Speaker 1 (00:09):
Hello, welcome to another edition of Nerdificent. I am one
half of your host, Danny Fernandez, and sitting across for
me as always. Wow. Sorry, I was looking to give
my nerded out thing and then I kind of zoned out.
You know, we're I just got spinster. Yeah, I'm not
even here yet, and I had to react to that.
(00:30):
Anthony Carboy Is that's the voice that you heard. He's
the host of the Star Wars show. He's also a
cat's afficionado. Sat next to me during a rowdy screen
Do you want to made a rowdy screening? Is? I
was very I'm glad I was with you because I
was I did not want to go. You need you
definitely need a shepherd. You need somebody to uh, somebody
(00:51):
to be your safe space, your your connection between the
real world and the world of cats fandom. Sure. We
went to a rowdy screening at the Alamo, which is
um Once a day they do a rowdy screening where
you can just come in and scream and yell at
the screen and uh and they serve they serve special drinks.
We had. We had drinks served to us in saucers
(01:12):
because it's cats and it's a it's a real good time.
It's a real good time. That sounds so good. And
the person sitting across from him, comedian writer Clee Wiggins. Hello. Um,
what I was going to say is Anthony commented on
my perfect Jimmy Stewart impressions. Yeah, here we go. It
was great. Honestly, Jimmy Stewart's awesome. Yeah, he is great
(01:35):
the impression of my Um Clee, what are you seeking
out about this week? Uh? This week? The boyfriend and
I just finished watching this weekend the BBC Netflix Dracula
miniseries and it was so awesome until like the last
fifteen or twenty minutes and then you're like, what, I
(01:58):
watched a part of it. Yeah, it's where they skipped
forward two thousand years and Dracula is on a spaceship
and you're like, that's that wasn't even needed. It's so
weird to do in the last fifteen minutes, some space blow. Yeah.
The fact that they brought in Dracula three thousands was
really strange. It was really strange to make Andre three thousand,
(02:18):
So I thought it was gonna like it way. Yeah,
it felt gimmicky and all honesty, but I like the
first two and one third episode, Anthony, what about you?
You know what it? It It just occurred to me because
you asked me beforehand, and I had a bad one,
But I do have a good one. Doctor who is back.
(02:39):
Doctor is back, and it's very good this season. I
feel like last last season they were trying to get
their footing with like an entirely new crew, and now
I feel like they've they've really nailed it locked. I
would wait at the end of the season and then
I binge it because I can't wait week to week,
so it's just better if I put all of those
weeks together. It's one of the few that like, I
will buy at the beginning of the season. Um, even
(03:02):
though it's like airing, I could watch it on BBC
America because BBC America has the most obnoxious amount of
commercial breaks. I think any channel in the world. Absolutely
it will make anything just a misery to watch agree
because I just I buy it too. Yeah, it's one
of the ones where I'm just like, I just want
this uninterrupted. I'll wait and I'll wait until the next day.
I won't check online and see what people are saying.
(03:24):
I'll just I'll just watch it. Pristine. You know, I
stay away from everything and then I wait for the
ten or twelve episodes to air, and then I watch
it all in like a weekend. C w app is
bad about that too, Actually, so is UM. I watched
Ships Creak on Pop because that's how you can because
the last season, the final season. But if you want
(03:44):
to watch it in like real time is that they're
coming out, it's on Pop and that's the same thing.
I cannot fast forward through the commercials and it's just traumatizing,
to be honest. My geeky thing is that Ezra Miller
popped up on Crisis on Infinite Earth. I know that
Mark Guggenheim and everybody there. Uh, we're trying to get
as many people as they could. You know, they had
(04:07):
Tom Welling on another episode, and the Welling scene was good.
The Welling scene. Yeah. Yeah, And everyone keeps tagging me
because we didn't we did a Crisis Aftermath for like
the first half and then the second half. Look TV is,
they weren't even done shooting them. They weren't even done
shooting them. I think when we did our Crisis Afternoon.
I don't know if I'm allowed to say that, but Anyways,
I did say it, and um, so yeah, but I
(04:29):
thought it was really cool that they got Ezra Miller
and Bananas. I've been watching the c W shows in
a couple of years, but I might have to re
up and catch up just to get to that, and
then I'll probably stop again. They're fun, they're getting they're
getting real wild now, which I love because especially with
Arrow Ending, they're going, they're making they're making big moves
in They're making big moves with that character. And I
(04:51):
think they finally announced, Um Clark and Lois Superman and
Low Yeah and him, Yeah, of course love it. I
love her too. But there are the two of them
together like it's it was so funny watching Crisis and
seeing like Brandon Routh standing next to you know, Tom
Welling standing next to Tyler, and they all look so different.
(05:13):
But I look at all three of them, I'm like, no,
you're all Superman. All of you look exactly like Superman
in some weird way. To me, it's amazing because they
all look totally different. Um, it's been fun. It's been
fun to see all the people that they've been able
to kind of collect and throw in for a minute
or two here and there. Yeah, I would argue the
same for the Batman's. You know, all those Bruce Wayne's
they equally. There's so many different ways that you can
(05:35):
play to see Kevin actually do it, Like live action
was like really wonderful, and yeah, the animated Batman voice
and he was the jerkiest Bruce Wayne to ever be
a jerk, and it was wonderful. It was wonderful to
see because he's the sweetest man in the history of time.
We asked, I remember I tweeted and was asking people
what they wanted him to say, and um, we got
(05:55):
him to say, like, welcome to Good Burger, the Good Burger.
Can I take your order? If what are you seeking
out about? I'm getting out about a little trailer that
dropped over the weekend, that morbious trailer, because there's a
lot going on in it, so so much. But you know,
(06:16):
I'm so dang curious because I'm like, because because it's
it's like, of course we knew they were going to
say from the studio that brought you Spider Man Homecoming
Far from Home and the third movie they shouted out
and venom uh, which I'm like, are they creating like
a villain verse from these like these movies, which if
(06:39):
they are, are they connecting, like are they doing a
sinister six? And then at the end it's like, yeah,
we're gonna smush it with this m c U. Spidy.
Also that makes me wonder if Sony did end up
keeping Spider Man, was that their plan was there going
to smush him in this world? I just there's so
much did even digest. There is a shot at the
(07:02):
end of that trailer where Morbus is walking down an
alley and he passes a painting of Spider Man, like
a mural of spider which Venom did not mention Spider Man,
like they weren't allowed. But the Spider Man is like
a Sam Ramie suit Spider Man, but like graffitied over.
