you Zero Res of Northern Colorado's ready for you to
call them. You know, we're midway through October and you
know it's going to be heck, we're getting close to
holiday season. You're trying to do that fall cleaning, get
rid of the summer, you got to. I mean, it's
just a busy time of year. You're kind of right
(00:21):
in the middle of everything. Listen, why don't you start
ahead of time. I start getting some surfaces of your
home cleaned up, the carpets cleaned up, be ahead of
the rush that happens around the holidays when zero resk
gets a bunch of calls and everybody wants to get
under schedule. Hey we got guess coming. You can go
ahead and start scheduling that carpet cleaning, that upholstery cleaning. Hey,
if you've got company coming, have you ever had your tiele,
(00:41):
your grout, your showering closures, your tubs, if you have
those professionally cleaned. Listen, I'm talking about with with with
the equipment, not not talking about your housekeeper. With the
equipment they use at zero res it's just fantastic how
they do it and again, tile grout, showering, closure of
your kitchen, counters, upholstery area rugg start getting ahead of
the schedule because it's going to get real busy around
(01:03):
the holiday season. And right now they're doing three rooms
of carpet cleaned and zero resivide for just one hundred
and nine dollars. Now they're not using soap shir chemicals.
This is no residue left behind. It's going to dry quicker,
stay cleaner longer. They'll talk to you about the special water.
But by the way, this is who I've used at
the House of Laky for over ten years before they
ever advertised on this radio show, I was a big
customer of zero res And right now three rooms of
(01:26):
carpet for one oh nine and plus a used promo
code Jimmy. They'll take you take a little bit of
money off for you as well. Zero res Riz, zero
resnocode dot com. This is who I use at my house.
So don't you think I would I would tell you.
That's why I tell you can use them at your house.
Zero res Riz, zero resnocode dot com, zero resnocode dot com.
All right, let me bring in Megan Barth. She's the
(01:47):
editor in chief of the Nevada Globe, and she joins
me on the hotline. Megan, good morning to you. How
are you.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
Good morning, Jimmy goodwell, how are you well.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
I'm doing good. We've had all like we had, but
we have almost all lady contribute this morning, so I'm
almost gonna call it instead of Megan Monday. It's almost
like no mail Monday, except I'm here, so kind of
screwing that up. But all the ladies getting all their
input today.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
Well that's nice. Thank you so much, Megan Barth.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
Megan Monday, glad to have you here on the show.
All right. This past Friday, President Donald Trump was just
down the road in Aurora, Colorado, and he was rallying
and said when he gets to the White House, he's
going to launch Operation Aurora, which is going to be
him going out and finding all these criminal illegals that
are here and deporting them Operation Aurora. That that was
(02:34):
a big rally on Friday. Here. Did you get to
see any event?
Speaker 2 (02:40):
I did see a little bit of that. But he
also came on Friday to a rally in Reno, Nevada.
So he's been very busy with rallies, and then I
think on Saturday he was in California and Coachella and
the rallies keep rolling along. I think we've got what, gosh,
less than a month. We've got about from twenty two days.
(03:02):
You have twenty two days to election day. And the
thing about Aurora, which is very interesting is that JD.
Vance was again on a Sunday morning news talk show
and Martha Radish I think her name Radish, whatever her
name is, said, you know, basically that she must correct
the record that it was only a handful of apartment
buildings that were taken over by Venezuelan gangs, indicating that
(03:26):
that's okay because it's just a handful. Any more than
a handful might get her attention, but it's just a handful.
And JD. Van says, do you hear yourself? Do you
hear yourself literally saying it's okay that a handful of
apartment buildings and Aurora, Colorado has been taken over by
Venezuelan gangs. I mean, how can we even excuse this invasion,
(03:48):
let alone behavior. And the company that owns the apartment
buildings came out on Twitter in the last twenty four
hours and said, yes, it's true. Tried to contact anybody
and everybody in government and no one would help us.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
Yeah, that's true. And even when they finally supposedly got
kind of back control, the city of Aurora, who was saying, well,
there's nothing to see here, they said, hey, we'll give
you three weeks of police protection because what was happening
the property managers on site were being chased out by
the gangs and they could employ them. They said, we
can't keeping people employed here. And Aurora said, we'll give
(04:25):
you two or three weeks of police protection, but you've
got to get control of your building again. And they're like,
how are we going to get into We got armed
gangs running around here. But old Martha raddit's on fake news.
