkisms that he didn't play. I did talk
a little bit like that to walk then, See, I've
never heard you to walk like that.

Speaker 7 (01:22:46):
Just a bit.

Speaker 13 (01:22:46):
High school was horrendous, Like god, coffee every day?

Speaker 7 (01:22:50):
Really yep, that was me.

Speaker 9 (01:22:52):
Hey, uh, we're still getting a lot of response, great
positive response from our time we spent with Jason Grudo
and Michael Bubla the other Yeah, you know what, believe
it or not, summertime is right around the corner. It's
spicy margarita season coming up. We should play it and
considering that, you know, we need to support this song.
We need to support Michael and Jason because no one

(01:23:15):
else will nobody.

Speaker 7 (01:23:18):
I'm kidding. It's a joke.

Speaker 9 (01:23:20):
It's a joke, and I tell you. Did you see
the response? We posted a photo with us with the boys,
and over a thousand people talk about how much they
love this song. It's it's one of those things. I
love it so scary. Push the button, make it happen.
Here is Daniel's favorite song. You were the first, You

(01:23:40):
were the first?

Speaker 7 (01:23:42):
What's up?

Speaker 5 (01:23:43):
This is Justin Bieber here.

Speaker 9 (01:23:46):
Hi, This is Elton Johns, Elvis in the Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (01:23:53):
Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 7 (01:23:55):
I don't know if you're playing on flying anywhere this summer.

Speaker 9 (01:23:58):
They just came out with the most Luxurious airport Most
Luxurious Airports in the World list. Of course, changy in
Singapore number one by far, and uh number one in America.
In United States. You know which one it is? No,
JFK JFK oh is that?

Speaker 10 (01:24:18):
No?

Speaker 9 (01:24:19):
I love terminal Terminal at Newark is great, it's the
new one.

Speaker 6 (01:24:23):
And LaGuardia is gorgeous. Now, oh my goodness, that's like
that place is amazing.

Speaker 7 (01:24:29):
Uh yeah, it's the Guardia.

Speaker 9 (01:24:31):
If everyone says, if anyone ever says, go to La Guardian,
I'm like, oh do I have to guess?

Speaker 7 (01:24:35):
Is so hard to get to for most of us? Anyway?

Speaker 6 (01:24:36):
Oh see that's for me. Is easier than JFK.

Speaker 9 (01:24:39):
Yeah, JFK, most luxurious, they say, Okay, so happy flying.
It's kind of funny during the song I I went
ahead and showed the whole world here in the room anyway,
what it's like to take my weekly WAGOV So I
you know, I you know it's it's just a little
tiny needle. It's a little uh tiny microscopic.

Speaker 3 (01:24:59):
Look is it like the insulin needle?

Speaker 7 (01:25:02):
I think it is an insulin needle? Actually, same thing.
So I'm doing that.

Speaker 9 (01:25:05):
You try to lose a little more weight. I'm and
I've lost like eight over eight pounds in three three weeks. Okay,
so they say I'm right on target. But also I
have this new Italian American cookbook I'm looking at over
here from our friends, you know, the Don Angie people,
you know Angie and Scott, so I can make their

(01:25:26):
you know, their lasagna roll ups.

Speaker 7 (01:25:29):
Well I'm trying to lose weight on goovie.

Speaker 11 (01:25:31):
Oh my god.

Speaker 9 (01:25:33):
Well, you know, maybe I'll eat less. It's all good,
it's all working. This isn't a good idea. Maybe I
should put this cookbook over here till next year.

Speaker 11 (01:25:41):
It's such a struggle every day, it really is.

Speaker 9 (01:25:45):
It is more so for some than others. I get
that we're all different, and this is this is something
you know you if you lose weight, gain weight, get
into shape, get out of shape. You understand that everybody
is different, literally every body, all our body, all our.

Speaker 7 (01:26:00):
Are different than each other's bodies. So that's how it works.

Speaker 6 (01:26:02):
Different ages are different. Like you the same thing you
did when you were twenty, and not go work via
when you're forty. It just does not happen.