It is the word murderer, which is referring to homecoming.
(07:23):
And so I'm like, what are y'all doing? And does
this mean in Venom to Spiderman and Venom are finally
going to kiss? Because that's all I'm waiting for. Are
they gonna kiss? I think I think that's they're They're
gonna do it. They're gonna have that, They're gonna smush
these worlds they're gonna smush the worlds, They're gonna smush faces,
they're gonna kiss, and then they're gonna talk about kissing.
And they're very good American accents. And does that mean
(07:46):
that we are going to get Woody Harrelson as Carnage whoa,
which I'm like, oh, I'm ready, well, you burned Carnage
when you did it in Venom with the other Venoms.
Morbous looks like, looks like somebody opened a time capsule
from the year two thousand and one and they're just like,
this is what a superhero movie is, and I am
here for it. Yeah. And like the fact that they
(08:06):
did go with the upturned nose face which to look
like a bat, which I was like, that was a
choice that could have just been left. Could I just
look like Jared Leto? Yeah, because he's ghoulish enough. What
does Dracula look like in the New Dracula? Um, he's
super handsome and old like when they first show him,
he's old, like super old, and then he is drinking
(08:30):
new blood until he gets younger and younger until he's
finally like about forty eight years old. Okay, um, but
it really looks like if the Count were a little
bit younger and hotter and not a muppet, yeah kind
of yeah, like the Count from Testame Street. Also, we
could get younger and possible for the Count to get hotter.
(08:50):
Somebody had to say, he's like, you know, he's very
he's like very swarthy and dark chocola. Yeah, but not
like not he white's in a in a in black face.
In my OPI counch Chocula is as a white actor
in the eighties, higher plays a nationality. Yeah, oh my gosh,
(09:18):
I think the active who plays him as Swedish. Yeah, definitely,
but there I do. Danny is right. If you there
were somewhere he was like, yeah, if you go back,
he is brown for some reason. Yeah, yeah, see, I
know I'm not crazy. They just they just told a
Jewish guy to go to a tanning bed and told
him but nobody'll even noticed. This is who asked I
(09:42):
can't remember, but this is Dracula. Oh yeah, yeah, it's
a good looking Dracula. Good looking. Do they do like
a weird Gary Oldenman thing at the end where he
just turns into a weird old bat. No, actually he
turns into multiple bats when he when he goes batty,
and that's what he says to He goes, I'm going back.
That's Dracula's catchphrase from the HIG series Dracula. And he
(10:05):
also like, can like put on the skin of other creatures? Yeah,
I'm gonna watch this. I remember I was asking on Twitter.
I was like, hey, horror heads, like, what's a what's
a horror that you think doesn't get enough? You know,
we all know the ones that do, like the Shining
Halloween blah blah blah, Like, what are some films that
you think don't get enough love? And Lawn Harris replied
(10:26):
with Bram Stoker's Dracula. I'm like, yeah, it's because nobody
knows about that underground Yeah, underground, little known film. Yeah.
I was like, I get it. It still deserves more love,
but I just it made me laugh. Um. But maybe
one day Gary Oldman, Winona Ryder and Keana Reeves will
get the respect they deserve Inwood, you know, maybe one day. Yeah.
(10:51):
But it's like it's from Stephen Moffatt and Mark Gaddis,
So oh I did not know that. Yeah, Okay, now
I'm in Mark Gaddis plays Reinfield. Nice. I love the
Gattus always gives himself like the jerkiest parts, and he
just finds that so fun to do. I love people
who write terrible roles for themselves, you know. Yeah he does,
Like even on Doctor Who, like he played a jack, Yeah,
(11:13):
because he's like, what's the what's the most obnoxious guy
I could play? Today? Yeah? That's fun. You know we
are talking about. What are we talking about today? The
planets of Star Wars? Sanda, that's the Star Wars song. Yeah,
that's it. That's the Star Wars song I sung by
Jimmy Stewart perfectly Clarence. So it's like he's here. I
(11:37):
keep looking over to see if he's here. Um, so okay, yes,
this is our second part, third part in our Star
Wars series. Uh. We are tackling you know, there's there.
We're tackling things that don't always get talked about as much,
and so this one we wanted to dive into the
planets now before we do, does anyone have a favorite?
(12:01):
I do? Yeah, what's your favorite? I love it's very cool. Um.
It was the Empire Strikes Back the video game for
sixty four. Oh my gosh, I loved it. I was
obsessed it was also a good map on Battlefront. It
was a great all the tiny little caves and then
when it turned into when it turned into like the
(12:22):
full scale warfare and you're just on the giant snowfield. Yeah,
hat is great. And it's such an iconic Star Wars
moment too. Yeah, it's one of my favorite, my favorite
battle scene on it, which is I love the ad
at the toe cables, And that's every video game, like
you were saying, every video game wants to do the
toe cables. Yeah, I feel like I feel like sixty
four was the first one that did it in a
(12:43):
way where I was like, oh, I like this, Yeah,
I like this a lot. But also, um, it's also
you where you cut off where you cut open a
tonton to sleep in. That's great. Oh so sick and
all the steam that came out of it gave us
some great Star Wars march out of that time fight
a Wampa. Yeah, he made a time Tom sleeping bag
that looks like you're sleeping inside of Tom. Yeah, and
(13:04):
it's got such a great It's got such great Han
and Laab moments too. Yeah, that's where they really like
tap into the like the old school Hollywood like rom
Com Friday. Yeah, exactly, like a Katherine Hepburn like Carrie
Grant sort of vibe between the two of them. Yeah,
half is good. Yeah, so we'll dive more into that.
(13:25):
But does anyone else have a beloved best be Yeah,
that's how I do. That's not that's how we pronounce it. Yeah,
Like sky Cities, that's bean is the sky one right? Yes? Yes,
cities are good. Cloud City is like it's a very
iconic location. It's That's one of the things that I
(13:48):
like about Star Wars Planets is you know, every everybody
at this table is a writer, so I like there
are three ways to kind of tell your story, and
it's like plot, character, or setting, And Star Wars is
so good at just like creating settings out of whole
cloth to match whatever the vibe is. Like the idea
of Lando, like living in a palace that's like literally
(14:08):
shrouded in like you can't see anything else and all
you can see is the classy, like upstanding, wealthy part, right,
but you can't see what's going on underneath. And that's
such a good Like of course Lando's from there, of
course he's from there. So I just love the way
Star Wars is able to kind of like match that
up to whatever is going on story wise or character wise.
