Speaker 1 (00:08):
Scable Advice Shog's Hello, Hello, welcome to the naught even
nice show on your house, Stokes Shoot. It's Monday, which
means fingers crossed hopefully, dear friend Garrett vocals with us. Hey, Garrett,
are you there? Uncross your fingers? Rob Shooter. I am present,
ready to go reporting for duty. Hey, my friend, we

(00:30):
missed you. We had a few technical issues last week.
You were off on vacation. Garrett. It's not the same
with that, you, my friend. Oh well, thank you. I
needed to go out west, not to Coachella, right outside
to Napa Valley and get as as you say in London,
pitch drunk and come home very notice, Rob Shooter. It

(00:50):
was like Forest Cump. You saw the movie Forrest Gump,
You know when he goes out for that run and
then he just stops and he goes. I think I
gotta go home now. That was me in Napa. After
three days, I had my last of my wine. I
looked at my wife Ali, and I said, it's time
to time to go home. I have nights like that.
Forget vacations, but there's literally nights where I'm sitting at

(01:11):
Bartido's drinking with everybody ever like my liver says, now
it is time to go home. Hey, let's jump in
the show. We've got so much. What time is it,
my friends, It is tea time. So Megan and Harry
are being called cynical for toying with the Queen's emotions.
So insiders are saying that Megan and Harry basically have

(01:32):
Queen Elizaeth wrapped around their finger. They went to the
UK to visit the Queen, it was a surprise. They
also saw Prince Charles. So they were on their way
to their Netherlands for the Invictus Games. That really do
mean the world to Harry. He invented these games. They
mean an enormous amount of that baby exactly right. They

(01:54):
can't go to the Netherlands and not pop across the
sea to see Granny, to see his father. So a
royal expert, Andrea Levin told Good Morning Britain, which is
Good Morning America of Britain. She said the following, I
think the Queen and Prince Charles have missed them hugely.
I agree, and therefore Harry and Megan can wrap them

(02:17):
both around their fingers and use them for commercial use,
as they have done before. I don't think I necessarily
agree with that. These two it feels like they can't win.
What do you think, Oh, of course, I mean, like
think about it, like put it. Put yourself in that situation,
just like a normal situation where you're going to a
friend's house, but you're about to pass grandma's house. If

(02:39):
you pass grandma's house without saying hi to Grandma, you're
you're kind of you're kind of a bad person, you
know what. And imagine if they didn't they just went
straight to the Invictus Games and they came back to
l A And why didn't they start to say hello
to the like they can't win, they can't win. Also
to the Brits. Are really angry that they met the
Queen and Prince Charles kind of on the download. Now,

(03:00):
they didn't have royal guards or cannons or fireworks, but
I think that was on purpose. They just wanted to
go in and talk to the Queen, talked to Prince Charles.
It's been a long time that they have not seen them.
They did not have the children with them, but they
wanted to stop by Now, if they've done it with
pomp and circumstance, they would have been criticized for just

(03:21):
turning up to put on a shower, So it's wasting money.
They're wasting the people, right, that's right. They want us
all to see them as one big, happy family, so
they did it on the low down low here. I
think it was probably a good idea. I'm glad that
they saw them. They have not seen the Queen in
over two years with the pandemic. Really, Megan hasn't been

(03:42):
back since that big Oprah tell all. Now, some people
are saying the Queen is quite poorly and maybe that's
the reason that they went over to maybe make sure
that they certainly had all their business tied up. Either
way here, going to see Grandma, for whatever reasons is
a good idea. I think what about you, oh too,

(04:02):
and you know what I wanted to ask you too.
You're talking about the popping circumstance of like having having
fireworks and guns going out. Do you think, like, first
time around it has to be the most amazing feeling whatsoever?
You know what I mean, like has to feel like
you're you're you're a billion bucks. But after the fiftieth time,
or in the Queen's instance, after you know time, do

(04:26):
you think they just roll their eyes at this point. No,
I hope not. I think you know what I mean. Like,
it's like, Okay, we've seen it. It's not as amazing anymore.
Still thinks in life that still get you excited. Give
me a piece of pumpkin pie and I will still
be really excited of the queen has has has a
twenty one gun salute and you get just as excited
the kid pie. I like seeing you on a day.

