Speaker 1 (00:14):
All right, here we are our final hour of today's
post election. So good to have you here. I just
put up the interview and I'll play some of it
a bit, the Barbara Kirkmeer interview. Talking more about the
Colorado aspect of the election. There's still a lot of
votes to be counted, and again not disparaging any of
our county clerks, but I really hope that Colorado can
figure the dang thing out. I hope a lot of
(00:35):
these states can figure out now. Fortunately, we did not
have this languishing, anguishing delay of we can't verify the
election until November or excuse me, a Saturday like November
fifteenth or something.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
We didn't have that.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
They called the election last evening, and I predicted that
it would be that, but again I was hopeful that
it would not be delayed. I still can't figure out,
with all deference in respect to our county clerks out there,
Carli koppas Tina Harris, I still can't figure out why
we have a tough time getting votes out of They say, well,
we get inundated on the day of, so does everybody else.
(01:12):
How is it that Florida can count an entire state
twenty three million and within two to three hours have
the results.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
Is it funding?
Speaker 1 (01:19):
Do they have more counters, they have more machine I
don't know the answer, but I just feel that if
you're a county in Colorado, you ought to be saying,
you know what, I'm gonna, We're gonna, we're gonna have
this thing done and wrapped up here pretty quickly.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
What is it that's delaying us?
Speaker 1 (01:33):
Nobody has ever given me a good answer. They say, well,
we can pre count and pre tally the absentee or
the advanced votes, but it's the people that show up
the day of. Well there's people that show up with
the day of in Florida and they seem to figure
it out. And how is it that the French? The
French don't do anything right? Really historically they've been on
(01:56):
the wrong side of a lot of history. And yet
the French can to count an entire national election within
three four hours. A couple of European countries can do that.
So I still haven't figured out why it takes us
so dang long in America. And some people say, well,
that's because you're looking for votes. Well, county's not looking
for votes. Welld County's pretty much going to be a
(02:17):
solidly read district, but they still take a long time
to account. Again, I'm not faulting anyone. I'm just looking
for answers, and to say, I think as Americans, whether
your red team or blue team, we should demand better
because the longer it takes to count these votes in
any county, it causes questions, leads time. Missus Gadbury used
(02:40):
to tell us in fourth grade, the idle mind is
the devil's workshop. That's my fourth grade teacher. With Gadbury.
If you were sitting at your desk board, the out
of minds the devil's workshop, and she would give you
like an assignment to do, because you should never be bored.
And if you've got this time just sitting around twiddling
your thumb, the devil starts to work in your head.
Did you start to wonder what's going on? And that
(03:02):
can happen whether you're on one team or the other,
it doesn't matter. So I just don't get it. I
really don't understand. But somehow in Colorado we're still counting votes.
For instance, Dan Woog at last count Barbar Kirkmeyer talking
about this was a little bit behind However, there's still
to have twenty one thousand votes that haven't been counted
(03:22):
in Well County, and you just kind of go, why
is this taking so long? Again, I'm sure there's a
wonderful explanation for it, but we've got to do better
every county. If you're a county clerk or in the
county clerk's office at any district, any county in Colorado,
right now, you should Honestly, I'm not saying to be
ashamed of yourselves, but you should be looking going, okay,
(03:45):
we should not have to delay the results of an
election for the state Legislature or the dog Catcher because
of twenty one thousand votes, or or fifteen thousand votes
or one hundred thousand votes. Again, if they can get
all of Florida counted and ready to go in a
couple of hours, we have to ask ourselves what's wrong?
And again, maybe they need to go to county commissioners
(04:06):
get more fun. I don't know what they need, but
leaving people to their own devices of leads to schemes
of a lot of thoughts and schemes of idealization that
maybe there's some shenanigans going on. So I just got
to you gotta not do this, all right, Good to
(04:27):
have you here. I'm going through the headlines of all
the websites out there. I have not seen anywhere that
Kamala Harris has planned a statement in the twenty sixteen election.