(14:31):
That reminds me of whenever you read a script of
like it's set in New York and it's like the
city is a character. It's almost as though the city
itself spit you out. I'm a fan of KSh yes um.
I love the idea, like they can't really go on
(14:54):
the forest floor in cash like indoor. There's like a
shadow land there and it's dangerous down there. So so so
I like the fact that you have to like swing
from tree to tree or build bridges and stuff. It's awesome.
Also causes my fake club name back in my twenties,
and of course, you know, because I'm black, I got
away with it. Even with the double y. Nobody ever
(15:15):
blinked twice at that. Nobody was like, even if they
know Star Wars, they don't want to challenge you on it.
They're just saying no, no, no, she says her name
is yeah. You know why with the college in Atlanta,
nobody questions. And I even gave out my fake phone
number was from Star Wars The seven. You are such
(15:40):
a nerd and I never got busted on that either.
We were we were coming up in the elevator on
the way up here, and I look over, Yeah, Plea's
got her Mando bag Boba fett like clutch. And then
I look and she's also got han solo leggings. And
then I look and she's got she's got a Stormtrooper
phone case. And we were like, we're going to the
(16:00):
same place because I saw the book, and he's like, yep,
there we go it, Anthony, what about you? Oh man?
So many good ones, so many good ones. I'm gonna
say that I think my favorite is Corressant. That's where
(16:21):
I would want to Yeah, I'm really obsessed with the
idea of so Corressant is from from the prequels famously,
and it is sort of like it's a it's a
core world, which the core worlds are like the center
of civilization. And I really love sci fi or fantasy
that includes the city that's an entire planet, like the
(16:43):
idea of a city, like no matter where you go
on this planet, it's just dense city all around you.
Like that is really exciting to me. I hope that
exists for real. I mean, it's like it's so horrible
because it's immediately dystopian, right, like that's the thing, but
it's but it's also incredibly attractive, like you to live there.
You're like, oh my gosh, there's always something. It's almost
as though the city planet is a character. Almost Yeah,
(17:07):
but you want to you want to live there because
you're like there's always something going on. In course, there's
always something going on, you know, there's always something to do. Yeah,
And it's very it's very like reminiscent of like you
think about Corressan as kind of like New York maybe
in the sixties, where the Stock Exchange is there, the
biggest the biggest museums are there, like everything, the best
universities are there, Like that's where you want to be.
(17:29):
You want to be on conhole. I was trying to
think of a like Corrossance sex in the city, Like
that's why you don't want to wake up next to
a wampa. Yes, so let's dive into Corraissan. It's originally
called no Tron, also known as Imperial Center, Queen of
the Core, and the Galactic City. Corsant was a planet
(17:52):
located in the Galactic Core. It was generally agreed that
Corssan was during most of galactic history, the most politically
important world in the galaxy. And like Anthony was saying,
when you see it from space, the planet surface is
littered with sparkling lights. It's got a club. You can
get death sticks anytime at night. Death It's the spiciest
(18:13):
club in town. That Stefan from SNL. This club has everything,
death sticks, shape shifting blocks, laser brains. Uh so it
actually in coorus on the ocean's dried up due to overpopulation.
What a political commentary. Yeah, you know set fifteen years
(18:38):
ago when the pretty cold come can't do math. Well,
it's got it's it's got such a Jetsons vibe to
it too, because I don't know if there was like
a Jetsons movie that came out like in the late eighties,
like an Animal, like a theatrical Jetsons movie, and they explained,
like the reason they all live in the sky is
because the ground is so polluted and that's the fifth element. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
it's very Yeah, it's got like a mobius thing. It's
(18:59):
got like a fifth thing. And so Coruscan goes like
layers and layers and layers and layers down like there's
it goes, and the farther down you go, the more
you're in actually like the actual Star Wars Underworld where
like all the seed stuff is going on. Yeah, it
actually has five thousand, one and twenty seven layers deep
by the time of the Clone Wars. And what I
(19:19):
think is what I think is super interesting. You know,
talking about planet as storytelling, Um, you've got the Galactic
Senate there right, obviously, like this is where all the
all the government is going on and all that, but
you also have the Jedi temple there, like the main
Jedi temple, and that is really interesting because it immediately
like makes you ask questions when you think about Jedi,
(19:40):
when you think about like warrior monks, wizards, spirit like
Shaman's like these people, you don't think of them as
being in city center. And so the fact that the
Jedi are like, oh, we'll just set up camp here,
like it really explains the sort of the prequel idea
of the Jedi have lost their connection to the force.
It's like, you space wizards don't belong here. You're not
(20:01):
supposed to be hanging out in clubs and like dealing
with the government. You're supposed to be like up on
a mountain somewhere like watching and where the people. Yeah,
I'm a Jedi to people, man like what's up. Yeah,
I'm supposed to pull up to the club and force
bringing over my drink. And then the lady seems like, yeah,
I'm a Jedi. Yeah exactly. But it's like, but I'm
(20:22):
not dating, I'm not dating. I'm still a good debt,
I'm still a good Jedi. Um. So yeah, I always
thought that was kind of kind of interesting. And then um,
the Jedi temple there was also supposedly built underneath it.
There's some sort of Sith artifacts like that it's built
on so unbeknownst to the Jedi because they were like, oh,
we're we want to be in the center of everything,
(20:43):
there is like this dark magic thing underneath them that
is like totally influencing them the whole way through. Yeah.
So Corressons, Yes, Corrasson is really dope. There's also a
It's Corsson is. Also it has the Great Tree, which
is like the tree on corrossan Uh. And the eight
Tree is amazing because it's right outside of the Jedi temple.
So it's a force sensitive tree. Wow, it's a tree
(21:07):
that's connected to the Force Grandma and then like in
the EU, right, that Tree gets taken like the uson Vong,
like incorporated because they're like a biological there are a
species that everything that they build is biologically like grounding.
Definitely not the Borg. Totally different than the Borg. Yeah,
not like the board, it's not don't even bring up
the board because he's definitely different. I mean different yet
(21:31):
because but those ships are alive and everything, and they
incorporate everything living into themselves. It's kind of it's really
the way they do it is even creepier than the
Great and the starting to incorporate that Tree trying to
become because they want to become Force users because there's
no Force in their part of the universe, and the
and the Great Tree does come back in new canon too,
which will probably will probably we'll probably talk about a
(21:54):
little later. This is kind of wild, but an official census,
this is following the end of Clone Wars, noted that
they're one trillion official permanent residence. Yeah, isn't that wild? Yeah?