(04:49):
I still get exciting about this. I have not, but
I do understand what you're saying. But more importantly, we
want to know what you think, which brings us to
our pole question of the day. Megan Harry are being
said to toy with the Queen's emotions? Do you agree?
Do you think these two are toying with the queen? Yes?
Or no? Hey get boats on a Twitter page at

(05:10):
naughty nice Robert on Facebook page, which is not what
he goes there. He checked back tomorrow to hear your results,
Darrett Love, what are you working on? All right? Let's
talk about Jennifer Aniston too, So this is kind of interesting.
She was she was talking about how she just kicked
a habit. Now, when you read a headline like that
you're like drugs, alcohol. No, actually a sleeping habit, Like
she's been sleepwalking, and it's kind of kind of interesting

(05:33):
where it's like you hear about people sleepwalking, you don't
want to wake him up. But if I see Jennifer
Aniston walking around and I try to wait, I'm gonna
wake her up, like like Jennifer Andiston wake up. But now,
she said she she has that under control. She has
another sleeping problem, insomnia, which you can't fall asleep. So
when she falls asleep, she gets up and she walks. Oh, exactly,
I would I would be I would be just tired.

(05:55):
She said. She's dealt with this for years and even
decades to like with many of sleep problems, um, you know,
and it comes with sleep anxiety. Uh you know. She
she was literally down to counting the cracks on the wall.
I count numbers like I try to count as far
as I can, and then once I hit a thousand,
I'm like, this is not like I gotta go. So
she she said it started probably around her thirties too,

(06:17):
and she's been trying to battle it ever since. And uh,
it's it's kind of interesting and just like any problem
once you realize that you have a situation and you
try to take care of it. But she said because
she was younger, she thought she was invincible, just like
any of us girls, like I could do this. It's fine,
I'm not tired. I'm just a little tired. But actually
it was the fact that she couldn't fall asleep. She

(06:39):
was having uh insomnia, issues of falling asleep, and once
she did fall asleep, she would wake back up because
of anxiety and end up sleep walking too. So uh,
you know, she says she has it under control now,
which is interesting. Um, And it's just it's one of
those things too where she's where it's like, hey, she
is normal, you know, but she's like everything about it's amazing.

(07:00):
I love when a celebrity tells us something we really
didn't know. This is quite big. How do you sleep, Garret?
Are you're a good sleeper or do you get anxiety?
Do you get in some where are you? I'm kind
of in the middle to where it's like, you know,
our job sometimes where my alarm goes off at three
thirty and I go to bed at eleven some nights,
you know, just for it's some nights you're just like

(07:21):
screw it, and you're like, I'm gonna fight through. And
then you're tired all day and then you either try
to take a twenty minute power and napp and then
you're up all day and you can't have coffee after
four o'clock because then you're up. So it's like there
there is no perfect solution or sauce to it. But
like Jennifer Oriston said that she found little things like
stretching in yoga and kind of winding down at the
end of the night, like exactly so, I I've done

(07:44):
this too, and I don't know if you do where
I I kind of put away my screens an hour
before bed, no phones. Jen said that she tries to
get to bed at the same time and that sort
of helps. And I think that's not normal. No one
goes to bed. I'm regular. I might bed times like
ten o'clock, ten thirty. I'm normally in bed, And there's
nights when I do exciting things or go out with

(08:06):
with work purposes, it throws my balance up. Sleeping is
so important. I need a good eight hours and that's
a lot, but I really need a good eight hours,
and if it means going to bed early. I do it.
When I was a little I used to sleep walk too.
I did, now, is it true? Like I never slept walk?
My sister did, and you know, he actually caught her
outside one day from our house and my mom and

(08:28):
dad were like, and you have to cautiously don't yeah, exactly,
Like so like did your did your friends? When I
first moved to America, I was so lost, no pun intended,
I'd lost all my friends. I was in this strange study.
I was with a great guy, but it was such
a big adjustment there. For the first couple of months,
I slept walk and Bruce didn't know what it did him.
He's like, who's this crazy person in my flat? And

(08:50):
imagine robshooter, I'm hatching someone in your building. They don't
know you, just they see that you're sleepwalking, and they go,
he's sleep walking and he has a British checks, eyes
are not closed, and your arms are not extended out
in front of you. You look totally normal. And Bruce
would never wake me. He'd be very gentle and be like, hello,

(09:12):
and let's go back to bed, sweetheart, and walk back
to bed, and I'd be like, okay, and I'll get
back to bed, but I stopped doing it. But I'm lucky.
I do have friends who really suffer, who just can't
go to sleep. Their brains are too active, their jobs
are too much high pressured, and it really does mess
up their bodies. So if you, if you, if you
are in that case, read what Jennifer has to say.