Remember there was still question in the morning they had
called it for Donald J. Trump, But here we were
still kind of looking for a way out. If I
recall maybe this, maybe that it seems as if this
(04:49):
is just done. MSNBC has a headline, CNN has a
everybody's Donald Trump won.
Speaker 2 (04:54):
This was, as you would say, too big to rig.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
And it's not just the electoral vote at this point,
it's also the popular vote, which makes it even at
this point, it makes it even more interesting. Wisconsin going
for Donald Trump is a huge thing. Still waiting on
the results from Michigan, I think, still waiting on a
final confirmation from Nevada and Arizona. But at this point
there's no reason to think that there's going to be
(05:20):
There's gonna be no change electorally, because that's already done.
And what's going to be interesting is how big it
looks like he's going to keep the popular vote as well.
How big shall it be. I'm looking at the different headlines.
Have gone to MSNBC. They say their headline is quite simple,
Trump defeats Harris. So they've accepted it. It looks like
(05:41):
the CNN headline says Trump takes power, and I don't
know what the Fox News have Trump vows to usher
in the golden age of America. Okay, So everybody's kind
of accepted this thing. We got to get the final count.
CNN also has a piece, and I think it's going
to be this is what Trump retakes power.
Speaker 2 (05:59):
That's what it says.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
The analysis coming out is that, and again this had
to have been out there before. But the America thought
we were on the wrong track. Americans, according to most polls,
thought were.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
On the wrong track.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
They didn't think we were headed the right direction. And
Kamala Harris just did not make the case she was
going to take it in a new direction. She said
she was a new way forward. I talked to Kamala voter.
Actually I've talked to two in the last couple of days,
and I've asked him, I said, what are you voting
for him? They said, I, hey, Donald Trump. I can
never vote for Donald Trump. Okay, Kamala is a new
(06:39):
way forward? What does that mean? They never nobody could
answer the question that was a respectful question. Nobody could
say how she was a new way forward. They could
just say that she was not the Orange guy. And
so that I think becomes problematic because there's some people
that are just were so blinded by the Orange rage
that they never could make the case for Kamala Hara,
(07:00):
and Kamala Harris, honest to god, couldn't make the case
for herself when she got the question, you're a new
way forward, right, you're this new generation. You're a sixty
year old woman, been in public service in Washington, DC
for more than a decade. But somehow you're a new
generation of leadership. I don't get that. But that was
the sloganeering. Right, elections cannot be or should not be one.
(07:21):
Thank god they were not by just sloganeering. Again, Donald
Trumpetallia's policies. He talks about terroriffs, he talks about all
these things. So you may hate them, that's okay, but
at least you have kind of a plan. They asked, Kamala, Hey,
you're a new way forward, You're a new generation. What
would you do different than the way forward we've been going,
and she says, I can't think of anything. Even CNN
(07:43):
yesterday afternoon said, yeah, that's problematic. She never did separate
herself from Joe because the exit polling to CNN was
looking for that Joe only had an approval rating of
like thirty eight percent. And so if you know that
he has that many negative feelings about him and his
policies and administration, you better get your ass out there,
(08:03):
and you better be able to define yourself or define
for yourself how you would be somebody different. So CNN
has a piece up who wrote this, This is Edward
Isaac Dovere from CNN headline Where Harris's campaign Went Wrong,
said it was supposed to be everything short of a
free ad, a panel of women not containing their excitement
(08:25):
to welcome Kamala Harris ready to introduce her or the
committed daytime audience, and basically they talking about the view.
Her appearance on the View is what CNN's analysis says
went wrong. It was that moment that encapsulated one of
the biggest challenges facing her campaign, which in the end
proved insurmountable. What if anything, would you have done differently?
