One teenager who has experienced this first hand is 15-year-old Jade Varney.
Varney started a petition pleading for the Government to act.
She said she started the petition because no one is taking any action to improve mental health services, having some firsthand experience herself.
Varney joined Francesca Rudkin to explain more about what she hopes the outcomes from her petiton will be.