ABC is out there trying to parse amidst the words
of Donald J. Trump, ignoring that it was two apartment
buildings overtaken in Aurora, Colorado. There's no question about that.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Well, who is your sheriff? Who is the sheriff of Aurora, Colorado.
The sheriff has actually more authority than the governor does
when it comes to upholding the constitution and enacting law.
And so obviously the sheriff is either doesn't have the resources,
or doesn't have the backbone, or is politically compromised.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
Yeah, that's let me Aurora. That is in Aurora covers
three different counties. It's a rappah Adams in Douglas County,
and I'm not exactly sure which part of the of
Aurora that was in. If it's in the Adams County
part of Aurora. That guy has come out. He's doing
television ads for Yadira Caravello, who is actually has voted
(05:33):
to decriminalized fentanol and she's voted for open borders and
voted for all the stuff. So I don't know which
county it's in, though there's three counties that are represented
in Aurora.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
Well, the sheriff that is endorsing a candidate who wants
to legalize sentinel or any amount of it or any
distribution of it needs to be fired. That that sheriff.
I don't know if you elect your sheriff or if
they're appointed, but he needs to be fired.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
Yeah, if you're if you're missing. But that's a big
fat guy that's walking down. This big fat s sheriff
from Adams County that's walking around endorsing Gadira Caveo, and
she already voted for the decriminalization of fentanol, which happened
in her time of the state legislature in Colorado, and
that's on the books here in Colorado. It's been decriminalized
by Yadira Caraveo and Jared Poulos. So yeah, if you're missing,
(06:19):
that's the Adams County sheriff. So let's go back to
this Coachella appearance. Is is it a waste of Donald
Trump's time to appear in California. It's a deep blue state,
no chance of winning it. Is it all about just
a down ballot race and kind of energizing people that
normally would say, man, my vote doesn't count here. I
know that happened in Colorado. I've got some people say,
(06:39):
I know he's probably not going to win the state,
but at least I feel good somebody's paying attention and
I'm going to make sure I vote.
Speaker 2 (06:45):
Yeah. I think it is about getting out the vote
and kind of changing the minds of the independence and
perhaps some of the dejected Democrat voters. California is a
total loss. Gavin Newsom just passed a law where voter
idea is now illegal. You ever needed any examples of
how Democrats want to ensure that there are I legal
(07:09):
ballots cast and just look no further than California. I
don't think it hurts Trump whether or not it helps him,
but it certainly gives him an opportunity to reach. When
you look at California, much like Colorado, much like Nevada,
most of the state is red and then there's pockets
of blue that determine the outcome of the election for
(07:30):
the other counties.
Speaker 1 (07:31):
Yeah, if it weren't for Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins proper,
the whole state would be read here in Colorado. But
those population centers override the same thing that happens in California. Megan,
we're twenty two days away from the election. Any thoughts
advice for the Trump campaign because he seems to be
kind of focused, but you know, oh, DJT can sometimes
(07:53):
get off focused sometimes.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
Well, so far, you know, whatever he's doing is working,
And I think just letting Kamala talk more is a
good strategy because the more she talks, the more her
poll numbers fall and the more people realize that she
really can't connect the dots nor a sentence to make
any sense. She has not distance herself from Joe Biden.
(08:16):
She in fact said she would do nothing differently than
Joe Biden did, and has also admitted that she's been
integral in the administration and making big decisions that have
led to the worst employment, lowest wages, high inflation, and
an open border. So if I were Donald Trump, I'd
probably talk a little bit less and let her talk more.
(08:37):
But whatever he's doing is working.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
Tim wall said this on NBC over the weekend. He says, quote,
the difference between Kamala Harris and Joe Biden is not
what voters need to be concerned with. Quote. They need
to be concerned with Donald Trump, who is said he'd
be a dictator. So even Tim Wallts is not out
saying hey, vote for us, because something's different is going
to happen. We're in a new way forward. It's still
about the Orange guy, because I don't think they have
much else to Megan Barthet is always a pleasure. You