(08:48):
Than President Biden during the past four years, and she says,
there is not a thing that comes to mind. According
to CNN, this is not Fox News, this is not
Jimmy Lakey, this is CNN. Even Harris realized then she
had a problem trying to adjust a moment later by
saying that she would put a Republican in her cabinet.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
Now, I'll put a Republican in the cabinet.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
But Aids didn't want to wait until Harris was off
the set before trying to clean that whole thing up.
Even CNN, their analysis is that was the turn of
the election when Kamala could not identify how she would
be different than Donald Trump, but she would send her
and her surrogances out. They're talking about a new way forward.
(09:30):
You can't define what your new way forward is. So
it's a really again fair analysis by CNN. They say
her screw up was that she couldn't tell how she
was different. And I would tell you that everybody that
I've talked to the last couple of days, I've talked
to two. Anybody that I've talked to that was a
Trump hater or that's the other interesting. I never met
(09:52):
a Kamala supporter. I met Trump haters that they were
going to vote for Kamala, but I would ask them, hey,
how's Kamala different than Joe. She's a man. That became
the problem. She could not separate herself from Joe. Nobody
could make the claim that she's better than Joe because
she said there's no difference between her and Joe. But
(10:13):
she wasn't the orange guy. And so people got the
tattoo and got the bumper sticker and said yay Kamala.
But CNN's own analysis is that Kamalam screwed up on
the view and that encapsulated the entire problem of her campaign.
So again, you've got to remember it again, a lot
of people are intellectually dishonest. They won't look at the
(10:35):
perspective that up until the time that Joe Biden dropped
out of the race, when Joe Biden declared he was
running for reelection, you have to remember that it was
CNN and Democrats that were actually talking about how could
they replace Kamala Harris on the Democrat ticket because.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
She was very, very unpopular.
Speaker 1 (10:55):
And so it is just amazing how many people turned
on the dime and said, I now support Kamala, But
a couple of months ago, you were the same people
cheering on maybe we should put somebody else on that ticket.
All right, So CNN says it was the view and
her inability to separate herself from Joe Biden. I think
another thing that went out there is that remember we
(11:15):
were told, well, she had a trus she had trouble
with men, right, she had trouble with men in the
polling data and that trouble with men. So she picked
Tim Waltz and Tim Watson's you look at him. I'm
just being honest to god. Tim Waltz is the man
nobody wants to be. Tim Waltz is not a guy
you're like, well, I sure hope I'm a man like him.
I hope, my boy, he's he's a strange character out there.
(11:38):
It's not a good thing. That was a bad pick
as well. And when the post wartive was written, why
does she not choose old Joshapiro on the CNN website.
I find it very enlightening. Latino men embraced Trump. Now
they were telling you that Trump is a racist, he
hates the Mexicans, he hates the Latinos. He made fun
(11:59):
of Puerto Rico. It's a pile of garbage. Why did
they hold onto that so much because I guarantee you
they saw that Latino men were embracing Trump. They weren't
embracing Timmy Waltz, who was a goofball knucklehead as he
would call himself, the Latino men rather, so they were
doing everything they can to paint Donald Trump is a
(12:19):
bigot and a racist and a homophall all these things.
But they really dove into that topic of Puerto Rico,
not because it was a big deal. It is a
comic that Donald Trump didn't even hear the joke, didn't
know what happened. But they really dove into that and
made a big deal about that, and even some conservatives
made it, Oh, that was a bad move. The reason
(12:41):
that became a big deal was because the medium made
it a big deal. And the reason the media made
it a big deal because they knew that Kamala was
losing in the Latino vote, and it was Latino men
who embraced Trump, according to CNN and their own exit poles.
The other interesting thing is that Trump made in nearly
every demographic out there, from the young voters to the
(13:04):
male voters, to the female voters, to the Latino voters,
to the black voters. Donald Trump over the last four years,
as much as the medium and the lawfair has tried
to sabotage him and criminalize him and do all the
things they could, he actually in every demographic pretty much
has made gains.
Speaker 2 (13:22):
So what does that tell you?