Speaker 15 (01:26:09):
I was actually texting Froggy yesterday because I know he
went sugar free and he's been doing an amazing job.
I don't know if I could do it. I really
want to try. I want to try to cut sugar
and just not have any, and I don't.

Speaker 3 (01:26:22):
It's impossible.

Speaker 2 (01:26:23):
It's very difficult. However, once you and I never believed
this until it had happened. Once you do it for
a couple of weeks, the cravings in your body, the
chemical cravings in your body stop, and it's so much easier.
You have to break that. You've got to break through
that wall of the chemical cravings.

Speaker 6 (01:26:39):
Sure is crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:26:39):
I'm gonna crack it.

Speaker 6 (01:26:40):
And here, working here does not help, because well, it's
not easy get delivered. We're like, oh my gosh, look
at that.

Speaker 9 (01:26:47):
Let me address that. Let me address that. That's a
very important thing you just brought up. Working here does
not help, of course. The first thing you say is, well,
it's you know, I have the ultimate decision. They could
be bringing trays of spaghetti through every day. It's my
decision to eat it.

Speaker 1 (01:27:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (01:27:00):
So I was looking at through this great article that
I got off Medium. I know that Gandhi and I
love Medium. Yeah, I don't know if you subscribe. It's
really great essays and great stories from incredible authors, and
they keep them short, concise. There is one I saw
the other day called five cold truths you should know
to win in life. For instance, the world is not

(01:27:21):
against you, no loss, no gain. But number three, and
we're going to get into food news in a second,
because we have to get back to the calories. Number
three is you must be excluded from your current narrative.
Let me explain that you need to understand that you
can change your identity no matter where you are. For instance,

(01:27:43):
if you're out to dinner with friends and you're trying
to lose weight. We're out to dinner with friends where
everyone's eating and everyone's drinking, well, you don't have to
do the same as they're doing. You can change your narrative,
meaning you can actually resist the temptation to eat unhealthy,
non nutritious food, even when you're going out with friends
ring burgers. See, when I go out to me, it's

(01:28:03):
an occasion. I know that we all agree, it's a
special occasion when we go out the things we go
out all the time. So if I'm out with you
guys and we're eating fattening foods or so, here comes
the French fries, Oh my god, here comes more potato
and gratin or whatever, just because everyone else is eating,
it doesn't mean, you have to. And that's where I
get stumped. As you're saying, Danielle, there's all the food

(01:28:23):
that comes through here, like the cookies.

Speaker 6 (01:28:25):
Oh my lord, you go, well, just take a bite,
and then you go back for that second, right, and
that third bite, and oh yeah, and all of a sudden,
we always have it.

Speaker 7 (01:28:36):
I had. I had a lot of fun with those
impanadas yesterday.

Speaker 6 (01:28:38):
Yeah, me too.

Speaker 7 (01:28:39):
They had fun with me. Yeah, frog, give it's up.

Speaker 2 (01:28:41):
I started my sugar fast actually make twentieth of last year,
and Memorial Day weekend was right around just right after that,
and I went to a party and they had every
cookie and cupcake and sweet you could imagine. Wow, I had.
I honestly, I had to go home. I went home
because I knew being there in front of it, I
saw other people eating it, and at that time, and
I was only ten days in to my break, and

(01:29:02):
it was difficult, but I went home. But when I
went home, I was so proud of myself. And that
was a big moment for me to not to get
out of that moment that that was the beginning of
me being able to say, hey, you can do it.
And then I was able to do it for a
much longer period of time.

Speaker 9 (01:29:16):
Well, look at all everyone who's really really doing everything
they can to be strong and not drink, you know,
going totally dry, not even cunning back, I'm talking people.
We have many people in our circle who have completely
stopped drinking, but they still go out. They still go
out with us, We still have dinner, you know, and
they do. I don't ask if they're sweating it or not.

Speaker 7 (01:29:36):
You know, I just leave it alone.

Speaker 9 (01:29:37):
We leave it alone and move on as if the drinking
is not even an important component.

