In this episode Becks catches up with Andrew Morrison, Chairman of Beef+Lamb New Zealand. Andrew is a true blue Southland, sheep and beef farmer, passionate about rural communities and the contribution these communities make through the agricultural sector to New Zealand's economy.  This week's episode is based around the UN Sustainable Development Goal 16 “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions” and Andrew is going to reflect on the role beef and lamb New Zealand plays in this space and his own personal views on the goal.  Andrew displays strong leadership for our sector. He places his focus on the people working within it, navigating complex, fast paced challenges and mentoring the next generation of leaders coming through. At the end of the day, though, he is a farmer first and can be found driving posts and planting trees to connect with tangible sustainability outcomes on the land.