Speaker 1 (13:23):
That tells you that the media here did everything they
could to tear him down and knock him down to
where people wouldn't support him, and all of a sudden,
he has more support in every demographic. Doesn't mean he
beat Kamala in every demographic. It means that he made
gains in every demographic. So while they say women support Kamala, Yeah,
(13:47):
but they didn't support Kamala as much as they did Joe,
and they actually supported They might.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
Have overwhelmingly or overall.
Speaker 1 (13:54):
Supported Joe Biden Kamala Harris in the election, but it
was still Donald Trump did better with women than he
did four years ago. So it's just fascinating to look
at the numbers. And it's going to be interesting to
see the post mortem, and I think they have to
look at it. I got to look at Kamala. She
was a bad candidate. She couldn't separate herself from Joe Biden.
(14:15):
She picked Timmy Waltz. That was a that was really strange,
and yet people still jumped on and she got forty
eight percent of vote because why she had a D
next to her name and she wasn't the Orange guy.
But most of America said yeah, and that's not going
to play here. All right, you got Arizona and Nevada
still out counting. There's no sign that looks like Trump's
(14:35):
gonna win. Obviously he's won the electoral part. It looks
like he's still going to win the popular vote. And
so will there be any course correction by the Democrats?
I don't know the answer to that, but she would think, so,
if you're a dem out there, do you honestly give
me some honest reflection. Do you think that there needs
(14:56):
to be some course correction by your party? Is because
even Yadira Caraveo, who looks like she has won in
the eighth Congressional district and I don't think they finalized it,
but it looks like she's gonna win her dim seedback.
Yadira Caraveo, even when they ran ads from Washington DC,
PAC money. They never told you about Yadira Caraveo. They
(15:17):
placed her as an independent and a woman who fought
against her own party. Now, Yadira Caraveo never spent an
ounce of a penny or a bit of oxygen fighting
against Nancy Pelosi or Alexandria Cosiu Cortes.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
But they had to spin an narrative.
Speaker 1 (15:31):
The only way Yadira Caraveot is getting re elected looks
like is because they told you she was something she wasn't.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
They told you she wasn't a real Democrat. They told
you she was an independent. She was not.
Speaker 1 (15:42):
Her voting record did not reflect it. And so you
kind of look at it. Why is it that the
only way we could win that seat back in the
eighth Congressional District in Colorado and keep it is by
pretending that Yadira Caraveo was an independent. She wasn't. There's
no evidence of that. There's no argument that can be
made for that. She might have voted against Nancy Pelosi
(16:04):
one time, but that's it. Ninety nine percent of the
time she lined up with the radicals in a party.
But did they tell you that? And the mediads, dear
A caravel it was a fine Democrat. She supports Joe Biden,
she supports Kamala Harre. No, they made it sound as
if she was an independent woman. So even in Colorado
as blue as we might have become, in many instances,
(16:24):
the blue message doesn't win. They have to deceive you
and make you think that's Kamala Harris, I'm a new
way forward. Well, it doesn't show that. No, they had
to pretend in all of their candidates to be something
that they were not in order to get people to
vote for them. And it worked for Yadira, it didn't
seem to work for Kamala. My thoughts all right, Your
(16:45):
thoughts are welcome as well. Eight six six triple eight
fifty four to forty nine. Eight six six triple eight
fifty four to forty nine. You ever find yourself in
a bad situation like a traffic accident, an auto accident,
you have taken on those insurance companies that they're not
being cooperative. They're making your life hell. They're not giving
you what you deserve, what you need for your pain.
(17:05):
You're suffering, your loss of wages, all that stuff. You
need a big time lawyer in your corner. And Dan
capless is the big time lawyer. If you have an
auto crash accident case, you have a wrongful death situation,
God forbid you get Dan Capless's name affiliated with your case.
Those insurance companies that are being stubborn know the big
(17:26):
time lawyer has shown up. Dan Capless c A p
l I s dan kaplislaw dot com. C A p
l I s dan caaplislaw dot com. Tell them that,
Jimmy Lake, you told you to be in touch dankapless
law dot com stand by just I.