Speaker 10 (01:29:42):
You know.

Speaker 7 (01:29:42):
Yeah, and you know what's that? Gandhi?

Speaker 15 (01:29:46):
So I read that the first thing to do if
you really want to get on the right track is
just for two weeks detox, So no dairy, no sugar,
no carbs. And I read it as I was eating
a bowl of cookie Crisp cereal. Well this is how
you want me to go through hell for two weeks?

Speaker 7 (01:30:02):
Okay, all right, well there we go. It is food
News Thursday. Let's do that. It makes sense, delicious food news?
Is it all about sugar and dairy? It is? It
is not going to make it any easier.

Speaker 2 (01:30:17):
This s Furst stories for Nate Krispy Kreme has joined
forces kit Cat.

Speaker 7 (01:30:27):
Starting.

Speaker 2 (01:30:28):
It just started yesterday. It's a limited time donuts, So
here you go, Nate. It's called the kit Cat Crunch Donut.
It features an original glaze Krispy cream donut. It's got
Hershey's milk chocolate on top, and then it's garnished with
chopped Kitcat pieces and chocolate fade cough.

Speaker 7 (01:30:44):
Later you might have to order.

Speaker 12 (01:30:46):
That, Nate.

Speaker 9 (01:30:49):
That conversation leading into food news makes food news totally different.

Speaker 2 (01:30:53):
Now, if that's not enough sugar, befo, you can try
this from the Kitcat Cookie Dream Donut. It's an unglazed
donut filled with tantalizing cookie dough flavored creamy. It is
dipped in Hershey's milk chocolate icing and then topped with
kit Cat pieces, cookie crumbles, chocolate chips and drizzled with
cookie dough flavored icing.

Speaker 7 (01:31:12):
So if you can't get enough sugar.

Speaker 2 (01:31:15):
Yeah yeah, right yeah, Nata, let you have the crumbs
that drop off of it eats it. Popeyees is testing
a new signature Hot Crispy Chicken sandwich and select locations
across the US. The new signature Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich.
It features the chicken breast that is marinated in Popeye seasonings,
then breaded and hand battered, and it is topped with
an all new signature hot sauce that is spicy and sweet,

(01:31:37):
and then it's got barrel curled pickle slices on it.
There's also if that's not enough calories for you, you can
get a bacon and cheese version as well. They'll put
more stuff on it. But Gandhi, I'm not sure there's
any sugar in that. So maybe that's a select locations
across the US. Now it could go nationwide if successful.
Kelloggs and Crocs have teamed up to introduced a limited

(01:32:00):
time release of footwear no sugar in this one became
Kellogg's Tony the Tiger and too Can Sam from Fruit Loops.
They are going to have Crocs that if you love
your Cereal Scotty Bee, I know you love Cereal. I'm
not sure you're a Crocs guy, but you can walk
around in your your cozy sandals featuring Tony the Tiger
or the Fruit Loops classic clog featuring Can Sam.

Speaker 7 (01:32:22):
I got the hundred.

Speaker 6 (01:32:23):
Bunches of boats one of course.

Speaker 2 (01:32:25):
Yeah, now, Gandhi, I know that us, the two of
us living in pemberke Pine in South Florida. I know
that at least once or twice are a million times
you ate at Sweet Tomatoes.

Speaker 3 (01:32:35):
Oh my god, it was my favorite.

Speaker 2 (01:32:36):
Yeah okay, yeah, So Sweet Tomatoes foled bankruptcy and went
out of business back in twenty twenty. They just opened
their first new store where so it's in Arizona. We'd
have to make a really long road trip to go
to the new Sweet Tomatoes. However, it is exactly what
you remember from Sweet Tomatoes, and they say that with
the success of this store, the customers have been lined
up out the door and down the street trying to

(01:32:58):
get in. So there is a chance to open up
more locations nationwide. Sweet Tomatoes could be making a comeback.
Or I agree or Florida either one.

Speaker 7 (01:33:06):
Right, Here we go.