How big is this place? It's huge and it's you
know down it's like a massive, massive planet. So that's
the thing is like what we see it. It's got
kind of that's the dystopian element to it, right, Like
(22:16):
what we see is we see these giant galactic chambers,
and we see like where Padmey is hanging out when
she's there, and we see where the chancellors hanging out,
and we see the Jedi Temple. We see the fancy places,
but people are living in these like Fifth Elements style,
you know, five by five rooms, because that's the Spielberg
one with the player ready player one, that's what it
(22:39):
sounds like. Yeah, a lot like that. Yeah, like that
everybody's living in the storage contains. Everyone just takes from
everyone else's idea, you know. And one of the things,
one of the things that the kind of lower levels
were based on was um Kowloon Walled City in China
and Hong Kong when that used to exist, which was
like it was so dense and there were so many
illegal apartments in there that like the police couldn't go inside,
(23:02):
and so like Calloon City kind of ran itself and
eventually had to be torn down by the Chinese government.
And that's sort of like one of the things that
the lower layers were kind of based on is like
this idea of a place that's so dense and unenforceable
that they're just running themselves on the lower layers, and
the people who are up top are like, yeah, they're fine.
On the lower layers. They're good, they're fine. Don't worry.
(23:22):
Everything's fine. They're doing. If we wouldn't know if they
weren't fine, it's fine. We have important Jedi matters to
talk about. Jededid never address. It just shows that they
lost their way. We have to take a really quick break,
and then we're gonna hop back into more planets, including
best Spin. Is it best Spin? Best? But yeah, best
(23:44):
spins like best Buy. But we'll be right back and
we're back be best Spin, Best Spin. Yeah, I'm a
hype about Bestbin. I went to look up this Kowloon
(24:07):
Walled city, and why is there somebody I must have
missed this? Why is there someone writing a dolphin? Did
I miss that Best Spin? Yeah? It's like, what is it?
It's a stingray. It's a sting yeah, the flying sting ray.
Yeah yeah, yeah, I like I like that. You're like,
that's crazy, but stray can fly? That makes sense? Well,
(24:29):
I mean it has wings? Yeah? Did I just not
pay attention? In Star Wars, not a thing. The flying
stingrays didn't make it into the film. You didn't You
didn't miss a stray? You remember a flying if there's
Lando trying to land a stingray and I missed it. Hold,
Hold if there had been just one shot of Lando
(24:53):
riding a flying stingray like the bear from tail Spin.
And you're a little bear from Tailspin who had like
the little a little thing that he would ride in
the sky like a skateboard backwards. So cool. Imagine landa
with a backwards cap, right, arn't please? Please? Um? Yeah?
(25:13):
If you tell us about Best Been, Oh well, Best
Ben was a giant of It was a gas giant
that was about a hundred and eighteen thousand kilometers and diameter,
And like most gas giants, it has a solid core
made of metal. Of course, yeah, of course, you know
all our science heads they know, they're like, if you
why you even telling me? That's like, I gotta listen
(25:33):
to this on two X speed because he's always talking
about the solid cores of a gas We all know that.
But most of the layers of gas were poisonous, as
gas usually is, and the pressure and temperature were far
above that of what a human cantolerate. Despite this, nearly
six million inhabitants called best Be know they got used
to it, but they're like, we gotta still live. There.
(25:56):
From Apox, from approximately one fifty to one m eight
kilometers down from space, there was a thirty kilometer thick
habitable layer known as the best Been life zone. This
layer had an oxygen atmosphere with the temperature and pressure
suitable for human life. It was in this layer that
Cloud City was located. Bestman had a twelve hour day
and completed a revolution around its star approximately once every
(26:21):
fourteen standard years, So I guess one year is every
fourteen years for them. The main economy on Bestment was
the mining of tabana gas. To Banna gases was a
very important resource used by both the Alliance to restore
the Republic and the Galactic Empire for powering weapons. Was supercharged,
the gas could fire a bolt of energy, resulting in
(26:41):
the blasters shot spin sealed Tobanna gas, which occurred naturally
on Bestment at the ability to quadruple the power of
blaster bolts passing through it. Most settlements on Bestman were
mining colonies such as Lando, Calrissian's facility in three A
b Y and yeah that's so yeah, So that's his
head crazy. That's the craziest thing about it. It's just
(27:05):
that in the Best Bin. Yeah, I was like, look,
I love show us your best Bin, just like all
across his Appea, that actually would go kind of hard
to look like a sailor that clear. What do you
remember of cloud City, because I feel like I don't
Cloud City. It's clous City is awesome. It's basically from
the out from the inside, it just looks like a
(27:27):
giant bank wood facility. But it's got like a droid
you know, repair our Junkyard type of place. Um with
the what do they call it, the carbonite carbonite They
have a very nice dining hall or Darth Vader invited
(27:49):
some guests and it looks like there's a lot of
food to eat. Um. But I love I liked the
look of Best Bin in the original trilogy, like it
looked looked like, you know, as a kid in the eighties,
it looks fancy to me. Yeah, like that place land
I was doing good. It absolutely did. And that's the
thing place to sweep a cape around. The moment they
(28:10):
land there you're just like, oh, this place is great.
They're gonna be safe. It's perfect. It's like you know
what I mean, because it's the first place you see
I think in the movies where you're like, this isn't
dirty and filled with like shady characters, and like it's
shiny and new. Sand walks out in his cape and
he's just like, hey, everything's cool, and you're just like,
everything's cool. They're gonna be fine. And then you find
(28:33):
out he's the shady character. They got them And it's
the first place where we really get a really good
look at Boba that we sort of see him in
a previous scene, and then we get a real nice
look at Boba also and his awesome ship. I love this.
This is included in the culture. Popular tourist activities include
(28:53):
gambling as we see, and you can hire a cloud
car for sight seeing the city. That's if you can't
afford a good sting ray. There's there's some spicy that
the high end accommodations were exclusive. Like you all said,
it was very much a luxury city, with luxury resorts
often charging as much as five thousand Imperial credits tonight.
(29:15):
I mean I could swing that that sounds like something
you could win on the travel track or how much
they charged by the hour, you know what I mean.
So here's a fun thing. Uh. When you go to
Galaxy's Edge at the theme park, there is uh there's
a store called doc on d Ours and it's like
full of antiques. It's called the Antiquity Store, and it's
full of like a bunch of stuff that you would
not expect to be able to buy. Like it's got
(29:39):
like a toy that a Sokatano played with as a
child on on Rebels and things you know, you know,
things like that where or Harra played with on Rebels
And you wouldn't expect all that stuff to be there.