(09:33):
Maybe it will be useful. Hey, maybe you are long.
Kayleeke was good in after losing a job to Kate Hudson,
so she was up for a job in Knives Out
Part two. I liked the first one. It's going to
hit Nateflix. I think later this year she thought she'd
got it and was devastated when she didn't. She was
one of those instances has this ever happened to you?
Where she was convinced the job was hers, absolutely convinced,

(09:55):
a great interview, a great audition, her bags were packed,
she was ready to go. I think they would fil
in Greece. She was gonna be working with Daniel Craig
James Bond. And she said, I didn't get it, and
I was absolutely devastated, and I cried, and I was
really disheartened, and I never wanted to work ever again.
I thought the whole world was just terrible. I've had
interviews like this where I literally thought the job was mine. Yeah, no,

(10:20):
I didn't get it. What about you? Which Yeah, no,
I've had many of jobs where I've gone out walked away,
like you know, you kind of do the Matthew McConaughey
pound your chest as you're walking out, and then the
call comes They're like, hey, and this is what they
always say. Where gonna go in different direction? Oh and

(10:41):
then you have to be nice, you kind of like
like when they when they put the cameras on the
losers at the award shows and you kind of just
have to smile and clap and like, Okay, what does
that mean you go to a different direction. That means
that they didn't. They literally the complete opposite of you,
like went So imagine people take up with you like that.
That would be like the ultimate breakup, like you know

(11:03):
it's not gonna work out between you, like they should
use on the Bachelor, like the Bachelor and Bachelor at
Like you think, I'm just going to go in a
different directions happened to you with love? Have you ever
met somebody and thought, oh, that went really great. I
really like her, I really like him and they just
didn't return to Colo probably like was it was it

(11:24):
something I said? And you do the thing where like
like you breathe into your your hand to see if
it was like maybe your your bad breath or it's
like that. I mean we went to Target on our
first date. What could have gone wrong? Like I don't,
I don't know. But it's interesting with Kelly Quoko though,
It's like she is an actress where you and I
both know that after Big Bang she literally couldn't retire

(11:46):
for the children and the grandchildren. Yes, she and and
you know you know that. The the other part of
the interview too, she says she never wants to get
married again, and I understand that where she said because
she had a you know, a bad relationship and and
a divorce with that. But she she has a show
on HBO Max Flight Attendant two which is coming out
very soon, so we kind of see. This is the

(12:07):
type of person that it's not about the money, it's
about the job. It's about the job, but it's about
the job, but it's interesting in life. I think this
whole story, though, is about how we read signals. Like
I've met people recently, I was this Didner party and
I sat next to somebody and I really liked them,
and I thought they really liked me too. It wasn't romantic,
but it was someone that I wanted to be friends
with and I like emailed. I was great seeing you.

(12:27):
I texted, let's have a drink. They didn't respond and
I literally that night I was like, well, I told
you I don't get service and NAPA Like I told you,
I knew, I knew I had you. Hello. When I
first met you and saw those brides, big eyes are
you're sparkling? I was like, I got him. Hey, what's
Billy Eilish up to? This is an interesting story too.

(12:48):
So it's interesting if if you're if you didn't celebrate
the the passover or Easter weekend, you were then out
at Cotelo without your family. The three things, Yeah, those
are the three things that happened. Uh So, So Billie
Eilish actually performed that coach Hella. She became the youngest
person to headline Coachella, and she was a female, so

(13:08):
she was checking off many of boxes. But you know,
talking about we were talking about insecurities and and just
you know, trying being normal and having celebrities go, hey,
they're just like us. Billie Eilish actually apologized to a
sold out Coachella coch coach Hella saying sorry, I'm not
Beyonce because Beyonce performed at Coachella. You know it's a
big to do. Everybody was, oh my god, Beyonce. But

(13:29):
Billie Eilish said, thank you Coachella. I'm sorry, I'm not Beyonce.
I love you. Good night. That's how she ended her show,
probably after probably one of the biggest shows of her career,
and she said, just superstar, she just want the Oscar too.
It just goes to show you those doubts, those negative voices,
those fears never give away. It doesn't matter how everybody's head.
Everybody has them. Superstars have them too, So it's totally

(13:52):
normal to have. So the next time you've got that
nasty little voice in your head telling you you're not
good enough, shut up, telling to shut up, because every
single one of us has that voice, Hey, quickly before
we get a break. Really lovely, over the weekend, we
got to see Prince George and Princess Charlotte, so William
and Kate took them to the Royal Services Easter services

(14:13):
at Windsor Castle. The Queen who turns nineties six on Thursday,
and she did not attend the services. So now I
think they've really passed the bat on to the next generations.
Obviously Charles will be king next, but William will be king.
It's lovely to see the children out all dressed up,

(14:34):
and it's amazing to look at that little boy, that
little boy, Prince George, knowing that one day he's going
to be the King of England. I love these pictures.
The family looks lovely, lovely together. It looks like William
absolutely And I hope the queen's doing okay. I'm told
now we're going to see lesson, lesson less of her.