Speaker 2 (17:49):
Don't know which one I want to share. A loud buddy.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
Bill sent me a message at a big middle finger
looks like an American flag and it's flipping the bird, says,
that's what you get for calling us garbage. Yeah, it's fascinating.
He may remember Sweet Pedals on the show years ago.
We had a producer named sweet Pedals. Yeah, he was
a trip. He was a great guy. Sweet Pedals one
(18:17):
of my faves. He says. He texted me he's got
a big time job. Now, you know, none of this
radio small time stuff. He's a big time job. He's
listening this morning in California. Not sure what he's doing
out there, but he's not gone to the dark side.
He's still one of us. A lot of people out here. Look,
super Sad reminds me of twenty sixteen Trump twenty twenty four.
So Sweet Petals might have escaped the radio show, but
(18:37):
he's still got his heart in the right place. And hello,
Sweet Petals, how you do it? He may remember Sweet
Petals back in the day. We have been a cast
of characters on this show. Sweet Petals is one of
the one of the early producers of the show. Well
Satan produced the show when I first started, and they said,
don't look her in the eye, will fire. They got
Rid to Satan and Sweet Pedals took over from there.
(19:00):
Sweet Pedals, Oh, I having flashbacks about Sweet Pedals. All right,
good to have you here on the radio show. Still
no word, I'm waiting to hear. Mitch McConnell has held
a press conference this morning. The old turtles out there.
Of course, he did everything he could to make you
know he hates Donald Trump. But hey, they're going to
keep the US Senate. But Mitch McConnell's going on the
(19:20):
trash heap of history. He will no longer be the
majority leader. And I'm guessing he's done doing his last term.
He's got a couple more years on his term from Kentucky,
and then I'm guessing Mitch McConnell's going to head off
into the happy hunting grounds of retirements. I'm guessing. But
McConnell's addressed the nation. I can't well, Kamala has not
(19:42):
come out. I don't know if she's going to come
out and make a speech.
Speaker 2 (19:44):
This morning.
Speaker 1 (19:45):
Hillary did come out and make a speech, but we
kind of knew that was coming. There is still no
word that I'm finding. Maybe I'm missing something again. I'm
talking on the radio, but I'm on several different media
sites and television stations, and I'm Kamala has gone. I
don't know all of her supporters, she said a surrogate.
I said, Kamal will talk to you in the morning.
(20:06):
Bye bye. People camped out for hours. You know, if
you're going to go down to the blaze of glory,
you kind of feel even if you're not going to concede. Hey, guys,
we're still counting. Thanks for coming out. I just think
that's a respectful thing to do. But Hillary did that
last time. Remember last year, Donald four years ago, Donald
Trump came out, he addressed his crowd and said, We're
gonna fight, fight, fight, But he did but something about
(20:26):
these liberals. They get their panties in a bunch, or
their drawers and a bunch, and they're just they become inconsolable,
they really do. Hillary didn't address her crowd that night
they gathered for her. She was having any throwing furniture.
That's the rumor or the speculator. Well, that's a news
story aspect. She's throwing furniture and ripping.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
Stuff up at the hotel.
Speaker 1 (20:45):
And now Kamala last night she said all of those
college kids at Howard Brown University, she sent their asses
home and didn't address them. So I don't know. I'm
sure she'll have to say something eventually. But it is
interesting to see how compare Hillary and Kamala versus Donald Trump.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
He came out, did not conceive that night, I remember that.
Speaker 1 (21:04):
But he did come out and address people and say
we're going to fight this thing and where it's rigged.
He but at least he talked to his supporters, and
I think that's the very least. But again, I don't
think Kamala cares. These are not people person the people.
These are power people, and they don't care about the
little schlubs out there standing out in Washington, DC on
a university campus. They don't give a rats ass about them.