Speaker 2 (01:33:07):
The healthy st dessert options at chain restaurants across the
United States. Here we go, coming in at number five.
Some of these are very surprising to be number five.
If you go to I Hop, the cinnamon Dippers only
two hundred and fifty calories per order. The cinnamon Dippers
at I Hop.

Speaker 9 (01:33:25):
Don't worry, GANDHI want to be eating those she hates cinnamon.

Speaker 3 (01:33:29):
I hate it.

Speaker 2 (01:33:30):
Number four. It's a lot of calories, eight hundred calories. However,
they say that as far as the other thing's in
it is. Some of the healthiest options. The Outback Steakhouse,
Chocolate Thunder from down Under.

Speaker 5 (01:33:42):
Correct.

Speaker 7 (01:33:44):
Yeah, that's a stripping club.

Speaker 2 (01:33:47):
It's whipped cream, ice cream, a brownie, and then of
course chocolate sauce on top.

Speaker 10 (01:33:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:33:51):
I'm not sure how that's healthy, but it's on the list.
Number three of the Chili's Mini Molten Chocolate Cake because
it's many. It's only six hundred calories.

Speaker 10 (01:34:00):
I like that one.

Speaker 7 (01:34:01):
Just keep in mind anything this molton has to be
good for you, exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:34:04):
Number three, excuse me, Number two Applebee's Decament Brownie Pie
coming in at three hundred and thirty calories per slice.

Speaker 7 (01:34:11):
Not so bad, okay.

Speaker 2 (01:34:13):
And the number one healthiest option is the olive Garden
Tira Massu. Really that is it a headless option?

Speaker 6 (01:34:22):
Okay?

Speaker 7 (01:34:23):
No, that's the breadsticks in the salad bowl. But that's okay.
You still have all the tears, so I'm sure keep
bringing it to you. There's your food.

Speaker 9 (01:34:33):
Let's do it some Danielle report, Let's do it Danielle,
you have so much to give us, then go ahead
and give it to us.

Speaker 6 (01:34:38):
Yeah, let's start with Marco Robbie. Our production company, Lucky
chap is producing a live action movie based on Monopoly.
There's not a lot of information about it, but we
do know that it is on the way to the
big screen, so I can keep you posted on that. So, uh,
who's going to see this movie? Ryan Goslin and Emily
Blunt are doing a movie called The Fall Guy, and

(01:34:59):
they didn't of you with Fandango to promote it. Ryan's
character in the movie is a big swiftye okay, Nate Okay,
and he's a swiftie in real life too, so in
all these interviews he's talking about his favorite songs. So
are you gonna see a movie in it where one
of the characters is a swiftye Nate?

Speaker 14 (01:35:18):
No?

Speaker 6 (01:35:18):
Okay, hard, No, that's really froggy now, okay, oh guy,
Since your release in theaters on May third, and we
know the two in this room that will not be
in attendance.

Speaker 9 (01:35:32):
We live in a world full of swifties. Can't we
include them and fold them into any storyline?

Speaker 6 (01:35:36):
I don't understand what they're problem it makes kind of
makes sense very.

Speaker 7 (01:35:40):
I mean, you have to be a swiftie right for
your mind.

Speaker 6 (01:35:43):
The rest will follow the Bravo fan connections. Let me
start that over the Bravo Fan Convention. Bravo con will
not happen in twenty twenty four. It will be back
in twenty twenty five in Vegas. But in twenty twenty
four they're gonna do something different. They're going to do
Watch Party by Bravos so Events in New York in LA.

(01:36:03):
They're going to offer fans advanced screenings and opportunities to
meet some of the Bravos stars. So that's pretty cool
and I'll keep you posted on that as well. Nicki
Minaj has officially earned the crown with her Pink Friday
to tour. Her touring data. The touring Data declared that
her tour is the most successful by a female rapper,
bringing in thirty five million dollars from two hundred and

(01:36:25):
twenty thousand tickets sold in its first seventeen shows. So
congratulations to Nicki Minaj. Melrose Place is coming back. I
don't know if you watched the original, but it ran
from ninety two to ninety nine and Froggie and I
both own some of the original water from the Melrose
Place pool after they drained it when they stopped making

(01:36:46):
the show.