(14:56):
You know what, She's done enough for the country, for
the world. I hope she has the most wonderful time
resting and knowing how great she is. Don't think you
have to do anything more for us, Queen. If you
never want to leave that castle ever again, I am
fine with that. Hey, we're going to take a quick
break and we will be right back. Welcome back to

(15:19):
the naughty but nice I'm fair, dear friend. Garrett Focal, Hey,
Garrett let's get to the polls. Bom bomb, thank you
very much of my friends. So on our last show,
we talked about Justin Timberlake, who got caught yelling over
Brittney's pregnancy. So people asked him, are you excited? Photographers
asked him about Brittany being pregnant, and he got kind
of angry about it. Our question was, should he just

(15:40):
have said, yes, congratulations, Let's have a look, said he
should have just said congratulations, Brittany. I know the paparazzi,
I know photographers can be annoying, but shouting at them
doesn't ever make them look bad. It only makes you
look bad. What do you think, Yeah, just say congratulations.
He looked like you also had a cup in his hands,
So it's never good like it happened with Nicholas a

(16:03):
few weeks ago. Look like they almost know. It's like,
maybe ask him before he goes into wherever he's hanging
out and he's he's in a normal state. Uh, don't
wait until well, I guess for their jobs. But even
if you've had a few drinks, the answer when anybody
asks you are you excited somebody is pregnant, the answer

(16:23):
is yes, that's the end of that story, we are
with you. Hever get the page at Naughty nys rob
Facebook page. Sure's checked back to mal Roo to hear
your results on that. Garrett has a Noises of the Day. Yes,
well this is this is just like if you didn't
know this by now, I mean I I don't know

(16:43):
where your head's been. But you know, we were talking
about Megan and Harry being at the Invictus Games and
when they were on stage they shared a kiss and
with that too, uh you know Harry, Harry of course
said thank you my love. And if you didn't know,
these two are like in love like I don't know.

(17:03):
And I love the headlines too that are out there,
like the people that are trying to like read into it,
be like they kissed on because that's what happens. But
Royal protocol doesn't normally allow them to do this. They're
not really sort of they don't have to. They don't
have to follow it anymore. So, Garrett, when we don't
have to follow my Heart Radio protocol, we can kiss. Well,

(17:25):
I think we don't need to anymore. I mean it
is a home, but we don't have any rules. By
then we can do whatever we want, Like if if
we want to sit here with no papers on, we can,
but we chose, we choose to because we have more.
We have exactly, maybe we should be the nicest of
the day. Hey, Harry and Megan, are you going, Hey,
let's do a naughtious of the day. Jay Leno is

(17:47):
talking out about the slap, the Will Smith incident at
the Oscars, and he's saying the slap itself was not
the most disturbing thing to him. He called Smith a
good guy, He's known him for a long time, and
he said he wasn't the lab that he thought was
so disturbing. It was afterwards when Will was screaming, screaming,
and he said, whoa, what's going on there? That's a

(18:10):
lot of anger for me. The most disturbing thing was
the fact that nobody did anything. Nobody. Yeah, you think
about that, you know what I mean? Like how many
people sat there and just watched it, you know, And
it just goes to show you're not everything is fake
in Hollywood. You know. It's really disturbing. It's a question
and I asked myself all the time, I don't want

(18:30):
to be somebody in life that does nothing When I
see something, even if it's something small, I want to
say something. I want to I want to not just
ignore things that I know are wrong. If I see
somebody being rude to somebody, I want to be like,
you're rude, Like I don't want to be somebody that
lives my life just walking on by. No of course,

(18:51):
and you also have to think about it too. It's
like with so if you do speak up, there are
going to be consequences of of people are going to cheer,
and people are also going to look at you side eye.
So as long as you feel at the end of
the day you are doing something right and standing up
for someone or something like, go for it. Don't be
afraid of it. There are going to be resulting from it.

(19:12):
But if you don't do anything either, they'll be consequences
to you'll live with that for the rest of your life. Hey,
let's end with a moment of rob you got you
gotta rob you get thank you. So start removing anyone
from your life who doesn't bring you happiness. I started
to do this and it's really really changed my life.
I've got rid of all those negative voices out there
that people were giving me all the time. And I'm

(19:35):
not paying attention to anybody any longer that doesn't deserve it. Now,
I get it, there's a lot of negative people in
our lives that we can't get rid of. Our bosses,
people we work with. I get it. But if you
don't have to have them in your lives, say goodbye
to them. I've started to protect myself, Garrett from some
of these negative, negative forces people, and life is better.

(19:58):
What about you? Can you do that for the most
part too, But you know what I do, welcome all those, uh,
those those negative tweets that have come I don't know
me from the naughties. They're still very angry about you
and Will Smith. I'm so so sorry naughties. Hey, that's
it for today. Thank you so much for listening to