And one of the things you can buy is uh
is an Imperial credit. And the Imperial credit costs sixty dollars.
And the moment I saw that, I was like, oh
my god, I now know what everything in Star Wars costs.
(30:03):
I know the exchange rate from Star So if you're
talking sixty times five thousand, that's how much it costs
to stay in Cloud City. So you're talking thirty thousand
dollars today a weekend in Cloud City. That's the good stuff. Yeah,
that's the good stuff. That's why Lando has got all
that fresh fruit. Yeah, you know, I'm good. Well, I
(30:26):
mean you you would imagine that they have something that
I mean, they mind one of the elements used to
create blasters in a in a series called Star Wars. Well,
it's like going it's like going to Dubai. Right, you
go to Dubai and you're like, this is oil money.
I get it, this is oil money. Yeah. Yeah, Cloud
(30:46):
City is very much Dubai. Yeah, it's like, it's very fun.
How did you get this money? Like you don't want
to know, you, Yeah, don't worry about don't ask questions
you don't want the answer to. Should we fly over
to tattooing tattooings it orbits? Two sons tattoo what what
(31:08):
I took it in? We landed? We got there together? Um?
In orbits two sons tattoo one and tattoo two. Very original.
Um was covered in desert. Two sons were matching jumpsuits
and they finish each other's sentences. And the jumpsuit one
has one on it and another one has a two exactly. Um.
(31:29):
One of them is actually I said's a heat miser
and snow miser um, fighting for their mother's love. Verned
in deserts and rock formations as a lot of Star
Wars is to be honest, um. And it's so brightly
lit by the suns that from space it could appear
to be a star itself. In my heart, it is um.
(31:50):
This is cool because this is the outer rim, right, Um.
The outer Rim is where we first look at Star Wars. Right,
this is where Luke grew up. And when you're talking
about that near rative design of a planet, if you're
going to design a planet that a teenager that longs
for adventure wants to get away from more than anything,
it's tattooing. It's it's tag like living in the suburbs
(32:10):
of Vegas. Yeah, it really truly. There's like one bar.
It ain't great. Yeah, you know, you can't bring your
droids in. Yeah, nobody likes that bar. It smells in there.
It's probably been murder committed in that bar. There's only
eight thousand people that inhabit Inhibit, this desert planet, with
only one percent of the land containing water. Most of
(32:33):
the poor farmers on the planet harvest moisture moisture evaporators.
That's what that's what Uncle Owen and am Peru do
ye and those who don't farm scavenge for metal, Like, yeah,
a different planet, but it's basically the same thing. It's
thought to be one of the oldest planets in known
space and was composed of a molten core with a
(32:54):
rocky mantle. Oh, I feel like I'm in geology class.
I love. This is what I love. This is what
I love, though, is that this information is cataloged and
it's cannon and it's been thought about and it's been explored,
Like we know what's going on on the core of
tattooing because somebody sat down and thought about Yeah, totally. Uh,
(33:16):
this is kind of wild fact. But um, amongst the locals,
they say that one's eyes burned out faster by staring
straight and hard at the sun scorched flat lands than
by looking directly at the sun's So if you look
at the land, you can burn your eyes. Sand is
very reflective, like you know, and it's coarse and rough.
(33:38):
I mean that's how sand, like sands that's with glass
is made up. It's made from sand, So I could
see if you looked far enough. We just think about
those and then you think about those wide shots of
like Luke or or the droids walking, and just how
reflective they made that sand look in those water things
looks hazy like it's like being reflected like through water.
Because sand is my very good still making that my
(34:02):
probably one of my top three favorite Star Wars creatures
from Tattooing love a Jahwa. I love a Jawa more
than anything. Little little little sand scavengers. I just want
to rip their hoods off. Yeah, I just want to see.
You're just gonna find children very disrespectful to Jahwa culture.
(34:24):
But I'm so like I imagine respectful, respectful or vertical,
and they have like claws like this is how their mouth,
the vertical mouth. Yeah, this is ow the This is
how I imagine Danny. Look at my fingers. They're so cute. No,
I have to bring up some of Jahwa sounds. I'm
(34:45):
going to do it. I know you're got to see
my fingers. I'm looking at it like minions. When you
googled Jahwa, the first auto complete them is face. People
(35:06):
want to know. You want to know, people want to know.
Not allow stop being disrespectful to Jahwa culture. You gotta listen.
I understand it's a natural question, but you got to
leave it alone. You gotta leave it alone. Maybe if
you were raised around more jawas well. That's that's that's
what it looks. Whoa, whoa? Let me see is that
(35:27):
the actor underneath it? I don't even know. It looks
like it's what it? Yeah, No, that's that's the that's
what their costume looks like. Oh my god, No, this
one's not good. What there's a lot of You're gonna
have to tweet this out. It looks like a gopher
with its eyes almost exploded, but hairless, like a hairless gopher.
Not I just expect it's just children in midgets. I
(35:49):
think they're just little mummies. Like underneath there, they're just
oh my gosh, the jaw. You know what, I'm going
to date a Jawa? I'm gonna find out is what
I'm going to leave secret. Set your attention and an
actor who played a Java and then asked them, oh,
I was going to date a real Jawa, only not
some Jawa impersonator. I'm sorry? Are they only on to
(36:12):
day is a classy lady because there on other world
in Mandalorian not on tattooing, And they can counters job.
That's my o. I love that episode of the Mandalorians. Ye,
it's such a fun one. It's so good. It's so good.
The egg, bring us the egg and yeah, very cute.
(36:37):
You're all ready to move on to Naboo. Absolutely, this
is the planet I do not like? Why get out
of here? How dare why even though it has like
the climate and temperate temperature that I probably would most appreciate.
I don't know, I'm just something about it. I'm just like, man,
screw this world. Like you can't even go and dyke
(37:01):
down in the water without encountering a gung in, and
I love the water, Like, I don't want to go
on the water and then have some weird Google talking
at just making yeah, like Jaman talking at me, ship
around when you come around here. To me, there are
a lot of banks. There are a lot of very good,
(37:26):
very good accents that we're all totally fine within the prequels.
Appreciate it. Actually, if he talked more like that, like
and he was like, don't be coming down into my city.
Don't be coming down. We've got to go to the
planetic croup going to get back to Nabu Capital we've
(37:47):
got to go to the Planet Corp. That would it?
Would it be better or worse if it was this
bastardized you know, almost Jamaican, or if they were just
straight up Jamaican worse? What would be? Yeah? I would
straight up Jamaican would have actually pleased me. I would
have thought that was hilarious because it's I mean, they're Jamaican.