(21:26):
They wanted the position of power, and if they don't
get it, they get panties and a bunch and they
head off into the night and they they'll maybe be
forced or shamed to have it some kind of press compass.
At least you hate the Orange guy if you want,
but at least Donald Trump, in his defeat last four
years ago, he did come out election night and talk
to his supporters. Kamala did not have the decency to
(21:48):
do that, and neither to Hillary, so I guess, but again,
decency is sometimes a word that he probably should not
tie them. All right, Good to have you here on
the radio show, Jimmy Lakey. That's my opinion. I would
like to think that if I, if I went down
to the blaze of Gloria, it would at least have
the decency to come out and say to the supporter,
say we're going to keep counting. I'm going to go
(22:10):
to bed, but thanks for coming out. I'd like to
think I would have that courtesy to do that. But again,
maybe I am incorrect in my assertion of them. All right,
good to have you here on the radio show. I
had Barbara Kirkmeyer on the program earlier this morning, and
we talked about the state of the election in Colorado
(22:30):
and how did it work. And you know, again we'll
focus on Trump and kamalap, but we had statewide elections
and the legislature. Democrats almost have a supermajority in both
houses of the Dome of Dummies. And I had Barbara Kirkmeyer,
Senator from District twenty three on the program this morning.
I got to vote for her, I mean that Senate district.
And I asked her where she watched the election results.
(22:51):
She was on nine News last night, which I was not.
She was on nine News giving political analysis about the
state wide races. And then I asked her, just did
we make many gains at the state capitol. How are
the elections looking? And this was Barbara Kirkmeer's response.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
It's still too close to call at this point. Like
in World County, there are still according to the clerk,
there are still about twenty one thousand ballots that need
to be counted. And I'm thinking tho it's got to
be like down here from the south part of the
county some because our vote totals seem pretty low compared
to the rest of the state. So the clerk has
(23:28):
said that she hopes to be able to finish it
up today. I hope so too, because we're all sitting
on pins and needles. Because Ryan Gonzalez's currently I think
twenty one votes ahead of Mary Young, which would be
a seat that we would flip. And that's House District fifty,
so that's the Evans you know, East Greeley area, and
Dan lug is currently down by two thousand votes, but
(23:52):
again I don't know, it just depends where those votes
are in Well County what that can mean for him.
And because I know, like I vote totals are down
even though I won because I basically I only had
a write in opponent, but I'm only at like fifty
thousand and fifty one thousand votes, So there's a lot
of votes that still need to be counted today, and
(24:14):
I think they're probably in those areas. I know for
CD eight it's important, but it's you know, it's this world.
County's behind and getting their their ballots count for you know.
Speaker 2 (24:24):
I don't.
Speaker 3 (24:24):
As part of it's because I think people wait till
the very end and put them in on the last
day and can't get them all counted then kind of thing.
So that's going on. But it looks like Ron Weinberg's
coming back, Ryan Armags Representative, Weinberg represent Arma Goth coming back.
Laurie Sander, who was running in the open seat that
(24:45):
Mike Lynch you know, created when he decides to run
for something else other than the state representative. And she's
well ahead so she should be fine. I'm just kind
of going through the list. Dusty Johnson who's running who
has part of Well County as well. She's also out
through the Eastern Plains. She's going to be fine, so
she'll be returning. That was the seat that Holdtorf previously held.
(25:07):
And then Carlos Baron, who is from Fort Lupton. He's
he didn't have an opponent, so he'll be back as well.
For us, you know, all Republicans, and House District forty
eight is where Carlos Baron is from, and that is
where Gabe Evans you know, obviously didn't come back to
run in that seat. So it's it's all that being said.
(25:27):
It's just still there's a lot of us out there,
so we just really can't stay for sure.