Speaker 2 (01:36:46):
Daniel, you know those were selling on eBay for over
five hundred dollars at one time. The ya rules we got.

Speaker 7 (01:36:50):
Yet, how they do it now?

Speaker 6 (01:36:52):
How are they doing now?

Speaker 7 (01:36:54):
You probably have paid them?

Speaker 6 (01:36:55):
Come stop stop now that it's making comeback anyway, some
of the originals will be back. Heather Locke, Lord Layton,
Daphne Zaniga Lord Layton was one of my favorites. I
loved her, so I can't wait to see her back
in Meloe's place. The Jonas brothers had a little issue
with their fans, and here's the reason. They postponed the
European leg of their tour only weeks in advance. Now,

(01:37:17):
a lot of the fans were like, well, we already
bought tickets, and we booked hotels and we have non
refundable flights, so what do we do? And they kind
of felt like the boys got something better to do,
like a better offer, because they said, we know this
is a bit inconvenient, but we can't wait to share
more about our exciting projects. So the fans were like, well,

(01:37:38):
what are these projects that took you know over you
coming to play for us, so they were not happy.
By the way. Nick added that the European shows schedule
for May and June will be shifted to September and
October if you can still make it so much. Oh
my gosh. They are NonStop and we absolutely love them.
That's why people are disappointing and not seeing them, because

(01:37:59):
you know you love them. The seriesware Fallout on Amazon
that is based on the video game set two hundred
years after a nuclear war. You also have the series
premiere of Patti Stanger, The Matchmaker, F Boy Island, the
spinoff Lovers and Liars. CMT Music Awards is celebrating Toby
Keith on CMT. And of course you have your Grays
in your Station nineteen SVU and your Law and Orders

(01:38:19):
and that is my danielle af.

Speaker 9 (01:38:21):
Love in this world because there's a spinoff from f
Boy Island.

Speaker 7 (01:38:25):
That is so cool.

Speaker 8 (01:38:26):

Elvis ter Ran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 9 (01:38:56):
Yeah, we have these new orchids in the studio. Orchids
die when they see me walk in a room. I
don't know why this is a bad idea.

Speaker 7 (01:39:04):
Orchids. They just one by one, those little petals just
float to the.

Speaker 14 (01:39:08):
Ground and then supposed to put the ice cube in
once a week.

Speaker 7 (01:39:12):
I do it. I do it.

Speaker 9 (01:39:14):
Don't tell me what I'm supposed to do. I do it,
and it doesn't work. It's I don't think it has
anything anything to do with that. It's me either. I
exued some sort of pollution into the air that orchids
don't like.

Speaker 15 (01:39:25):
Same. I do that with a hydrangeas. Oh my god,
as soon as I take them out of a store.

Speaker 23 (01:39:30):
Done.

Speaker 7 (01:39:32):
Scary.

Speaker 18 (01:39:32):
Killed a cactus ill little baby cactus from home depot.

Speaker 7 (01:39:38):
You can't kill a cactus. I mean you have to
really try.

Speaker 11 (01:39:41):
I drowned it. Apparently I read up on it. Apparently
I put too much water.

Speaker 3 (01:39:45):
You watered it every day.

Speaker 9 (01:39:46):
You said I didn't know any better. You're not supposed
to water and cactus every day.

Speaker 2 (01:39:50):
No, that's why you get a cactus, because you hardly
ever water it'll live.

Speaker 18 (01:39:54):
I'm not just kind of surprised. I mean that we
have like real flowers in here, lots. I thought you
will think, Yeah, I did, to pardon my ignorance, but
isn't it easier to maintain fake flo.

Speaker 6 (01:40:04):
Wait wait wait dust ones on the bottom are not
from Marshalls.

Speaker 11 (01:40:09):
Everything's real.

Speaker 9 (01:40:11):
Those are not from home Home whatever goods, and they're
not cheap. Well, anyways, we got to so we were
in charge of watering those. It's like the class Gerbil.
I don't know what we're doing with these things.