It as good as the Jamaican trolls do in World
(38:09):
War Craft, which I think Blizzards just found out does
not hold up. I have so few official comments about
all this. Historically, the surface of Naboo was covered by
dense swamps, rolling grass plains, seas, and vernant hills. It's
(38:30):
very green compared to what we just talked about. It's
really it's really it's really pretty. It's really pretty. And
I think that this is where we sort of see
um in the Prequels, where they were trying to show
this era of decadence before everything goes really bad, this
era of prosperity paradise. Yeah, I know that that is
Like the interesting thing of the prequels is I think
(38:53):
what was cool about it is them kind of being like,
this is what used to be tight like like this
is these are the places that were wonderful before it
was war torn. And I think that's the beauty of
the prequels. I think that often gets slept on is
the idea of being like, okay, the original trilogy, you
just see kind of everything in this war turn war
(39:16):
torn lens. The war has been going on. It's it's
it's kind of shredded through this uh this galaxy. What
was it like when it was a little more peaceful. Yeah,
and everything is excessive in some way, right, Chorisson is
excessive in a very specific way. Um, Naboo is is
is excessive in a very specific way. When you look
at feed which is the capital city of Naboo, which
(39:38):
is where you see a lot of the stuff that
happens in the prequels, it's just this gorgeous, palatial Roman right,
like decadent that is very Roman, like if if Rome
was in pre colonial Jamaica. Yeah, it's it's it's very
it's very imperially, very imperial. It's very colonial and colonialist.
It's um but also a fun thing about it is
like so much of our wars is based around George
(40:02):
and George's life and growing up in northern California. And Feed.
When you look at Feed is the Palace of Fine Arts, Like, definitely,
and I noticed that right away when we saw After
I saw when I saw the Prequels, originally I was
at a theater that was like down the street from
the Palace of Fine Arts. I think like half the
theater was like hold, yeah, if you eat, If you
eat in the Lucasfilm Commissary and you look out the window,
(40:24):
you see the biggest thing you see is the Palace
of Fine Arts right out the window, and you just
know that. It was like George and Doug Chang and
like looking at that and being like, how do we
make a whole city out of this? You know, just
make this beautiful park because George is really in love
with the presidio, Just like, how do I turn the
presidio into a planet? What would that look like? Yeah?
It says Also some of the architecture of Naboo was
inspired by the gallop roofs of the Mrin County Civic
(40:47):
Center that was done by Frank Lloyd Wright. No, Naboo
and and Feed are very fun. They're also very fun.
Um battle Front, Yeah, battle Front with maps as well.
When they really fine. Arts does have that big lake
in front of it. Yeah, it's it's really beautiful coming together.
This would be a perfect time to alert you if
(41:08):
you didn't know Battlefront to just went through a huge
overhaul and everyone's loving it. It's great and the Battlefield
community is very soul to about it because Battlefield five.
Here's the thing, I've been playing Battlefield a long time.
People who have played longer than this will always like,
but I've been playing since Bad Company, and people like, oh,
(41:30):
I've been playing since night shut up? Okay, shut up,
just do me a favorite. Shut up. Before Bad Company,
Battlefield was a PC only game. I didn't own a PC,
tells an adult. Because there's no way to get into
Nigerian father to buy you an expensive PC. So the
first Battlefield Nigerian guy to get me to buy an
expensive PC for it? Oh definitely, Uh, send him all
(41:52):
your banking from Yeah, definitely legit. But like battle Bad
Company was the first Battlefield that was on console, so
it makes total sense that that was my first one.
Uh looked to me anyway. Long story short, every Battlefield
since I've played, everyone hates the current one and then
thinks the one before it was the best. It happened
(42:13):
from four everyone was like, oh, three was and then
one one came out, and then that was really divisive
because four is a modern warfare and one takes place
during World War One. Everyone was like, oh, man, four,
what's what's this? And then five was was shaky because
everyone thought they were going to go back. Uh. And
even when one came out, there like what was it about?
(42:35):
Or one it should be World War two? That one's fun. Uh,
you know, nothing more fun than World War two? Yeah,
and then five is World War two, and then people
were like one was so good even though people like
you just can't win. And also, yeah, the community, there's
lots of cool, dope people doing lots of fun things.
It's a very fun game to play. But all the
quote unquote historical accuracy, dude, just like, no, dude, you're
(42:58):
trying to play a video game, like I'm gonna I'm
gonna tell you to f off with that. If you
want a historical accuracy, then you can watch a documentary.
At the end of the day, it's a video game.
And let I want to have people play as women
soldiers if they want, period point blank, and also as
the many times. I've brought up every time I brought
it on podcast. During World War two and one, women
(43:19):
were fighting in infantry. So your historical accuracy is bs
no matter how hard you drive, Because you don't, you're
not read up because every documentary that's done is And
I feel like I want to subscribe to your newsletter.
I'm ready for all of this information in my box.
Where was I going with this? Oh yeah, Battlefield Battlefront
two very good? Uh, you know war is never ending
(43:42):
and and come join the kid. We have to go
to break. Yeah. We will be back talking more planets
in Star Wars right after this and where back. Something
that I should note is that my sister in law's
(44:04):
brother actually lives in Arco Santi, which is a I
think I'm saying that right. It's an experimental town. It's
kind of has a lot of dome like very interesting architecture,
and apparently George Lucas visited the site in the seventies
and it was allegedly the model for the desert planet
tattooing that we were just talking about. Um, but you
(44:25):
can go and get tours of it. It's like in
the middle of nowhere in Arizona. Um, but he's like
a mason and a chef. They have a different the
townspeople has a different job there. Um, it's very fascinating
and has really interesting well I'll have to link pictures
of it, but has very interesting, is very tattooing. Like
(44:46):
my brother was in Arizona also and it every time
and we drive there usually to go see him. So like,
once you hit Arizona, you know you're in Arizona. Yeah,
so this is if you want to see part Wow, yeah,
that's totally it. I can see that. Yeah, you know
if you go to Um, if you go to Tunisia,
the tattooing is still standing. Like the set of the
set is still out there. That I would do that,
(45:09):
and you can. You can get a guide to take
you out and just be like, take me to the
Star War take me to the Star Wars. Star War. Well,
I did want to Murphy top forty hit. We did
touch a little bit on the ice planet of Hat.
Just wanted to close that up. Um, I didn't want
(45:29):
to leave you all hanging. Well, like you said, it
has wampas and ton Tons and all those fun names.