Speaker 1 (25:32):
But other than the ones I just mentioned, I still
again I love Carly Copps. It's Tina Harris and Larry
County there. They're great people. I still just can't figure
out how Florida gets twenty six million votes counted in
one night, like in three hours, and we're still short
twenty one thousand votes to go. Oh, we just got
indun dated home the day of I think everybody's got
to go to Florida and figure out how the heck
(25:53):
they do that. Because our France go to France, they
get all their votes kind of about nine thirty that's
an entire nation.
Speaker 2 (25:59):
And yet we have counties across.
Speaker 1 (26:01):
Colorado that are like, oh, we got a lot of
ballots on the election day. We don't know how to
get them all counted. Love all these people, but I
just can't figure out why we can't figure out how
to get this done. That was my interview early this
morning with Barbara Kirkmeer. It's only halfway done. If you
want to hear the rest of it, go to Jimmy
Lakey dot com. Jimmy Lakey dot com. Also a Jimmy
Lakey dot com if you miss my analysis or Steve
Laffey's analysis on the election. Steve Laffey did not vote
(26:24):
for Donald Trump, never has voted for Donald Trump, but
he gives a great analysis on the program in the
seven o'clock hour. That interview was up at Jimmy Lakey
dot com. Jimmy Lakey j I M M y laky
dot com. That interview is up there. And also Jeff
Hayes was on the program this morning. And Jeff Hayes
former chairperson of the Colorado GOP. He jumped on the
show to give his analysis of last night's election. So
(26:48):
a lot of analysis. Barbara Kirkmeyer, Jeff Hayes, Steve Laffey,
all at Jimmy Lakey dot com.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
Go there and check it out.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
All right, we got one more segment to go all
day long. I'm sure you'll get the post. I'm being
told that Kamala has announced a speech. I'll give you
the details on that here in just a bit laky
six hundred k col.
Speaker 3 (27:10):
M.
Speaker 2 (27:46):
All right.
Speaker 1 (27:46):
I am active on the Twitter machine, the X machine.
If you want to go there, check it out. Ba
ba ba bab I've retweeted some things out there. Elon
Musk has some great memes. I do say I said
this yesterday, whether you no matter how the election went,
my declaration was that the troll game and the meme game,
(28:11):
Republicans have been like top notch. I mean they have
been rocking on the old memes and troll and from
the from the garbage truck to the McDonald's, the just
some of the memes that are out there. Elon Musk
has a super imposed a photo of the Oval Office.
And remember when he took over Twitter, he carried out
the sink and significant we're empty out of the kitchen
sink he had he put a photo of him carrying
(28:34):
the sink out of the White House. And I got
a couple of memes that was sent to me of
Donald Trump's standing. Get there the Oval Office with trash bags.
The garbage has been carried out. So anyway, good to
have you here on the radio show. It's fun to
spike the ball, but now it's time to get out
into business. And it's I think the word mandate is
being used when you win the popular vote by such
(28:55):
a large margin, and that seems like it's going to
hold up, then you and you in the electoral vote
by really a number. I mean all the swing states
once when Michigan has decided and Trump is ahead in
Michigan right now, that's pretty much all those swing states.
It's done.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
I mean, he will have won all of these key
swing states.
Speaker 1 (29:14):
And I think that people that supported Kamala or hated
Donald Trump or whatever just have to look at it.
How is it that so many people decided to decided
to make this choice and to shock some of you,
I know, but maybe you need to look and figure
out why you ended up on the wrong side of
American history. CNN has another op ed piece, what just happened,
(29:38):
and David Goldman at CNN says it was the economy stupid,
and Kamala couldn't come up with what she's gonna do
differently in the economy. She had nothing to change. So
there's a lot of finger pointing, some people pointing to
the Tim Wall's decision. Oh, by the way, Jill Biden,
did you see this as somebody see me this photo?
Speaker 2 (29:55):
And it's true. I looked it up. Jill Biden, Jill doctor,
Jill excu me. She showed up to vote yesterday and
they took photos of her. She was in all red.
Speaker 1 (30:06):
You cannot tell me that the first Lady of the
United States does not know what I mean. We had
doctor n A and we wolf on last week. Is
she used to pick out al Gore advise him on
his suit and tie combination when he went up campaigning.