Speaker 7 (01:40:23):
But who's in charge of that?

Speaker 6 (01:40:24):
Yeah, Gandhi, she's the plant person.

Speaker 3 (01:40:26):
Oh no, what happens.

Speaker 7 (01:40:30):
Someone's going to be in charge. Someone, someone's got to
be in charge.

Speaker 9 (01:40:32):
We need to put we need to put a chart
up there so we know when it's been tended to.

Speaker 6 (01:40:37):
Are we getting rid of some of them anyway and
putting other things in his place? I thought we were,
well we.

Speaker 7 (01:40:42):
Were, but now that I found out they're real. You
can't get real.

Speaker 6 (01:40:45):
Somebody will take them home, someone will adopt them.

Speaker 11 (01:40:47):
They're so beautiful.

Speaker 6 (01:40:48):
Take them home.

Speaker 3 (01:40:49):
I know you guys hate the one. I like that one.

Speaker 11 (01:40:51):
I think it looks great.

Speaker 9 (01:40:52):
It looks good, But I didn't know they were real
and orchids. You know they have those orchid shows every year.
They have my picture posted at the front gate.

Speaker 1 (01:41:01):
Him.

Speaker 7 (01:41:01):
Do not let him in.

Speaker 3 (01:41:02):
You know what should have done.

Speaker 6 (01:41:04):
Remember you bought us those flowers once the floor what.

Speaker 3 (01:41:07):
They called Oh yeah, the Florida and they they're all
dried forever.

Speaker 6 (01:41:11):
They're beautiful and you have to do anything to those.

Speaker 7 (01:41:13):
They just you gotta vacuum.

Speaker 9 (01:41:15):
Number when you don't have to vacuum your plants and flowers,
you know you've come across the right one.

Speaker 3 (01:41:22):
Yeah, I think a fish tank. We just get a
little great will take care of.

Speaker 9 (01:41:27):
How many things can be killed in one room. It's seriously,
it's like a kill room. What are we doing here?

Speaker 11 (01:41:34):
Say what you want?

Speaker 18 (01:41:35):
My fake cow lilas from Michaels, who has been there
for fifteen years on my table, and they still look
beautiful as the day I bought them.

Speaker 9 (01:41:40):
Can't over doesn't doesn't the sunshine fade the color a
little bit? I mean, do you have them in the sun,
because that will fade color on most things.

Speaker 11 (01:41:46):
You're white, it's white with green stems. Oh no, I
got to do that.

Speaker 7 (01:41:53):
After fifteen years of pollen and dust. All right, all right?
Do you know more than a half half of Americans
trust Google more than their own education a hundred.

Speaker 6 (01:42:04):
If my kids asked me a question, I don't know
the answer, I go, let me google that.

Speaker 15 (01:42:09):
I kind of understand that though, because I mean, things
change over time, information changes, you get more and what
we learned doesn't necessarily stand the test of time.

Speaker 3 (01:42:18):
Hopefully Google does.

Speaker 9 (01:42:20):
Maybe we've been lied to all these years in Clint
school and classrooms. Yes, and plus you know what with
every teacher, not every nine And I take that back,
I did not mean this With a lot of teachers.
A lot of times they a will skew things toward
their belief system, right, and then that's how it's slanted
toward how they want you to perceive the world. And

(01:42:40):
that's your world because you've been told that by a teacher.
This is why we love the best teachers, and we
have the best teachers. Listening to our show, Exercising at
night lowers your risk of death by sixty one percent?

Speaker 7 (01:42:53):
Is this true?

Speaker 9 (01:42:54):
We've always been told it's best to work out in
the mornings, right, because if you work that.

Speaker 6 (01:42:58):
At night, if you don't sleep as well, like you
you're so hyped up and ready to go.