It's a small it's actually the six planet of a
remote system of the same name. It's a small terrestrial
planet blanketed by snow and ice. It has freezing climate.
This is fast. It's too cold for intelligent life to develop.
So what is the other life that's there? That's kind
(45:52):
of um of idiotic wampus smack and stuff. So the
original draft of the Empire Strikes Back, written by Lee Brackett,
is that correct. Um depicted an opening scene with Luke
Skywalker on the ridge of an ice planet. Though the
name Hath was given to the cloud planet at the time,
(46:13):
we know that became best beIN uh. And the draft
also depicted hats wampas attacking the rebel base. So uh.
It was filmed in Norway? Was the location for Hath
on Hard Danger? I shouldn't be laughing. I'm sorry, it's
so late, hard danger Jokelin, Do you know this Glacier
(46:34):
nailed it? Not hard that's perfect and say it hard
danger jokel and good Glacier Norway. I think I could
have sworn that like a Norwegian. Jimmy Stewart sitting right
next to me, my friend, my friend Chris McKay is
directing the new Chris Pratt film Tomorrow War and they
(46:56):
filmed on a glacier in Iceland. Um would wild. Yeah,
it's probably the big It was just crazy. It was
like on his Insta and it was just like I
remember scrolling up was in my warm bed and I
just opened up his instant. They were like filming on
a glacier. I've been there. I've been to Yokol Sarlon.
(47:17):
It's crazy if you can walk around up there. Yeah,
this one of those nothing to do with Star Wars. Okay.
One other thing about how this, So the scenes were
filmed in sub zero temperatures obviously, and so yeah I've
heard that. And they're like they would just like run out,
film the scene and then run back until like that
removes me into the gray? Is that what? Um? The
(47:38):
one with Umam I've only ever seen. I think it
was so free watching it, it was freezing, but also
filming it, it was like the same thing that they
would just like go out and film and then come back.
Everybody would run out, like the marks the animated version
into the gray verse. Um wow, since the gray into
(48:00):
the gray? So that is that is hof and tattooing.
Moving on to Kash clearly, yes, please tell people about
cash I'd like to imagine if someone's listening to the
podcast whom earlier heard Clee talk about the name, because
(48:21):
she was like, oh so that wasn't her real name.
So some dudes like, that's why I never got a
call back. They tried to call, They tried to call
three two seven, They called. They called an army's somewhere
in the middle of nowhere and asked in Atlanta in
the late nineties, was the number was one of the
(48:44):
phone numbers that would get you to the administrative part
of Fulton County Prison. So that's what they would get
if you put in four or four. Because she got locked.
I don't I don't know her that well, but I
think I'm gonna bail her out. Yeah, we had a
connection because she freak, you know, jumping some money on
the books for cash. Please do for cash, commissary, whatever
(49:11):
she wants, because she takes venmo at the get it
in there. So people swing from vines and trees here.
But yeah, this is the home world of the Wookies.
This is where the Mighty chewbaccased Chewbacca and his his
wife Lobaca. Because child itchy Cheebacca, I forgot his kid's name,
(49:34):
but yeah, Lobaca was his nephew. Lobacca actually ends up
joining the Rebel Alliance. Uh yeah, because because she is
really interesting. Because when you see Chewbacca, you think of
Chewbacca as firing a bow caster and screaming and hitting things,
and so one of the cool things about when you
when you finally find out what Kashik is like, uh
(49:56):
because she is just like this really peaceful, slow moving
like forest planet. The first time we seek as the
Star Wars Holiday special, and they're all just they're all
just chilling in their weird treehouses with seventies furnishings, waiting
for the life day to come around. Um, but it's
they the trees grow up to something like they live
(50:18):
for like fifty thousand years, I think, and then they
grow up to like four d tall, like they're huge,
and so they basically live entirely in the trees. I love.
I love a forest planet, yeah you know, and I
love a fancy treehouse. Love a fancy treehouse. And like
there's like a bunch of treehouse I watched a lot
of HDTV, and they have like these places where you
(50:39):
can like rent a treehouse to stay in the weekend
and if I could ever talk it into it to it,
but he'll never do and might have to take somebody else.
One of my favorite things there is a there is
you see it in Jedi Fallen Order, the video game
that just came out, But there's the Origin Tree, which
is this giant tree at this center of Kashik, which
(51:00):
I really love because I'm also a Zelda fan, and
so it's like a Dicky tree to me, or like
a Miyazaki thing where it's like, that's the tree in
the center of the forest where Totoro sleeps, you know.
So it's kind of neat to see. Chewbacca just comes
from this place where it's like, oh, we we work
with and kind of live in harmony with nature, and
we're real chill and we live these long, slow lives
(51:21):
and we just kind of want to be left alone. Um.
And then sort of in the story of Star Wars,
the Wookies are sort of enslaved. Kashik is taken over
and they're not allowed to kind of live that life. Yeah,
some facts about kashi It is it was a worship
tree covered forest planet located in the southwestern quadrant of
the galaxy, and the home world of the Wiki species
(51:42):
said it was a member of the Galactic Republic and
after the Clone Wars endured enslavement under the Galactic Empire.
Planet was classified by the Empire as G five DASH
six to three in the following years. Following in the
years would have given it six tons fine yeah um.
In the years following the invasion of Naboo, the rogue
(52:05):
Jedi Count Dooku fomented political turmoil on the planet due
to its status as a major navigational point because she
was a prime strategic importance to the Galactic Republic, which
led the Confederacy of Independent Systems to attack the planet
towards the end of the Clone War and led to
one of the best Star Wars memes on the Internet,
which is what about the droid attack on the Wookies?
(52:29):
What about m Because she is Thailand and China. I've
always wanted to go to Thailand, Get in Thailand and
Glenn in China where the locations got to revenge the
sip to capture the plate photography for cashik backdrop. Yeah,
it's it's another one of those ones where it's just
there's some that you see and you're just like I
want to live there. I can live there. And this
(52:51):
is a piece of invasion. Already knew that because she
was originally supposed to be where the second Best Star
was being built around, and then they changed it to
the Wookies, I mean to the Ewoks, because I don't
know Teddy Bears or something. Well, speaking of them, let's
talk about end Or. End Or is interesting because the
end of the Teddy's Yeah, we basically just George Lucas's backyard.
(53:11):
We basically only no end Or for its moons. Yeah right,
so like the forest moon of Endor. Yeah, that's where.