So you know that the First Lady of the United
States know that if she's wearing all red. But I
had friends yesterday show up at a meeting we were
(30:26):
at and he was wearing red. He didn't wear his
Maga hat, but he was wearing red and he knew
his showing his support of the Red Wave right. Joe
Biden showed up there. Somebody sent me a messages and said,
Joe Biden's at Caesar's Palace this morning collecting his paycheck.
The books will be written. You think I'm a conspiracy theorist.
(30:48):
The books will be written about what happened behind the scenes.
And they squeezed out Joe thinking that they would get
somebody else. They ended up a Kamala because then Joe
stepped in and endorsed Kamala before they had a chance to.
They were a primary and the Clintons jumped on board
that it was all an effort to block the block
the Obama's. I mean, this was a power struggle behind
the scenes that you will never some of you will
(31:10):
never believe me that this was literally a coup, palace coup,
and the Bidens blocked. Obama kicked Biden out, and then
and then Biden all on the stage. They all kiss
each other, love each other, they hate each other, they
really do, and that story will be told. It's going
to be interesting to see. But yeah, Jill Biden showed
up and all read you know that. Yeah, the fact
(31:32):
that even old Joe remember putting on the Trump hat,
he knows he's a pot. They've been around for a
long time. They know what this is. And that was
just quietly kind of the middle finger back to the
people that kicked him and Jill Biden. Jill thought she
was going to get to live like a princess for
another year or four years or so. But so she
were all read to the polling place yesterday. I'm telling you,
(31:53):
they know exactly what all this symbolism means, and it's
just it's a symbolism. All right, ladies and gentlemen, maybe
you're mad that maybe you're mad that Donald Trumps won.
Or maybe you want to move to a state that
is a different neighborhood. Maybe your neighborhood's run by. Maybe
you've got neighbors that have Harris signs.
Speaker 2 (32:15):
I don't know. You gotta move.
Speaker 1 (32:17):
You want to move in a different country, move to
a different state, different neighborhood. You want to buy a
house here in Colorado. Listen, you've got to call my
friend Rob Kittle. The Kittle team is who I would
call if I was going to sell the house of
Lakey today. As Joe Biden said, no joke, I'd called
Rob Kittle. He just his experience, his expertise. He knows
the industry, he knows the market. He's Zillow's top rated agent.
(32:39):
You can see all of his reviews at his website
Robkittle dot com. And listen, he puts his home selling
method to work together and it's going to amaze you
the offers and just the way that he's able to
navigate any hurdles that come your way. If you don't
want to hassle with like open houses and repairs, you
just want to get an offer, go to this website
right now. Robkittle dot com. Robkittle dot com. He will
(33:00):
give you an instant cash offer. But I would again
recommend my friends that you, yeah, just talk to him.
You have questions keeping up at night now that the
election's done. You've been thinking about real estate. Now that
you're gonna now, you want to figure it out? Right, people,
wait till after the election. Today's a day call Rob Kittel,
Robkittel dot com. Robkittle dot com. Nine seven zero gets sold,
(33:22):
nine seven zero gets sold, Rob Kittle dot com. And
you be sure to tell him that Jimmy Lakey's talking
about him on the radio. Robkittle dot com. All right,
we're going to end the broadcast today because it's time
for me to step aside as a little chee wawa
of radio, and the big dogs are coming up. I'll
continue to follow and we'll pick up on this conversation
(33:44):
tomorrow as we prepare for President Trump's second term starting
in January. Well, the transition begins immediately. Go to my website,
Riverspromised dot org. Yeah, make a donation to my charity
work Riverspromise dot org. I'll see you tomorrow. All the
interviews from today's show at Jimmy lakey dot com. Hey
(34:04):
God bless you. May God bless America. I'm Jimmy Lakey.
Speaker 2 (34:07):
Peace. I'm out of here.