Speaker 9 (01:43:03):
Well, let me read what they're saying here. Obviously, no
wrong time to exercise. Let's all agree on that any
exercise better than nothing. But a new study suggests it
could be a right time at nighttime. They tracked people
over eight years found that people who exercise in the
evening have a sixty one percent lower risk of death
from any cause compared to people who don't exercise. Everyone

(01:43:24):
who exercised was better off, but the people who exercised
in the morning and afternoon only had slightly lower risks
of thirty three and forty percent rather than sixty one percent.
Why is exercising at night better, well, they're saying. The
data suggests it could be because our bodies are primed
to handle blood sugar better later in the day, and
fitting in some exercise in the evening might lower your

(01:43:45):
blood pressure throughout the night and into the next morning.
Never heard of that, neither. They also found the frequency
of exercise how often you move, seem to matter more
for health than duration of the activity. I have several
friends who are very healthy, but they're not health nuts.
In air quotes, they exercised twice a day in smaller

(01:44:05):
amounts of time. I never asked them why, but I'm
I'm wondering if it is a good thing. I don't
know who knows. Don't look at me for health advice.
I don't know any of the thoughts. Let's just make
this a random, like throw that thought out moment. Go
who has a thought?

Speaker 15 (01:44:22):
Yes, Gandhi Diamond and I are going to do the
detox together, the no sugar, no dairy, no carbs. We're
just trying to figure out a date to get that.

Speaker 3 (01:44:30):
Stuffy because we got some vacations.

Speaker 7 (01:44:33):
We got some sugar sugar dates.

Speaker 6 (01:44:34):
On the Calendary's the problem with this stuff, Like it's
never that you go, oh, I can do it this week,
and then you go, oh, no, the.

Speaker 11 (01:44:41):
Best time is January first.

Speaker 6 (01:44:43):
No, it really is after the holidays after it's different.

Speaker 7 (01:44:46):
I mean it's different for everyone.

Speaker 2 (01:44:48):
I feel like there's less like eating in candy holiday
like right now. Yeah, so once we got past Easter,
because you have you Valentine's Days all candy. Easter's a
lot of candy and foods. So once you get past that,
we really don't have another one for some time. And
then towards the end of the year, it's all holidays
and candy and sweets.

Speaker 6 (01:45:05):
Oh, we got vacation coming, She's right, I know, but.

Speaker 7 (01:45:08):
You can eat okay on vacation.

Speaker 9 (01:45:10):
They say the best time to start any sort of
change or shift is now this.

Speaker 7 (01:45:15):
Moment right round.

Speaker 6 (01:45:16):
Yes, true, I remember.

Speaker 7 (01:45:17):
Is that's the way to do it?

Speaker 3 (01:45:19):
You said that.

Speaker 15 (01:45:20):
When you when you have this plan and you're like, Okay,
my diet will start on this day, whatever the day is,
you're kind of already setting yourself up for failure because
you really don't want to do it, so you're just
pushing it off, which is exactly what I'm doing.

Speaker 9 (01:45:30):
However, another thing you're doing is you're telling everyone you're
doing it. And that's another thing they say. Don't tell
people you're about to diet or you're about to do that.
Just do it because announcing it to the world, Yeah,
leads to sometimes can lead to failure.

Speaker 6 (01:45:43):
Oh really, I didn't know that.

Speaker 18 (01:45:44):
Yeah, for me, it leads to accountability, meaning pressure. Now, yeah,
pressure to keep it going.

Speaker 9 (01:45:50):
Well, you had to sponsor paying you to do it, Well, yeah,
well next going to the gym.

Speaker 11 (01:45:54):
I announced it. Now I feel like I can't stop.

Speaker 9 (01:45:57):
You're going to that gym because there's accountability, because it's complimentary.

Speaker 6 (01:46:01):
But I sometimes feel if you're paying for it, it
forces you to go because you're paying for it.

Speaker 12 (01:46:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:46:07):
Yeah, if if I hired a trainer, I would definitely shore.

Speaker 7 (01:46:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:46:10):
Well that's why I haven't hired one.

Speaker 9 (01:46:13):
But going back to that thing when you announced the world,
I'm about to go on a diet and I'm not
gonna eat sugar. I'm not gonna do anything they're saying.
It's it's it's proven through studies that the people that
announce it are less likely to stick to it than
the people who just quietly merge into it.