That's where you like from God love an e walk,
love an e walk so much. Yeah. I remember. I
remember seeing the movies and I had a cousin who
was like, you know, almost ten years older than me,
(53:32):
and so he was like the cool older cousin and
he hated the walks. Walks were are huge point of
contention in the Star Wars. It depends on what you
were when for the first time totally remember people will
being like, oh, y'all like baby Yoda, but not at
e walk, And I beg you to take another look
at it. E walk. Those things are ugly as hell,
(53:54):
especially the walks at the end of Rising Skywalker to
show them, and I'm just like, what is going on?
Indoor toxic? Don't compare Baby Yoda to these things. Well,
it's like when you watch Solo, right, and they go
and they free the Wookies and you go, oh, Chebacca
is a really good looking Wookiebaka is a very attractive Wookie.
(54:16):
He's making John Ham of the Wokie. Chebaka is in
that attractiveness bubble. You know what I mean? Everybody? Oh, no,
Baby Yoda could percent of come out ugly, like just squished,
more face, squished, more wrinkled. I'm sure that there's a
going I mean, the Yoda with humans colored skin, yes, terrifying, fortunate. Also,
Yattle was not Yoda, So yeah, don't you disrespect a
(54:45):
member of the Jedi Council in those honorable Master Yattle,
How dare you yattles like talents? Get please like I would.
She's a high ranking member of the Jedi Council. He
doesn't need to fit into your conceive notions of beauty.
(55:09):
Gremlin does. So Okay, the hot Gremlin is hot. Listen,
we can all agree the hot Gremlin is hot. Scenes
set on end or were filmed on a private logging
company land that was shortly thereafter clear Cut, Okay, near
the town of Smith River, California, and the speeder chase
scene was filmed at the Chetham Am I saying that
(55:31):
right Chetham Chettham Grove section of Grizzly Creek Redwood State Park.
See Teddy Bears would live there. Yeah, and it's essentially
like both of those places are probably I think about
an hour's drive from the Redwood from Lucas Ranch. Yeah,
I mean it's all it's so funny how much it's
super close. Northern California just figures into all of it.
(55:53):
So when you because like that part of northern California
is very forest forest, Like I remember as a kid
watching the behind the scenes where they are where they're
walking the steady cam and they're taking the photos. You know,
they have the they have the film camera set up
to take a photo once a second as they walk
through the forest. So look like everything was going by
so quickly, And I remember going, where do you even find?
(56:15):
I grew up on the East Coast in New York,
and I was just like, where do you find something
like that? Was like I saw that same documentary, I
was like, I know what that is, um end Or.
Also one of the other moons of end Or that
just became sort of a prominent thing is keef Beer,
which is in the Rise of Skywalker. It's where it's
where Janna is from, It's where uh, it's where Kylo
(56:38):
and Ray have their water fight, um which I love
that water fight. Adam Driver's energy, Man, Adam Driver's energy
throughout that whole movie is so great, But in that fight,
it's wonderful because everything about it. He's like, we're either
gonna have sex, We're gonna kill each other right now.
It could be one of the two. I'm happy with either.
Which one do you want to do? I'm fine, it's
your choice, but we're gonna do one of them. And
(57:00):
I'm equally good with both because I'm a terrible person.
But keef Beer is the moon where the death Star
winds up falling they destroy it, which I think is
it's not made super clear in the movie, and I
wish it had been made a little more clear. I
got I picked it up. You knew it had to
be close, you know what I mean. You knew it
had to be close. To the to the forest moon
of Endor, because how else would have landed there? But yeah,
(57:23):
something worth noting is that on end Or they're thirty
million e walks and they're all hiding in the trees,
ready to eat people's skulls and cannibalistic. Yeah, so that
is Endoor. And then we have left. Well, we have
several planets, hundreds of planets, to be honest, but we
narrowed it down to the ones that are near and
(57:45):
dear to our heart. But please listener, let us know
the ones that you love and have a personal connection to.
But the final one is Diegoba. Yeah, where Masteriotta lives
with his cool roommate, the snack stick Yoda and that
snack share an apartment and Yoda pays most of the
(58:07):
red snack never refills the bread then the arms bro
but the snack labels all is food. You know, the
snack label all is food. Don't be eating m Yeah.
Dagoba a swamp planet. That's where Luke goes to find
Master Yoda, who is living in exile after the events
(58:29):
of the prequels, decides, hey man, that was not makes
me wonder if his home planet is similar to Dago
swampy would that he would pick it. We're going to
find out, I hope. So also they keep teasing that
they know, like Gina and Tykon everybody, like we know
his real name, we know his real name, Like no,
we know it's still going to call him baby Yoda.
(58:50):
We know his name, we know we still call Mando.
So yeah, yeah he's Mando. That's fine. Uh yeah, I
remember confusing just because I'm super to the Mandalorians. So
actually when they call him mand I'm like I would
have to like this story is just about this one
guy that's like calling somebody person. Yeah, hey person, Yeah
that's me. I guess human. But you wait, wink, do
(59:14):
you know his name? I was interviewed with Star Wars.
I was interviewing Bob Iger, tell us what last month,
and Bob tried to tell me the name like three
times because he's he'll do what he wants. He's Bob Iger.
He's like, oh, yeah, I know the name, and he
was he was about to say it three times. I
don't think it was like he was like, I'm going
to tell you Anthony the name. I think he's just
(59:34):
he has so many conversations with so many different people
that it was like yeah, and then we're talking and
you could tell he was about to say the name.
And then somebody from PR was like, Bob, Bob, Tom
hollandes see you. It's funny. He told me. He's like, no,
he's like, I call He's like, I've been calling the
child baby Yoda and interviews and he's like, every time
(59:56):
I call the child baby Yoda, I get an email
from John or from Dave. It's just like, you did
it again. Don't do that. It's not a Yoda. Give
it a name, then give it a reply regarding the
name is the name is the child it's he knows
what it is the race coward, but nobody knows because
(01:00:17):
they're so rare. That's the whole thing is like they
don't have a name to give it because it's so
I want to know how it was. He came from
an egg, came from eg egg. I want to know
the other that was like his brother and the egg.
We required the egg. Oh god, that thing just looked
like a nice cadberry. So when they were dipping their
(01:00:40):
little java hands into it, I was like, I could
dip my hand into that egg. When I watched that
when I was up in Sarrancisco with my cousin's sons.
They're six and four, and they both like on that scene,
were like Easter. Like they like Easter. You got suck
up all those juice. His name better start with a
yet Yoda diattle yo yo, don't play with my own God.
(01:01:07):
