Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hi, Family Secrets. Family. I'm dropping in to share two
exciting bits of news with you all. First, the time
of waiting between seasons is almost over. The all new
eleventh season of Family Secrets drops on Thursday, November seventh.
We have an extraordinary lineup of guests with astonishing, beautiful

(00:22):
stories I cannot wait to share with you. I also
want to let you know that I'll soon be leading
my one annual retreat called The Stories We Carry the
weekend of December thirteenth. This retreat is a deep dive
into writing as a practice, which allows us to explore
the stories we don't yet know, you might say, the

(00:45):
secrets we keep from ourselves. It's a safe, nurturing space
open to all levels, from the curious to published authors,
and everyone in between. I'll share writing prompts, we'll explore
the creative process, and you'll leave feeling hopeful and inspired.
This retreat will be held at the gorgeous Cropalu Center

(01:06):
for Yoga and Health in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts,
but it also has a live stream option for those
who can't attend in person. If you're interested in learning more,
please go to my website. Danny shapiro dot com and
click on the workshops and teaching link, or drop me
a note on Instagram where I'm at, Danny Rider. I

(01:27):
hope to see some of you in December. Until then,
be well,

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