Speaker 6 (01:46:31):
Okay, I have a question. If you do all that
and you give up, you know, carves and sugar, but
then you go back to it, what happens.

Speaker 7 (01:46:39):
It's different for everyone.

Speaker 2 (01:46:40):
You gotta have moderation, like, for example, with sugar, I
had a little bit around my birthday and around the holiday,
but now I'm stop eating it again.

Speaker 11 (01:46:49):
You're looking at the result over here.

Speaker 18 (01:46:54):
What do you mean by that? Explain to everyone what
you're talking about what Froggy was saying, and what gone
are you saying about no carbs, no sugar. That is
the exactly to a T to a letter, the detox
that I do every January and February, and then when
you go back to it, you start gaining the weight back.

Speaker 11 (01:47:10):
Look at me.

Speaker 7 (01:47:11):
That's why unless you do it in moderation.

Speaker 2 (01:47:13):
If you do it in moderation, it's not as bad.

Speaker 9 (01:47:16):
You know, when I had the gastric sleeve done where
you had no choice but to eat smaller portions, you
just had no choice. That should have been my learning moment. Well,
I'm now eating the portions I should be eating all
the time.

Speaker 7 (01:47:31):
Well did I learn my lesson?

Speaker 9 (01:47:32):
Well now, and my stomach did start to stretch as
they say it always does. Now I'm doing this with
Gobi stuff. I find myself sometimes getting full faster. That
should be my learning moment. Okay, this is what I
just say. That's what I should be eating. Will I
have the Well I have the discipline to do that
and follow through.

Speaker 7 (01:47:51):
That's another thing. You know. I am a walking, talking
lack of discipline machine.

Speaker 6 (01:47:55):
Same, yeah, I think we all are.

Speaker 9 (01:47:58):
So.

Speaker 15 (01:47:58):
If you see Diamond and I quite not eating things
that you're eating.

Speaker 1 (01:48:01):
Just leave us alone.

Speaker 6 (01:48:04):
Don't say try this.

Speaker 5 (01:48:05):
Oh my god, it's so gonna eat this.

Speaker 3 (01:48:06):
Just take a bite, don't do it.

Speaker 9 (01:48:08):
I know, but I remember years and years ago I
was trying to watch my weight. I would walk in
the studio, I'll be eating breakfast and Danielle, do you
really want to eat that?

Speaker 17 (01:48:17):
My god?

Speaker 7 (01:48:19):
My answer was always yes.

Speaker 6 (01:48:21):
I do because I knew he was trying so hard,
and I was like Elvis, so you know.

Speaker 17 (01:48:26):
I know.

Speaker 9 (01:48:26):
But it adds the things when people say things like that,
it adds to this level. It makes there's a level
of anxiety that's like introduced.

Speaker 6 (01:48:33):
And I also think it's easier if you do it
with someone else and you are accomptable with each other
and you keep them on track.

Speaker 9 (01:48:40):
I'm not saying I'm gonna do it, but maybe I'll
join Diamond and Gandhi with their they're cut back on sugar.

Speaker 6 (01:48:46):
Everyone in this room is going to be in such
a bad mood.

Speaker 15 (01:48:49):
Yeah, I'm interested to see how it goes because I
will say, dairy, carbs and sugar are probably my three
favorite things.

Speaker 7 (01:48:55):
I know. There's nothing better than a sweet glass of
chocolate milk.

Speaker 8 (01:49:02):
We're not normal, elster Rand in the Morning Show, The.

Speaker 7 (01:49:08):
Friday Show tomorrow. Till then, what are we watching, Danielle.

Speaker 6 (01:49:11):

Patti Stanger, The Matchmaker, Raise Anatomy. Everyone still loves that one.

Speaker 7 (01:49:18):
That's still wrong.

Speaker 6 (01:49:19):
Yes it is.

Speaker 17 (01:49:20):
Till tomorrow.

Speaker 7 (01:49:21):
Say peace out, everybody.
